🫤 Beside the Peking duck and Fried Cod Fish not bad, the rest really not up to standard of a Chinese Restaurant. The Beef Cubes were so sweet and it's not medium rare tender but it's artificially tenderize. The Asparagus dish no taste, the fungus and asparagus were very tough. People often mention pork, duck, good, Peking, Duck, staff, siew, Roast, restaurant, skin,

Came here for a dim sum lunch and it was not crowded at 11.30am. The crowd started strolling in at 12pm. Apart from the location, the food was really good and the staff is very attentive. They kept refilling our tea. All of the dishes we ordered were really yummy. Will come back again.

It's decent Cantonese place tucked in a swimming club. They have their regular bunch of patrons that belong to the older generation. I find the place well lit and welcoming. I also appreciate their efforts in plating and decoration of food. Dim sum was decent at the price point. Generally a good place to go bsck again

Overrated Chinese restaurant. Standards have dropped tremendously over the years. Came for early dim sum lunch. Ordered 9 standard dim sum fare like har kau, siew mai, chicken feet, pan fried carrot cake, steamed pork ribs, jelly fish, char siew cheong fun, fried bean curd with seafood, etc.... Additional items from menu, Peking Duck + shredded duck with E-Fu noodle, Shark Fin Soup and charcoal yam ring with seafood. Total bill came up to $240+ Dim sum was lacklustre in taste. Some items were tasteless or inadequate seasoning. Peking duck skin was overly crispy to the point of brittleness and crunchy. Like potato chips! Hmmm...some may like it. The yam in the yam ring dish was flavourful. However, the seafood filling were tasteless and oily. No traditional taste associated with yam ring dish. Overall service was good and unhurried. However, it was marred by the server carelessly spilling the whole bottle of soya sauce on the lazy susan while placing th bottle on the table.

So in love with the duck skin here. We order 1 duck, and got 1 plate of duck skin (very crispy), duck meat (with 2 thighs) and 1 plate of noodle (I like the noodle ao much). We also ordered roasted pork (good combination with mustard sauce) and char siu (Hmm, too much fat, did not like) The place looks very fancy, staff was caring. We went there on Monday evening so very empty (maybe due to dining restriction to 2).

I liked fu lin men raffles country club but were disappointed today for my mom birthday. Not all dim sum available, some were too salty some were too bland. The big full ball of shrimp dumplings were so crunchy but sadly bit too salty. Deep fried Beancurd skin prawn roll was also bit too salty. Maybe the prawns for the dim sum were all over seasoned. The baos were ok, the vinegar pork were not well seasoned not rich and the pork didn’t absorb the flavour. Xiao long bao don’t bother just go ding tai feng for it. Beef ball we thought was special ends up like normal meat balls. Duck can only order half or full unlike last time so we didn’t. Char siew were too lean and roast pork has a porky smell. The hor fun surprisingly good… I guess they focus on cooked food more. The only good thing is not crowded. Staffs were friendly, complimentary parking too.

Was crowded during lunch time. Food was mostly delicious except for a couple of misses. We had har kao, siew mai, pork ribs, phoenix feet, char siew bao, custard bao, radish cake, guo tie, xiao long bao as the dim sum dishes. Most of the items were good except that I didn't like the siew mai as much. The char siew bao was light and fluffy with a good ratio of fillings. The roasted meat was excellent. The char siew might be a bit fatty for some, but the pork belly skin was very crispy and addictive. We had to repeat an order for the pork belly. The sweet and sour pork taste good but it was not crispy enough. Jellyfish salad portion was generous but it was just average. The service staffs seems to be overwhelmed by the crowd but they were friendly enough. The whole lunch came out to be $186 for 5 pax.

Frankly speaking, I won’t be coming back here. With the chef changed. Food was average and i had food poisoning from the fish maw soup. Roast pork and char siew not good at all. Roast pork had a very strong unpleasant smell. Dim sum was normal. Nothing worth complimenting. Definitely not worth coming back.

Food was good, service staff attentive despite full house Saturday night. My favorite dish was the broccoli w crab bits, roasted pork. Chicken was also flavorful and not dry.

This restaurant serves excellent Cantonese cuisine, nice ambience with private dining rooms available, amazing customer service and complimentary parking. Their roasted suckling pig was intensely crispy, each bite will give you the crackling sound. The meat was not oily, nor greasy, and it comes with the roasted smoky finish. They will serve you with bun and egg skin, with sliced cucumber and cuts of spring onions. The Braised Sea Cucumber soaked with the flavorful braising sauce, was chewy and so soft that it almost melt in your mouth. The Deep-fried Prawn with Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce was excellent as the different flavors of wasabi and mayonnaise, compliment each other so well. Prawns they used were also huge, fresh and springy too. We had their Fried Rice with in Lotus Leaf Wrap. The rice was light, the grains fell apart from each other and yet it was so aromatic.

A highly overrated and dishonest restaurant! Some diners experienced food poisoning! Calling Guangzhou Roast Duck "Peking Roast Duck" is totally misleading. It lacks the genuine wood charcoal roasting, the crispy exterior, and the transparent wrapper of Peking Roast Duck! Placing the duck skin separately on a plate with cucumber and spring onion and claiming it's Peking Roast Duck is deceptive! This can mislead diners who haven't been to Beijing into thinking that Peking Roast Duck is similar to local roast duck! The rest of the duck meat served later, without the crispy skin, is comparable to regular hawker center roast duck—average in quality and seasoning. To make matters worse, it's accompanied by honey! Excuse me! Since when is honey a condiment for Peking Roast Duck? If you want native Peking Roast Duck, definitely avoid this place! 🦐Boiled Shrimp 🦐 Decent. The tiger shrimp is firm, without any unfresh feeling. 🦐Abalone with Broccoli Tastes strongly of canned abalone. You could achieve this level of dish by cooking canned abalone bought from the supermarket. 🦐Shark Fin Soup Surprisingly made with real shark fin, definitely better than the shark fin soup in pasar Malam. It's the standout dish in the entire set. 🐟Steamed Fish Perfectly cooked, showcasing the skill of the Guangzhou chef. Other cold dishes are supermarket level, something you could make at home. The fried noodles aren't tasty, with a strong pork flavor! Perhaps, due to considering the dietary habits of non-pork eaters, this set meal surprisingly lacks a main dish with pork! For Halal diners looking for delicious options in Guangzhou cuisine, it's challenging, probably only seafood is eatable. No wonder Guangzhou cuisine leaves the impression of "not much delicious." Considering reports of some diners experiencing food poisoning, it indicates significant hygiene and cleanliness issues in this restaurant. A rating of 4.4 on Google Reviews is highly overrated; a rating of 3.3 on Dianping is more accurate! But because some diners here lack food expertise, this rating is given to maintain balance, and it should realistically be a 3-star rating.

This is an excellent Chinese restaurant that deserves more attention. It is located on level 3 of Chinese Swimming Club and you don’t need to be a member to enjoy the food here. The dishes are all meticulously prepared and taste amazing and absolutely delicious. Even the vermicelli soup taste wonderful. Highly recommended.

Truly an unhappy experience at Fu Lin Men. We brought a whole tart and asked to be served after dinner. When Crystal (believed a manager) came over, she said it has been damaged by us when she opened it. Coincidentally, my sibling happened to see one of the staff dropped our box of tart as well as some other customers around also witnessed it. We then asked her to check with the staff to confirm if it was true. She came back to apologise and indeed it was as per what my sibling saw and accurate as said. I am writing this to express my dismay and disappointment to the dishonest staff who knew and decided to keep mum. At the very least, own up and we would have not been that upset. Furthermore, the staff did not inform Crystal when handing over the tart to her. Sometimes, honesty is the best policy. Kudos to Crystal for making the effort to arrange a small cake and longevity buns so that we can continue to celebrate.

We host a mini luncheon today and every guests is full of praise for the food, which was sumptuous. The servers were very polite and attentive. We made our booking and arrangement through Ken. He is very efficient, polite and very patient with our request and queries. All these made our dining experience a very pleasant one.

Authentic Hong Kong Dim sum. Ordered six types of dim sum for two small eaters and it was totally enough for us. The dim sum variety is not a lot but their dim sum is authentic and some are unusual in in normal Singapore dim sum places. The shrimp rice roll was soft and favorful. I like it with only soya sauce but not being localise with other strange garnishes. And they have glutinous rice in lotus leaf😍 everything was nice and tasty. A bit disappointed they do not have beef ball and red date cake. Otherwise it was a perfect 100% dim sum.

My family dined at this outlet on a weekday so there was no crowd at all. The service was impeccable, with attentive servers changing our messy plates and refilling our tea as soon as needed. The items we ordered were delicious! The cornflakes prawns was something special from the usual cereal/salted egg flavours. Fresh huge piece of succulent prawns. Peking Duck was really also up to our expectation as the meat was not dry. Order than the regular crepes, they also provided thin buns to go with it. Shark Fin's soup was on half price promotion so we also enjoyed that thoroughly. Looking forward to our next visit!
