Had lunch here recently with some friends and it was an okay and enjoyable experience. The cauliflower starter was good, while the shortribs were tender, if a tad too fatty. Dessert was a bit of a letdown though - the scorched top of the cream brulee was hard yet a little soggy, perhaps after being left too long in the open. Service was good if a little erratic. The lady server came around often to top up our glasses of water. Alex was personable but tried to memorize our four orders - in the end, he had to come back with a pad and make us repeat our orders.

Went there for tea but decided to opt for the a la carte menu and ordered a cappuccino, St Regis Club Sandwich and an Apple tart. Overall the sandwich and the coffee were okay and other cafes may go it better. The Apple tart was great, and not overly sweet. Attentive staff. Great service

Felt cheated by the buffet dinner menu. So many of the more attractive selections were not available - poached prawns, smoked duck, pathetic corn sushi - even though they were listed in black and white, and this was a Saturday night! Was told it was on a “rotational basis” but the other food available were really more basic and less “premium”. Utterly disappointed. Just salad, salmon and cheese. Standard has dropped. St Regis should have better offerings than this. Made the price really unreasonable. I am genuinely sad as this used to be my top choice for French dinner. Not anymore.

Served great food and champagne, staff is too busy with overwhelming customers. Attention is less on refilling drinks and food.

Service is pretty average and the selection of buffet food is not as many as other high tea places I went. Food is okay. May not go back again.

Dinner semi buffet is worth if you have amex plat card for love dining privileges ($50 a pax) with coffee/tea. Service is top notch and they go above and beyond to ensure the little details are taken care of. The spread is average, breads are good but desserts do feel like they come from a factory, apart from the ice cream. Mains are good - would recommend the cod. Ambience is romantic, with piano playing on the side, private couples areas available etc. Aircon’s really too cold and blowing right at my head. Staff asked if I needed a scarf but I wanted to say a scarf wouldn’t help. I need a hat instead haha.

One of the best Sunday brunch in Singapore. Also one of the most expensive one. I would not say the selection is wide but what they do offered, it's of good quality. I enjoyed the food. Free cocktails and canepe were offered at the lounge from 11-12pm for Sunday brunch customers. Service and drinks were excellent. The service at the brunch were friendly but not as attentive as I would expect, e.g. My drink was not refill often. But other then that the service was lovely. The environment is classy and quiet, a great way to spend your Sunday afternoon. We loved the champagne and live singing too. The supper club and SPG member will receive discount for the Sunday brunch

I went there for breakfast and the food was good quality, various array of mostly western foods, the chinese food was not great, the soup doesn't have any sauce which my wife was disappointed with. The quality and array of bread was good, as you'd expect for a French themed restaurant. The breakfast finishes at 10:30am on the day we went (Friday) and we arrived at 10am so it was a bit rushed. Various cereals, juices, milks, pastries and egg based meals (omelettes, scrambled eggs and waffles) available. I ordered a waffle which didn't arrive, I ordered some orange juice from a random cook walking by (presumably on his break) and it arrived very promptly. It was very expensive $110.67 (Singapore dollars), I don't think it was good value, the surroundings are beautiful, photos included with the foyer and buffet room shown. A good but not a great experience. Probably would not recommend it unless you're craving a long drawn out breakfast and plan to eat most of the buffet.

Loved the ambience and soft French music playing in the hall. Although I wished we weren't all sitting so close together as we could hear what our neighbors were talking about... Yes they were talking rather loudly, which marred the ambience a little. Food was excellent, particularly the lobster bisque and steak frites. The meat was so well seasoned and juicy! As my original order of escargots were not up to mark, the Chef made us an additional serving of soup for my dining companion. Nice touch Chef! The Coq Au Vin was tender but the steak was better. Dessert was divine. Heading back for the steak frites for sure!

Cost over $120 net for 2 people. Wasn't crowded, and not many waiters so service took awhile sometimes. Quite a bit of variety in terms of small cakes / desserts -- but nothing stood out to me. Think the scones had too much butter in them for my liking (too moist) -- expected better :( Only enjoyed the foie gras from the 2-tiered serving. Soba texture wasn't great -- seemed like it had been sitting out for awhile. Sushi was alright but wish there was more variety. Crepes were average (or slightly below average?) Waffles were average (or slightly above average) -- they were all pre-prepared and then subsequently warmed up so not as fresh (though it means you don't wait long for it). Really liked the truffle mayo sandwiches -- those would be the highlight for me. Wouldn't say it's value for money. But a pleasant afternoon tea nonetheless :)

Decided to go to Brasserie les Saveurs at St Regis as it was highly recommended from previous edition with a Dining City Star. It was priced higher at $58++ per pax. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations and it was disappointing. Looking at the dishes presented, I think only the escargot was nice. the chicken and the salmon were dry, lentils were bland, desserts were average. What was worse, we were early and asked to wait in the Drawing room and was told that someone will come pick us up when the table was ready. 7pm came, our reservation time,no one came. We gave up waiting at 7.15pm and had to ask for our table again. 30min of waiting. we were just wondering what was the issue, under staff? But their usual menu is buffet, so what was wrong then? Then to compensate for us waiting (my face was super unhappy), they offered complimentary wine which was average. Overall, I'm quite sad with a 6 star hotel restaurant that the service staff was like that. was it cos it is restaurant week that we don't deserve a seating earlier and hotel guests had priority? this really leaves me thinking about service staff there (who are majority not local). Maybe you had a better experience at #brasserielessaveurs #stregis that you can share instead..The saving grace was my hubby for us spending time and catch up about life and the nice toilet and decor at the hotel. #restaurantweeksg #restaurantweek #restaurantweek2019 #failedservice #diningcity #couplegoals #datenight #disappointed

Top notch service and spectacular setting. Came here for the champagne brunch and truly enjoyed the spread. Live music band performance added a touch of class to the experience without interrupting intimate conversation. Wait staff attentive with discrete service. Impeccable.

Excellent service, romantic and grand interior, live pianist during afternoon tea. Veloute slightly salty. Beef cheek very tender, with very smooth puree. Slightly slow in refilling water. Provides complimentary parking.

The food here is pricey. Only came here because of the AMEX discount. Great service from the staff though! I liked the beef and pasta dish.

Breakfast French toast was good. I enjoyed the hot mocha and fresh fruit. The service was okay, but some guests were impatient and demanding which threw off the pleasant experience. I couldn't blame the staff, they were trying their best.

Had Brunch here today. Food was great! It wasn't just buffet, main course and/or side dish ala carte. The food selection didn't feel like Brunch; it felt like Lunch. Service was excellent!

Had lunch at Han Ting, but later proceeded to the Drawing room for coffee & snacks, immaculate service from Kartie Gunu & his assistant, a friendly Javanese man with lots of hotel experience! (His name is Wescon, I think), he was able to serve everyone despite being alone & answer lots of questions, very polite & fine gentleman, unlike those crew from the Chinese restaurant, stone cold!

😐 This is ecstatically the best looking amongst the PS Cafes. They have a good selection of food and beverages that some might consider pricey. But their cakes and deserts are very good. It’s a great place to chill in the afternoons and also good for sundowners after a long day. It’s always a pleas...
