Walk into a splendid dinner buffet with an efficient and friendly serving staff. Located inside the hotel, the interiors are beautiful with special compartmental rooms for bigger groups. Option to sit in the foyer feels luxurious amidst some tropical chic aesthetics. Buffet spread seem limited at first but fully surprised at the satisfying small portions. Keep ordering whenever you need more. A 2 hour chit chat with family and friends at Peppermint seem short; time sure fly fast. Comfortable!

Your experience might depend on the price you paid; we were on the Chope 1for1 deal. Understandably, there are limited seats available for this price and you had to "queue" for dates. We were greeted politely on arrival. Ambience of Peppermint is pleasant, not posh. Iced water provided, with pro-active topup, as are coffee and tea. Ordering is online, and served to your table. Small servings, but perfect for those who want to graze, and the plating was generally quite pretty. Quality ranged from really nice (most Indian dishes, chicken) to so-so (beef cheeks and lamb, I'm looking at you here!). Desserts were nothing exceptional, but pleasant enough. Service was always efficient and friendly, and payment was efficient, because someone helped us redeem the voucher at the table. For the price we paid, it has to be 5 stars.

Was informed that there were no tables upon calling to make a same day reservation, but got a return call after 30 mins that a table was available! So glad we came by because the service was impeccable! My goodness - we received complimentary soups and drinks on top of the mains ordered :) thanks to the floor team who treated us so well on this evening of dated 9 July 2022! Kudos to the team who is so superbly well trained in terms of customer service because we had the greatest time to start the long weekend! Will definitely return very soon!

Hosted my guests (16 pax) here and was happy with the overall food quality and service. There are 4 islands where food are placed and other stations where guests can find hot drinks, etc. Seafood was fresh (oyster, lobster, prawns, mussels) but I wish they put some claw breaker instead of only scissors. Beef cube at the hot dishes station was exceptional. Durian dessert (pengat) was not overly sweet and had enough durian taste. Service crews were attentive and place was spacious. Place is halal and vegetarian friendly.

Very good selection of food. Got the usual lobsters and crab seafood with oysters. Japanese, Indian, western all good. What made it for me.was the dessert, even had durian puree. Not cheap but very good. The place was also very new and well kept with very good space between tables. Love it !!!

Wide spread and friendly service. This place serves halal food, has a nice ambience along with fresh seafoods. The lobsters and tiger prawns are of decent size. One can expect to feast on their cold dishes such as scallops, freshly shucked oysters, snow crab legs, lobster crayfish and other cooked foods. Main star of the night for me were the lobsters! They also serve oriental foods such as chicken braised rice, flamed diced beef cubes, sambal bbq stingray, and an assortment of cheese, breads, fruits, and sweet treats!

What a delightful surprise! Loved our buffet lunch at Peppermint. While there were hits and misses, we appreciate the hits as they were what we went there for. The sashimi and seafood platter were very fresh. Made special request for only prawns on our 2nd order and they made it happen. Prawns were fresh and succulent. The French butter that came along with the bread basket was amazing. You can give the dimsum and desserts a miss if you are too full from the mains. All in all, we enjoyed our meal and considering we took the 1 for 1 offer on Chope, this meal was very affordable and value for money.

Visited Peppermint for lunch buffet today. The ambience and service quality is excellent BUT the Biggest Disappointment is the seafood spread and sashimi. The food is not fresh and taste bland. I reckon these are the most important attractions for a good buffet meal. Lots and lots of room for improvement in this area.

Visited the restaurant on a PH for their lunch buffet, great selection of food but nothing really stood out, most of the dishes were pretty average. Service was lacking a bit as we had to place the order via QR code scanning and some took a really long time to come, whilst some came pretty quick. Sometimes when we want to put in a special request for the food (eg, only prawns and no mussels etc), there was no option to do that via the app, and when we told the staff, they would ask us to order via the app — I mean if they included an option to do so, we wouldn’t ask in the first place. Although it was a PH, the restaurant was perhaps 1/2 or 3/4 full at best.

Booked for a Friday lunch at Peppermint and they are running Taste of Taiwan for the month of Oct Wide Variety of dishes to choose from, and the Taiwan dishes are most sought after. My favorite ones are the oyster mee sua, shredded chicken rice, ginger mother duck soup, even the flat white from the coffee machine tastes pretty good 👍🏼 and not forgetting my personal favorite durian pengyat too Service was prompt to clear the dishes. We had our table on the outside seatings as there were many groups of diners indoors (slightly noisier) Parking redemption was also Available upon request (partial reduction only)

I came with my family to celebrate their gd academic results . It was our 1st visit and was expecting a 5 star hotel standard. 1st there was lack of variety in the choices. 2nd the food was not nice at all. (With the exception of 1 or 2)Prawns served was really small size. The muscles and scallops too were not of the best grades. (Small flesh.)Their indian dishes were all vegetarian. We tasted everything that was available in fact. I was baffled when we were served old school biscuits which was labelled as cookie in the menu. It pains to pay for a 5 star meal and rcv a 1 star . Not worth the money spent. Had to call the waiter to get the jug filled on all 3 occasions.Informed the philipino waitress and she politely apologised. Appreciate that she took time to listen. Also thanking the male staff who assisted us. Ambience was perfect though. Very cosy!

Lots of food variety, especially if you are a seafood lover. I did not have any particular dish that stood out for me so i would say they are all above average. Peppermint is situated within ParkRoyal Marina Bay Hotel and the ambience is really really nice. We sat at the area outside of peppermint and were able to also catch their hourly light show. Will definitely come back again real soon.

During a weekday dinner at Peppermint, my friend and I want to express our appreciation for Love's exceptional service. While the food's cooking quality earned it a modest two stars, Love's dedication and attentive care elevated our overall dining experience. She was proactive in checking on us from the moment we took our seats. Our heartfelt thanks to Love for delivering exemplary service. We sincerely hope this compliment reaches her and that she receives well-deserved recognition for her outstanding work.

The spread is very good. There is something for everyone. The cold seafood was fresh, and the cooked food was good too. The Japanese counter was so colourful. Their presentation of food makes you happy.

Great experience here for a company lunch. Customer service was superb since the time we made the booking till the day itself. If I had a bigger stomach, it would have been a better experience so that I could have eaten way more. Variety of dishes available. Great Japanese food and the sashimi was fresh. Really nice ambiance in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend for those who are planning special occasions. Located at level 4 of the Parkroyal Marina Bay hotel.

Had the Christmas Eve Lunch Buffet Special, some dishes were really good and some were sub-par, overall it was a really good experience, all except 1 waitress that had kind of an attitude problem from start to finish, or in Singaporean Terms: "Ah Lian", even her body language and way of communicating with her customers and colleagues were...upsetting to say the least, unsure why, but that was the only situation which was upsetting hence (-) 1 star, perhaps Peppermint should look into this, because the Managers there were *thumbs up professional. And yes I have worked in the FnB industry, even to the Hotel/Resort Level, so yes I do know what I am talking about and do have a position to comment on this

“Good fresh seafood but horrendous desserts” The seafood itself is worthy of 4 stars given the freshness and decent selection. However, the other stations and cuisines brought the rating down. On the western section, the roast and meats were very meh, only a ribeye to choose from (which was marinated in an overly sweet sauce). The pizza was meh and the pastas (despite having a live pasta section) were not much better. The biggest bummer of the night was the dessert spread. While they had a decent spread, it was really quite bad… the cakes looked dry, the fruits were not refilled and everything else just looked like something off a local bakery. P.s. No comments on the Asian selection since I didn’t try it but they had a decent spread.

Atmosphere We were there on a weekday for lunch. It was quiet outside the restaurant. Serene, nice ambiance. However it was noisy inside. 90% of the tables were occupied by large corporate diners. We had a very noisy group of 12 behind us. Not sure if the restaurant has large groups daily or it only happened on the day we went. Although the buffet tables are further away, I would recommend sitting outside the restaurant if you want to have a quiet meal. Service 5*. The staff was polite. They cleared the plates very quickly. Food Disappointing. Very average standard. The beef bulbogi - all fats, lobster claw - salty, the salmon sashimi were “rough” with chewy myotomes, nice looking cakes but they don’t taste nice…. There were black stains on the cover of water jar provided. We expected the food to be better since the restaurant has so many good reviews.

Booked for 3 adults through Chope app for weekend lunch. Really worth it for $79 nett. The place was clean, beautiful and neat. Variety of food from Middle eastern, Chinese, Indian, Western and seafood section was awesome too. The snow crab legs were really fresh and sweet. Service was great as well the staffs were all really polite and helpful. Will definitely come back in the future. 🥰🥰🥰

Feast on the wholesome line-up of farm-to-table favourites, premium roasts, and yuletide sweets on the buffet spread at Peppermint this December. Other than the all-time favourites such as freshly shucked oysters, sashimi and local spread, the must-have highlights includes the Festive Turkey, flavourful 16-hour Pot-roasted Black Angus Beef Belly, and Roasted Milk-fed Veal Au Poivre. Not forgetting my favourite dessert station, where you can indulge in the Yule Log Cake, Mince Pie, traditional Christmas Pudding and more!

Came here specially for their “The Flavours of Peranakan all-you-can-eat-buffet” which includes a variety of Peranakan dishes crafted by Peppermint’s Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and Chef Owner Beh Gaik Lean of One-MICHELIN-Starred Auntie Gaik Lean’s Old School Eatery from Penang, Malaysia. Though it’s a weekday lunch, the place is fully packed! Suggest that you make a reservation before heading down to avoid disappointment. Such a wide spread of food available at the buffet and there’s even complimentary refreshments like Iced Bandung and Pandan Iced Tea, specially concocted for this Ramadan! There’s also promotion for the senior and kids diners: 🔹 $55 nett for guests aged 55 years and above when they dine-in during lunch from 13 March until 21 April. 🔹 Children below the age of 12 dine for free with every one paying adult guest on weekends for lunch from 18 March until 21 April. Enjoyed the food here as well as the ambience.

Food overall is not bad. Chinese food and lamb, chicken selections and soft and flavourful. Sashimi only had salmon, hamachi and octopus. The so so: The lobster claws are quite bland and shrunken. The cold prawns also does not quite have the fresh sweetness. Desserts are not bad. Service is prompt friendly and polite.

Food is definitely above average. Dessert section: good selection of western and nonya dessert. The chocolate royaltine cake is good with crunchy layered texture, sponge and moose. The durian pengat is very nice too - strong durian fragrance. Nonya cakes very average. The ice cream is a bit disappointing- labeled as gelato but do not have the thick gelato texture or taste. Savory - nice fresh lobster and oyster. Also has black pepper lobsters. Both are the highlights. Sashimi and sushi are fresh. Ambience is great! One of the best ambience for hotel buffet. We got glass room 2 for 13 pax. Good for gathering. Can also chose to sit outside the restaurant in the hotel lobby. Also looks nice. Service prompt

Wide selection of seafood, local and international cusines, desserts! The food was fresh and delicious, definitely cater to all taste buds. Seating area is huge, they have tables to cater both small and large groups. Service staff is not as attentive probably understaffed but chefs are always replenishing food! Buffet spread was neat, decorated so enticely! CNY vibes 🐲 🧧Though would like to highlight they lacked beverages. They offer only water and coffee. Other drinks are on ala carte menu. I believe this venue can be booked for wedding as well. Seating area is huge but do note there are pillars around. It was great time spent for CNY Lunch. Seats near windows can get really warm but the view of MBS is impeccable! 💯

I had went for a buffet dinner. This restaurant is simply awesome with variety of choices of food. Especially the salmon/ tuna, the Japanese egg steamed cake and the most I love is the Laksa and the desserts vannila gelato. Overall the dinning experience was really good with nice ambience. Slightly expensive 98$ + taxes. You can definitely choose this place. I would highly recommend this PepperMint, ParkRoyal! The food is really Royal 🥗🍱🥘🧆🍲

Food is above average and the spread is quite big. However towards the last hour of the buffet, the food was not replenished. Hence if there's something you like to eat, it's better to take it before it's gone for good. At more than $90 for a weekend lunch, I feel it's not worth the price. It'll better if they can provide free parking coupons for diners. Service is good though. A small cake with a candle was served if you indicate in your remark that you're celebrating somebody's birthday.

value for money halal buffet especially on weekdays dinner. Do note that oysters have off-taste - may not be fresh. Sashimi is good and fresh. come on weekends for the durian eat-all-you-can, which is included into the price.

Think they having Thai food festival. Tom yum soup was so salty. Dessert looks like all Thai kuei kuei. Hmmmmm... individual preference. For me, will not come back.

Huge buffet spread with alot of varieties even though it was lunch buffet! Standard sashimi available and the serving was sliced upon ordering at the station. Average maki and nigiri choices. Seafood selection had good selection and the prawns were very very fresh. Other hot stations were good too. The live stations were Prawn Noodles and Chicken Rice. Prawn noodles was lacking in depth for the broth but aesthetic was on point. Desserts were okay and tons of kueh to choose from too. Coffee and tea options were available. Atmosphere was great and service was prompt.

Came here for my cousin’s son’s wedding yesterday on 11/6/2023. Came here for the 12 pm to 330 pm wedding sesh. Some dishes are not posted cause they were so good i forgot to take a pic. We had laksa, mushroom soup, sushi, pasta, meatballs, black pepper prawns, beef slices, barramundi fish, durian pengyet and they were ALL just so so good! It was absolute bliss and a memorable experience.. The Beef slices was the highlight of them all. Beef were so tender I didn’t have to chew so hard and I had to top up another round. The cucumber sober was perfect as it gave off that mild minty and sweetness in there, thus that refreshing taste. Lastly was the soft & silky durian pengyet that I swear I hated it from anywhere else but here. It was love at first bite here. The atmosphere was very peaceful, trendy and clean, cozy and warm. Staff were all so helpful from giving directions around the area and helping us with our meals and drinks. All in all, if you ask me.. I would do it all over again 🤭

I recently dined at Peppermint, located in Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay, and I must say that the ambience was truly exceptional. I chose to sit outside the restaurant where I was surrounded by beautiful greenery and soothing sounds of nature. The restaurant had an interesting feature where they had birds in cages around the seating area, which added to the surreal and peaceful experience. The menu offered a range of delicious dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the seafood options. The service was also excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Peppermint and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique dining experience.

Virgin trip here to Peppermint and the restaurant was well designed with lots of wood elements and the dining area was nicely placed with ample space between other tables 💯 Came here for lunch and had the Korean special which features a lot of different food items! 🇰🇷 Food options were fairly decent with quite a few cuisines to choose from! 👍🏻 Sashimi was the more popular station which features fresh fishes that the chef will prepare on the spot! 🍣 Lobster, crayfish and prawns were also available! 🦞 Gave it 4 stars due to the pricing, it was rather expensive and the food does not justify that, it's delicious but could be better! ☺️

Beautiful ambience. Very spacious. A lot of varieties. Soft tender shanks and duck meat. Delicious seabass. Soft chewy octopus and many more to choose from the menu. It's a sitdown buffet where the server will served you whatever you want from the menu. Nice shrimp porridge & cauliflower porridge. The mocktail which the server recommended is not that great. Ample parking but there's so many cars since the hotel was holding two weddings on the same day.

Buffet style served to table. Good but if only we could just pick and choose what we like according to our amount…The Sotong dis was not very hot; the cold dish of prawns, clams & clay fish were not fresh though; the queh and ice cream were very good👍including the chicken drumstick😋too bad the only drinks are hot coffee or tea. Any other beverages are payable😊
