Standard Mac Donald layout and environment. One of the few 24 hours fast food joint in Fajar area. Service was always fast. And staffs were always fast and efficient. With the safe distancing, the queue might be long during the weekend meal times. Overall a standard great Mac Donald experience!

4 out of 5 times my orders are missing/incorrect! Ordered buttermilk chicken and got two mc chicken instead and this is not the first time! Staff in this outlet are all sleeping while on duty. Hate this outlet. Won’t order from them anymore!

Always missing something from the order and extremely long wait time with nobody for crowd control, to eaise efficiency and speed up the queue, queue has been stagnant for 30 minutes... fast food chain become slow food...

Nice ambience for a fast food restaurant Food was well cooked. Juicy burgers, served hot & crispy fries Helpful counter staff who helped us when the self ordering machine was not functioning properly table service team was very helpful as well

had a very bad service. ordered my food at 8.12pm. after waiting for 30 mins i went to the counter to asked if my other is ready because alot of orders already pass mine. the staff looked around at other orders and said no with a rude tone. approached the manager and she say preparing. waited another 5 mins and asked and old lady and she said whats my order number. another staff told me to check the counter and my food was there, the same order that the staff was looking at. this is not the first time this outlet missed my orders. also the older staffs are so slow and blur

I would give this outlet a 0 stars if possible. The staff behind the counter are very slow and always messes up my order. I usually don’t give reviews but this place is just so substandard and I have enough of how bad the service is. Today I ordered seaweed shaker fries at the kiosk and when I received my order, there was no seaweed packet. They didn’t even bother telling me they ran out of it and I had to go back and ask.

After upgrade, place look more sleek and nice. Ordering food via kiosk is easy but waiting time can be quite long especially on peak periods. They do have table service too, so once u order u can have a seat.

McDonald’s wasn’t very crowded at Fajar outlet’. Got the small meals with McCrispy! Service was good and food packed was hot as well! Got a happy meal and got a you as well! Not tooo much carpark on the first floor and it’s a little far from the carpark at the back!

Happy to be served by Mr Yeo. A great guy with great personality. Will be back there for another meal when I have a chance to.

My sincere gratitude to your staff (male wearing glasses)who brought my furniture receipt to my residential address after his shift and i did not take down his name.i believed we would have dropped the furniture receipt at Fajar Shopping Center when we were using the self service machine while ordering when I visited at about 515pm to 530pm and he was at the entrance ensuring safe entry into the restaurant.

Buy apples put in plastic-bag, and took 4 more bags wanted to have some groceries. A staff of Giants supermarket told me not to take too many bags as it is costy. The atmosphere has been spoilt. Put down everythings and left with the unhappy experience.

When fast food is not fast anymore. Expect a minimum 45 min waiting time for your order during peak hours. Every customer was basically hovering at the pick up counter staring down at the service staff. Please provide more support for your staff or help increase manpower.

Quaint place for world cup viewing but was very homely and festive for the period. Food is of course standard Mac fare

Wrong order (not for the first time). Ordered big breakfast and got a tragic sad looking breakfast instead, no hashbrown or pancakes. This is worse than the contents of a sausage mcmuffin.….

Dear MCD Fajar, I am your regular customer. I have frequently experienced this at your branch - kindly press the cover of cups properly to avoid spillage.. I am only left with two third of the drink and it is very frustrating to have to settle the mess. Thankfully the plastic bag was not leaking.

Services bad - there are enough staffs in Fajar outlet but their service is so slow. For delivery, sometimes their food did not checked properly and they missed the item. Called them to cancel the items they said I have to come down to shop and they can refund to me.

Be very careful in collecting your orders. Past years encounter more than 5 times on missing meals for take away. MacDonald suppose to have standards, this the worst outlet. Call centre another useless team to respond for actions.

This is the fourth time I ordered in just a month and they forgot my item again. This time it’s a 20 piece nuggets (and that costs about $14!!) if you are ordering from macdonalds check your orders. If online then good luck cause the apps are so troublesome to get your refund and you won’t get your food they missed.

Useless place, keep hiring old people to work for them all blur sotong, i’ve used their mobile order to order and expected it to be on the counter when i reach downstairs it wasn’t there, i asked the auntie THRICE where is my order she didnt even bother to CHECK if it was on their counter and said no?? i waited for 30 MINS STRAIGHT, if your picking a place to buy macdonalds at dont come here. BOTH working on the counter were old people which didnt bother to CHECK

have been purchasing with mcdonald for countless years and this is the first tim i experience such terrible customer service experience. i made my order at 10.04pm on 14 august when there was barely any crowd. I waited 10 mins for my order and checked with one of the staff, how long more it was required. she ignore me and did not provide me with any reasoning until i overheard from a lady that the milo is oos. however, after the milo machine was refilled, they did not prioritise my order and gave the milo to other customers first. after i confronted the second time, they gave me my milo after waiting for a total of 32 minutes. i asked to replace my mcflurry as it was melted and placed at the counter for more than 15 mins and the lady was clearly unhappy and showed horrible facial experience and body language.

Some items may be left out or wrong during peak hours, so it is best to check your orders before you leave if you gonna do a takeaway. It happened a few times already, even from the one who packed it to the one who checked and served you at the collection counter.

Great supper spot in Bukit panjang area. The McDonald's is 24h with a relatively cheap parking rate for cars. Unfortunately it's not a drive through but the place is nice. It can get crowded between 6pm to 11pm timing. Overall, the place has great service, nice staff and good food (I mean it's McDonald's)

Very cozy. Should come on weekdays even during school holidays there are not much people around. My kids love the hot pancakes and their stuffs is all friendly!

After few encounter please pardon me for giving 1 star. One of the time my take away order took 45min to ready. While I can clearly seen my customized burgers were left at the burgers ready section for long time. Until the burgers were so COLD to be enjoyed. Then today here photo of Mighty "Large" size fries.. ?!?!?! And one time do address my concern to the duty manager (lady), but she declined to meet me after few attempts asked thru the staff. I believe this duty manager should be reviewed again by the management team. Above my sharing.

Staff accidentally miss items from delivery orders when it is overcrowded. So frustrating when it happens multiple times for large orders. Sometimes they even try to cheat customers by purposefully missing items from the order...even after asking to check, they tried to fool my dad by saying they packed McShaker fries when in reality they only gave normal fries and not the flavouring + packet.

More than 8 staff behind the counter, fries soggy, no chilli no ketchup for a set meal. What is this outlet mangement doing? Hiring so many incapable staff lol.

The place isn't so crowded, lot of area to sit. Do make sure to check the take away package as they tend to missout items from the order. Have happened this a few times for us.

Terrible service. Ordered nuggets happy meal for kids and they say curry sauce not included, need to pay. Said it's a new rule just two weeks ago but I still had curry sauce last week when I ordered! Not only that, the corn cup missing spoons and butter...Ribena was warm...and staff took extremely long to prepare the box and serve me though the items sat on the counter for a while. Staff bickering about each other in their own language...horrible experience.

The service has definitely changed over the years. I also think that they have changed their serving style which leads to slow service from the staff. I actually quite used to wait, in terms of food mcd has always been consistent. I hope they can change their serving method or perhaps new way to do it.

A disgrace to all McDonald's everywhere, and to the "fast" food industry. Horrendous. Order gets packed slowly. Staff just stoning behind counter even though there are orders packed and waiting to be served. Can literally see my food enter the holding area and take minutes to be packed, and minutes to then be served. Lost count of the number of times I've had to ask for chilli sauce and tissue with my takeaway, which is standard fair in many other McDonald's outlets. I have tolerated enough from this outlet. Never coming back.

Quite a nice setup in this outlet. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, making dining in uncomfortable. Most of the time will order a takeaway menu. Hope this Covid-19 can be under control and we can resume our normal dine in experience again.

Always enjoy going to Mac's and generally food quality is good However at this particular outlet, the fries are done IN ADVANCE and placed in the warmer!!??!! Even when we eat in, its no longer crispy! I always thot there was a standard that needed to be maintained as I've worked in Mac's b4 So I'm rather surprised that the supervisor/ manager allows this sinful slip in quality!!! Trust that the required standard set by Mac's HQ has not changed or been compromised!

Always queue outside as only 2 machines for order. Inside no people and have to wait for at least 10-15 mins outside . Not “fast food “ anymore. Call “slow food”
