Hotel is iconic, beautiful and timeless. The staff is really friendly and helps you with anything you need. We were able to do check in early and we had a marina bay facing room which had an amazing view. Food was great too in the courtyard. So 10/10 for us

Clean, kids-friendly hotel. Provided colouring materials and free ice cream for children. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of dishes. Best of all, there is $100 dining credit for each room. Excellent service. We booked 2 interconnected rooms, which are surprisingly spacious.

Five Star opulence, professional friendly service, exquisite interior design, fine dining, great location, superb wine and refreshments very pleasant experience. It’s adjacent to the waterway so offers walking to local attractions and cafes and promenade. Call in for afternoon refreshments try the Pinot. Highly recommended 10/10.

Amazing hotel with architecture reminiscent of Singapore's heritage. Wonderful service and knowledgeable staff. The option for in-room breakfast is a great experience and the amenities are decent. The swimming pool view is average unfortunately and gets crowded most of the time.

We stayed here for a staycation and it was awesome! The rooms are big and the hotel has a vintage feel to it. An evening by the Singapore river, lots of restaurants to choose from; we loved the stay! The Fullerton Heritage Gallery is also decent and it's tag line kinda summarizes this place - "Where history meets the future". All in all, we loved it. Thank you @staff at the Fullerton!

Had a one night stopover here when traveling home from Australia. The Fullerton is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Everything from the reception staff, room, view, pool (nice and friendly attendant!) and breakfast restaurant was excellent. The room was impeccable, and the beds very good for our tired backs after being on the go for 2 weeks. The hotel’s history and architecture is worth a visit in it self. Highly recommended.

The location is spectacular as it is at the heart of the city. We walked everywhere and found covered walkways to get to so many places from the hotel - helpful for rainy days. While the location is notable, the breakfast is one of the best we have had worldwide. What makes it so special is the laksa bar. One day they had lobster as well as the typical scallops, shrimp, clams, and fresh ingredients. This is a unique feature of the breakfast buffet.

Stayed here twice, once in the suite room and this time round in the Premier Courtyard room (with Straits Club access), and I have to say the overall experience this time round was very underwhelming. While I obviously expect there to be differences in terms of room size and layout, I do expect the service to be consistently good. I have to say my second visit at Fullerton really failed to impress me (but I might be a little nit-picky since my first stay was such a good experience). Pros: - Granted us early check-in - Tea selection during Afternoon Tea was great - Nice selection of alcohol during evening cocktail - Huge tub in room, and they super comfy bathrobes - Service offered at the Straits Club were mixed (some good some bad). In general, the male staff demonstrated more initiative and warmth in their service Cons/things that can be improved: - Upon entry to the hotel, the staff could have guided us to the check-in counter instead of let guests figure out the way (This was done during my first visit but not this time) - Later check-out couldn't be granted beyond 1pm, which was a little disappointing, since we booked our stay during weekday (low peak period) - Premier Courtyard room is pretty small, and the window is facing the courtyard, so there isn't much privacy - The staff at the Straits Club were chatting rather loudly during breakfast time, even louder than the guests, which I didn't find professional - Lounge staff can demonstrate a little more initiative during breakfast time too - when asking customers if they want tea or juice, it would be good if they can let us know the selection available since it is not printed on the menu. - The food at the Straits Club wasn't very appealing. The spread of the in-room afternoon tea during my first visit was a lot better. Juice were not freshly squeezed. Their sweet treats were honestly not worth the calories - they taste worse than neighbourhood bakeries I didn't find the club lounge very value-for-money, since I have had better experience at other hotels' lounges (Pan Pacific and Mandarin Orchard). I thought the ambience and service was only okay, and the only thing they did well in is their beverage options. Also, they allow kids to enter the lounge even during cocktail hours (personally don't mind but this is quite rare in SG). I know I'm being quite picky, but given that my first stay experience was so great (impeccable service and food), I was rather disappointed this time round.

It really meets my expectation. wanted to visit this iconic & historical hotel for a long time, but feel a bit pricy during the normal time. Now the hotel is under promotion and even allows you for the late check out during week days , it is really worth to come during this period. The staffs are so friendly. The hotel has renovated the room lately. so everything is new and nice. The water of the swimming pool is warm and even the toilet cover is also warm. They want to keep you warm at the all-time ? :P... Do visit and support them during this hard time.... you will like it...

Enjoyed my stay here. Most of the people working here are helpful, polite and attentive. So appreciated the front desk lady being so accomodating as to ensuring that we were able to have an early check in, complimentary room upgrade and organised all the baby necessities like bath tub and high chair were ready before we checked in. Very family friendly hotel. Comfy bed, comforter and pillows. They also went the extra mile of surprising us with balloons and cake in the room. Only downside is the pool is small but other than that, brilliant! Lastly, with regards to customer service, the duty manager Kate and front desk attendee Claudia were absolutely brilliant!

Most definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed here. The personal touches and the customer service that they provide are top notch, and ice been to many 5* hotels all around the world. There are of course small things that can be improved, but ultimately the crew and staff of the hotel has uphold the standards of Fullerton. The hotel itself is located centrally, with lots of eateries, nightspots and attractions all around. It has been part of the Singapore Skyline, aside from the usual glass towers. The architecture reminds us of colonial times yet turned to a modern touch. Kudos!

Immaculate heritage hotel, perfect for a staycation. There was excellent service throughout our entire stay - from the front desk to porters and restaurant staff, and they even placed a complimentary slice of cake in the room for my birthday. We got upgraded to a heritage room with perfect views of the Marina Bay area, and the room was really spacious and tastefully furnished. We visited on a mid-Jan weekday so the hotel wasn’t too crowded, just tranquil and perfect. Our package also came with dining credits that we used at La Brasserie, which serves great food with a wonderful ambience as well. Would definitely visit again!

Organized a corporate event here at the hotel and the food served was awesome. We had the Chinese menu and each of the dishes was well presented coupled with great taste. Service was appropriate and the guests enjoyed themselves that evening very much with great compliments for the food.

The hotel is magnificent. Fantastic atmosphere in an heritage hotel, immaculate service. Great experience. Breakfast is underwhelming. If you are a vegan, your options are limited to fruits and lettuce as staff does not know if food contains milk, eggs or butter. And regrettably there is no no proper bread selection to save the day.

Stayed on the 19 Nov. Hotel is comfy and kids friendly but in my room, there is water leakage from ceiling onto the marble floor which caused me to slip and had a small cut on my arm. I didn't have the time to complain about it during my stay as I am attending to a wedding event. After patching up the ceiling leak, the floor was still wet and have to use a towel to place over the wet floor🫠

The Fullerton hardly needs another 5 star review but its getting one. Its a "grand-dame" kind of hotel but its not showing its age. The location is top notch and it always seems to have a "festive" atmosphere. The staff are excellent and the food options are kind of what you hope to expect from a hotel like this. In this reviewers opinion what really sets this hotel apart is its long, lap swim infinity pool. Perfect for working out or lounging.

We stayed at this hotel after a friend had a great experience and recommended it to us. And we are glad that we did. This hotel is from 1920s and used to be a post office!! Love a hotel with historical background. Staff are AMAZING. Everyone is so polite and friendly. The rooms are great!!!! Very comfortable bed and pillows. It has several restaurants and the food are amazing!! The buffet was over the top. The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the activities. Also amazing view.

Had such an amazing stay here at The Fullerton Hotel. Every staffs were very attentive and polite. Had some technical issues which was resolved really quickly. The hotel was very clean and the Christmas decoration are beautiful. The room was amazing with great view of the city. Didn’t manage to get the staff name but the lady who helped with my check-in for room 257 (my stay was 26-27 dec 2023), was really helpful and nice. She also helped to check in on me as I was checking out the room. Really appreciate her service and hope to see her again. Can’t wait to be back again :)

Lovely to be able to stay in this historic landmark in Singapore. The swimming pool is warmed which was a really nice surprise, wonderful to take in the views and relax in. Really enjoyed my one night here. Hope more amenities and restaurants open up for guests to enjoy after COVID-19 pandemic.

Superb location, adjacent to the river, iconic building with loads of heritage and architecture to admire and take pics. Family friendly, excellent customer services from check in to check out. Eateries closed due to pandemic, but fine to order in.

All the staffs are friendly and helpful during our honeymoon occasion at the hotel. F&B staff Abigail took a photo for us while breakfast time and created a memorable honeymoon card for us and of course the amazing welcome gift from the hotel as well. Although the hotel is next to the road but the sound proof did well and it’s very quiet in the room with the stunning MBS view. We will definitely come back again soon!

Covid safe measures compliant. Heritage property with lovely view of MBS. Newly renovated rooms are nice and modern. Staff is very courteous and hospitality is very nice. Staff goes out of the way to make Special occassions special with cake slice and pictures. Food options in breakfast and regular menu are very limited. Alternate cuisines (Italian, Greek etc) should be considered on the property. Checkin checkout is very time taking and manual..took more than 1hour. Spa is quite good and one amongst the best in Spore.

The Fullerton Hotel has served multiple purposes in its lifetime. I like watching the fat koi swim slowly. The various photographs and art pieces showcase Singapore's heritage. Seeing the photographs of the Old Guard emotionally resonates during the National Day period. It is also having a special Tingkat design for their mooncakes this Mid-Autumn festival.

Quieter because of COVID and it’s measures but Safe👍

Fullerton Hotel has a rich heritage. It is highly classy and hosted many foreign guest from all over the world. The conference rooms are also used by many prestigious schools and companies. It also has live music which is melodious to my ears. It's root top garden gives people a very good view of Singapore at night. It also has free WiFi for all to access. The cafe has comfortable seats as well. Weddings are also held here commonly. Very homely feeling I get. #ILoveFullertonHotelSingapore

Just love this hotel, you can feel the history! Rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable. Great to take breakfast on the patio and watch the riverside.

Great staycation experience. Booked a courtyard room with club benefits. Room was slightly smaller than I expected but still comfy. Experience at straits club varies. High tea was average, evening cocktails was slightly better. Breakfast wise, it's a much more private experience though the menu did not differ much from the main restaurant. However Service staffs were quite friendly and attentive at the straits club.

Booked the room for birthday celebration in September. Was given complimentary cake. Excellent ambience. Check in and out was a breeze. The room we booked (esplanade room) was very well maintained and looked like it was just renovated.

Good food, ample space for socializing. I used to work at an investment firm nearby and we'd come here to wind down. A client who purchased their F1 Experience Package invited us to the rooftop to watch the race. The staffs are very polite.

Stayed at the fullerton hotel for a few times and still love the view and experience. Especially when they also offer the straits club in the package where you can have free canapés/cocktail in the evening and afternoon tea in the afternoon. The breakfast at the straits club and the usual town restaurant is slightly different. During covid, they will serve you so no buffet style. You can even request for smaller portion food If you want to try more food. Would definitely come again If there is a chance.

Have a very pleasant and wonderful staycation at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore for my Birthday. They manage my request for high level and the room was spacious, it just simply awesome. Check in took only a few minutes, top notch services . The pool area and sauna / steam room was great, we manage to book slots for 2 days. Breakfast was great at town restaurant. Rooms were large and clean. Service was prompt. Unfortunately our room only had a tiny window and the corridors were long (just due to the set up of the building). Pool had a great view.

Here for a short stay cation, but exceeded our expectations! From the staff at the front desk to breakfast staff, to the swimming pool uncle guard to room service staff, all have left us a pleasant experience. And almost everyone knew my child was having a birthday and they wish him a happy birthday. I am impressed by the level of details the staff take note and that separates them from the league. Lastly the room was furnished newly, very beautiful with the pool scenery! Will be back again

A stay in old world Singapore with a modern twist. The Fullerton was a colonial-era building that was extensively renovated over a period of four years into a magnificent hotel that pays tribute to its roots. Located in the main cultural and historical precinct of the city, it is the ideal place to stay to experience Singapore.

The Fullerton Hotel meets our expectation in almost everyway. The room comes with bath tub which is rare in today's context. Kids get to enjoy full ice cream. A massive plus for me is that they offer memory foam pillow! Any calls for request are attended to swiftly. But the room service menu is pretty expensive so we did not try. The hotel room looks well kept. The lobby area also looks great with massive Xmas tree that is fitting for a wonderful conserved building like this. We enjoyed the monument tour to understand the history behind the hotel meaningfully. Wonderful location with short walk to City Hall for food choices. Museums are also nearby to offer entertainment for the kids.

Immaculately clean, friendly staff who are ready to help and observant to my family. Checked in on the dot at 3pm by Ashley and she was really nice and kind to my wife and son, answering our queries this is our first time. Surprised with an upgrade and my son tremendously enjoyed his stay, will be back for our next "vacation".

The Fullerton Experience live on, Hotel is well maintained and historical details are beautifully blended into the grand and luxurious structures. Together with the superb, friendly yet professional staff, made a fantastic staycation. My boys love the huge bathtub and Japanese style toilet seat 🤣🤣 My only lament is the small swimming pool that can be crowded at times.

A wonderful experience from the beautiful room to the hotel staff and the facilities it offers. We had a small surprise for the birthday man. We really like the service and the amenities. We had an early in and late check out too! The location is very accessible. The bay area is very nice for runs and walks. Thank you to the wonderful team.

Excellent hotel!!!! Check in was very smooth though is full house on that day. We were brought to a waiting area while waiting for our check in. Our collyer suite room is a beautiful room with high ceiling. Staffs were very helpful and friendly with exceptional services. Family members in the Quay room had a great time too. Superb location as it is accessible to many local attractions.

Attended a wedding lunch recently. Fullerton is nothing short of amazing with its rich history and culture. Decor, service and food is great too. However, due to it being side portioned by the service crew, the food are usually quite cold when it reached me even though I am just seated beside the service staff. Would wish that the food is hotter and could improve the taste as well.

Nice staycation with the family. Room is spacious (heritage room), it's definitely well maintained compared to other 5 stars hotels around. The unique experience is when you understand the history of the building itself projected through the room TV, which makes the stay worthwhile. Immerse Singapore's history and its surrounding area.

Have a fabulous time to celebrate my belated 40th wedding anniversary. Given an ultra spacious room with big bathroom and hugh balcony. The food at dinner in the restaurant was a highlight. The spa treatment a lovely place to unwind. The pool area a pleasant place to relax. With the building is steeped in tradition it made for a wonderful two night stay. Hopefully when we visit Singapore again this hotel will be one not to miss.

The architecture design and hardware facilities of Fullerton Hotel are excellent and are deserved for rating 5 stars hotel. However, the service of staff are very disappointing to me from dining to check out. Firstly, the restaurant's staff arranged a small table for our 3 people. We ordered foods that had not enough space to present on the table which led me to feel I was not eating at 5-star hotel. This inconsiderate table arrangement absolutely downgraded its hotel service level to 3 stars. Even though I had requested to change a bigger table, a waitress did not offer to me. It seems she intentionally wanted to utilize all tables to gain cents of money. Obviously, it was much more important than customers' experience of hotel services. In breakfast time, the small table arrangement was same practice again. The table was dedicated for two people not for three people . The same problem raised again. Moreover, I was thinking what I wanted to order in my breakfast, she was so hurry me. Until check out, a cashier didn't check the record from checked-in remarks so that she charged me a room cost again. I knew Fullerton Hotel is so desperate to drive money from customer and not willing to provide 5-star service. If you want to enjoy the building design and hardware inside the hotel, you could try it but it is not worthy of money to buy 5 stars hotel service. You can only expect that you use 5 stars hotel price to buy 3.5 stars service.

Although some decor was dated, the hotel seemed to have undergone renovations recently. Stayed at a courtyard room, room size decent and comfortable. Slots to use the facilities are limited, and we were not able to use the gym nor pool. There are some exhibits around the hotel lobby which showcased the history of the building which were interesting to look at. Enjoyed it. Breakfast service was good, but the food was lacklustre.

We had a lovely stay at The Fullerton in Singapore - a welcome escape from London. Our suite was beautiful and we had an incredible view over the bay. Extraordinary service in particular from Rey in Town Restaurant and also Anne in Reception - impeccable. Both staff members stood out and deserve a special mention. Happy Hour was enjoyable and the children loved the gorgeous infinity pool and had fun feeding the koi fish. We would love to come back to the Fullerton! Thank you!

A beautiful hotel in a historic building. I have hosted national events and attended wedding dinners here. Great service. Great teamwork among staff. But can the management find a more isolated area for drivers to smoke. Smoking in the area outside the main entrance is not good for customers who do not smoke.

It's a nice old building but a little impersonal. Pool is nice but small. Didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food. The bar is the opposite of atmospheric. Location is fantastic though

Restored hotel with a rich history. One of my favorite hotel. It is cosy and clean. Super comfortable beds. Rooms are spacious. And I love the location because it is so convenient to go anywhere.

Nice historic building but no atmosphere. We were lucky to have access to Straits lounge where service was 5 star. Breakfast and drinks for 2 hour. Unfortunately no bar to have nightcap when returning from dinner. More suitable hotels in town.

Delightful hotel ideally situated overlooking the bay area. Impeccably served food catering for all tastes. Great for a Singapore stop over but best to allow at least three days to do justice to this beautiful and vibrant city.

This is a very modern and luxurious hotel. Many people in Singapore love to have staycation here. The lobby is very good for everyone to use. There are many different areas in the lobby, including rest area, buffet area and coffee area. The environment is very quiet and comfortable. Many people will read, meditate or work here.

Surely the most unforgettable memories for us as we held our family getaway here. Their food and services were awesome! Hotel rooms were amazingly cozy and clean. Living up to their 5 stars standard!! The night scenic views across the Singapore river were especially spectacular! Really enjoy the stay and experience. Great !!!

It was great experiences staying at this hotel, great architect, Immaculate service and attentive staff. My room was very pretty and clean with welcome fruits, chocolate and a little teddy. View from my room was also great facing the bridge and window. Breakfast was worth the hype. Pool is not so big but it was good enough. Will stay again❤️

The Fullerton Hotel is one of the most prestigious hotels that I have been to. The ballrooms are exceptionally grand and spacious. The Roof Garden are beautifully lit up that enhances the atmospheric background. The hotel loft suite is excellent. It is a luxurious stay at the hotel. The hotel staff provides excellent service.

Beside the waiting time to check in, the rest of the experience was fabulous. Room was clean and love the comfort of the bed. The amenities was good and love the whole showering experience. Pool was rather small and cramp with lots of guest but it's a cosy area. Gym was small but generally well equipped. Overall, really love the cultural feeling of the hotel

The Fullerton Hotel location is perfect. Very near major tourist attractions like Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands Skypark, The Singapore Flyer and others. Excellent architecture, service is exceptional, and very attentive staff. My family stayed only for the weekends and staying at this hotel is a perfect choice. View from our room was great and I enjoyed the breakfast. Will definitely stay again here.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. This hotel had a great architecture and a great atmosphere. The room is clean, big, and has complete amenities. The bed was comfy and the wifi speed is good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Big rooms. Service exceptional from the time you leave your taxi to reception and house keeping. House keeping even folded all my clothes I left on sofa when I went out for the day! All staff super helpful. Felt like a king when I stayed there! Very updated gym with a lot of equipment. Walking distance to most food courts. Highly recommend.

The Fullerton Hotel is my go-to hotel in Singapore. Beautiful, well-outfitted rooms, comfortable beds, a great location for work and play, and above all, I am so well taken care of whenever I am there. The service is top-notch from a wonderful team, particularly Assistant Front Office Manager Andrew Yip who is the paragon of excellence in service. Andrew is one of the main reasons why my family and I are loyal guests of the Fullerton and would not consider staying anywhere else in Singapore. The Fullerton is a gem and not to be missed.

The iconic Hotel. Everything I have visitors I would definitely book them in this hotel. Location is good and accessible and you can walk by the river in the evening after a meal. Room is spacious and room service is excellent and staff are friendly and nice. Would recommend to anyone.

The Hotel’s Town Restaurant is the best dining experience that is money well spent! There is nothing short of delicious food around and they serve a very unique concoction of a welcome drink that is a must try for every diner there!

Best stay if you want the real essence of Singapore, we stayed there for our baby moon & the team went beyond & did decoration in our room along with baby items. Location is just amazing, right opp Merlion & marina bay sands. Also walking distance to many nearby restaurants in boat quay & Clarke quay

Rooms are gorgeously decorated, super spacious. The drawback is that many rooms the windows are facing the inner yard of the hotel and other rooms. No sunlight, limited privacy. Staff service: they are super polite. There is a kind of stress around their actions. Also, when I arrived the bathroom was not clean; we have requested to clean it and they cleaned the whole room but not exactly our request. Room service efficient and food was delicious. Location is great. Excellent bars and facilities.

I had wonderful experience staying at the Fullerton Hotel and dining at Jade. We chose this historic hotel for our wedding reception and it is a great decision. The hotel room was beautiful and cozy and the service top-notch. In particular, we enjoyed our reception at Jade; the food quality, ambience, service is impressive. The staff members were kind, polite, and accommodating. I would go back again!

The iconic hotel remains a must-go to place. Town buffet was legendary before the pandemic, now not so... but still. Highly-trained and polite staff to wait on your hand and foot, what's there not to like?

What can I say, The Fullerton is everything you expect from a five star hotel. From the moment you arrive, rounding the corner to see the beautiful imposing building, the entrance, the staff, the rooms....it's all fabulous. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there, however the quality of the complimentary tea and the nespresso maker said it all. Our room was a lovely size, and although we didn't have a view as such, (there was high wall in the building design) we did have a balcony, with table and chairs, which was unexpected. Room service was incredibly attentive when they made the room up, Cam did an amazing job. The location is amazing, you can walk to Little India, China Town and Marina Bay Sands and Gardens. I really can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Singapore wouldn't have been the same if we'd stayed somewhere else. Thank you to The Fullerton for keeping your standards.

It was a wonderful experience. All the staffs from the doormen to the housekeeping were helpful and attentive. The room is very clean and all amenities provided for. I'm a light sleeper but I could get a very good night's sleep here! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, whether it's family, couples or solo traveller.

Beautiful hotel, nice room, spacious bathroom, great location. Below average breakfast options for vegetarian. Although fruit section was very good in breakfast. No view, no natural light in rooms facing inside the hotel lobby.

Exceptional hotel, and the staff are amazing!!! They are patient, accommodating, and so friendly. The location is brilliant, walking to most attractions, including Marina Bay, Chinatown and Raffles. The hotel is stunning!! Rooms are so luxurious with beautiful bathroom products. The beds are heaven!! Yes, I would highly recommend this stunning hotel on your next visit to Singapore.

Overall, we had a great stay at The Fullerton Hotel. The location is superb, the bed comfortable, great view of the Singapore river, walking distance to the Merlion and a lot of other main attractions and most of the staff were really helpful. However, for a five-star hotel, there were a few minor issues, such as: - Two parties being brought to the same breakfast table - The deposit being erroneously charged - Delays and mistakes in booking and online checking in - The rooms were not restocked with things like slippers, soap bar, coffee capsules and water.

Staying in the marina bay view room was the right choice. Everyday all day and night, enjoying such stunning views. I love the service from the club lounge. Christine, Rhea, Jen and the team are amazing. Highly recommend to book your room with a club lounge access. You will enjoy a significant BF, lovely afternoon tea and superb evening cocktails. I’m very fussy when it comes to croissants and mashed potato. Fullerton’s done a great job. The lady named Annie from the Town BF is lovely too. Sugu, the door man has a great smile which maked us feel welcome from the first step. A trick to enjoy the swimming pool here is after BF time if you prefer cooler climate without the sun.

Excellent hotel with an imposing and captivating view from the bay. It’s the old historic post office building and has a significant place in Singapore’s history. Easy walk to many tourist attractions and well connected by public transportation. Nice rooms and restaurants at the hotel and good area to walk around in the day and evening

Our favorite hotel in Singapore. Staying here is so much better than staying in one of the ultra modern tower hotels. They have a renown breakfast buffet and their high tea is outstanding. The bellman even paid my taxi from the airport upon arrival after we forgot to exchange money and the taxi only took cash. I was so impressed I gave him a hefty tip the next day. The level of service is outstanding.

Outstanding hotel. Top notch customer service. 1 garment was lost in the laundry service and replaced immediately with a brand new item from the same clothing brand. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

Absolutely one of the best. The location, the overall facilities and room were just on par with what you’d expect from the very best. We booked heritage room which is a bit more expensive option but unfortunately it had absolutely the shockingly bad view, or basically no views at all with window opening into walls. This is level 5 so maybe if you’re looking to book a room and happen to find one at level 5, ask them to keep you away from this very bad room view. Overall, the stay was very good and we will return.

What an awesome experience. Centrally located with and underground walkway and train station. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Rooms were lovely but could do with updating. Purely personal opinion - I don't like seeing mould in showers or hair on the walls from previous occupants. Other than that - perfect.

A Classic Hotel in Singapore. In an historical building there since a long time. With very high standards of quality and service. Very professional staff and very clean rooms. The outdoor pool with a view and a the spa are nice places to rest, during a busy business trip, or after a long day visiting Singapore. Recommended
