Our stay at Fairmont Singapore was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Not only did they provide excellent service during our stay, but they also went the extra mile by holding our luggage for two weeks while we continued our travels. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly remarkable. Fairmont Singapore exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a memorable and top-notch hotel experience.

The hotel and their services were excellent. My only complaint would be the bar selection on the top floor was weak. The location above the subway and shopping malls made for an excellent visit with plenty to do in the area.

Fantastic service rendered by Ms Ann Teo. She handled our check-in perfectly well despite the early check-in without prior notification & best part was, our luggages were sent up to our rooms in just a few minutes! (We had two different rooms booked in two different towers) She was so genuinely courteous & polite throughout our process of checking-in & all the staffs were having that same level of standards in communicating. She made us feel so warm & welcome as it was our 1st family trip since the pandemic. Definitely recommended for this place 👍🏼

Good rooms with great size. Things the room could improve: Lights are difficult to operate and motion sensors for the light make it so that sometimes lights turn on when you dont want them to. The fitness center is good, but lacks enough weight equipment. Restaurants are good. Location is not great, but the hotel is integrated to a Mall which has very good atores and a diverse product offering as well as subway station. Service and staff was impeccable!

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Fantastic Staff. Really helpful.five stars for them. Beautiful design too. Only 2 major downside for me. 1 the pool and spa are in need of serious renovations. 2) the bed to me is extremely uncomfortable. It feels very hard and hash. Very different bed from pre- renovation. I woke up with a backache everyday. This is strange considering I am very well traveled and never had issues with beds in any other hotels.

We got a room in the South Tower with the harbour view and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The room was very new and clean and the service was great. We had 2 cocktails as our welcome drinks at anti:dote and breakfast at Prego, love them!

On registration opened only 50% of counters. Issued key card just from 3rd attempt! Instead of bottled water there is filter. Personal slow. In bar or restaurant for breakfast you have to wait for your order 10-15 minutes (and remind couple of times)

Fairmont positioned close to the bay, and across the road from Raffles, is ideally located and central to almost everything. I even received a chocolate cake for my birthday. Thankyou Fairmont.

Everything was fine, but?? Why stay as Accor member (silver) and claim free stay and book a paid stay, only entitle a night free parking. Staff was helpful and try all they can assist you. That what we call good service. Hope the management look into this short coming... Over all, hotel is well equipped, cleanliness and security... Is 5 stars.

A nice hotel in a good location. There is a fancy mall attach to the hotel with ton of luxury brands, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, food court and also MRT. It's been renovated lately, the room is very nice and high-tech. Love the spa, there are hot and cold jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Hotel in a central location. Rooms is big, clean, and well furnitured. Bathroom is big but missing the Shataf, which is very important component in 2023. Ask for a higher view for a nice view.

Five star hotel that truly deserves each star. Every little detail was on point, very impressive. Staff was also amazing! The only very minor issues I could think are the VERY expensive prices for services such as laundry & the room service. But highly recommended!

Fantastic, Staying in Fairmont for 4 nights and the place just worked for us. It is in central spot. The room are quiet spacious and maintained well. The view from the room is amazing. Spa, pool and gym are quite new and nicely managed. Special call out or the breakfast lots of variety great taste. I kind of like Prego over Asian market place... Siva the hotel staff was a true representation of hospitality. Lobe to stay here again.

Great hotel! Nice amenities. Full gym with free weights, barbell, dumbbells, and multiple cardio machines. Nice pool. Great staff that are very helpful. Multiple restaurants at the hotel and it is attached to the Raffles mall where you can find food as well. Centrally located and walking distance to nice bars, restaurants, and sights. May be on the pricey side but you get what you paid for.

Our company had organized an event at Hotel Fairmont Singapore, Ballroom Level 4. The mail hall had a capacity of over 2000 pax and it was a perfect place to organize on such a large scale. The food was not that great but the ambience was amazing. Also, it is closely connected to Raffles City Shopping Centre. There were projectors as well to closely look at what is happening on the stage. Overall, the service was excellent. The only thing that needs to be improved is food quality and especially Indian cuisine.

Nice room, love the bathtub. It's probably one of the biggest bathroom in all my local staycation. The filtered water tap is also a very convenient and good addition. The only issue I have with the room is that there's no coffee table or a side table. It would be nice if there's a small table where me and my family could sit around to have my deliver.

Great staff, good service, friendly and respectful. It was wonderful to have access to the mall via the connecting corridors. Thank goodness for this as the weather was terribly warm. I do appreciate the fact that the hotel needs to make money, but it would've been nice if they had offered free bottles of water. Other specific hotels offer complimentary use of cellphones while staying with the hotel. The buffet at the Prego restaurant on the 1st floor was quite extensive and wonderful. Lots of options and delicious food. Service is not bad but could be better since we needed to flag down servers to get additional service.

Everything was perfect but housekeeping although very sweet 🥰a bit overwhelming at times, particularly when you raise a flag and ask not to be disturbed they still knock and ring and call to check whether you indeed want no service 😅 . Also, one night, I asked for some ice cubes to be delivered to my room but had no tip to provide with....oh my!!! I got a lesson in return but still received my ice cubes :))) Thank you, ALL, I enjoyed my stay!!!!!!💝

Best hotel stay! Wonderful room. Very quiet even though it’s facing the pool. The wood paneling is really lovely. Instead of bottled water, there was filtered water (hot and cold) provided with a reusable bottle.

Nice rooms, great service, food is a little pricey and location can't be beat. Close to MRT station and Raffles Center is nice shopping and dining area.

Great hotel, great service and great location. This is going to be my go to hotel whilst in Singapore. Everything within a short walking distance to the mall for local cuisine and shopping.

The hotel had a lovely welcome experience and really great inclusions. But the room we were offered was very musty and had a bit of a wet laundry smell. The hotel had really good service recovery by offering us a dehumidifier and were extremely apologetic. The room service was also quite lovely and tasted quite good. We would say that overall it's a great experience but for the technical issue, which I attribute mostly to the wet weather lately in Singapore. Thanks for making my wife's birthday enjoyable nevertheless.

As always, just love this hotel. I like a lot the breakfast at Asia Market, more welcoming staff especially Azizi, much better than Prego staff who may be sometimes even rude. Prego as a place is just amazing 🤩

Lovely hotel with great interior, I like their ballroom at level 4 , wow they made delicious buffet for Indian food lovers as per our requirement.

The staycation was awesome. Room overlooking city view. Balcony access to enjoy the outside view too. Right below is Raffles City with lots of great food too.

Affordable hi tea . Super value. Many sweet stuff. Double vs savoury. 2 large pots of tea premium tasting. Very interesting. What do you think eating sunflowers and picture frames.

One of the nicest hotel in Singapore. They are located near city hall MRT besides swissotel. Very convenient location and connected to the link mall at raffles. Many eating options are available nearby. The place is walkable for lots of tourist attractions like Merlion Park , esplanade theatre, marina bay center, MBS. The hotel location is amazing for food and drinks nearing to boat quay and Clarke quay.

Love Fairmont hotel, the service from.check in was hassle free and smooth within 5-10min. the room was clean, spacious and luxurious. Restaurants within the hotel had very good service. Its also well connected to the shopping malls and Bugis food street I highly recommend this hotel to both locals and tourists!!

Very accomodating, value for money was good, staff were attentive, polite & helpful. Rooms was large enough for family of 4. Breakfast included was very good value.

I had a good staycation with my girlfriend. Due to COVID-19, there were many regulations, and booking for a staycation was a good experience. The room was big and there was 2 balcony as I upgraded the room, and it was a good experience staying in Fairmont with my loved one, as we had our anniversary, with cakes being given to us. The view was amazing, with city view and there was very good in room service being provided to us. Thank you Fairmont for the exceptional service.

Booked a night for our wedding anniversary. No towel swans unfortunately but we got a high floor room with a great view of Marina Bay area. Wish that we can have longer breakfast time to try the wide selection of choices available.

The room is big, clean and comfortable for my family of four. The room services are prompt and responsive. Given four stars as the check-in could be better managed during the peak rush, and the bed and pillow are too soft for my liking. The food at Prego restaurant is nice, I would prefer more spice and salt though.

Love how centrally located this property is. At affordable room rates that come with breakfast at Prego, access to the pool, spa facilities and fitness center, I think it is rather a bang for buck situation perfect for an urban getaway. Balconies of some rooms open out to gorgeous views of the Singapore cityscape. The room is spacious, upholstery of a comfortable material, pillows and bed soft enough for a comfortable rest.

Stayed in the Fairmont King suite, enjoyed the stay a lot! Great service! Two big pools including one for kids! Even provided free extra beds for children under 12! Breakfast was also nice, have healthier choices! Location is great, many shops in the mall and places to go around the city hall area!

We had an exceptional staycation with Fairmont. They were very professional, and adhere strictly to the covid rules. I would like to specially compliment Nigel from the front desk for his impeccable service, and his initiative to make his guests feel homely.

Had to do quarantine here, staff helpful and caring.

The hotel above shopping mall is going renovation. But the hotel staff still want assign us floor 6 to go through the two nightmare noise with the renovation drilling and hacking sound until 3am then next day morning 8.30am start drilling again. The hotel staff not understand my family have baby.

Spacious room, looks relatively clean and awesome breakfast at Prego's. But was about to rest when a brown spotted lizard appeared next to the bed!! YICKS. Informed the hotel and was given a "newer" room but the room was much smaller than the original.

Room was located at the South Tower. Room looks updated and well maintained. Main lobby was crowded and there was a lack of seating areas.

Had the newly renovated tower rooms. Very very good!

We were fortunate enough to be placed at the Fairmont for our 14 day Quarantine period. The inter leading rooms that my family were allocated are huge and so comfortable. The view over the Singapore skyline is epic. The staff are so so nice and helpful and are doing an amazing job in tough circumstances. We can't wait to return to the hotel as guests when the world re opens and will recommend the Fairmont to all of our visiting friends and family.

I was a little disappointed with my stay at Fairmont but I've stayed at Fairmont a couple of times in the past and really enjoyed my stay. What hasn't changed is their hospitality, amazing hospitality and professional staff and their facilities. What has changed are the rooms, the air conditioning wasn't functioning well during the first night of my stay, (I stayed for 2 nights), on the first day, some maintenance staff came in and repaired the air conditioning but it didn't seem to do much as throughout the night, the room remained the same temperature throughout and we switched it to the coldest temperature and highest fan speed. Subsequently, we switched rooms and the air conditioning was better but wasn't that good either. In terms of the room amenities, toilet beds and others were fine. The air conditioning was the main issue which affected the comfort of the stay the most. Nonetheless, the hospitality has remained top notch through the years!

A 5 star hotel with 1 star service. Booked a pawcation with them on klook. Service and food was bad. The hotel staff mostly are not that friendly towards me. Not sure is it because I have a dog. I tried to abide to the rules and keep my dog in the stroller. At one point when I waited for my in room dining breakfast, one of the hotel staff left the food outside the door and shouted across to me that she is scared of the dog so she ran away after leaving. Is these the kind of attitude that a service staff should have? If you are scared of dogs or animals, know that this hotel is pets friendly, you shouldn't have worked here. I felt very disappointed as the pricing for a pawcation is not cheap and yet this is the kind of service that I get. Felt wasted of my money and I will never ever come again.

Great hotel but loses three stars based on the terrible air conditioning in the rooms. The hotel can be nice in every way, however when you're not comfortable in your room because of the temperature nothing else matters.

Stayed at Fairmont for a 1 night stay and needless to say, I was very happy during my stay. Was served by a lovely gentlemen, Eugene, at the front desk and it was a smooth check-in process done by him. Felt really welcomed the moment I was served by him. The room we booked was really beautiful and clean. The bathroom was also superbly huge. And, the staff even attended our requests promptly and with ease. We didn't manage to try the swimming pool which was a bummer. Called for someone to help us the next morning as we had a lot of items with us and they were fast to get over to us. The check-out process was also prompt and smooth. We had accidentally picked up a chocolate bar in the fridge forgetting that it was auto charged to the room but the reception staff helped us out by deleting the record as we did not consumed the item. The staff who had helped us from our room was patient enough to wait with us for our driver. Service and room was great from this hotel and this is why Fairmont remains as a 5-star hotel. 💯

We had a pleasant stay. Room size, cleanliness and location were excellent. Hotel facilities were great too like pool and spa, by appointment. The breakfast was not as tasty as it looked. I had crab omelette and my sister had tuna croissant.

I have stayed in this luxurious hotel for one night during my recent visit to Singapore. The hotel is located at excellent location and facilities are world class. As i was staying to celebrate the birthday of my wife , hotel has complimentary upgraded to us in the room with excellent view of Singapore attractions. Complimentary cake was arranged by hotel. The room TV and other amenities are excellent. Will definately stay in this hotel in my future visits to Singapore.

One of the "sought-after" 5 star hotel's within the business belt. Spacious room choices with options upgrading to their Presidential Suite & other executive suites. View is breathtakingly awesome on both South & North towers respectively. Hotel staffs from the doorman, reception till room service are exceptionally awesome and welcoming! No refrigerator big enough to store foods/snacks/drinks of any size. All the food locations are overpriced for the amount of per diem I get. Great room and setup, great shower, hard to get cooled down enough compared to the region being so much more humid. Overall, fantastic location for a leisure vacation and would have great views of the harbor in the other tower.

The best hotel in area. Services was warmed. Room also spacious.. but our view is office building.. surrounded with cafes, bars and restaurants. Easy access to MRT.

I take leave and stay there for vacation for 2 nights at 21 floor. Nice scenery from the balcony can see the cars moving below. It is quiet no kids or door banging sounds. Air-con not cold enough although I have set the low temperature. My room TV reception not good. Bathroom come with big bathtub as I ask for deluxe room. Overall it still OK as it is near City Hall MRT station and no problem looking for food.

My family decided to take a short break in Hotel Fairmont Singapore instead of our usual June holiday travel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! All other sevice was exceptional as well. If only there is one area that needs to improve is the bathroom. There was no proper hanger or hook to hang our clothes. Also, the accommodation may not be very user friendly to the Malays. The toilet bowl especially is nor fitted with any water spray jet. Overall, my family have a wonderful experience in our stay. One thing I must highlight is the noise generated by the water dispenser machine. The loudest noise was generated around early morning about 5.00 am plus. It spoiled our whole family that was sleeping so soundly that all of us woke up. Eventually we have to request the customer service person to get the technician to disable the water dispenser. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown at this Fairmont Hotel Singapore. Thank you! Will definitely recommend to all our friends and colleagues! 5 Stars Ratings!

This hotel is amazing!!! The service was great from the moment we stepped out of our taxi to the day we checked out! The room was so spacious and so clean. My favourite part of this hotel was the drinkable hot water tap, didn’t need to use the kettle at all! We loved it here.
