Stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is located in the business area and close to many corporate offices. The room was very spacious compared to another hotel where I stayed last year. Each room has space for working as well with a reclining chair. There is a mini fridge, hair dryer, iron box and table in the room. There is no balcony but has a good view of the city from room. The bathroom was also spacious and with faucet for he Western toilet. The hotel has in-house restaurant as well as room service available. They would arrange cab for you as well and will store your luggage if needed due to late departure after checkout. Overall liked this hotel very much and would recommend.

Hotel rooms are dingy and not properly maintained. Our first room was not properly cleaned and had a cracked bathroom sink. We were given another room which has problems with the air conditioning where it cannot be adjusted -- either very cold or off. Included breakfast is not bad and the location is good.

This is my 2 times with my family to m hotel for dinner buffet. The buffet is excellent, delicious and also the service. Value for money. I will continue going to m hotel buffet. What you like to eat everything is there. Give m hotel buffet a thumbs up.

The hotel is in a posh convenient location, stacked with amenities and great views. Food is good, service also good. But wasn't able to connect with hotel WiFi despite many tries. It was very crowded when I visited the hotel, probably due to Chinese New year and breakfast spread was lavish but it was very crowded. Otherwise the experience was good 😊

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transport services. The facilities are well maintained. The food served in the restaurants is good quality and sold at reasonable prices.

It is a pleasant stay! Near to Tanjong pagar station, traveling around is convenient. The room comes with a bathtub, which is a great way to relax myself. The breakfast buffet is of good variety. 2 thing I dislike are the late check in & early check out timing, and you’ll need to pay for extension of either timing. Generally, it is a great experience and I highly recommended this place.

Hard to believe this is a 4star hotel. Rooms are dark and gloomy with very little natural light. Room cleaning not good - Beds not made properly, one of the bins not emptied. TV channels aren't good and it didn't have a smart tv so no ability to mirror screen devices. The showers are small and cramped. The AC is either freezing or off and there is no ability to change the temp! Breakfast was good though. The pool is small for a hotel of this size and I was envious of the pool for the building next door. Location is a bit removed from everything - very few shops nearby. Sorry but choose another hotel if you have the option.

We spent 7 nights at the M Hotel in a Luxury room. The room was clean and a good size. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and for Singapore a reasonable price. The staff were fantastic from check in, the room attendants and concierges. The breakfast was good and the staff there were right on the ball. If we come to Singapore again this is where we will stay

My family stayed here for 4 days. Location is convenient, near to orchard, marina bay and other business area. Food at Cafe 2000 is great. The pool on this hotel was really enjoyed by my child. Friendly staff. Clean and wide room. Overall, highly recommended👍 all worth it 🌟
