Fantastic hotel, I stayed here for work while my family were on holidays at the same time - some of the rooms are a bit dated. However fantastic facilities for kids to keep them entertained for days! Pools are fantastic with life savers and life jackets available; as well as a kids wet zone park. As well as indoor entertainment areas. Special shout out to Jimmy the chef at the breakfast for looking after my kids each morning! Legend! Great food at the buffet. Gym is good too with nice sauna.

We stayed a week in the Valley Wing at $900 a night "all inclusive". This included all you could drink between noon and 10pm, but you must sit in the lobby and there's only so much you can drink. They control the amount by slow service. We calculated the average person would consume 5-7 glasses per day which equalled $60 per glass. Also included is afternoon tea at 2pm, very ordinary and you get 3 doll house size cakes and sandwiches between 2. Canapaes are only served between 5-7pm with one tray per couple. They were lovely but not enough. Breakfast is also included but it's awful. Unripe, hard avocados, soggy toast, poached eggs that came out like hard boiled eggs. Dry omelette as they don't use cheese. The rooms are big and lovely, out dated and down lights are held in with handmade wire cradles which didn't look safe. Coffee machine in the room but no milk in the fridge? Considering this is a 5 star hotel and we paid over $900 a night, it was a huge let down and we'd never stay here again.

Truly a luxurious experience. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful with tremendous views. The restaurants are great, and I especially enjoyed the poolside food and drink. Close to both the botanical gardens and the Orchard shopping area. I will be back for certain.

The hotel's service is excellent and the staff is really friendly. Shangri-La represents somehow The Idea of the olden days, from the era of Luxury Hotels, which has been modernized to modern times. However, The rooms has lagged behind this modernization. Overall our stay was successful and we were pleased.

We had a wonderful staycation here. The attention to details in the kids room was the next level, with kids toothbrush and tooth paste provided. My son enjoyed the little tent bed and spent so much time playing in there. We had dinner at the Waterfall restaurant, the food and service were great. We didn’t manage to book the splash because it was fully booked but we managed to swim at the normal pool. So all good. Highly recommended for families with kids. Very impressed!

Loved our stay for our wedding anniversary celebration with the kids. True to the reviews, check in was a breeze. The concierge was welcoming from arrival, the attendant Sufian was extremely helpful and friendly to answer to all our questions. Thank you! The kids splash zone and swimming pool was the highlight for the children. They enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Only pity is The Line dinner buffet was lacklustre, the food needs better Menu and the chef needs to design kids friendly dishes. Our kids had trouble with the dishes as it was spicy with lots of black pepper. The service staff was nice enough to ask the chef for special order. But we ended up eating the food leftover from the kids and too full to try the rest. The main dishes were also average. Wouldn’t come back again for their dinner unless there’s a better menu.

We had an enjoyable family staycation from check-in to check-out. Coordinating instructions for a baby cot were well followed through. Service was impeccable and our kids thoroughly enjoyed a morning at Splash. We wished that coordination between The Line and the hotel was better, as the restaurant was unaware of our room’s breakfast inclusions. It did not help that the restaurant’s manager on duty was unbothered to make a simple call, and we felt bad that the service staff (kudos to her) had to speed to the lobby to clarify.

My partner and I did a 2D1N (check-in 2023-06-17, check-out 2023-06-18) at Valley Wing. Overall, it was a pleasant birthday and unforgettable staycation. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast at the Summit room, afternoon tea, evening canapes and free-flow drinks were excellent. The room was large and well-furnished and had a good view. One downside was that the pillow was too soft for me. It would be great to provide a pillow menu for guests to choose in advance/during check-in. Similarly, it would great to provide the menu for the drinks/afternoon tea/evening canapes/breakfast in advance so the guests can know what to expect. Thank you to all staff, in particular, Mr. G.Kumar for the birthday song and chocolates, and Ms. Michelle Wong who gave us a late checkout. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

A very nice hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was quite smooth. The hotel is large, the breakfast is good, like pool and garden area. The gym and sauna area is massive and doesn’t fail to impress. Overall a very good experience. Recommended…!

Definitely a Beautiful Hotel rich with excellent experiences. Right from the doorman, receptionist, housekeepers and guest relations officer will make your day. They definitely made mine. A special shout out to Gracia, Jasmine and others who made my stay memorable. The food is awesome and the rooms are great

Worth the money by any means. Nice rooms (not too big), caring staff, beautiful premises. Tips and hints now. Book your restaurants, even lobby cafe way beforehand. Try not to visit around major holidays, the hotel will be packed like a bus during peak hours, the pool, corridors, lobby will be filled with screaming kids, plus breakfast will be madness. A bit tricky to get to public transport from the hotel. Grab cars are cheap, but better access to the public transport for the environmentally conscious ones could have been appreciated. Overall places to eat are some walking distance away (because booking tables in the hotel restaurants should be done way ahead). Good experience overall. Much recommended.

I had 2 separate reservations back to back. The first one was accorded higher privileges and the 2nd didn’t. In order not to inconvenience me, the check in staff helped looked arranged for both nights with the same room type as day 1. The service was good as usual and the room was clean. We had a great stay and ended dinning in the hotel on all 3 days to enjoy the service and food. The pool was very inviting even though the weather wasn’t and the kids had great fun at both the regular pool and the splash.

We loved our stay here for many reasons. We experienced the most amazing service from the Executive Chef, Matthew. He went above and beyond to cater to our son’s many allergies, to ensure that we had a stress free stay. We were so very grateful for his attentiveness and thoughtfulness. The cherry on top was that our son (a four year old who is super picky eater) enjoyed everything that was prepared! We were also very appreciative of the consideration and efforts of his team. We were also really happy with the overall service at the hotel. Particularly, from one of the porters, Jega, who always greeted our family with a smile and remembered my son by his first name. This is really a family friendly hotel with family friendly facilities (splash park, indoor play area) and nice touches (kids activities, colouring in at the restaurants). We would highly recommend to all family and friends!

The hotel is too beautiful, better than any five-star hotel in India. Everything is beyond the word beautiful. Only one negative point : Rooms were not cleaned every day during my 6-day stay, they used to change or arrange the linens of the beds and bathrooms. No floor cleaning and/or no dusting in general.

Had an absolutely fabulous stay in the tower wing with my two kids. SLS is a very family friendly hotel, with buds (its playroom) and splash (children's pool) being the highlights. My kids had a lot of fun. The main pool was also excellent, plenty of spaces to relax too. Minutes from the city centre, this hotel is a unique place of its own, surrounded by vast trees and garden landscape. My favorite spot is the koi pond and the waterfall. As for the dining options there are plenty but we only tried the Italian restaurant which was impeccable.

We had a very pleasant afternoon at the waterfall. The food was excellent and we were well taken care off by the service staff. They were attentive and prompt, always ready to help us with anything we need. We got a nice birthday cake as well! Keep up the good work! Special mention to Theesyen and Olivia for taking good care of us. We'll be back soon.

Our 2D1N staycation here has been nothing short of amazing. I love how the hotel is so kids friendly, they gave my daughter a welcoming goodies upon checking in which included colouring kit, toiletries and cookies. my daughter loves the splash zone so much and we went there twice during our short stay! Food in the waterfall restaurant was nice, although buffet choices were slightly limited in The Line restaurant. The room is spacious and clean, every staff is friendly and warm. Every 5 star hotel would be more or less the same, but it's the staff and attitude that make the difference.I would definitely come back again.

Booked a staycation here for our honeymoon (since we cannot travel anywhere in this pandemic). Service was impeccable from the beginning and we expect no less from the Shangri-la brand. Our request for early check-in was accommodated and the whole process was seamless. Stayed at the garden wing. Tranquil and relaxing environment. Well maintained interior. Complimentary cocktails and dining credits was also included in our stay. Was pleasantly surprised by cake, flowers, and a card in our room when we came back from dinner. The staff heard that we were on our honeymoon and went above and beyond to prepare a special surprise for us. The hotel is also very kid-friendly with various facilities that cater to children. Saw many families with young kids during our stay. Overall will recommend in a heartbeat

I like to thank Shangri La hotel and The Line for this dining experience. like to thank the service crew including Rachel and the Ops Manager (missed out his name) for the help. They had arranged for a birthday cake for my wife and a pleasant photo-taking moment for my family. We appreciate it a lot. please keep up the good work and we will be happy to reconnect with the hotel and this dining experience again.

Making of reservations and booking of facilities were very convenient. Confirmation was fast too. The inter-connecting rooms were very clean and neat and overlooked the gardens and swimming pools. We liked the layout of the main door and the 2 separate rooms. The 3rd bed was surprisingly comfortable too. Bathrooms were sparkling clean. Birthday and wedding anniversary chocolate mousse cakes were delectable. Decorations and cards were meaningful and welcoming. The bonus was the rose petals bubble bath prepared by the butler!

We had a 2 night stay at the valley wing and it was nothing short of amazing! Service was attentive, personalised and yet not intrusive. We opted for breakfast to be served to the room, where we were allowed to choose 2 mains per pax. The servings were very substantial and quality was also pretty good (the Indian food was my favourite). They also remembered that we were celebrating a birthday and arranged for decorations and a cake to be placed in our room when we were out at the pool. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The grounds were lovely and expansive, but it's the service that won us over. Kudos to the entire team, and its definitely a place we'll choose to come back to again.

We stayed in this hotel for few days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived on early flight but to our surprise we could check in straight away. Room was beautiful decorated and was a warm welcome for our anniversary. The hotel is excellent with a beautiful team with lot of green many waterfalls ponds etc., Service was excellent and was very promt. Highly recommend for anybody who wants a 5star hospitality.

This is easily the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The decades of experience shine through, the attention to detail is exceptional, and the whole place makes you feel really special. The kids LOVED Buds and the kids pool, and this is the perfect place to bring your family and really let go and relax. The food is incredible, the staff are just gorgeous, and make you feel like you can ask for anything you need. The turtles, the koi, the waterfalls...all of it just makes it a magical place. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay with our toddler in the Garden Wing. We enjoyed daily buffet breakfast, which was always delicious and plentiful. All the employees we came across were warm and welcoming. Buds and Splash was very much enjoyed by our daughter and entrees were included in our stay package. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Singapore.

Shangri-La Hotel stands as a hallmark of luxury, elegance, and exceptional service. The pinnacle of my satisfaction hinged on the timely and compassionate assistance I received during a sudden health mishap. The staff’s readiness to aid, paired with a well-orchestrated approach to emergency response, highlighted a caliber of service that went beyond mere hospitality—it was a blend of professionalism with a touch of personal care.

I was extremely blown away by the level of service by every staff and how every staff from recept, to bellman, splash zone,.. Are all very prepared to engage the children. I thought we were in Disneyland as every staff was very upbeat and spoke with my kids cheerfully. I particularly recall an encounter when my 4&5yo was searching for Treasure Hunt answers outside Dutch Pavilion when a wedding was ongoing. I can imagine the panic the staff at the door must have should any of my kids dash into the wedding procession. Immediately one of the staff came out from the door and instead of asking us to lower our volume or remind us a wedding was going on, he greeted my kids enthusiastically and asked if they needed any clues to the treasure hunt answers and wishing them a great adventure ahead when we left. I was impressed at the hotel's commitment to creating the 'lost paradise' experience!

This is an environmentally sustainable hotel, it offers water in only boxes. There is central heating. The staff is also excellent and ready to serve. The lobby is beautiful, and it has orchids all over. There is a shuttle service that takes you to nearby centers and malls. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Possibly the best hotel experience across the board I've had so far. Including the best breakfast, included for adults and children. Seems to be a thing elsewhere now that kids breakfasts are extra at 50% adult price, as we experienced in our previous stay in Singapore.

I really wanted to like this hotel. We did do an inspection before booking, and the promised service offered failed to be delivered. I filled in a special request form for myself and my family weeks before arriving, and the requests were ignored. I had to go to reception to ask for these requests repeatedly-in the end it was just too difficult. We had two rooms in the Valley wing. The service levels in the lounge were very inconsistent, and one of the waiters was quite rude to my husband at breakfast-not acceptable. My husband wasn’t very well at the time. An early check in was very much welcomed, but on the last night at the hotel, it was the service in the lounge that was just terrible. We weren’t offered any drinks at all, I just wanted tea, and were ignored by the serving staff. Compared to the Rasa Sayang Penang, this hotel was a poor choice for us. I wouldn’t ever come back again. Extremely disappointed.

Not impressed. Low points: Dirty utensils in my room and visible stains on the walls of my toilet. Saw staff standing around at level 3 lobby chatting only greeting the foreigners and not the locals like myself. you can definitely find a better hotel for the price. Highlights: The saving grace is the buds and splash zone for the kids. Thanks also to the staff at valley wing tower and the two doormen for their wonderful service and smiles.

We had another wonderful stay at Shangri-La Orchard. It was our second visit and we'd love to return again. It's particularly good for young children, with two swimming pools, suitable restaurants and an indoor play area.

Amazing hospitality.. we were there with the kids end of july 2023 beautiful hotel 👌🏼 Rooms are clean have large fridge and we booked the safari themed rooms. The kids absolutely loved it Upon arrival they gave each kid a bag with small gifts and they have a treasure chest in the room with gifts inside also u just have to solve the riddles to open the code foe the chest. Only comment is buds and splash close too early we were not able to visit sadly after all the day activities :(

Stayed at Valley Wing and the Lobby staff that impressed us: 1. Elvis 2. Pravin ( I hope I got it right) They've been very friendly and I could absolutely see their passion as they had engaging conversations with us. My last night was unfortunately disturbed by an incondierate neighbor. They had loud music, door slamming and multiple guests in the room at 115am and lasted for an hour. In between ive had to make 2 calls to the operator to intervene as it was unbearable for me to kids and worse, my 2 kids woken up by the loud noise. What caught my surprise in between was room service was served and I am wondering if your staff was able to already noticed that there was a inappropriate "party" happening at that they could already help intervene. Understand that might not be their scope but perhaps red flag could have already been advised to the relevant teams. I may have missed but only saw your staff after my 2nd call to give warnings to the neighbor and was handled very professionally. Good job to that. Lastly, not sure if it's a common sight but was shocked to see the main breakfast line at THE LINE being extremely long in both days of our stay! While we had alternative which we didn't mind, I overheard unhappy complaints from other guests as they cant get as much variety from alternatives. With the price paid I'm sure guests will expect to enjoy fully. Lastly, my experience in the lounge serving high tea and canapes were great! Food was delicious as always and staff was prompt to react. However 1 small feedback is 2nd serving requests are usually slow, not just on myself but neighboring tables had to usually ask twice. Overall I still enjoyed my stay nonetheless! 😄

Such a wonderful Hotel. Great facilities and staff. My favourite restaurant is The Waterfall, chef Simone and his team are amazing. The Valley Wing is truly first class with the attention to detail by the staff. My family and I love this place and can't wait to return again.

Upscale and lovely hotel located away from the bustling Orchard shopping belt. Expect premium hospitality from the team there no less. Just take note that it's not very accessible via public buses and consider a car hailing service there.

I had a wonderful staycay for my wedding anniversary here together with my 2yr old toddler. Stayed at valley wing and the service was fantastic from each and every staff! Valley wing was nice, quiet and peaceful. Our package included afternoon tea and evening canapes which was yummy, along with the champagne. It was my first time bringing a toddler to staycay and she slept soundly in her cot. It was a great experience for her and us, definitely won’t be the last. We opted for bfast at the lounge which was yumz. We’ll be back for more staycays at Shangri-La!

Went there to stay for 5 days 4 nights, delivery for food and items that were sent to the concierge were not sent to my room even though it was informed to them. Tried to call them but no answer, so after 30 mins I decided to go take it myself. Housekeeping in the room isn’t that great as well. Shower amenities that were empty were left that the exact location and seeing that more than 1 bottle was used, they also didn’t have the initiative to put 2 or 3. Bathrobes that were sent for washing were also not topped up. I mean for a 5 stay hotel I think much more can be done.

Ending my 2N stay here today. It’s been a while since I last stayed here. In no particular order, here are my comments: - staff generally when approached, were professional, and helpful; - for family with children, this hotel offers pretty good fun amenities but costly; - restaurants offer quite a good variety of menu. I’ve only ate at the Line Restaurant. Good breakfast variety but many items were edible but not quite tasty; - as for room, my was at the Garden Wing, on the 6th floor. Furnishings were maintained but tired. The aircon shutdown once daily especially in the night apparently the balcony door triggered it. I had to open & shut it even though I did not used it or open it at all. The chiller in the room wasn’t very cold. And there’s an analog clock in the room that doesn’t work from Day 01.

What a superb hotel. I have stayed on many occasions. The location is so convenient and yet when in the pool surrounded by palm trees in the middle of the hotel’s grounds it feels like a resort. Fantastic options for dining too. The Shang Palace is Michelin starred and the Line has an excellent buffet of foods from around the world. Everything you would expect from a 5* hotel but where the Shangri-La really excels is their staff. They are some looming, friendly and professional. In short they are outstanding.

Classic five star hotel. Nice and central being close to Orchard Road. Buffet breakfast has got to be one of the largest I have seen covering all nationalities! Staff are friendly and restaurants are worth dining at. Highly recommend requesting a topper for the bed as can be a bit firm otherwise.

We celebrated our ROM in the deluxe suite at Valley Wing on 2 Dec 2023. We were thoroughly impressed with the excellent service from the Valley Wing staff - in particular, Elvis, Pravin, Francis, Peggy, Raja, Lionel. We had earlier met with Francis months ago, where she kindly showed us around the hotel as part of our ROM venue recce. A pleasant surprise was when the Concierge delivered a bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate this special occasion with us! We stayed at another wing previously and also dined at the restaurants - but the service cannot compare to what we encountered with the Valley Wing staff. We are so grateful towards the staff for making our ROM extra special and we are already making plans to return next year! :)

I went there for the afternoon tea. Pro: the lobby is magnificent. If you want to take pictures go there for the amazing light. The place is big. About the afternoon tea, the tea itself was good! The food was OK. Nothing spectacular. 1 advice, one of the sweet item as some liquid sugar in it. Be careful, it stains!! When it squirts. Con: not all personal were nice. One lady was not complacent at all.

It was a great experience at the Shangri-La Orchard. Our son thoroughly enjoyed all the kids related activities like Buds and Splash. Mary who was at both Splash and Buds was great - she was so friendly and warm to our son and made us feel so welcomed at the hotel. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. Although we had to wait quite a while in line for check-in, overall process was smooth. However, breakfast spread at the Line seem to be less exciting compared to what it used to be with less options available.

Excellent luxurious hotel for a staycation. We stayed in a spacious & cozy Garden wing one bedroom suite. Love the Valley wing lounge that serves a wide variety of beverages, cocktails & liquors from 11am to 10:30pm. The afternoon tea & evening cocktails are fabulous for family & friends get together. We got more value from the money as it is not more expensive than other similar 5 stars hotel with smaller space.

I was skeptical about doing a staycation in a city centre hotel but i was blown away after spending 2 nights. Service was impeccable, facilities such as Buds, Splash was a hit with the kids. They also provide life jackets for kids so they can swim freely in the 1.2m pool. As for food, i think they can do better in terms of variety. Overall i am very pleased with the pool view garden wing room, activities and facilities for kids and i did not feel like i was in the city. I will definitely visit again.

My family and I truly enjoyed the stay. Every part of the stay shows quality. The check-in was smooth, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and well maintained and the atmosphere of the whole place is green and peaceful. The package that we bought allow us to bring out kids to Splash and buds. Plus the dining voucher let us have a relaxing afternoon break at The Signature, something we would not normally do. We try to go for staycation on special days to celebrate, this is by far the best experience we had overall.

Hi there! It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We have two small kids, one 3+ and another 1+ and everything from check in to check out was a breeze! We took the Valley Wing Deluxe room. Room cleanliness and service was spotless! The only thing that could be improve is having a bidet beside the toilet bowl. :) What I really love it's that it caters to kids so well. My kids enjoyed the Splash and Buds so much that I felt 3 days 2 nights are not enough! There was a slight incident where my toddler shoe fell off at the pond near waterfall. We would like express our gratitude to Mr Noor from service and another guy from maintenance line I guess who helped us to take her shoe. Thank you so much! We hope to be there again in future :)

I really enjoyed this hotel. Really nice and rooms were very very comfortable. For the gym goers, this place has one of the best gyms I have experienced in a Hotel for a long time. Multiple restaurants available just note, that very rarely are they all open at the same time or same evening. Concierges were so helpful, couldn't fault them. They were everything I thought Raffles would be :)

The whole family enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The hotel staff were very warm and approachable and the hotel was so intentional with ensuring that the needs of both the young and old were met! Saying goodbye was difficult and emotional, esp for our kids, but we know it’s only temporary and we’ll definitely be back! Like what my 5 year old has been telling us everyday…“This is the best hotel ever!”

Like to highlight that the weighting scale is out of battery in our room and the sound system seems to non functional (tried usingt the remote but nothing happened). Otherwise, we were very pleased with the room and the staff were all very helpful. One other thing was the shuttle bus, while we understand it was stopped due to the COVID restrictions, it is somewhat an inconvenience for us (as we don't drive) when wanting to go do some shopping at Orchard.

Shangri-la is always a wonderful experience for us. They take care of every detail and are very kid-friendly. I would also like to especially thank Mia and her team for making sure our kids were fruitfully occupied and taken care of!

We were here at the end of June as a family of 5. We were looked after really well and this was our favourite hotel in Singapore! Our kids really enjoyed the themed rooms (we were lucky enough to get the castle), and looked forward each evening to solving the puzzle. The pool and its slides were also a highlight for our 5 year old. Highly recommended, especially for families!

Our family had a great time here. Staff was amazing! Xavier at the pool (towel station) and Shak with the Fun Team really took their time to make sure we were taken care of! We were able to check in a few hours early and check out an hour late, because they had availability. We were thankful for that. The shower head was a bit funky and would always point towards outside of our tub, but that was the only issue we had with the room. The breakfast looked more like a dinner buffet with so many varieties! One thing which should be noted that the water in the beach is filthy! I know it's not the hotel's fault, but we booked this place thinking we could enjoy the beach and we ended spending all the time in the pools instead, which was not so bad. ;)

The rooms are nice and well-maintained. The staff are extremely pleasant and attentive. Some service in the bar/restaurant areas is slow, and the queues for breakfast in the morning are totally unacceptable for a hotel of this price. The hotel is a 15 min walk from public transport, which is far by Singaporean standards and very unpleasant in the heat.

I’ve never seen staff this good and caring at any hotel, big or small, budget or luxury, in any country. The hotel itself is beautiful with clean and spacious rooms, amazing lobby, pool and common areas. One small gripe is that there are so many different areas, the smaller restaurants and cafes are hard to find if you don’t know where you’re going- which actually means you have so many choices that it’s a good problem to have. Afternoon tea and the morning breakfast at the Line were different every day and always top notch. There is construction happening across the street which is a drawback however, but just get a room on the other side of the hotel and you’re fine (May 2022). Overall one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had and well worth it!

Had the buffet lunch at The Line. Very good array of international and local food. High quality meats, fish, seafood and cooked to perfection. Well displayed. Well spread out so that there were no long queues for food. Staff efficient and low key. Thanks for including coffee/tea/Milo in the buffet pricing. Very reasonable price of $68++. Well done Management and Restaurant team.

Fantastic hotel, I stayed here for work while my family were on holidays at the same time - some of the rooms are a bit dated. However fantastic facilities for kids to keep them entertained for days! Pools are fantastic with life savers and …

We were pleasantly greeted by all staff members we met during our stay. Special mention to those serving at the front desk, dining and also at Buds. its been 2 years since we went for a holiday and you made our stay at Shang as good as going overseas. We came back feeling refreshed.

This is our second consecutive year to stay at Shangri-la in December. The service is excellent as usual. What impressed me this visit is the attention to small details: we found step stool in the toilet for our little one to be able to reach for the sink! The kids would love it more if there is kids sized bath robes for them to cover themselves during the long walk back from the Splash zone to our rooms. Can’t wait to see what’s new in our next trip next year.

Simply amazing experience. Booked the valley wing for a birthday getaway. The birthday surprise took me off guard since I didn’t specifically mention anything, but that’s exactly the essence of hospitality we’re long for. I was prepared for a darker gloomy yet sophisticated ambience since that’s the advertised charm of Valley Wing, however to my surprise they managed to infuse subtle modern elements, exuding brightness to the overall feel. The lounge were awesome, all the way from drink selection to service level. Valley wing lounge will mostly be filled with guests on free flow champagne, tea or canapé time. It was packed, and each table has their own choice of wine, juices, etc. While I was on call, my wine glass was never empty! The attendant never asked me which wine am I drinking, they just remembers. And they did exactly same for all of other tables, with various choices of their own. You’ll get your money’s worth here, trust me.

I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La. Our room was spacious and clean with a great view of the pool side and skyline. The hotel restaurants and bar were phenomenal. The pool was fun. The gym was incredible. And the best part...the breakfast! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. It is away from the craziness of downtown but still in a prime location. I will definitely return.

it is really a great experience for my entire family. The kiddos have so much fun that they are looking forward to all the activities everyday! They went crazy at splash, had so much fun at buds, and also enjoyed the swimming pool though the water was a little cold. We filled our tummies at the Line and service was not bad, except the some of the food came cold as I understand the chefs had to prepare in advance. Hopefully there can be more pairs of hands for the food service line.

Just attended a wedding here. The food is very good served warm. Fresh and vegetarian options available too. Overall the hall is grand and nice. Safe distance was observe and the host made sure people from groom and bride side did not mix. Facility looks old but we'll kept and maintain.

We hosted our son birthday party at Buds. The team is attentive and awesome. The overall experience, be it dining, party and stay were fantastic. Kudos to the team. We will definitely visit again, as usual.

I did not enjoy staying here. The service is terrible. Staff don’t communicate with each other. Breakfast is chaotic, messy with not many healthy options. Rooms are average. The kids park is great. Swimming pool is nice. Restaurants are not very good, especially the italian one.

Shangri-La is without a doubt the best hotel for families! We stayed with our son and had a terrific time. The staff are truly attentive, kind and so welcoming. The kids pack we received was so good and rooms are amazing. Great food and Buds - kids activity centre is amazing. Kept the kids on a high when the rain dampened our spirits! Extremely clean and classy place. Food is great and swimming is perfect for both kids and adults! Worth the money spent. Will definitely return!

My sisters and I stay at garden wing. The room is okay, smallish and old. The television is old and is not a smart TV, very disappointed. For over S$700 a night, this is appalling. The only thing we enjoy is the next morning breakfast, we were able to enjoy our breakfast at our own pace.
