Did
not
expect
a
Five
-
Star
Hotel
to
have
such
a
bad
services.
Hosted
my
wedding
Solemnization
lunch
there
last
week,
we
had
a
very
bad
experience.
1.
Guest
were
not
serve
drinks
upon
arrival,
even
after
the
solemnization
end,
my
family
members
got
to
asked
the
service
crew
to
serve
drinks
for
the
guest
a
couple
of
times
and
proceed
table
to
table
and
apologize
to
the
guests.
2.
All
five
Services
crew
assign
for
the
banquet
were
not
experience.
They
do
not
take
initiative
to
ask
the
guests
what
drink
they
would
like
to
have,
did
not
walk
around
to
refill
drinks.
Me
the
groom
got
to
teach
them
what
to
do.
3.
Champagne
tower
falls
twice
upon
stacking.
Service
crew
proceed
to
pick
up
glass
from
the
ground
and
stack
back
up
in
front
of
all
the
guests.
My
solemnizer
got
to
tell
her
to
change
a
new
sets
of
glass
for
hygiene
purpose.
4.
Special
meal
for
me
and
my
dad
wasn’t
serve
correctly.
We
were
allergic
to
shellfish
as
the
hotel
was
informed
and
yet
services
crew
did
not
ask
and
proceed
to
serve
us
the
plate
with
shellfish.
5.
Junior
suite
room
assign
to
us
was
noisy
as
there
is
a
night
club
nearby.
The
music
is
loud
that
My
wife
couldn’t
have
proper
sleep
the
whole
night
before
our
wedding
day.
I
was
not
in
the
hotel
so
I
proceed
to
make
a
phone
call
and
check
with
them.
The
front
desk
crew
suggest
to
change
another
room
which
I
told
her
it’s
not
appropriate
to
change
as
it’s
middle
of
the
night
at
4am
they
are
resting.
We
will
only
change
room
on
the
2nd
night
after
the
wedding
is
done.
The
front
desk
then
again
proceed
to
call
the
room
to
suggest
for
room
change
which
wakes
everyone
up.
6.
I
gave
feedback
to
the
sales
manager
who
was
in
charge
of
my
wedding
and
the
front
desk
manager
on
duty
upon
checking
out,
they
told
me
will
bring
this
up
the
to
the
management
during
the
meeting.
No
one
revert
back
to
me
until
I
outreach
them
and
ask
for
the
update.
After
all
the
bad
experience
we
had
on
our
big
day,
what
the
hotel
could
do
was
to
offer
us
a
weekend
high
tea
back
at
the
hotel
as
a
service
recovery.
I
am
spending
my
time
writing
this
review
as
I
feel
really
disappointed
with
the
hotel
services.
My
wife
families
and
friends
flew
from
Japan
to
attend
our
big
day
and
yet
this
is
the
services
standard
they
experience.
A
note
to
all
the
couples,
if
you
are
considering
hosting
your
Solemnization
/
wedding
banquet
here
in
Continental
Singapore,
do
think
twice.
