Location is great and near to food court or supermarkets. However the toilet wall was a bit moldy , the window blind looked dirty and requires a proper deep cleaning. The entire building also needs to have a better maintenance because it was built 5 years ago (in 2017). Please maintain its cleanliness standard for 4 stars hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great location and friendly staffs. They have a swimming pool and small gym on the 10th floor. The breakfast is expensive and not many options. The $8 coupon only for drinks only. We liked the robot delivered towels and water bottle to our room. Clean and quiet room but a bit small. Good for two or solo. Definitely will come back again!

The good things is that location is right in the middle of the town and counter staff is friendly and check in/check out process is smooth Bad side is the bed was terrible to sleep as too soft with zero support and woke up multiple times in the midnight, backs and necks ache … totally uncomfortable! Despite indicating that we wanted our room to be made up through the button provided but no one come to do it

Super unhappy with their service and not being clear with all their information. Firstly when I called them to check if the hotel accept self-isolation reservation they said NO,on the ICA list of hotel they are one of the hotel that accept self-isolation stay and I found a email address there so I wrote in to double check and I was told that indeed they do accept self-isolation reservation however I would only be able to book 1 to 2 days stay. Once I got the confirmation I’ve made my booking from a second hand party. I’ve provide them the flight details and booking references number as being asked to once I have my confirmation information. Right now I’m told that I have to book another day at the hotel because they can’t arrange for early check in for a couple of hours how ridiculous is that! I wasn’t being informed until I’ve made all my bookings. It makes no senses! I was being told for self-isolation stay I would only be able to book for 1 or 2 days stay and right now I am able to book for a 3rd day!?!? I don’t understand how lousy their service can be it’s unbelievable for a 4 star hotel! With every other hotel I’ve been in if we were to inform them earlier to arrange for a early check in they are always able to help out with that. My stay won’t happen to late January 2022 which it’s 1 month time. Truly extremely disappointed with my booking!

The room is OK but being very small, the humidity was very high on a permanent basis. Lack of ventilation. Nonetheless, the stay was enjoyable. The morning buffet is worth including with the room. The 3 stars for the room is due to the humidity. Besides that, the room was very clean, modern, and comfortable.

Great location with great views from the higher floors. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet can get a bit tedious with the crowd. The room has decent space but the layout is a bit weird with limited sink space next to the bed.

The hotel location is connected to Orchard Road, only 50 meters walk. easy to find food, lots of basement food courts around it. hotel with the best self check in and check out. the room is not that big but quite comfortable with reclining bed. Complete breakfast, only at certain times the seats are full so you have to queue.

The hotel offered a comfortable bed, clean room, and a well-maintained washroom. However, the room size, including the bed, could have been more spacious. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the service was commendable. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness when calling the reception was a notable downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Five stars location. Right in the heart of orchard road. Room is small but sufficient with ample amenities and clever use of furnitures. Toilet space is not compromised which is great. Service? That little robot was cool! And the best part got to be the price for a hotel room in orchard. Paid about $150 a night. Breakfast was okay. Had to fill a form because of covid.

Definitely not worth the price that you’re paying for! First of all, the room is so small and cramp that you barely have any space to put our carry on luggage, let alone any bigger size luggage. The inclined bed is way too soft and you can’t put it flat 100%, this is so ridiculous. No housekeeping service unless you request for it. Check-ins all done by ourselves (with the assistance of staffs, if they are present at the lobby). Lobby area is pathetically small as well 🥲. The good part of this hotel is only the location.

Overall the experience was positive. The biggest highlight for us was the out of this world housekeeping staff which cleaned the room everyday. They were efficient and thorough. Moreover, the quality of the bed was also phenomenal. The mattress was more than comfortable as were the pillows ! Great night guaranteed! While we did have a good time a few things were disappointing. The soundproofing of the room was incredibly bad. We could hear our neighbors, the staff walking and cleaning at all hours of the day as well as the elevators located 6 rooms away from us. This disturbed our sleep greatly and made the experience a little less enjoyable. The other big negative mark for YOTEL, was the breakfast. For a 25$ « all inclusive buffet breakfast » the options were both limited and not that good. The pastries were tough, there was no milk, there was no straightforward vegetarian option,… overall this breakfast was a huge disappointment and clearly not worth your money.

Overall good experience. Nice, modern, compact hotel. Rooms are small but designed well to maximize use of space. Self check-in but staff on standby to help. Beds can be converted into a comfy 'couch'. Rooms very a tad dusty and my AC was quite volatile. Breakfast is very standard and processed food.

Overall a good experience. However, i would not recommend to rent a room if you are travelling with kids. The room is very small and despite its modern look, lacks of storage space. Very suitable for business people travel by themselves or couples. Also, it’s the first time I stay in a hotel with a toilet/shower in front of a wall height window. Great emplacement!

Awesome rooms Futuristic theme. The bunk bed was fun for 3 pax. Including the automated queen bed! The bed is very comfy too. The toilet view was awesome. Location is good. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations! Will definitely return.

Good location, courteous attentive Staff/Management , clean n quiet rooms very safe for female solo guest. Stay over 1 night. I was attended during check-in by a very courteous Mr Sherwin Poh/Director Of Mission Control 😎. I asked for a room facing ION on a higher floor he willingly acceded to my request plus a bonus late checkout by 2pm. I thanked you Sir. Convenient centralized location within walking distance to anywhere in Orchard Road/junction Scotts Rd. My room/bathroom was clean n quiet comfy with a good scenic view of south/west Singapore. Well recommended ! 👍

No complains, good experience. Novelty of hotel concept. Bed is too soft as is a folding bed. Enjoyed the hospitality of the robot. New hotel with smart TV so I synced my phone to the TV to watch movies. Bathroom with a view so remember to pull down the curtains first before using the bathroom.

Tiny room with exuberant pricing. But so clean and comfy. Very private. The gym is a tad small with limited machines. But the walk to surrounding places is minimal. Highly recommend if you are traveling solo and need to stay in the orchard area.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bad reviews from other patrons has somehow helped me to lower my expectations. The room was small but its very comfortable. The check in/out process was pretty quick and easy. I love how its accessible to mrt & shopping malls.

Location is great, just off Orchard ... but that's a double-edged sword because you'll also get Orchard prices. Room is very very small - hardly space to do ART. No space for zoom meeting. Little space for toiletries. The gap of 4 days between room cleaning is too long. The shower design is horrible - the floor mat gets all wet after each shower. Staff are all pretty professional and good.

Super unhappy! The rooms are even smaller than they look in the photos. Everything was dusty, the bathroom door was covered in finger marks. The towels were ragged and dirty. The room had a weird moist/ mouldy smell. They do not clean the room for 4 days which makes everything even worse. There’s not much space to store luggage, the bathroom sink is in the bedroom. The breakfast was super basic. On top of this they charge a $50 per night deposit on your card and then return it in cash?! Will never be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very clean, it’s a self-check in system which I appreciate and it’s very cute and futuristic with the robots delivering you water and towels. The location is exactly where you want to be as a tourist with lots of great restaurant options, shopping options and easy access to MRT. The rooms are very small but I didn’t mind that so much. I didn’t like the set up for the bathroom. The toilet has a glass door which means you can hear everything your partner is doing in there. The water pressure in the shower would fluctuate and also randomly decide to change temperatures even if you weren’t interfering. The toilet and shower are also in front of floor to ceiling windows which means you have to pull the curtain down every time you use it, and remove it after you were done to let light back into the room.

Location is great, especially for shopping. Now the room isn't huge but it is very well arranged. For example, there's space under the bed to stash your bags and a couple of drawers under the sink for all your toiletries, so you can keep the room fairly clutter free which is handy when it's compact. We were on level 28 and had great views, which are from the shower / toilet space. A loo with a view. The lack of chairs and sofas is covered by the adjustable bed. For the price this is a clever, compact hotel on Orchard Rd.

Small room, pricey, but my only comments is the cleanliness is not maintained since 2 days before they come to clean your room. Towels should be replaced everyday, if possible. Other than that, location is perfect!

amazing location and lovely staff. any minor issues were resolved quickly. really enjoyed our stay and toiletries were all provided too which was helpful. only thing i would look at changing is the attached bathroom only has glass between it and the bedroom - partially frosted, but still not what we expected. i was staying with my husband so it wasn't too bad, but be aware of this

One of the best locations to stay. If they can improve on breakfast spread- it will become a killer proposition. Tough for vegetarians. I feel they should add few India options in the breakfast. Staff is warm, helpful and efficient. Clean hotel - room size is a bit small, ok for a couple with a kid.

The hotel is about a 25 min drive from the airport and less than 10 min walk to Orchard metro station. Most attractions were within a 20min metro ride away. Many shops and restaurants were also close by. Staff providing assistance at the automated check-in were very helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable! Our premium queen size room was compact to say the least (as per the website pictures). If you like your space or have lots of luggage with you, you may want to consider an alternative hotel with more room space. The breakfast selection was very good. Breakfast staff could have been more welcoming, not many friendly smiles. It was a nice unique experience for a short stay. Our son enjoyed using the robots to get stuff delivered to the room!

Rooms were small (simply just one room with a bathroom connected, mini fridge, bed and tv) but still nice because of the quality, cleanliness and LED lights. Service was beautiful, our complimentary water bottles were restocked everyday, shower was squeaky clean, beds were made nicely. Best service me and my family have experienced so far at a hotel Location was average, we mostly used the subway to get to exciting landmarks and shopping strips

Great location just off Orchard Road near to Orchard MRT etc. As mentioned by many other reviewers the rooms are small. However they do have everything required of a comfortable stay. I am sure if you are prepared to pay more you may get larger rooms. The breakfast buffet is acceptable but nothing to get very excited about. If I was to stay again I wouldn’t bother paying extra for the breakfast. Plenty of excellent places to eat in the area. It’s a very busy hotel at the weekend. It has the feel of a modern budget hotel but the prices are much more. Couple of robots helping to deliver items to rooms which is not likely to catch on. Overall a pleasant stay.

With very small rooms they set the price levels of hotels with much bigger rooms in the same area. And they say their rooms are sleek and designed as a first class flight. If so they should market a co-living space than a hotel. And they use robots instead of humans to serve you, cutting cost. Another reason to call this a (expensive) co-living space than a hotel.

Nothing to complain about the price. Rooms are indeed small but sufficient for two people. There is a shower, toilet and sink in the room. The upper floors have a great view over the city. Public Transport is available 1 min walking from the hotel via Orchard Road. You can reach Marina Bay in 15 min. Breakfast is something around 21-25$ and is rich of fruits, waffles, noodles, eggs, breads, bakery products...

What a treat to have stayed at the Yotel for 3 days. The room is super small, but interior design and ergonomics made it fit all perfectly. The queen bed was really good. Good shower. Nice big TV with unlimited international channels. The restaurant serves excellent food and the breakfast buffet is very good. Location is epic!

Our experience here was consistent with many of the reviews we read: a small (but functional) room and good value. The hotel was clean and the location was practical for our vacation. The gym was pretty good for a hotel gym: a few cardio machines as well as a full rack of dumbbells and a pulley machine. The staff were friendly and the hotel stored our luggage securely on the day we checked out, which was helpful. This hotel also provided a small incentive (in the form of credit at the hotel bar) if you opted to not get your room cleaned every day, which I thought was a great idea. The hotel was quite busy when we were staying there, so there were sometimes waits if you had to speak to staff. The self check-in is good idea in theory but was a bit tedious when we were actually doing it because some of the steps took a long time to complete. As mentioned, the room was small but had shelves/hooks placed in strategic locations to make it more functional. This generally worked pretty well, but we had trouble finding space to store our bags. We learned after we checked out that there was build in storage under the bed, but we didn’t get to use this since we weren’t able to find it on our own. Perhaps our own fault for not looking closely, but it would be great if they made this more obvious to guests. I would consider staying here again if back in Singapore.

This is the second time coming to YOTEL Singapore at Orchard with my wife. Loved the living experience of the room the 1st time we came because of the uniqueness of the bathroom facing the city etc and the coziness of the room. However, what was disappointing was the breakfast experience in which is evident that they spent little effort in. It was free seating in a hotel environment which made the experience feel like eating at a fast food restaurant as we had to find seats. Shame.

Nice clean hotel. I had the queen room with a bunk bed on top. The layout is quite weird since the bathroom has the full view and if you close the bathroom door you don’t have any view at all. That being said the view itself is quite nice. The room’s water pipe was screeching every time it was in use which disrupted my sleep. There is no common area available in the hotel for you to take calls. Overall, good for a short stay.

  • 3/5 Hana D. 2 years ago on Google
The staff were nice, but seems like my room wasn't wiped down properly. I usually wipe down high touchpoints with antibacterial wipes when I check in, and while doing so, I noticed a lipstick stain (in the shape of someone's lips) on the leather panel on the wall beside my bed (right next to where I was sleeping). So even though the panel was on the fringe of the bed (hence anyone sleeping on that side would have touched the area multiple times), it wasn't wiped down properly. I got the stain out with just antibacterial wipe so don't think it was a tough stain. Quite shocked at the lapse in disinfecting during this pandemic.

One of recent favorite places for short, weekend getaways. If you have small kids, do book the rooms with bunk beds as we did. Our son had so much fun going up and down the bunk bed, enjoying his own space above us and at the same time having a bit of Orchard view from the toilet window..Yes the toilet & shower room has full height window which offers very nice view of the Orchard rd landscape. Yotel Orchard is strategically located as well, with plenty of eating options nearby including some that are open until late or from early. The hotel was also kind enough to let us have complimentary early check in (as early as 6.30am!). Hopefully we'll still be able to enjoy that when the country reopens. They also provide complimentary water bottles, and quite likely, request for more water bottles will be served by one of the hotel robots (another side entertainment for the kids & those young at heart). Parking is ample, and you can buy 1 time exit ticket for $20. Yotel allows for late check out (if availability permits), payable at $10/hr, which we find reasonable & would give guests a lot more flexibility. It's probably not a typical hotel for longer staycations, but hey, we can do with some variety in our life and this is definitely one of the local hotels we would go back to.

The room was well-designed, compact and comfortable. Unfortunately, our stay experience was deterred by Terry. The sound proofing wasn’t great and we were awake all night by the loud noise disturbance. There was other guests lying along the room corridor for hours, and reciting room numbers pacing up and down the corridors. We spoke to Terry from Mission Control Team, he has kindly extended a comp late check-out till 2pm and mentioned that an investigation would be carried out. Ultimately, there was no updates and our check-out process was handled nonchalantly with a simple apology. The other team members we met were lovely and friendly, and how we wished the hospitality standards were equal to build a safe environment for all guests.

I stayed at the first class king suite. I suppose the more premium one, but rather disappointing with the following issues, 1. Both the main bed and the sofa bed was sunken in. Really bad. I wanted to go sleep in my car. Luckily was just for a night. It was a nightmare. 2. Parking u need to pay, else buy their per exit coupon at $21.40. Pls note is PER EXIT. 3. Aircon is always set at 22. Don know why. So if you are at this hotel pls bring jacket. Night will be cold. 4. Breakfast was so so, but edible.

Le personnel discret et efficace et le service de chambre est assuré par des robots. Station de métro proche, restaurants et boutiques à proximité. Le quartier est quand même huppé et les prix suivent donc… nous recommandons !

Actually it's my fault for not paying attention to the details carefully before booking the room.We (2 adult,1 chid) stayed in the premium queen room with the overhead bunk for 2D1N,to my shock I didn't expect the room to be this super small size.,felt like staying in hotel 81,even that was bigger than this I guess. You can't even sit down in a chair and have a view because there's no chair and there's no widows to view unless you go inside the toilet where you could see outside.Another turn off was the "basin" which was located next to the bed, omg! reminds me of hospital wards, haha, wondering who designed this? Even those cheapo hotels have their wash basins inside the wash rooms.Next will be the neighbouring rooms which I felt are located too near,we could hear them talking all nite.Lastly if you're a smoker good luck because you have to travel about 100m to smoke where they have a designated place along the main public road, you can't even smoke outside the main lobby which I find it funny because most of the hotels I stayed smoking was allowed outside the hotel like main entrance or lobby. The next day we checkout super early in the morning like 8am even though our checkout time was 12pm because we had enough haha, this will be our 1st and last stay.Again I'm not blaming anyone but myself for not checking the size of the room before booking. All the best.

The service is prompt Staffs are friendly and approachable Rooms feels new and clean Will definitely recommend if you looking to stay along Orchard as the walkways to the nearby malls are sheltered e.g. ION, taka etc >>> Updates few days later I'd still give 5 stars despite... Left a cake which from the top of the box able to see through that it is new and untouched. we left in the fridge and overlooked to take it but no one called us to go back to retrieve the item. Look through the pictures and realised we forgot to take the cake so I called back to check and was out through to house keeping according to them, if the item is not valuable, they wouldn't call to inform the guest that they left the items behind. Sadly, if they made a phone call we'll definitely go back to take as there's valuable memories attached to the cake for a special day.

I am quite baffled with the following especially from reception staff.. Male staff attending to my check in in my opinion wasn't polite and welcoming enough. I wasn't informed on dining 20% at komuniti for hotel guests(I did order take away in any case ) house keeping wasn't a daily affair and nothing was told to me on that either. Enquired on use of swimming pool and no.of swimmers per session and time given only to be pushed away to enquire with restaurant - bad arrangement and coordination. Can someone care to revert on the above mentioned?

Room was smaller than seen as picture however room was clean& bed is comfy to sleep. Didn’t like the basin that was outside of the toilet area, making the floor wet due to washing of face/hands. Think they also missed out on hand towels for my room. Toilet was spacious & clean too. Loved their body wash/ conditioner/ body lotion too as it’s in a big 500ml tub & it smells great too! Unlike usual hotel, travel size are given. View wasn’t great but doesn’t matter. Pool was also average to me, slightly small & need to book pool before u could use it.

Ripping off customer, not giving hotel guest parking coupon, when clearly entering carpark sign stating Yotel. Upon checking out, offer customers to purchase their 1 time carpark exit coupon at S$21.40. Totally ripping off and unethical. To add, hotel room air conditioning was very poor and ventilation problem persist not just the first occasion. Strongly do not encourage future guests to book and to be victimised.

The hotel was clean and comes with a very nice view. Convenient to get around in the heart of orchard. Bed was very comfy, and the best part is the washroom :) Love it.

Stayed 3 nights to celebrate my partner's anniversary and birthday in Oct 2021. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was kind enough to remember my note that we were celebrating our anniversary. We checked in pretty smoothly, though compared to other hotels we have been in the rooms were significantly smaller. Some amenities (e.g. cups for our use) were disposable, assumingly due to Covid-19 and the lessening of risk. Additionally, they also shared that they only do a room clean once every 4 days. Though overall, their rooms were clean and the view was really awesome (we stayed on the highest floor, level 30). We enjoyed the hotel breakfast as well that was part of the package. Overall, experience was really great. There was also parking available though you would need to ask the reception (what they call mission control) for the parking coupon per-exit. Location wise, it was very ideal. Just across was ION orchard and wheelock place, so in terms of finding food and shopping, everything felt like it was just downstairs.

Check in time was 3pm, however had to queue for an hour to check in, which wasn't ideal. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed with extra pillows given as standard. View was great from the 28th floor! The body wash and shampoo deserves a special mention; they felt expensive and were not the usual cheap type that hotels usually give. Overall, great if one doesn't feel the need to stay in a hotel with a large room.

Extremely poor customer service: Those staffs right at the entrance informed us completely different things as per staffs at the check counter and those staffs are less than 30 meters apart. What? Can't even communicate within 30 meters? How do I trust you to communicate to your housekeeping to provide clean and tidy room? Better to use your "robots" for improved customer satisfaction I guess. What I buy don't tally with what they provide. Purchased package with details that say have this have that, but go there check in tell me this don't have that don't have. Well done.

Customer service was fast and friendly. No doubts about that $400 for 2 nights, the family room was too small The bed was terrible to sleep. Not comfortable. Lunch wasn't wow but there is room for improvement. There should be variety of breakfast each day. Food was not hot except for the tea. But I must say people at the bar area was really friendly and helpful

Cabin styled compact urban hotel. Space utilisation was really ultimate. Cot doubles as a leaning sofa. From Umbrella to iron and ironing board everything is available in the compact room. Will be difficult for double occupancy unless you are used to backpacker hostels. Washroom had a city view with a completely glass wall. leaving privacy as a personal choice with 2 options of a semi transparent blinder and an completely opaque or the 3rd go natural. Given the height and distance, noone from outside might get a clear view is what I guess but definitely a silhouette effect will be there particularly in the night time if you leave the lights on the use the semi transparent blinder.

One of the best staycations I've been to! Although my stay period was over the December holidays (peak period), the pricing was surprisingly affordable - Stay includes complimentary breakfast AND cocktails, and the facilities are available for use most of the time (you're required to book in advance) :) Breakfast was delicious and filling! Room is small and cosy, but may not be suitable for those who are used to/prefer bigger rooms. I love that the bed is adjustable, and the mattress and pillows are extremely soft! 10/10 would recommend! Will visit again next time :)

Check in has been made fast as it could which i can empathize (waited 30mins in this pandemic situation). Nice room ambience - small but can tell lots tots went into the design. Bed type is definitely a selling point. View wise is city view so nothing much to wow about unless one loves to look at people walking up n down orchard road... Gym is basic. Dumbbells goes up to 20kg. Has a multi cable equipment but not put into function due covid. Restaurant wise I see lotsa folks pay 20++ for breakfast which I believe is... basic (upon looking at menu) overall experience is good. You should check it out!

Stayed here a couple of times, and it’s one of my favourite hotels in Singapore. Stayed in most room types and enjoyed all my stays. Yotel Orchard is situated in a prime area, service is great and room is clean. I love the vibes here. Some people might find the rooms too small, but for me I love cozy rooms

Good location. Traveling is easy to most places downtown. Room is new and clean. Hotel/gym is well kept. Some missed housekeeping even though button is on. Service is good to get accessories missing.

Nice, clean, modern and well located. Excellent customer service. When there was a problem, manager went out of his way to help. Rooms are small though. Perfect for me and my daughter with little luggage but would be tight for 2 adults with a lot of luggage.

This hotel is in a prime location, and they provide excellent service. I'm a vegetarian, and it's difficult to source veg food there. But they cooked vegan breakfast for us throughout our stay. The quantity and quality of the food was great. Only problem we faced was that the room had transparent doors, which were blurred. But the activity could be seen from the room. So that was one thing that could have been improved. We booked a triple deluxe room, so we had a double bed and a bunk bed, which was very comfortable. The room was small, but each inch was utilized efficiently.

The location is great. Room is nice and clean. Bed is so soft. Room is suitable for solo traveller because it's so small, no lock on the bathroom door. There is no separation between wet area and dry area in bathroom. Not impressed for the room service call, waiting for long for someone to pick up the phone. After request for service, still need to wait for so long.

Room was small but cozy and sufficient for a solo traveller. Views from the bathroom window was insane, loved sitting on the floor just looking out and watching the world go by! Gym was small but clean and had the basic equipment!

Good location as its quite central to where I had to visit. Great if you love shopping but I feel you get better views if you stay near the bay. Very modern hotel, compact with a restaurant on sight with a couple of vegan options.

Great location. Clean and tidy rooms but sofa bed was a bit precarious. Overall great place to stay. King rooms were really spacious.

Good location. The room was clean but a bit small. The bed was comfortable. It would be perfect if there are more choices for the breakfast buffet.

Great location. Highly accessible. Room a little small but its all good for me (because Im petite). Staff are polite, friendly and very helpful, rooms get cleaned promptly. I would stay again.

Not great value for money. The room we had was so small you could barely walk around the bed. The bathroom is so small, the sink is in the bedroom itself. It was the smallest room we've ever had at a hotel by far and whilst it was quite modern looking, it was really poorly built and maintained. The location was perfect however with excellent access to Orchard st and shops.

I was here for a business trip. The staff are very kind and accommodating. It is A good place to stay with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The food for breakfast and dinner is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or for leisure.

Room was small so not sure how it can accommodate for more than one person. I stayed in the Premium Queen Room. I had a big checked in bag and cabin bag and it was difficult trying to find space. With that being said, the bed is innovative and the space saving tips shows the thoughtfulness in designing the rooms despite it being small. The view is great, TV channels are great. It is on orchard Street so alot of shopping and eating and drinking options. Restaurants are open for 24 hours. You can take a bus straight to the airport from the Thai Embassy bus stop that is in front of the hotel. Self Check- in and check-out processes are seamless and digital. I was very impressed with it.

Located nearby shopping center at Orchard road and very convenient for public transportation: MRT and Bus. Rooms are indeed small but equipped with necessary things - a shower, toilet, sink in the room and hairdryer. I chose no breakfast so not sure how it was. Anyway, recommended!

This hotel is a step into the future. With an automatic and self check-in and checkout, this hotel offers a clean and comfy stay, with a great view for the city! The breakfast has a lot to choose from and the restaurant has delicious food. We really enjoy staying here, and we recommend it!

A great hotel one of the BEST for location & breakfast. Compared to Fairmont, Marriott, Hyatt the best breakfast layout. Only the room is small but great value for money. Location is the best part. Breakfast loved the mushrooms, the coffee only line is long in the egg station.. there should be two.. and I wish the butter & jam in all hotels was in bowl sort of where we just scoop the amount one needs & not waste like the ones in packet…. Asians hate to waste food as it’s against Buddhism.

Very well located hotel with a "hip" vibe (though personally I feel it's trying too hard). Very close to Orchard malls and the underground walkways. The rooms are clean and modern, the bed is firm and comfortable, and it has all the amenities you need. The size is fine by Singaporean hotel standards. However, the structure of the room is a bit odd, as the bathroom is located on the far end of the room where all the windows are, and you need to draw the blinds to use the bathroom. The TV in my room was also a bit broken.

Very nice hotel. Small rooms but great views from higher up. The room though small was well thought out and felt larger. I was lucky enough to have a room on the tò floor which included a balcony - definitely an added bonus. Very convenient for Orchard Road and close to many bus stops and the MRT. All the staff were friendly and welcoming

I initially thought the room was on the 'tiny' side. But after a few seconds, I realised that the design and the layout created a sense of 'just right'. The level of cleanliness and quietness was exceptional. As a vegan, I was very pleased to see great vegan options - both delicious and filling. Your coffee was very good. Thank you for a very positive experience. Hope to see you again!
