It definitely looks like a hotel that focuses on how many guests they can book in, rather than service and cleanliness. Rooms are tiny, dirty, and only complimentary water, tea, and shampoo with no soundproofing at all. I could literally hear a normal conversation next door, as well as people just walking from the lift. Furthermore, a conversation (a quarter of the length of the hallway away) sounded like it was in front of our door. The bathroom was full of mould on the corners and on the shower head holder; which can't even hold it upright - it slants forward, so you have to hold the shower head to wash your hair/face. Service is only good at the reception. I called twice for a TV that was unable to turn on, and only the third time at the counter, it worked. We had also asked for the housekeeping service boy if we needed to ask to clean our rooms, and he rudely just turned around and said he is doing such and such rooms. If anything I expect from any hotel , the bare minimum is a clean room and bathroom (no mould in the opened spaces), and at least non-dismissive (and not rude) housekeeping. I can go with the size because I've been into a small sized hotel, but at least the others were spot clean. I also found out my friend apparently came to the same exact hotel. The staff on the phone was rude by not responding to an extra pillow request, so my friend called again, and the staff immediately shouted if my friend had called before, and it's coming, and immediately cut the call. Not nicely, not calm and not friendly.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Room is very small and has minimum essential furniture. The TV displays only about half a dozen channels. Sound proofing of the rooms leave much to be desired. The complementary breakfast is good

very small rooms- rooms at this hotel are so tiny. room service- horrible room service. the housekeeping guys look so mad. not a single smile or greeting. very impolite housekeeping specially the guys. We were at 10th floor (1001) we had a stain on the toilet seat so I told the housekeeping and one young guy came and first cleaned inside of the commode with a brush and then used the same brush to clean the toilet seat, which was disgusting. Also they never dust the rooms. had so many hair on our bed sheet. Front desk- mix feelings of them. Some are doing a fabulous job. for example specially the guys at the front desk including the trainee gentleman were really polite and gave their best to serve the customers. But a lady by the name of "Monica " was really rude. I was with my wife at the front desk discussing a matter but this lady talked in a very rude manner. I think she should be trained well. Not suitable at all for customer service. Restaurant- stayed their for 6 days and all 6 days had the same types of food for buffet. Most of it tasteless. It seems like chefs don't care at all. They don't even serve fresh juice. The main plus point I saw at this hotel was the front entrance staff who were managing baggage. They were amazing. So friendly and very polite. The other staff of this hotel can learn a lot from them. overall for surely not a 4 star hotel.

Booked a Family room for 3 of us, room was tiny, went back down to check that it was in fact a Family Room (it was) and was told that it was the largest room type they had. Fortunately we had a balcony where we were able to keep our luggage otherwise it would have been impossible. Staff helpful. Pool and gym area nice and spacious (but screaming-kid-family didn’t allow for a relaxing few hours by pool). Didn’t try the restaurants. Wouldn't go back.

The rooms were very clean but too compact. Too few channels on TV. Location of hotel is superb as well connected with MRT and buses nearby. Little India is at a walkable distance. The breakfast was a little disappointing though. I believe that Indian guest occupancy was over 60% so good Indian food options could be added. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

My experience could have been better. Although staffs were friendly and helpful, I reckon more could have been done on the cleanliness of the room. There was no communal microwave to warm baby food and restaurants inside the hotel refused to warm it up as they do not want to take 'outside food' inside their kitchen.

The location is really good; very accessible by public transport. Walking distance to many tourist attractions around. Clean and tidy rooms. Basic facilities. Lovely views of the city on higher levels. Staffs are pretty friendly and helpful even though they are always busy. Tho, Lobby is always filled with guests, and there is not direct access to the toilet from the lobby.

Only good location doesn’t make you a good hotel , you must provide quality service and answer to the customer I’m staying in the hotel right now and i have called 4 times asking them just for a face towel and they are sending other things and put back my phone without listening now I am waiting for half an hour and the towel has not arrived yet. I mean the worst service and very unprofessional staff at the hotel like this category. I heard that the Singapore has the best hotels and system in the world but this hotel proves it very wrong . Just being crowded all the time doesn’t mean that you can give that quality of service and answer to your customer that’s very egoistic attitude towards customer who just asking for a basic need.

I stayed at Hotel Boss in November 2022 for 4 days. First thing, stay here is not value for your money. It felt like the price is too high as compared to the amenities. Breakfast is pathetic with no taste or variety. Suggestion: don’t go for the breakfast option. Second rooms are unbelievably small; you don’t even have a closet and have to hang your clothes above the table by the TV. Room soundproofing is pathetic and every time someone leave their room on the floor or walk by your door or even flushed their toilet in the nearby room, you could hear them. Now I have travelled a lot and stayed in numerous hotels around the world so I knew what the room service would look like so I never even bothered to try it. I found housekeeping to be satisfactory especially the lady on the floor was polite and smiling and did her job well. The best thing about this hotel is probably its location because of which it seems to be in high demand. It is a group tour attraction and because of this you may find its lobby and breakfast crowded most of the time. I will definitely avoid staying here next time I visit Singapore.

It's a BUSINESS hotel. 1) Great Location ! Everything in Singapore is nearby from this hotel for a Foreign Traveller. Which is the biggest Merit of this hotel. 2) Rooms are Very Small sized. If you carry more than 2 piece of luggage. Your room is full. And rooms are very neat and tidy of course. 3) Services aren't that great . They'll serve you only if you have orders worth more than 15 SINGAPORE DOLLARS. Which is very much Wrong! I was disappointed. 4) They do have a small pool and smaller Gym! Which is ok for a business hotel! My stay was for 4 days ! I'll give it a 2.5 stars overall . Merits are Pricing and Location.

Hotel is situated in a good location - very conveniently accessible using Metro and Bus. Good restaurants within the hotel and even walking distance from the hotel. Staff is generally very nice polite and helpful - however some don't understand English easily. Rooms were clean and maintained well daily. Our room was with Balcony on a higher floor and had a good view and was very airy.

An economic hotel to stay in Singapore. The hotel is centrally located. It is just five minutes walking to the nearest metro station and even you can go to the Bengali Street by walking. Only they have a wide menu of breakfast out there. Also a small children’s park. The swimming pool is well maintained

The photos are too flattering. Quite bare-bones. Some of the amenities mentioned in the room i booked aren't actually provided. Not fully clean - stains on the sheets, stray hairs on the table, wrapper on the floor. My toilet seat was loose, so it's not comfortable to sit on. I guess it's okay if all you're doing is coming back to sleep, but it doesn't feel worth the price, and most certainly doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel room.

Not worth 4*. Breakfast food quality is bad. Rooms are quite small. I will not visit again or not recommend it for anybody. There is no single Indian dish during my 5 night stay while most of the guests are Indians. Hotel must focus on the choice of their guest.

Rooms are very small and tidy. There are hardly any space available to sit beside bed. Attached bathrooms are not upto standard. Service was not good and during booking the price was shown different than what we paid actually when we visited the site. Overall except location...I would not recommend this hotel for comfortable stay.

Hotel amenities (rooftop restaurant & outdoor pool side sitting) & services are good. Rooms are too small. Daily breakfast spread could have been better. They provide free luggage storage space post checkout which is very helpful in case the flight timings are late.

The room was extremely small , no closet to hang clothes just a small bar, only 2 drawers. You live out of a suitcase. Also if you need to iron your clothes you have to go outside by the pool in high heat. He room was cleaned every day that was good

Do not waste your time booking this hotel. We stayed for three days but the hotel is honestly not worth the stars it has. The only good thing is the location. So many noise coming from the hall way and you hear the flush sound from every toilet around you. The worst of all they have covid patients mixed with normale guests on the same floor.....

Location is the main key for this hotel. Though room was small for two people but it was nice and tidy. Experience was good to be here for 4 days and the breakfast has varieties but not that much for vegetarians but still they have options in the buffet.

Hotel rooms are though small but works for 2 people. But cleaning issue is there. No one wipe the floor for entire 5 days and no mugs changing. Good views from the window. But there's a lot of smell in the room for to no proper ventilation.

I didn't realize how small the rooms were. This place really gets a lot of people, but the rooms weren't anything amazing. I paid extra for the balcony, but I didn't realize the room plus the balcony would still be tiny. We had 2 big luggage, and we put both outside just so we can open it and so we have space in the room. The bathroom is also very small. The shower drainage is weird that when you turn on the shower, it leaks so bad that it comes out towards the toilet, and it started to make mold and mildew outside the shower. I don't think it's the housecleaning fault, but the hotel owners did not make the showers properly, and it's starting to make mold and mildew. It's definitely not a great scene for the people staying in there. Would I stay here again? Not really, I'd pay $30-50 more for a bigger and much cleaner room.

Well maintained rooms, they are small but its okay as people spend 15-16 hrs outside of the hotel, all day. Bathroom is too small, very little room to even turn around :), but thats okay too.... Service is good, on call support is good. Rooms are not sound proof. Cleanliness at the restaurant is not up to even 2 star standards. You will be surprised to see unclean and wet dinner plates, you have to wipe them off yourself. Net-net, good value for money

Great location. Everything within walking distance. Good local restaurants around. Close to MRT. Great view from upper floors. Rooms very compact, double and triple room just for 2 adults plus minors. Avoid odd numbering room as they face inside the "courtyard" viewing other windows. Lobby always busy as there are a LOT of rooms.

Well located and connected by public transport w plenty of food options nearby. However the hotel is extremely packed and noisy, even late at night! Soundproofing is totally absent. I could hear people walking and talking along the corridors, opening and shutting their doors. The pipes are also really loud when people upstairs are using the toilet. The room is really small and no frills.

Hotel boss has great staffs! I would like to firstly compliment the front desk Kimberly who made my stay from okay to perfection! She gave me a great room with the views from the Balcony at level 17 and it really is breathtaking. I saw so much view of Singapore from the balcony that I never saw in my entire life! She is super friendly, kind and lovely and it is a miracle to check in with her! Next, the room was kept very clean looking with clean beds and bathrooms. Even the balcony is clean and not dusty! The housekeeper Dan Dan is a wonderful person and is extremely hardworking and friendly! I kept the room perfectly clean when I checked out but I saw how some other families messed up and dirtied the room for the housekeeper to clean. I would like to compliment them both who made my stay wonderful. Even my mum enjoyed the visit! The only thing is that this hotel is way too busy like a town. So watch out if you don’t like crowds and noise.

Good and clean hotel with an amazing location. Managed room service that cleans your room when you are out exploring the city so that you find your room in a good condition when you are back. You are near to little India, Mustafa center and Arab street so it seems to be in a prime location. There are many food joints at a walking distance if you don't want to eat from the hotel restaurant.

Check in is fast and hotel is clean. You can upgrade your room for free if you join their free membership. Great view as well. The only downside is that sound proof is not so good and you can hear people talking at night. Skip their breakfast - you can find better choices like the Hainan story downstairs. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay

We stayed only for a night in this hotel just to be closer to Changi Airport in the morning. It was not a bad choice, after all. The lobby is beautiful with a touch of luxury. The room we stayed in was okay. Thou, you can smell a smoke. The hallway got noisy at wee hours due to other guests coming back to their respective rooms after drinks from the bars nearby. We had a fast and easy check-in and out. The staff are very efficient and quick. We actually enjoyed our stay. Wish we had stayed more days.

Pros: Conveniently located Cons: This hotel would be decent for 3 stars only not 4. Firstly, when in line to check in a guest just cut us off and the staff that was helping them did not even guide them to use the line. Secondly, the first room we were given reeked of cigarettes. When we went to the concierge he didn’t even bother to apologize. Lastly, the standard rooms and bathrooms are micro, the bed is not made to look as comfortable as the photos. Not sure why this hotel is even rated close to 4 stars, seems like we’re paying premium for a window and maybe the pool that is not even that great? Disappointed!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat. The hotel's amenities, including the on-site fitness center, added to the overall convenience. The central location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend Hotel Boss for a delightful and memorable stay.

Location is great, service is perfect, from their receptionist, to room service, to the restaurant waitresses, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only downside is the room soundproof is not good. This is quite a large hotel with many guests, way too many. The lobby is always crowded, the breakfast buffet usually full after 8. But the room soundproof is bad, you can hear the kids running and yelling at the corridor during night time.

It has relatively very small hotel rooms but overall the place was well connected. You can grab a cab from there anytime with an add on of 2.5$SGD if you call in from the hotel, otherwise it's at metre. The breakfast has a decent spread with continental breakfast; fruits, bakery items, juice, coffee etc Indian breakfast dishes and other asian breakfast options. Its a pretty big and busy hotel and has a lot of rooms and in-built facilities. I didn't stay much at the hotel but I did use the tour travel desk for booking excursions. They offered a decent booking option and made my travel quite convenient. There are water coolers outside and in the hotel for people to fill in water as and when they want.

Room was located right beside lift lobby. Got super noisy since early morning and unable to sleep properly. Rooms were definitely smaller for a 4 star hotel but conditions and cleanliness were satisfactory. General amenities was fine. Took an hour to serve us when requesting for extra pillows and toiletries.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an absolutely remarkable experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel lobby until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Hotel Boss truly exceeded my expectations and set a new standard for luxury and hospitality.

The room is extremely small. I booked a room with a balcony for a lot of money, it was towards the courtyard with no view. The bathroom is dirty and the grout is moldy. Although 'do not disturb' was noted, the cleaning staff came in 3 times while I was sleeping and started cleaning. Forgot my shoes in the room during check out, 90 minutes later they were not to be found. It was good that there was water every day.

Hotel Boss is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in the city. The outdoor swimming pool provides a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle, and the free WiFi ensures you stay connected during your visit. The city views from some of the units are truly breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. For fitness enthusiasts, the well-equipped fitness centers are a great way to keep up with your workout routine. Families will appreciate the children's playground, providing a fun and safe space for kids to play. Business travelers will find the business centers convenient for any work-related needs. The restaurant's offering of halal fusion and local dishes caters to a diverse range of tastes, making dining at Hotel Boss a delightful experience. Overall, Hotel Boss strikes a great balance between comfort, convenience, and enticing amenities, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers alike.

Room was very small and felt a bit tight. They don't provide the laundry service. Instead there is a common area where they provide laundry services and it's self service there. Location was fine and there is a MRT station nearby. I only had breakfast there and it was superb and had a huge collection.

Excellent location with best connectivity of Bus and Metro. Very near to little India. Check in and out services is very fast. Money changer is located in hotel premises itself. Bar night club and 24 hour’s convenience store is also in hotel premises. The best place to stay.

Hands down one of the worst Hotels that I have stayed in the last 20 years, walls made of paper you can literally hear the elevator going off at all times of the night not to mention the guests from all corners of the hotel which i wont get in into, if you are planning to stay in a shoebox this is for YOU! It also comes with rocket fuel complimentary coffee which is a bonus since you wont be sleeping anyway just in case you need to stay awake more and get your blood pumping might want to visit their state of the art gymnasium.

Location is very convenient Rooms are VERY small. In India and Dubai it would have been sold like a single's room Service is fine, They do need an Indian Chef for their breakfast menu, besides other options.

For the price asked, the rooms are pigeon hole. Even Japan business hotels are much bigger and better in size. Reception people are rude with no courtesy on how to speak and manage the crowd. Understand the busy period but doesn't justify the rudeness.

  • 1/5 Gabriela C. 6 months ago on Google
Lobby is so crowded all the time! There is no structure whatsoever. I have stayed in many hotels all over Asia, and this is by far the worst one! They act like you’re not there and they are so rude. There is no microwave, closets, or an iron. And only tissue for toilet paper??? The staff don’t even help you find transportation. It’s such a mess. Staying here definitely ruined my experience in Singapore. Please stay somewhere else even if it’s more expensive. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

As almost every mid-tie hotel in Singapore the rooms are a little small and we a few appliances in the rooms. For the other hand, the room's rate is fair, the lobby is always full (really interesting) and there is a huge swimming pool in the 4th floor. What is fantastic to an warm City like Singapore.

My family of four stayed two nights at Hotel Boss. The room was clean, comfortable, and adequately sized. The location is excellent, within walking distance of restaurants and cafes, and an ready taxi ride to shopping. The outdoor pool is large and well maintained, and we had a nice sunset swim. One downside was that the lobby area was loud and crowded at nearly all hours of the day, but overall our stay was enjoyable.

  • 3/5 David N. 5 months ago on Google
The check in process was smooth and efficient. The lobby seemed to be always busy and bustling with people. Getting there was a breeze. It was a 400 meter walk from the Lavendar MRT which is also just 3/4 stops from the main attractions. The room itself was great. Everything was clean and tidy with lots of space to move around. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable with great hot water. There is a small bar fridge to keep your water and snacks cool. Always a great bonus in hotel rooms. The TV stations on offer were very minimal with just 11 or so stations and no BBC or other major news services. The big disappointment (no fault of the hotel) was the large groups of kids who were running up and down the halls at all hours of the day and night. My room was directly next to the lift and it seems the walls are very thin because I could hear the constant lift noises on top of everyone getting out of the lift talking and yelling. Here's a tip for fellow travellers. When you get out on your floor, be quiet and wait until you get into your room. It pays to be respectful of your surroundings and keep your kids in line and don't let them run wild in the halls. Otherwise it was a good stay and I will be back again next time but definitely requesting a room further away from the lifts.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, and upon entering, the grandeur of its spacious lobby creates an impression of luxury. However, our room turned out to be surprisingly small, making it cramped for two adults. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel pool left much to be desired, with numerous hairballs and dirt evident.

Very good location. Little Indian is 5 min walking. Distance .Rooms r really very small. There is basically no service other than handing out the key and housekeeping who dose the room. We asked for plates, spoon and bowl in the room so that we can have our dry snacks. Even after requesting for 3 days, hotel manage to provide 3 paper plates which they mentioned that it's of some staff. Hotel dose not provide any of it. Don't take the break fast as it's really small compared to 1500 room hotel capacity. There is hardly any place to sit. It looks like hotel has opened free meals. Very dissapointed.

This is one of the best budget hotel for long term or short term stay in Singapore. I stayed there for 12 days. Space wise limited which is natural in Singapore. But the service and the facilities are good. Location also perfect because it is in walking to MRT. Recommend this place.

Stayed here in September! Clean rooms and good service - want to give a big shout out to bell boy Andy who is the the main reason I’ve given 5 stars to service. We booked it last week. So the issue we faced was first of all the room size was too small. We couldn’t able to adjust our luggage. It says deluxe superior room but tbh it doesn’t have a king size bed. Another issue was with the house cleaning which happens after every 2 days. Cleanliness 4/5, staff 4/5, breakfast 4/5 room 2/5.

Only had a glimpse of the lobby. Wide and big space but with the ceiling lights look a tad Chinese style. The room photos on the screen look decent. It's a pleasant surprise for me to discover this hotel. Never stayed there nor explore the pool. Only went to the level one Tocha bistro for a meal and it was very hot sitting outdoors at that time.

This hotel is terrible, not sure how it got good review. We booked triple bed room but the room is extremely small. Bathroom is super small and smelly. Doesn’t provide enough condiment. Shower doesn’t work properly. We were suffocating ourself in the room for five hours because room’s air con was not working. Finally someone came after one hour of request and changed the air filter. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this hotel. It looks good from outside and in lobby is very attractive. But reality starts when you open the room’s door.

Everything was good (price, cleanliness reception service, location) except the rooms are exceptionally smaller than we expected for the price and the luxury on the lobby. Not to mention smaller bathroom too. They only provide cleaning service to your room only on odd days (date) only. Even budget hotel could do a simple clean up everyday (taking trash out, cleaning the floor)

I am pleasantly surprised with Hotel Boss. Upon entering there is a quite impressive lobby. Checkin was fast and painless. The rooms are compact but the interior layout of the room made it feel bigger. I was traveling with one other person and we had no problem coexisting in our room. Hotel Boss provided basic toiletries and there was a small fridge in my room to save snacks. When I arrived the room was very clean. And staff came to clean every day during my three night stay.

Your typical 4 star hotel. Rooms are surprisingly small, I guess everything is smaller in Singapore in general.

Stay was excellent. Fast check-in and check-out. Staff was also quick to send teabags, creamer when we requested for it. A shoutout and thanks to Manager Justin Lee and Receptionist Ivy for making our stay so awesome. Room with a balcony is a must! We had breakfast everyday outside on the balcony. And the night view was awesome!

Room was pretty small with the bed occupying most of the space. There was basic amenities, hair dryer, kettle, small fridge and a few teabags for use. The TV was working and hot water was working fine too. Best thing about this place is the location because it's not too far from shopping mall in Bugis (two stops away) and one stop away from all the nice niche cafes

Pros: -It's located at the sweet spot of Singapore, quite convenient to move around. - Good choice while traveling in groups, because each floor has over a 100 rooms - Service is quite hospitable and quick. Cons: - Standard rooms are not that spacious, might find it hard to move around freely.

very very small rooms, but neat and clean. budget friendly hotel. foods are not up to the mark. no south indian food. very close to all tourist attractions. just walkable distance to little india

Location is good. Easy accessibility to good eateries and shopping Center. But the hotel is really bad. Small and dingy rooms, and not very unhygienic. Ok for people who just want to sleep and not stay in the room

The 4 star hotel will only get 3 stars from me. The rooms were narrow and congested. It almost gave me a bit claustrophobia. However, their service is top notch. The foods can improve a bit though.

Boss hotel is located very close to 2 MRT stations namely Lavender & Jalan Baser. It's proximity to little India makes it a favourable place for Indians looking for closeby Indian restaurants. I was disappointed by the service of the hotel. There is no concierge to take luggage to our rooms from lobby. They also offer linen change every alternate day quoting COVID policy which I think is just to reduce their laundry expenses given COVID situation is mostly in control. Rooms are smaller in size but were in good shape.

Good location. Room is tiny and sound proof very poor. People in front desk was quite rude as well. Will not return definitely.

I was very pleased staying here, location is very convenient and easy to access any where. Hotel property is spectacular, passage was spotlessly clean. Rooms are spacious, clean, organised and has high tech facilities. Bathroom has quality essentials and has great shower. Staffs are extremely helpful and attentive.

Great place to stay. Even though extremely busy all staff were always helpful and friendly. Lucky to have early check in, later check out and ability to store luggage until later flight. Thankyou very much. All made the stop over on route to Oz a great success.

Arrived around 1am after a late flight. Despite exhaustion, I can’t sleep cuz of the bed bugs and stale smell of smoke embedded in the furniture and walls. Towels haven’t been washed properly. Poor ventilation and thin walls add to sound pollution. The low price is not worth sleepless nights. I want to find another hotel in the morning.

Breakfast quality very good. Room size very small. No facility in room. Bathroom very small. Tough for two person stay in one room. Reception old lady very rude. She don't have skill to speak any foreigner.

The rooms are not cleaned well The hotel is full of dust despite being rated four stars The rooms are very small and the colors of the hotel are gloomy because of the gray bon where the dark colors with the narrow spaces of the rooms. the laundry service is self service all washing machines located in an open area that you can use for a fee of 5 dollars. The hotel is full of tourists and very crowded and the sound between the rooms is clearly audible and there is no privacy even if you are talking inside your room There are no sound insulators, the air conditioning You cannot control the force of air push There is a bad smell in the bed cover and it's not good at all.

Stayed here twice in a couple of weeks. Location is great - walking distance to MRT, Arab street and Little India. The rooms are tiny, but there is breakfast, laundry facilities and luggage storage. Generally speaking pretty good value without breaking the bank.

Room are on the expensive side, considering the size of the rooms. Hardly any space to move in a double bed room. The best part was the breakfast. A lot of variety for all kinds of people. The lobby is always busy here... almost 100 rooms on each floor. !!

The staff here were exceptional nice and always trying to help so that was great. That being said i had two fairly big issues with the hotel. The first is the noise. You can hear everything going on in the rooms next door and in the hallway outside of the room. If you are a light sleeper do not stay here, or if you do i hope you get quite neighbors. The other is the breakfast, this was very disappointing. We were only here 3 nights but after having breakfast the first morning we decided to eat breakfast at nearby cafes instead. The location is good with a couple of metro stops within walking distance, plus many nice restaurants are nearby.

Hotel Boss Singapore is a mid-range hotel located in the Lavender district of Singapore. It is situated close to many local attractions and public transportation options, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The hotel offers a range of room types, from standard rooms to family rooms and suites. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and basic amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a TV. There are also several dining options within the hotel, including a coffee shop and a restaurant serving local and international cuisine. Other facilities at Hotel Boss Singapore include a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, and a 24-hour front desk. Overall, Hotel Boss Singapore is a good value option for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Singapore.

Hotel boss - more like hotel BOX. The room is literally a box. A box with very thin walls, I enjoyed listening to my neighbours toilet flushing at 3am. The staff were nice and the lobby was nice. Oh yeah the hot water turned off late night/ early morning. Absolutely unacceptable. Thanks hotel box.

Facilities : 4/5 : Swimming pool was good, though no temperature control it was ok to use. Children playground has just one slide and a see-saw need to improve. Gym is there, no other recreation stuff. Cleanliness: 5/5 : very well maintained, excellent in housekeeping too. Location: 3/5 : Very close to little India, city view from room was just awesome. Food: 0/5 : Worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen, no options for Indians at all, I stayed for 4 days and all 4 days same menu, worst part is no live kitchen option so one cannot get basic omelettes option also, never ever will choose or advise an complimentary breakfast in this hotel. Hospitality: 2/5 : You will be facilitated well only when the guests in hotel are less or manageable by the reception staff, they won’t respond well on calls if you go to the counter queue is forever.

I was a little disappointed in my stay here. The adjoining room was loud and noisy until late. The pictures and reviews made it look much newer and more vibrant than it was. I’m sure the photos must be a few years old by now. There isn’t anything that sticks out individually as a bad experience. But overall I felt the hotel was dated and very overpriced. For what it was it should be 40% cheaper. Just generally older and not as clean. And even though I booked a room with a queen bed. And specifically said I was travelling with my fiancé for our anniversary and wanted a large bed. When we arrived they still had only given us two single beds. Will not stay again. For the price your better off spending just a little more and getting a room that is worth the value. I would not recommend.

This is a wonderful place if you want to get access to most of the places in singapore. Earlier I read some bad reviews. But after staying here for 5 nights, I didn't feel so. Service was great. Room cleaning was done everyday. We had no issues. I stayed with my kids. It was great.

We booked a “premier double room.” Our room was in pretty rough shape when we arrived. I don’t even think our bed had a normal comforter and we were missing pillows. When we called and asked for more pillows we were told that the hotel had “run out” of pillows. The hotel itself was reasonably priced and in a very accessible location (close to Haj street and lots of restaurants) but this hotel should not have a 4 star rating.
