The check-in was a very long process, but at least they had some snacks provided. The room was very nice although we didn't have consistent turn down service on our stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, which we always looked forward to every morning. The hotel bar was out of this world. They had friendly and great selection of themed cocktails.

Ritz Carlton is world class and their club lounge matches up to that standard. The service team is very warm and professional. The view is great, ambience is relaxing and calming. Food is unpretentious, perfect serving size and v delicious. 5 meals offered a day. Wide range of drinks available all day. Best in class!

Quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel. We stayed in May 2022 with my husband and 6-month old daughter. The service was disappointing from the start. We had club access and nobody told us that we could go check in at the club. We only found out after waiting in line at check-in & it was quite busy. For a family friendly hotel, they were not accommodating on helping me get the my own baby monitor set up when it was not an issue when we previously stayed at Raffles. The only thing that saved this hotel from not receiving a lower review was the service at the club. The club saved the day with their service & hospitality. I personally would not stay here again.

Hotel service is super slow. Check in lines were backed up and it took us over 45 min to check in. That night we couldn't get hot water to the shower and they sent up a super. He got the water warm and seemed irritated we called him up. My husband took a shower after i took my cold one just to find it still lukewarm. The next morning, the water was still lukewarm then finally became hot about an hour after we got up. I finally found out the hot water pump was broken the night before. The super acted like we were crazy when we told him the water wasn't hot. Line for breakfast was 15-20 people deep. Not sure where the backup was but when we got to the front, there was plenty of seating available. Now, I've been on hold with the phone being transferred and ringing repeatedly for over 10 min trying to get through to concierge. Views are amazing but for 700+ a night, I expected a lot more!

The on-site restaurant serves delicious, gourmet cuisine, and the fitness center and spa provide the perfect way to relax. The hotel's location is also ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, the casino and entertainment. Overall, my stay at The Ritz Carlton was an absolute dream, and I cannot wait to return. Attended a conference here. The banquest service was poor, there was not enough space to queue and get food. Worst of all, after queuong the food ran out and was not replenished. So it was a bad experience. If the conference area could accomodate a certain number of people, there should be a sufficient area for the food service and networking. Badly organised.

Great location with stunning views. We lost a night due to our flight being delayed, and even though at no fault of the hotel, they upgraded our room. Everyone is at your service and is very friendly. The bellboy even gave us his top recommendations for “where locals eat” and where he likes to take his own family out to eat on weekends.

Excellent service by the team for Republic from arrival to departure. In particular to Dunstan Chen, for his initiative, knowledge and excellent customer service through out the whole experience. Ensuring to look after his guests and even remembering our names indeed makes the experience very personalised. It was a great experience and we will surely be back again. I'm also a hotelier and it's always heartwarming to see fellow hoteliers showing so much passion in what they do. Thank you for the small token too. Thank you so much once again and stay safe.

Overall hotel is elegant - I felt luxury once stepped inside the room and you know that’s important for this type of hotel, especially as one of the best in Singapore. I enjoyed the view from the room facing Marina Bay. The interior was very spacious, I especially liked the design of the bathroom & the tub. Amenities were top rank, good stuff. Staff service was superb too. The bed was excellent. I enjoyed my sleep after a long day of sitting and meeting. The breakfast spread has western, asian, fusion, salads etc. There're also plenty good food & drinks choices. The gym has complete equipments. The in-room dining menu is limited and the food is a bit on the expensive side. In conclusion I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the experience!

Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with great rooms. We loved the view from the bathtub. Kids of all ages will love the pool, which has steps at both ends. You can get towels and donut floats in all sizes. The only complaint is that the front desk is always busy and it often goes unanswered. Besides that, it was an enjoyable stay.

I need to write something about one of the workers, Jay. He greeted me and my friend at the front door and off the bat was extremely welcoming and helpful. A few moments later I realized I had left my bag (which had my passport and credit cards inside) in the cab that brought us to the hotel. Jay instantly called the company and got a report number for me. He continued to update me when he finally got in touch with the company. The first driver stated my bag was not in the car, Jay continued calling to speak to the driver who took over the car afterwards and by 2pm (not even 4hrs later) my bag was returned all thanks to Jay going above and beyond. I can not express how grateful I am for his help

This place holds a very special memory in my heart. Everyone provided excellent service. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Try their waffle; it's the perfect combination with ice cream and strawberries. Our server, John, recommended it. All staff were very accommodating.

The Ritz absolutely lived up to our expectations - when we first arrived, we were greeted and shown all the main lobby facilities by the welcoming and bubbly Dexter (amazing first impression!). He left us at the main reception desk and Melissa checked us in - who was very helpful, fast and polite. Check in was a breeze with her help! The Marina Bay View is well worth the extra money: the bath view of the Marina was magic. Jabol brought our luggage up to our room and provide a thorough room introduction which was much appreciated - he was friendly and wonderful to speak with. Later on, Moon, our housekeeper, came and introduced herself - she was so welcoming and provided great service. I very much recommend visiting the Spa for a massage. I had my massage done by Zhaorie and she was perfect! Will be definitely visiting again for her. Finally, check out was extremely swift! The room was fantastic, the view absolutely worth every moment! We didn't want to leave!

A beautiful hotel with a great view. I stayed in this hotel on 2022 Thanksgiving. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, I was not satisfied with the concierge's service. I arrived early and checked in my luggage before the official check-in time. When I got to my room, I found that someone else's luggage was there. I called the front desk and transferred to concierge and they told me that I would need to go downstairs to get the correct key from the concierge. I was very tired after a flight and I was not happy with the way the situation was handled. I would recommend that the hotel improve the concierge's service. They should be more attentive and apologize for the mistake. They should also be more proactive in resolving the issue. I am not blaming the front desk for this issue. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, I believe that the concierge could have handled the situation better.

Stayed for 1 night over the weekend and loved the room! It's big, clean and comfortable. The walk-in closet and huge bathroom add to the space. The check-in process was smooth and we were given a surprise "vegan cake" for our anniversary as soon as we went to the room. All the amenities are top quality and the housekeeping service was very quick to respond. Special mention to the hotel staff "Dena" who helped us show the way out to the bus stop as we had a hard time locating it. She walked us through the exit and made sure we were at the right place. Kudos 👏🏻 The hospitality industry is very competitive and it's the service quality of the Hotel's staff which sets them apart. Ritz Carlton lives up to the expectations. Great experience and would love to stay there again. Definitely recommend!!

Was there for a wedding dinner and a night stay. The room is spacious and very well designed. It is worth paying the amount for a short period of stay. Room service and banquet service is perfect, thou dinner usually served by part timer here... but they are well organised and all looks very experienced. Food and wine offered are perfect matched. Design theme of the Ballroom is unique, romantic and believe guests are having a very pleasent event. Location is so easy to access. Just a 2-3 mins walk from promenade mrt station with near by Marina Square shopping Mall and sundeck city. A few stations to heart of the island, Chinatown and shopping belt Orchard Road.

Our flight got canceled last minute and it was out of our control to arrive on time in Singapore. It’s a 17 hours flight and we can’t possible be over there if it’s canceled. We called the hotel through our travel service and the hotel refused to accommodate us and insists on charging us for one night. Travelers please be aware of this hotel when travel. Usually Five Star hotels should accommodate their clients but apparently not this one 👎👎👎👎

For whatever reason Sand had a sold-out on our days, so we are here. Are we glad. The staffs are very nice, our room was ready before 10. A big deal consider we just flown 17 hour to get here. Our room is excellent. This is a great place to start your vacation.

I booked a suite for a family of 4. Only had 3 beds! Was then given a set of sheets for the sofa. We did not get what we paid for and no alternative offered.... disappointing. Restaurants were good and accommodated food allergies well.

Good location. Room size is appropriate and not too small. Service standard for Ritz Carlton never fail you. The buffet breakfast and dinner spread is fantastic. Must stay if budget allow you.

Being one of the more popular Hotel brand in Singapore, Ritz Carlton is the definition of service. Staff will remember your name and offers great assistance. However, being one of the old hotel in Singapore, the rooms are a little dated and in my opinion, is in need of a facelift. You could visibly see the wear and tear that the rooms has endured over the years. Still a good experience though.

Best hotel in Singapore. Have stayed here numerous times and it’s always excellent. Service is outstanding, room are large and comfortable. The Club is excellent…food divine, service is impeccable.

Hotel Location is very good, Room service is not great. In Room Food delivery is average. Reception promised to give me the receipt over email, but no email at all even after a week. Receptionist doesnt explain much about the room and not given high floors.

Architecturally stylish, tall enough to have virtuoso views, and service that is distinctly on the polished, even somewhat overly attentive end, even by Ritz-Carlton standards. Rooms are known for their trademark bathroom windows more so that the rooms themselves, especially if you get a bay side room. Of course, being a Ritz-Carlton, they have very very limited benefits for Marriott Bonvoy members, but it's still worth a visit at least once if you can afford it.

Wasn't the best experience overall, location is great close to marina Bay area.But the hotel is a bit old . What surprised me is that its not part of marriot bonvoy membership and one of the main reason I booked in it is i thought it's part of the members so simply nothing from what I spent was credited to me. Food wasn't the best .to be honest for the value of money I would say they could d9 better as a RITZ brand.

Splendid stay with ritz carlton! Surprised my parents with a greeting card and a complimentary red wine and cakes. 4th staying here and experience has always been the best! Service is always on top, Rooms are big enough and with a breathtaking view of the city and MBS + we get to watch a lightshow too.

The hotel was great. While its age was showing, the property was still well maintained. A big plus point is that the rooms are huge by modern standard. It has ample space for my family of 5. The bathroom was lovely. It had a tub and separate shower stall. No matter which side your room is facing, you get fantastic view of Kallang or Marina Bay. The swimming pool is 25 metres in length and should be 6 or 7 lanes wide. The service was lovely. I would recommend a stay if your budget allows.

It's awesome Hotel, with friendly staff, beautiful Singapore skyline tower views. Food is great and healthy too! Interior also made with finest quality. It's right in the downtown happening area. Walking distance to Marina Bay Sands, Casino, Merlion, etc. I stayed on 20th floor, so had great views around. Surely will opt for it in future again!

It was a pleasant experience staying at Ritz-Carlton Millenia. The staff are accomodating, food are great, and the room is very clean.

Put up under SHN quarantine. Extremely slow service experience. Checkin made to wait in bus for 90 mins. No water No access to rest room this is after waiting in airport to clear immigration for 3 hours. Checkout same slow process. RT PCR is negative was to checkout at 12pm it's already 2.30pm still no checkout processed.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our week long Singapore holiday for a bit of a pamper and it was a great pick! The location is brilliant and the club rooms and club suite were fantastic. The amenities, breakfast, art around the hotel and the attention to detail all fantastic. Audrey who attended to us at the club lounge made us feel so special and comfortable and we wanted to thank her for that! There weren't too many vegetarian options at the club lounge and she so kindly arranged for some. We had a wonderful time and would totally visit again!

Review was overdue but decided to share my experience. I booked a staycation package about a year ago for a birthday celebration. The last time I came was more than 10 years ago. I booked a regular room but they surprised me with some additional benefits. I was really happy about it. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. I had a magnificent and memorable stay with a few friends at the Ritz Carlton. The service was impeccable and the attention to detail was on point with no disappointment. The staff in the club lounge did their best to serve us to allow us to have a memorable experience. I would like to commend Ryan, Audrey and Lingesh for the excellent service as service crew in the club lounge. They have made the stay a memorable one with the 5 meal presentation all day. It was lovely. I would be back there again..

An amazing experience! Highly recommend. This was the best hotel that my partner and I stayed at for our honeymoon. People were incredible, they made our honeymoon significantly more enjoyable and made us feel important as a customer and friend. Will be coming back when we visit Singapore again! With the newly renovated, the hotel lobby and check in area is a much more welcoming place to step into. The hotel’s gem is in their staff, with their warm welcomes, especially Erica who kindly walked me to the check in area. Christine was professional and helpful during the check in process. Seana was also a bubbly and friendly presence to have at the pool. They generously sent some desserts during my birthday celebrations. Unfortunately, this does not hide the fact that it is an ageing hotel where maintenance is much needed as cracks and water stains were found around the lovely bay window.

had the most amazing time there. the hotel facilities are simple yet feel like luxury, from the pool to the spa and the overall hotel space. the room had boasting views on the entire Marina Bay (perfect to see the light show). the bed mattress felt like a cloud and the bathtub was of course the highlight of it all! also had the club level access (which you MUST get should you want to stay within the hotel during your entire stay, definitely worth it with free flow drinks and food). not to mention the staff was absolutely lovely and engaging. book it now!

We loved our stay at the Ritz-Carlton, like we enjoyed all of our stays at the other Ritz-Carlton's in the world. We booked two rooms with bathtubs facing Marina. I forgot to take photos from the rooms but they are quite spacious. The location and the view of the Marina Bay is still quite good even when the iconic Marina Bay Sands is competing for customers and the best location. We loved the choice at the ground floor buffet restaurant as well. Trust me, Marina Bay Sands is location wise a bit ahead, but the service is much better at the Ritz. I can tell this because we tried both ;) Check the photos for the views of the hotel rooms.

The Ritz-Carlton hotel was one of the best hotels I've seen so far after staying in so many different hotel establishments. The rooms were spacious and grand, with the toilet being large and clean with a bathtub, the view was spectacular seeing the Singapore skyline from your bedroom was spectacular. Adding to the good review, the staff was amazing, kind, professional, and very helpful. The location and accommodations nearby were good too as it was within walking distance to many attractions and malls. Overall this hotel is a very nice place to stay and relax if you have a budget.

My entire stay at the Ritz was mint. It's now one of my most memorable hotel stays ever because it contributed in making my entire holiday a bloody amazing one. From the staff and amenities to the architectural designs, inside-out. Oh and the views! I couldn't fault the hotel if I tried. I want to give a special shout-out to the following staff members... While everyone at the Ritz I dealt with were cream of the crop in terms of customer service (no exaggeration here), these three, ugh ❤️ where do I start? I felt like they were my friends. Essentially, an establishment's secret weapon. Thank you to Lina at the front desk; Zawani at the day spa; Lorenzo at pool service and at the day spa. They were friendly, funny, personable and most helpful. They really made the experience at the Ritz one to remember happily about. I can't wait to be back!

The Ritz Carlton is a beautiful hotel, and a large one at that. As far as hotels go this one stands apart with its impeccable decor, great facilities, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The folks there made sure everything went well and actively helped to resolve anything that came up. A wonderful experience!

From the moment you step into their lobby you will be acknowledged by their warm greetings and ushered by their staff to the Reception, welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing drink. Checked-in was very smooth with their polite staff. The view from the room was spectacular and as well in the bathroom also. Requested for a late checked-in and gladly they granted. The best hotel and service that i’ve been too so far, service at its finest.

The best hotel i have ever stayed at. Amazing service. the Bedroom was perfect.we had the city deluxe room with most comfortable king size bed. its so close to everything that if you wanted to you could walk. it has a few restaurants which has really good food. especially the breakfast. so much variety. or if you dont want to buy food from their restaurants there is a mall right outside of the hotel doors which is very convenient. a must stay if you have the money

I had a fantastic Christmas Eve in the suite, facing Marina Bay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, unlike what some of the earlier reviews mentioned. The hotel staffs were attentive despite the peak busy period. Rooms do look a bit old, and some corners/facilities need more eyes for cleaning (for example, the bedside power sockets are super dusty). Breakfast was not exactly impressive with a moderate variety in food selections, but it’s forgivable to me.

Went there to take a look at the ballroom for someone's wedding dinner. The ballroom and the reception area are really posh and spacious with super high ceiling and state of the art video screens. Food wise, could opt for 1 star Michelin menu. Public transport is good with MRT station nearby for guests who do not drive. Nice of the banquet staff to serve us their wonderful coffee and Madeline.

Given the price paid for a hotel room, you would expect a better experience here compared to other hotels. However, the check-in process was slow (had to wait 20 minutes or so). Furthermore, the staff told us that the room would only be ready after 3pm and would inform us about it, yet no calls were made even though the room was ready. We had to visit the concierge and ask about it. The only plus points for booking a room here are the harbour view and the breakfast at colony which was splendid.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Millenia as a short stop on our way home to Australia after 3 weeks travelling in Europe. We couldn't have picked a better hotel. Our room had the Marina Bay view & it was awesome, to say the least, especially at night with all the lights. Each & every hotel staff we encounter is just wonderful: from arrival, during our stay & on departure . We had dinner at the Colony & the wait staff are just the best! Ditto goes to the Republic Bar. We really felt looked after during our stay & we've decided it is our favourite hotel in Singapore. Will definitely stay there again - highly recommended!
