One star for the food provided during SHN. It’s hospital meal? Disappointed how they cut cost for the foods provided. Just wanna let management know, your guests will feel it wherever you cut cost for. Learn it from other hotel to be competitive. Update of review, renew my rating after management quick response for the SHN breakfast variety. Satisfied with the action taken. 4 star rating for overall staying experience.

Very nice hotel in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants, right by MRT Novena - fast connection to the center and marina. The room was clean, a good shower, and a very comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor pool! It is great for swimming laps.

Used to be a really good hotel. Now it’s fallen so far its only saving grace is its location. We booked 2 rooms, which took ages to prep even though we were checking in late around 7pm (check in starts 2pm). Then the internet cannot be accessed by our room login. The final kicker? Calls to the concierge and housekeeping fell unanswered!!! Service is lost on this establishment. AVOID! Guess this is the last time we will stay here.

Had a pleasant stay for my quarantine, the room was clean. Unfortunately it was terriblely cold for me sick and all until I turn off the air con the 1st few days. The room was also spacious enough for me to do some stretching infront of the tv console. I boiled tap water for my entire stay and the kettle was clean. They provided clif for washing the toilet bowl which is good since my big business can be stubborn. External food delivery service was systematically good. Wifi is good but was down for a few minutes sometimes. Hot water is available. Room for improvement. # Breakfast was prepared at 5.30am and delivered at 7.30am, no way to heat it up and some food turned soggy. # Please password protect the wifi at least. Fortunately I ran a VPN. # More tea bags, or state it will be on request. # Inform that the ART kit will be provided on the 4th day and that the 1st day is vege meals. # More trash bags if I am to clear the bins. This stay is rate 4 stars but I read some nasty Karen rated it 1 star over some trival stuff, thus I needed to offset it somehow. Hello, 1 star is if the room is serously faulty. Will ask my foreign friends to stay in this hotel if they are coming for a visit. Here's my 5 stars.

Refused to modify a reservation by a few days when I had to delay travel plans because of Covid positive test. Keep the $700 and miss out on any future revenue from my business. I wouldn’t recommend any Far East Hospitality property to anyone.

Air condition setting was really really really cold, it should under 20 degrees ,it’s really uncomfortable . There’s no bottle water , and toilet height is not friendly to short and Asian.

My stay in the hotel was very good despite being quarantined. The room is clean and tidy. All the necessary things I needed for my stay was provided. They provided healthy foods and there were snacks too. The meal was given at the right time and the staffs are friendly.

I was upgraded to the Club room as a part of my birthday promotion and I gotta say I had a really great time! I've never written a review this long so here you go: So as a Club room guest, I got access to The Living Room, which is their club lounge on the 22nd floor, which, apart from the all-day munchies and coffee and alcohol, also has their own jacuzzi and pool. Now this lounge was the highlight of my stay because the staff were just so very nice! Not the exaggerated kind of friendly- they actually seemed really nice, especially this sweet lady named Letitia (make sure you meet her! I've already read a number of reviews mentioning her even before going there). They even surprised me with a birthday muffin, how cute is that?! On a slight negative side, I was on the phone in my room with the guest service twice during my stay, and both times they were kind of.....blur of what's going on. One lady on the phone just told me "Sorry I'm also not sure" when I asked about the operating hours of the lounge. Didn't even tell me to wait so she could check or anything. I think the club lounge staff standard was already very good, but then again not all guests will have a chance to experience it, so I wish they'd set the same standard for all the other staff, just saying. But still, overall it was great. Will definitely go back again for another club room stay!

Fabulous hotel, very friendly staff and very conveniently located on the Novena tube stop. A great place to stay when visiting Singapore

The hotel is great. The room was overall very comfortable, clean, and extremely convenient being located right at Novena Square 2 and Velocity, as well as right over the MRT. The staff is great. One thing to note that there are a series of small maintenance repairs that would have made the rooms perfect, but did not significantly impact the experience overall.

Stayed two nights at their Suite King room. The room was nicely decorated but had many olden and spoilt technology. The samsung blu-ray player was so old that it still used plug-in red and white cables. There was a built-in sound system which I thought could be used to watch movies and films, but did not work. We had to settle for watching it using the TV's much smaller and weaker sound system. What made things uncomfortable was that the Night Curtains frequently malfunctioned, getting stuck or not lowering itself at all. This made the room a little unpleasant as we had rays of sunlight shining into the room despite it being a staycation. Called their engineering team to fix it once, which they did, then when I relowered the curtains, it malfunctioned again. Decided not to call them again. I think what made the staycation not the most pleasant was the airconditioning system. Calling it a fraud is an understatement. The buttons made it seem like you could change the temperature, but it is nothing but a lie. I have set the temperature to 30 degrees celsius, and two hours later, it told me the room's temperature (RT on the display) was 19 degrees. It certainly felt like freezing. We had to resort to turning off the aircon in order to make the room less cold. Sleeping was not the most comfortable either. The bed was comfy and pillows was good, but we either slept with the cold aircon blasting in our faces, or we had to turn it off and sleep for a few hours with no ventilation before requiring to turn it back on again. However, service at the Living Room was beyond exceptional and I cannot recommend it more. The staff there was polite, respectful and very caring to our needs.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a very convenient spot for getting around the central areas of the city - there is an underground connection to the Novena MRT straight from the hotel elevators. The nearby mall has some good food options for breakfast and lunch.

We had a one night stay on the 24th floor with club room access. The staff are super friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The bed was very comfortable and shower was superb. Would recommend and we are staying again in December.

We had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for 5 days. It was an excellent experience from the moment we entered the hotel. The team members take care of us and help with various matters. What I like the most is the breakfast which some menus change every day. Thank you, Nigel, Yuhashini, Resni and all the team for warmly welcoming us.

We stayed at the Oasia for only one night; however, our overall experience was quite enjoyable. Our accommodations afforded us a splendid view, while not particularly opulent, they maintained a commendable standard of comfort and facilities. The room possessed a minimalist charm that was also exceptionally cozy. Although the breakfast offerings were rather limited in choice, the quality of the food was noteworthy. It was evident that the staff at this hotel take pleasure in their work and prioritize the satisfaction of their guests.

Very poor service check-in is like a nightmare. Staff is unfriendly. Service is poor. Even club room is worst than any hotel in Singapore. I would say dont waste money and book somewhere else nice.

Lovely place to stay and have fun

Every year when we came to SG, we always back and stay at oasia. Room is clean, very convinience near MRT, supermarket. My question is, is it closed now? When will open back? Cause next month i have a plan to go to SG.

Good place to be. Extremely friendly staff, very good breakfast good housekeeping. Special thanks to Mr Faeez Ridz who for being so helpful. He was able to read our minds. Next time in Singapore this will be our place to stay.

Great location and reasonably spacious rooms. The pool facilities were also great. Lots of eating options in the surrounding shopping malls and there are a couple of local Hawker centres / eating strips within walking distance. The staff were helpful with taxis and the Cafe downstairs has lovely cakes. You can get to the MRT without ever leaving the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was good. Room and bathrooms were clean. Swimming pool was great and they have a nice sitting area next to pool. Water bottles are not complimentary, not a big thing but just a noticeable thing from other hotels as the first thing you search for is water when you enter the hotel room. Otherwise the Hotel is just next to novena station and connected by an underpass, which was very convenient to travel by MRT to go and see the attractions.

This hotel is quarantine hotel for covid positive guests. Everyone here helped make my quarantine time a pleasant one, those back-of-house service staffs too. But I would like to give a shout to Ms IrYati, or rather Ms Yati. She went the extra mile to make sure I had a pleasant experience despite the horrible symptoms of covid, was a listening ear and was really really nice to chat! Aww love her!! Would totally come back to this hotel for her but its not open for staycay unfortunately. Thank you for your warm hospitality! Appreciate you and the help rendered lots x

The place call Real Food. Is the best and it serve the best, healthy and quality food. Not oily and good service too. The seating is not right for dinning. Should have proper dining tables and chairs.

Excellent service by Sumathi. Responded well whenever I need a request and she made my stay more meaningful during my quarantine period. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is finding a hotel that is accessible, easy to find and with a good environment all around. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I'm here for SHN and as first meal after check in today (lunch), it was not bad. Today is Easter and we get a pleasant surprise - nice macarons! Hope the hotel can keep up and looking forward to my next 13days stay.

SHN accommodation for 14 days ... good food service, clean & spacious room for one person ... Disappointing can't breathe fresh air ... at least there is a small window for fresh air during quarantine... overall service is good... TQ🤝

My mother stayed at the hotel for around a week and she especially loved the staff for their excellent service. She mentioned Mr Azwan and Mr Azrul from the front desk and Ms Yati from guest services. My mother is diabetic and she had called the front desk regarding her dietary restricitions. Ms Yati and Mr Azwan listened to her with much empathy and took the trouble to provide her diabetic-friendly food after the call. Another time, my brother had ordered food delivery for my mom but accidentally provided the wrong room number. Mr Azrul went through the trouble to find out where the package went to and sent it to my mom. The hotel is really fortunate to have these excellent staff, and we will certainly come again for future staycays.

Despite we are late arrive around 3.30pm, but room still take time to check, is not well prepared. Room is time to renovation. Not provided drinking water, need for making milk for baby, when call concierge counter to check, surprise they just tell we can direct take from tape water. Overall experience not as fantastic as Downtown outlet.
