Booked a room for 3 days 2 nights over the weekend. checking in (good): Very good and efficient staff that ensured fuss free checking in. No deposit was collected when we collected our room keys. Whole process took 10 mins or less. booking for pool access and breadfast through QR code given. Room (decent): Good:Decent floor area with ample room to walk around the room. Room is very clean with all the usual complementary items given. Not so good, fridge is not cold and takes a long time for drinks to be cold. Pool (decent but can be improved): Pool is pretty small and therefore small capacity. limited deck chairs and towels not replenished when it's all out. Breadfast: Food is pretty good but limited choice. Need to book time slot. Cleanliness is dodgy when one of the cups have uncleaned stains inside the cup. Service is ok though the waiters will forget your order when it gets busy. Location (uninspiring). Not really nice views while food wise there are not much options apart from two nearby hawker centers and numerous restaurants. Not near and MRT but near orchard by bus or taxi. Parking is at the shopping center next to the hotel and complimentary parking is given. overall experience is decent though for a four star hotel they have alot of room for improvement. 2 stars given because of the unclean cup given during Breadfast.

The hotel was really beautiful and comfortable. The location is good and the staff is very polite and helpful. The view from the terrace near the pool is amazing and from the rooms as well. The rooms, bathrooms and linens are extremely clean.The rooms are clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable. Toiletries provided are of excellent quality. Everything exceeded expectations. P.S - The breakfast options are a bit less for a strict vegetarian but it's not a major issue and also, don't order the Indian platter for room service :P

Hotel was super clean, staff were amazing, pool was a huge, convenient location with lots of good hawker fare around! Special commendation for front office manager David who exhibited excellent customer service and was super accommodating! Heard that the hotel will be bought over by another group in Aug 2022, hopefully all the stellar employees including David can be retained as they carry themselves with really high standards of customer service in the industry!

Terrible! No PCR tests done despite after having checked in for our quarantine orders for almost a week! Hotel staff said this is very normal - many of their guests are in the same situation. Yet, they didn't sound concerned at all! Hotel management and staff couldn't be bothered to assist or inform the authorities of what was happening. With so many untested guests serving quarantine together, what if some of them are actually infected? Wouldn't they spread to everyone in the hotel - their guests and staffs included?

Park Hotel Alexandra took care of us immensely during our quarantine, made our quarantine felt a little better. Service were good and also helped to resolve conflict when we met with a frustrated quarantined neighbour. Staff were courteous and punctual for the stuff we need and often check in with phone calls to see how we are doing during the quarantine. Thank you!

Nice and clean hotel. Good location as well. Multiple bus stops walking distance from hotel. No MRT nearby though. Toastbox is just right beside the hotel, good breakfast!

The highlight of our stay is the infinity pool and the food 10/10. I love our breakfast and dinner at the Carvery. The staffs are accomodating as well. We’re suprised for their sweet treat sent to out room 😊 All the best to your hotel! ❤️

Overall the hotel is a comfortable place to stay. There were a few small details that left this hotel shy of 5 stars for me. There was no power outlet in the bathroom that I could find. The grouting along the shower showed a lot of age and wear. Breakfast was tasty however the egg station was rarely manned with other staff normally having to tell the chef to come out and cook. The coffee at breakfast was great though and you can't beat the view from the pool for the price!

Good and clean room equipped with new equipment. View was good. Breakfast just fine. Very busy hotel, especially in the morning! Pool looks tempting at 7th floor, no chance to taste it yet. Provide 1 trip taxi reimbursement per day was awesome!

Top Hotel a bit away from the city center. The service and room was really good. The Outside Pool area is really large and provides enough space for young and old. With the little over there drinks can be enjoyed easily. The rooms provided enough space and were cleaned properly. The breakfast buffet provides food on large scale from local to international cuisine on high standard.

Rooms looks nice but their services very worst. Stayed two weeks and most of time my room not cleaned. Their break fast service also worst. Next thing is your room has smart tv option but they will not connect tv into wifi. Channels are limited and local. Most of time you will get bored . Overall my stay not satisfied with their services .

Stayed for 5 nights .. a good cosy hotel might have worked well for a short trip .. in room amenities are well spreader out although the room is very small. The very positive is Venator to our office .. very calm and quite surroundings someone who likes that for the a right choice .. kitchen closes very early don’t expect anything if you land up late evening .. services are very poor

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is at the shopping mall beside the hotel. Rooms are clean but had a minor issue where the toilet door got stuck and can’t open. There’s a phone installed in the toilet so was able to call the front desk. My only gripe is that the toilet had no water spray/bidet and the hotel does not serve halal food.

Stayed on my wedding anniversary. Loved the location of the hotel. Our room was on the top floor with a great view. They made our anniversary special by giving us an Anniversary card and complimentary cakes.

Well furnished business-style hotel with full toiletries, a welcome pack and soft bed. Pool was clean and spacious. Kudos to Ms Sumi and Zaf in particular for their speedy responses to my enquiries. Check in took a while, but was well managed and not exceedingly long. Check out was a breeze.

I love this place. Food Mart, super. market at walking distance. Running track ~1km..

Terrible design in the room due to floor gap between main room and the washroom area. Hurt my foot badly and the entire trip was ruined. Be extra watchful if you land in one of those rooms. Check was slow as well and they don’t have any staff in the morning when you need service at speed. Avoid at all cost.

We had enjoyed ourselves during our stay in the Hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. A real modern and very well located hotel with extremely helpful and dedicated team. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip. The rooms are very nicely furnished and clean. The complex itself is absolutely quiet despite the central location.

Had a nice stay at this luxurious hotel in Singapore during my travel to our Singapore office for the meetings. Simply fabulous, spaceous,such a memorable stay. Food was too good .

Currently serving my 14 day quarantine here and naturally not having the time of my life. Park Hotel is however doing their best to make my stay a happy one by providing excellent service and good food. The rooms are also a really good size.

Would like to thank David for helping us find our Apple Watch. Was really panicking when hotel inform us that our watch was not in the room. David initiated to bring us up to our room again to check and we managed to find it. Thank you for helping us. Really appreciate your help! 👍🏻

We stayed at Park Hotel for 7 nights and I have no regrets choosing this hotel. Hotel's design is refined and stylish and our room was clean, comfortable with pleasant neutral tones in design. They have an infinity pool and their bathroom amenities are great. Ryhlls from customer care also took it up a notch. He is courteous and attentive to our needs, we are thankful to him for his professionalism in service.
