Choose another hotel, add a little more to the budget. Don't waste your money here. Definitely a 1 or 2 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star. The only nice part is the lobby, the rest will prove it's reality of a motel. We even paid for a room upgrade when we got here. Service is adequate except that most staff have the 'don't care' attitude. Expect no ice or cold water from fountains, but they suggest to order it via charged room service. They only provide 1 robe per room, nobody cared for days to even consider giving an extra one. The TV wasn't working so they sent a staff member that came off as quite rude and ensured you felt dumb for not figuring out a television that is at least 15 years old. Even if you stay for a few days, you will only be able to have your room cleaned after 3 nights . . . Would never stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days, we stayed in the most affordable room and it was tolerable for this amount of time. I think if you stayed longer than a few days the room would not be suitable as it is SO small. The rooms were clean but too small to be functional. The pictures online and the vibe you get from the lobby are very deceiving- both make the hotel seem like it's very fancy & opulent but in reality the room we stayed in was cheap and the kind of room you would have at a hostel that offers private rooms. The bed is on a platform you need to use a step to access- one of our family members has a mobility impairment and struggled to navigate this. The rooms have a smell (I assume it's because of the humidity) and there is no window for fresh air. The lack of space and storage in the room is the biggest downside. There's just no space or surfaces to arrange your things- not even to hang your wet towel after showering. A shelf on the wall or some hooks would make the world of difference. Bring earplugs and an eye mask as there is absolutely no soundproofing and the room was very bright. We could hear our neighbours talking, showering, using the toilet and their alarm in the mornings. Location was okay but you had to ride one train stop to get to a main station which was slightly annoying. Pool area was nice.

Nice hotel nice location. Lobby area has ample places to sit. Although the hotel has done some major upgrading recently, the car park is still a challenge as it this hotel was built in the 70s so the car park were not meant for bigger cars we have now. It still manageable just that you have to be cautious of the sharp tight turns

This hotel is awful. The lobby looks nice but has a weird smell. They tried to give us a room that had basically no window with the sink in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. We immediately asked for a room change as this is not what we payed for. The room is old and dirty. Housekeeping comes every 3 days. How is this a 4 star hotel? Service is nonexistent. The breakfast is horrid with the food all being one pale colour. The location is really good and there is a tennis court but it is not free for guests. Honestly I would not stay here again and it nearly ruined our trip to Singapore as the hotel is just awful. Please choose somewhere else as we paid a lot and it wasn’t worth the money. Don’t believe the photos as well.

There was some confusion about checking in early. We felt like no one gave us a straight answer on how that worked. Turns out you just need to pay a $100 fee. The rooms are extremely small but that is pretty typical of Singapore especially if you are on a budget. My biggest issue is that it wasn’t very clean. House keeping wanted to come around 2-3pm which was the time we wanted to escape the heat. Even after they came it wasn’t that clean. (The walls were gross) We ordered room service twice and it is not very good. Super bland food. We had the breakfast buffet once and wasn’t very impressed with that either. (Buffet is overpriced for the quality of food, you can find much better food for half the price near by). We did enjoy the pool, it has nice lounge chairs and towels. And the location is nice; not too busy and close to the train station.

Went there for quarantine because I caught covid. The experience was better than I hoped for, so I would like to thank the staff and everyone who made this possible. Location: the scenery outside the windows was fantastic, hence I would say the location was pretty strategic Food: food came on time, except once in day 6 of quarantine. I called room service, and the food was served piping hot a few minutes later. As for the taste, it's not like those expensive delicacies, but at least the portion size was decent, more than enough to keep me full with extra fruits left over. Cleanliness: pretty clean, no glaring blotches or stains, although the bottom of the windows has some stains, but does not affect the view so it's okay Service: took some time to answer calls at the start, probably because there were a lot of people. But towards the end of quarantine, calls were answered within the first two rings. Hence not too bad. Facilities: Useful and in working condition. Although there was a label that said the tap water(which had a nice warm temperature) was safe to drink, I boiled the water with the kettle anyways. It was extremely convenient. Plus there were two books in the drawer to past time. And the lights were able to be turned on and off individually to control electricity consumption. What I liked the most though was the work table and the chair which came with it, I spent most of my time there. Overall: I'm really grateful to be able to quarantine here while doing my work in the peace and quiet.

Horrible experience!! This is not a 4 star hotel at all. As you enter the lobby looks very welcoming but the rooms are a nightmare. This is a freaking old hotel and renovations is much needed. Booked an executive club room for 3 days; but we immediately requested for check out within 30 minutes. The floor carpet/ rugs are old and looks very dirty and stained; worst of all, the color is dark brown which presents it even dirtier. White curtains have gone brownish and there’s nothing of any modern amenities that you typically expect from a 4 star hotel. Room service is done every 3 days and no bottled water is provided. Walls are not sound proof. There’s isn’t food centers and shopping options available nearby. Its a a barely 2 star hotel. People are lured by the free drink service they provide for club rooms, but its isn’t the worth at all. Stay away from this hotel if you prefer rooms to provide clean ambiance with positivity to spend your stay.

When you enter the hotel, it looks really pretty but that is just an illusion. The rooms are not that great and there is a weird smell in the lobby. We paid for an extra bedding but the person at the reception denied for providing the extra blanket, saying that the housekeeping is closed. He was not at all apologetic or helpful. Overall would not recommend anyone a stay here.

We stayed for 3 nights. Location was fantastic - super close to Havelock Station (less than 5min walk). Walking distance to Chinatown and people's park (15mins). Rooms were roomy and fun. Comfortable beds and clean throughout. My only complaint was the service at the front counter which lacked warmth and welcome. We waited several times to ask questions. Sometimes we waited awhile... Not because they were serving anyone but because they were doing things on their computer or talking to other staff. Other times we were served quickly but given incorrect info (told kids up to 12 yrs eat free but then when we got to breakfast, we were charged for 2 kids) and most times when we asked questions the staff acted like they didn't want to be there. But I should mention that the staff at the breakfast were superb and friendly and helpful as were the concierge. Overall highly recommend staying here. Just don't expect to be warmly welcomed when you check in and don't ask too many questions of the front staff.

There are so many things to complain about this place that I don’t even know where to start. Overall: very disappointed experience. If you wish to pay for a 4 star serviced hotel, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. We stayed 7 nights in Deluxe King Room (16F) and 1 night in Executive King (19F) so we have good insight view of this hotel. 1. Rooms are old and not maintained. You can tell because the toilet does not flush well, the room smells unclean, the kettle broke and furniture was covered in dust. 2. Room service is done every 3 NIGHTs! Which means you won’t have your garbages taken out for 3 days, no amenities replacement and no clean towels for 3 days. This is not a service provided in a 4 star hotel. 3. Can’t help but noticed the hotel cheap down on everything! First, the room service. And second, poor amenities supply. - There is NO FRIDGE in standard and deluxe rooms, only executive rooms have (rooms on 17F-29F) - Shampoo and Body wash are in one soap bottle. It was no big deal but then we realized executive rooms have proper shampoo, conditioner and body wash. - For 2 people staying, they only provided one “cotton” bag which has 3 ear cotton buds. No razor. No comb. (So bring your own, don’t expect these standard amenities from this “4-star” hotel!) And remember they only do room cleaning service every 3 nights. 4. Room keys are very fragile and can easily mess up with the card reader in the elevator. Be gentle with them because they can stop working anytime. 5. The card readers in elevators need replaced. There are 3 elevators and 2 of them constantly in trouble. We got stuck inside the elevator with other guests at least 3 times because none cards worked. 6. Hot water in the shower room is not reliable (we suspect the temperature control handle got broken) These are just a few things to tell you this is a really old and poor hotel. No way this can be a 4 star hotel. Hope the management team will take this review seriously and do some serious improvements in both services and facilities. I would never stay in this hotel again.

I love this place, especially the new room. As Indonesian, I amaze with their tech and service. They serve water filter and they have check out machine so we don't need to wait too long. The room itself is big and comfy. Cute room also. I enjoy my holiday there

I don't get a chance going there. I booked the room when there is discount for my trip on July and when the demand is high, they cancelled my booking without any prior notice. The reason is "health and safety". What on earth does that mean??? You are practicing a very insidious pricing practice. This is simply outrageous.

Stayed with family of 5 in 2 rooms. Pathetic hotel with no hospitality , no value for money. - The hotel practically has NO PHONE contact , they only deal on mails. We tried to contact hotel multiple times before our stay and no one got back. Even during the stay , there's no phone contact, you are dependent only on apps. Poor breakfast spread with hardly 20 tables for such a huge hotel , we had to wait in queues for breakfast. There's NO housekeeping till the 3rd night , the rooms were old and shabby. The reception staff was cold and rude. There was no possibility for an early check-in, we had to roam in streets for 4 hours. it's expensive only because of it's location, look for other hotels. Not at all recommend for Indian travellers.

My 1st time booking a room here as I was attending a wedding. 1st and foremost, the lobby is pretty small. Despite having 4 lifts in the lobby, the waiting time for the lift took longer than usual. The room size is pretty decent, but the room temperature is beyond control. I wouldn't advise anyone to have breakfast here as the selection is limited. Overall, the price for the room does not justify as the amount I paid could have gotten my family and I a much better hotel with better service and facilities.

Stayed for a night in this hotel and it was a great stay. The staff were friendly and even offered us a room upgrade. The food was great, and most importantly there were HALAL options. There's also a 711 in the building. The lobby was gorgeous, and it is a family friendly hotel. The playground at the lobby really entertained the kids. However, wished they offered more amenities.

I stayed here during my visit to Singapore. The staff near the entrance helped but the front desk failed to do so. We were told the room number and given the key only. No one guided us. The location is highly residential and you get a bus stop less than a minute away from the hotel. You get a convenient store right next to the hotel. There was a pantry where we could refill our coffee, toiletries and towels which was something new I have experienced. Also the lobby is huge. There is a seating area, kids play area, a coffee bar and a meeting area. The room and the washroom were super clean. The TV had a number of channels along with the WIFI. Overall it was a good experience staying here

Stuck here for 10 days due to quarantine notice. For me was not bad in the beginning since I'm not paying for it. But as a guest, I might not come here to stay. Firstly it looks old and the bed and pillow was not comfortable and the sheet have some stain on it. Thier shower water cold and hot is not well adjusted, sometimes is too cold and sometimes is too hot. Having trouble showering. The wood flooring near the windows start to chip off due to water I guess. Outside the windows was terrible, very dirty. Can see alot of stains on it. I think their staff was kind enough to provide me a carton of water when I kept request more drinking water. One think I like about here is the greenery view. This 10 days mostly I just sit by the windows to do my work and have look out for the greenery once in awhile.

Staff friendly at check in. But for the money you pay I did not expect to get mold smell in the room, a window you can barely look out from. The room was not cleaned during our whole stay. The breakfast was advertised as excellent but was far from it sadly. Most thing is that maybe this hotel was nice when it was built now the first thing you enter in the entrance is a wall of mold smell. Would rather take a hostel and save your money

The double bed room we took was big but old furniture, which we didn't mind because we spend most of our time outside. They only do housekeeping every 3rd day of your stay which was not convenient with us and our 3 small children. Children dine in the room, we have crumbs and spill. We have dirty diapers & soggy towels. I ordered room service but they send a wrong (non-halal) dish. They have a small indoor playground at the lobby that my kids love.

4 star Hotel that somehow doesn't have umbrellas (goodwood Park does) or basic thoughtfulness for their guests. Guess they forgot what "hospitality" means. Staff even had the cheek to say that stars doesn't matter in the current climate.

While I am happy to celebrate the joyous occasion, I am disappointed in the service. 1) the food service was slow - the slow pace of serving the food was a disappointment, it is too slow. My table was getting hungry between servings. 2) drinks ran out - urm, ok, tea running out is a little ridiculous isn’t it? 3) server keeps forgetting the drinks request 4) server comes and refill just one one of tea instead of the entire table 5) plates were not cleared? Definitely a disappointed experience with a joyous occasion.

I recently stayed at the Furama RiverFront hotel with my family (2Adults + 1kid). We opted for a room in the new wing of the hotel. Overall, the experience was a mix of positives and a couple of drawbacks. Room Size: One noticeable downside was the size of the rooms, which felt a bit small for a family with a child. This could be a consideration for families looking for more spacious accommodations. Amenities: On the positive side, the hotel offered good amenities. The presence of a Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby was a pleasant surprise, adding a touch of convenience and quality for coffee enthusiasts. Additionally, the variety of snacks available in the vending machine was a nice touch, providing guests with a range of options. Location: The hotel's location was convenient for buses, but it seemed less favorable for those relying on the MRT. This might be something to consider for travelers who prioritize easy access to public transportation. Staff Service: The staff at Furama RiverFront were commendable. Their service was good, reflecting a positive and welcoming attitude. This is always a crucial aspect that can significantly enhance the overall experience for guests. In summary, the Furama RiverFront hotel, particularly the new wing, offers a mix of positives, including good amenities, a convenient location for buses, and friendly staff. However, families with a child may find the room size to be a bit limiting. Despite this, the presence of a Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby and a wide array of snacks in the vending machine contribute to a generally satisfying stay.

Check in operation didn't have enough staff. Tried using self check in and a pop-up said go to staff. Waited for 15 minutes in line only for staff to help others at self check in. Finally got a staff member to help and they suggested self check in was quicker. Eventually we got our room key. Staff were always pleasant and friendly. Was a nice place to stay and would recommend it.

Good size, very clean and tidy, tea and coffee making facilities, a small refrigerator, and a hair dryer. The location is not too bad if you are fit and healthy. It's not great if you use a wheelchair unless you use the local taxis . Other facilities are good, tennis court, gym, swimming pool.

Awesome location by the riverfront, close to multiple food establishments with easy access to public transport. Staff are super friendly and always ready to assist. Rooms are clean and well kept. I also recommend their Waterfall Lounge for its chill ambience to relax and have a drink.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable but probably could soon do with updating, particularly in the bathroom. The food we had was consistently of good quality as was the service from the staff. Receptionists were helpful when responding to our queries. The staff in the Waterfall lounge were exceptionally friendly. The location of the hotel is brilliant given it is close to an underground station (Havelock) so enabling ready access to the key sites. Can very much recommend the hotel.

I am greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff name Mae at lobby. Even before started the check in process, she handed me the tissue as I was perspiring a lot due to hot weather. Mae also helped me with the fast check in by using the kiosk. Hotel lobby quite clean and modern.

Old and small rooms and floors are, we got a room with rust and mold in the shower, Stained walls and carpets, Old furniture, the multimedia TV barely worked . In the pictures it looks perfect but it far from reality. Lack of room service (online order is available with long waiting time), they said that it didn’t include breakfast… we needed to pay a lot on a poor buffet breakfast that we barely found something to eat. The lobby hotel is fine and clean. I Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it!

We had a week 's stay at Furama river front hotel in mid August. We opted suite room. It was a wonderful stay.. Rooms were neat and study spacious. Cleaning was at request or every third day. Water dispenser was available at every floor so plenty of water was available at all times. Check in and check out was very easy and comfortable. Lobby had a small children's play area. Swimming pool and tennis court at 5 th floor. A small grocery shop us there just nearby. Over all experience was very nice. 👍🏼

Nice hotel handy for bus and metro in a quieter part of the city. But just a short ride into the busy part. Very good tourist information desk with a helpful officer. Lovely clean pool with plenty of seating. Evening buffet food nice and varied, a good chance to try some new foods. Morning buffet very busy! A bit of a srum, but had lots of choice, a good cheerful atmosphere and staff who worked exceptionally hard to keep it clean, topped up and running! Especially the lady carrying things patiently in and out of the kitchen, hats off to her hard work!

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The MRT is close by which is an added advantage. A 7/11 is available in the premises and a Starbucks pay and use machine was on the lobby. Furama RiverFront in Singapore is a fantastic choice for travelers. The location along the Singapore River is picturesque, and the hotel's amenities are top-notch. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The diverse breakfast buffet is a highlight. However, it could use some modernization in certain areas. Overall, a pleasant stay with value for money.

Didn't stay there. Had annual dinner & dance there. Food was good, services at the dinner was decent. Hotel is old but interior is very nice still. A little bit of stale cigarette smoke smell in the lobby. Pretty good place to stay as it isn't as expensive as other hotels in the vicinity. About 10 min walk to the Havelock MRT station (Thomson East Coast Line - TEL) - have to climb a set of stairs plus the stairs up the overhead bridge to get there. This station makes the hotel more convenient but still not as convenient cos the location while near to town isn't easy to get on public transport except by using buses... the train is preferable but buses are easier here.

I knew this hotel wasn’t going to be great (because it was the most affordable option) but didn’t realize it was going to be that bad. First off, service was non existent. Reception was selective as to who that wanted to assist - supposedly an automated check in. Checked in, room and toilet were dirty, musky and just smelled bad and off. Room corridors smelt bad (think leaking toilet pipes). Even the clothes wardrobe - we had a suit in there and it smelt so bad after one night. The iron had filth on it (which we didn’t realize) and stained the white shirt - can’t be removed even after washing. Self service water collection by the lobby - in the name of sustainability. No house keeping for first three nights. Toilet was chipped, stained, gross, damp and moist for the entire stay. If you are ok with the above, go ahead and book this hotel. Otherwise, perhaps consider paying a bit more for another hotel.

A wonderful experience especially for parents with young children. Stayed in a family room and the room service is superb. Celine is really sweet &thoughtful with our many little requests. TQ so much, this is our 3rd stay and definitely many more stays in the future.

Still finding reasons to justify the price paid for dinner buffet at square restaurant. Gamey beef slices. Mushy crabs. Bland soup. Food choices as limited as my current cash in wallet. Serving pokka green tea as the only drink option. Could do better for the price charged.

Their work from hotel package is so worth it. I can say it's hidden gem 💎 Day pass Price $28 for two person Including free flow drinks (good tea, coffee, juice and can soda) Including $15 meal voucher ❤️ Where else can get such a good deal and food. Their service also so good, place is also quiet and sofa is so soft. Super duper recommend this place.

Nice place to hold a wedding but their menu need to improve...do away with traditional wedding menu. With restrictions of 5 pax per table... They should do quality menu and not quantity.

Miss dearly this old hotel previous known as Apollo. It was my father's favourite hangout with his business friends durirng his haydays in the late 70s. Used to be a sleazy area with lots of nightclub but now it has become much more civilised. While it is an old building the management has done a lot - apparently - to rejuvenate the hotel to keep it classy.

Do not recommend you to hold your wedding banquet at this hotel. Horrible nightmare experience with our banquet in-charge. Very disappointed in the service and the attitude we received throughout the planning stage to the actual day. He is not a flexible on dealing with problems, what he says is very contradicting and dishonest, he is not helpful and will not go extra mile for the couple's benefit. Although we are lucky to meet the assistant operation manager who managed to resolve the problems which could have been prevented, however do not wish anyone to try their luck here. 1 star goes to the venue, the ballroom was huge and pillar-less with a high ceiling. But changing room is dusty and under maintained.

Came for buffet dinner organised by island hopping program. Varieties is just OK, service speed needs to improved, otherwise all is good. It is a long time the last time for a buffet..

I don’t always post reviews on google, but when I do, it’s either exceptionally great or horrifyingly bad. In this case, it’s the latter (horrifyingly bad). For context, we stayed in an executive suite. First, we checked in at 2.45pm using the self check-in kiosk. After filling in our particulars and many steps later, the machine prompted “room is not ready for check-in”. The check-in time was supposed to be 2pm and at 2.45pm, it was still not ready?! When we finally entered our room, amenities were not complete. They did not give us shampoo. To our horror, the toothpaste was used before. How did we know? The seal was pierced through and there was toothpaste stain on the tip of the cap. Our dissatisfaction did not end there. I tried to use screen mirroring on the TV but to no avail. Eventually I decided to call the receptionist for help. A lady answered my call. I told her about my problem and she replied, “Huh? What is screen mirroring?” You have Netflix account? Just use your account sign in!” That ended our short call. Not all are bad; at least the breakfast was decent. 10/10 will not recommend this hotel.

Location problem the only thing good about this hotel! When we arrived we asked some lunch options they told us to go to level 2, the place looked like it wasn’t even open random table and chairs everywhere! Bathrooms way too small, toilets blocking all the time! Dinner buffet and breaky buffet terrible! One of the good things is they have a small kids play area in the foyer! Do not book this hotel!!!!!!!

Free upgrade, good. Room no cold water, but fixed, ok. Drinking water refill system, good, but should put a small table below the machine. Location good. Not in the middle of busy place, but walking distance to mall and restaurants.

Did not feel worth the money. No room cleaning if you stay for more than one night. The hotel has a policy of doing everything on your own it was a pain to even get a lotion from them. We were a group traveling together and we had requested for room on same floor they told us we will get in an hour but they didnt give us later.

Housekeeping in rooms happens in 3 days. There is no staff to help with amenities. Breakfast is very very basic and repeated everyday. In our stay of 5-6 days we had the same breakfast everyday. Would not recommend to people travelling from India (travelling with people wanting indian food ) this place is located near Chinatown and has no Indian food outlet close by. But you can always order online.

It’s a big hotel and spacious too. Friendly staffs and great location too. Near MRT station. It has a 7-11 store and self service paid Starbucks corner. The only set back is the room kind of old and our room very unfortunate due to the shower area water outlet flow very slow. It makes the water keep rising as we had our shower. However, the room is very big! Good stay.

Furama RiverFront Singapore provided an exceptional experience with its warm hospitality and elegant ambiance. The well-appointed rooms offered a peaceful retreat, and the river views were captivating. The hotel's buffet breakfast was a delicious and diverse spread.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your hotel. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down. Served out a Quarantine Order at the hotel. The food provided was delicious! Amenities were ample and room we checked into was clean. Would recommend people to have a staycation there.

Choose this hotel if you want a stay only property. Do not expect any service whatsoever. It's almost a self service hotel. They are understaffed and you will definitely not feel happy for the price you pay. House keeping once in 3 days and you can imagine

Not a very good Hotel... stayed here for a day. Lobby is big and looks good but reception is very slow, it took about 10min for check-in. And rooms are very old atleast the one I was staying in was. May be it once had very good rooms but that needs to be maintained. Bathroom door had water damages, bathtub had its paint or whatever it is peeled off at some places. I didn't like the food but that's subjective.

It's a very good hotel and well located. If you are arriving during odd times, drop them an email and they will ensure a smooth checkin process. All utilities are in place. There's a 7-11 in the compound and a vending machine if there's any urgent need.

The property has two towers. The one on the back that also feature economical studio rooms are quite small and suited for Single travelers or backpacking. Fimilies should book the deluxe room or higher category in the front tower. The deluxe rooms are well equipped and cleaned once in three or four days. Extra towels are available in a little cupboard in the lobby, however it gets exhausted more often than not. The lobby has a little children area which is a nice touch. Breakfast buffet on 3rd floor has a decent spread of hot dishes. Special thanks to wonderful staff especially Mr Wan at the front office who helped us have a very comfortable stay. I wish they improved the room service as the app is not very efficient.

A little bit disappointed with this hotel. There were issues with the check in and we were given a different room that we originally booked. The room was spacious but very outdated. The TV was not working and had to get the maintenance person to fix it. The bathtub was cracked and some tiles coming off. There were insects/ants in the bathroom. One of the Concierge's attitude was very rude and not very helpful. The restaurant was good with friendly staff. Location was also okay with 5-10 mins travel to most places.

It was a memorable stay at Furama. Hotel location is amazing as it has facility for both bus and MRT. Hotel rooms are spacious, be assure to book the rooms accordingly as mentioned in website. Hotel staff and management are courteous and it has all needed amenities. Thank you making us feel home :) Highly recommend this place

When first walking into Furama, I could tell that this hotel was going to be a pretty cosy one. The service at check-in was superb and the entire time I was there I was treated very well. The laundry service was also fantastic (better than how I do my own laundry). The place contains a nice little lounge at the back where you can be served beverages on demand at any time of the day, which makes leisure a lot more easy in the hot temperature. The location was also pretty accessible to public transport and cycling which I took full advantage of. The main issue comes from the rooms. While the service and beds, bathroom etc was great, the interior itself was not. Outdated, dirty and graffiti-ridden walls did take away from the experience. I also had a bug infestation in my sink. I’m not too fussy and it wasn’t the end of the world but I’m not going to act like it was perfect. Overall, I had a pretty great stay and I would say this definitely qualifies as a four star hotel. The rooms just need a little renovation.

This is the family stay after so long and we booked connecting rooms. Very kind of hotel upgraded to club category by friendly staff. And the staff May Tan also assisted extended slightly late check out in orders my kids can enjoy the swimming pool facility caused we missed it due to heavy rain whole day

Service is great (most of the time) and location is not bad now that the brown line is built + there is food around here. So that's all good. But rooms could be better! For sure! Not exactly as luxurious as shown in the pictures online. But I guess expected for the Discounted price I paid for

The room layout was changed recently and different with the video and photo in their website at that time. Many guests in family group so it gets noisy often. The receptionist, staff, and housekeeping were nice and friendly during our stay, but most the facilities seems need maintenance.

Had a 3-day stay there with my family Amenities are decent and gets the job done. Food from the breakfast buffet is the best I had so far... keep it up. Rooms can use a more fresh and modern paint job but still a comfortable experience. Staff are also friendly ...By far the best stay in my first time visiting Singapore....thank you very much and hope to see improvements in certain aspects of the hotel

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel, particularly thanks to Virginia Ooi in the Waterfall Lounge department. Her outstanding service and welcoming attitude truly stood out. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel's amenities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were also noteworthy. I highly recommend this establishment for its top-notch service and positive ambiance

Our family stay at the hotel was delightful. The cozy rooms and welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. The kid-friendly amenities and delicious dining options added to the joy. A perfect choice for a family retreat, offering comfort and convenience with a touch of warmth.

This hotel is highly unsuitable for a family vacation due to several significant shortcomings. I would like to highlight the following reasons: 1. Monotonous Buffet: Throughout our seven-day stay, the hotel served the same buffet every day, lacking variety and creativity in their culinary offerings. 2. Hygiene Concerns: Regrettably, our dining experience was marred by the discovery of a housefly in our food. Despite promptly reporting the issue, the hotel staff displayed a lack of concern and failed to address the problem adequately. 3. Unprofessional Receptionists: The receptionists at this hotel exhibited a distressing lack of professionalism and hospitality. Their rude behavior and inability to handle guest inquiries and requests tarnished our overall experience. 4. Room Service: Room service they provided after 3 nights stay in hotel. No cleaning before 3 days.It was difficult especially considering we had young children with us. 5. Additional Charges for Cutlery: Shockingly, the hotel did not provide cutlery in the rooms as a standard amenity. If we wished to have cutlery, we were required to pay an exorbitant fee of $5 for each set. This policy felt unreasonable. 6. Inadequate Water Supply: Another inconvenience we encountered was the lack of daily water supply in the rooms. Guests were expected to fetch water from a single dispenser located on the entire floor, necessitating the use of personal water bottles. This arrangement was inconvenient and fell short of our expectations for a comfortable stay. Considering these significant drawbacks, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for a family vacation, as it fails to meet the necessary standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service that one would expect.

I rarely post reviews but doing this so others who plan to book here are aware as well. We paid good money for this supposed 4-star hotel, thus coming in with high expectations. However NOT A PLEASANT STAY AT ALL. When we arrived, they gave us a hotel room that has a chipped off coating. The rust was already showing. We called the receptionist for a room transfer and SHE JUST GAVE US A RUDE ATTITUDE. We were very polite in requesting for q room transfer since we don’t want to bathe in that kind of hotel. Next, just kindly inquiring for bucket of ice and cutlery, the receptionist again on the phone tells me in with a loud voice along the lines of “MA’AM JUST GO TO THE RESTAURANT I CAN’T GIVE THOSE TO YOU OKAY”. Like, how hard is it to be nice and polite to talk to your guests? Yes, the hotel looks luxurious but the services, I have seen better. From 2 star hotels and even AirBnBs. This is such a horrible experience from a supposed 4 star hotel in the hospitality industry. To the management, please note that no matter how nice the hotel is, if the service is horrible, it will still make a horrible stay for your guests.
