do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is annoyed and hypocritically friendly. The shower stank of old stale water. The rooftop pool is extremely cold and dirty. I asked to look around the club floor to see what the pool area looks like there. A receptionist took me in the elevator to the club floor and didn't let me look around alone. I felt as if I were a prisoner. And she my prison guard. I'm a guest of the hotel so it should be possible to take a look. Later I was able to look around the club floor because I was in the elevator with another hotel guest who lived on the club floor. So I drove up with him. The pool was catastrophically dirty. I'm glad I didn't spend more money on an upgrade. The building looks nice but the hotel that is inside is just a joke for the price. Nobody cares about cleanliness. I once witnessed a loud argument between the club floor manager and a receptionist. It's unimaginable to deliver something like that in front of guests. I visit many hotels and can say that this hotel is by far the worst in this high price segment. I was very happy when I left the hotel. Nevertheless, I am amazed. It's like owning a Ferrari (the building) but not caring about its condition and cleanliness (hotel inside).

I stayed for a night for a spontaneous trip. The building is very catchy as it looks like a fluffy toy with plants cover all over. I’m amazed how they did this. While the room was a bit dated and had a faint musty smell, it was well-maintained. The service was warm, and the breakfast, though average, made me happy with its crispy bacon—an uncommon find in my country 😬. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Visited a friend who had a staycation here. Room is nice and cosy, bathroom well designed with an opening from the side of the room. Room is clean and well maintained. View is nice too. Hotel is in a tall building so therefore parking is on L4 onwards. Hotel lobby is on a high floor so got to take lift up to lobby from carpark or ground level. Very nice view from the top, they have 2 pools, didn't get to go to the other pool but only the pool on the same level as the lobby. Due to the covid measures, we can only dine in the room so we had to order in-house dining from either their own coffeehouse or marmalade pantry. Overall food is okay, prices are slightly expensive but this is the standard food price in most the hotels. Staff here are nice, friendly and attentive. Overall the stay was pleasant, room rates are reasonable too. Will definitely recommend to others to give it a try and hopefully will come back again for another visit.

What an incredible hotel. As soon as you walk in, your are greeted by the friendly staff. The infinity pool is awesome. They make the check in process seamless and went above and beyond in terms of accommodations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property itself is something you’ll need to see with your own eyes. One of the best hotel.

The best hotel experience i ever had. The service of this hotel made me feel like a VIP. I love the club lounge the most and was absolutely blown away by the food choices in the lounge. There were many other incentives of being a club guest too. Remeber to choose the club room or upgrade yourself to enjoy the club experience .

The front desk for Club Room was very helpful and friendly. Explain the terms and conditions with the local government stringent rules to adhere. The room is beyond expectations with cleanliness. The view is quite scenery with level 21 (infinity pool) exclusive for club room only. Recommended to book for club room.

Stayed in the Club Room. Services rendered during check-in were great, as we were ushered to Reception at Level 21 and offered beverages from the Club Lounge while waiting to be checked in. We were then advised to register for the usage of Infinity Pool, as the current Covid-restrictions allows only 4 pax at the pool each hour. The room was great and clean. A large comfortable bed. Complimentary beverages in the mini-fridge. However, there was no provision of drinking/bottled water. Agreed with many recent reviewers that dining services during Happy Hours and Breakfast were less than satisfactory. The service team seemed understaffed and were rushing through the services. I've requested a second serving of breakfast but was declined and told that we are only entitled to one order each. That wasn't explained to us at any point beforehand. All in all, I do not feel that the experience was worth the amount paid for the Club Room.

One of the best hotel in Singapore. Well management come with excellent service team. Nice atmosphere ( I love their plants around the building) and clean. Near train station. Close to Chinatown. I’ve a great time here. I highly recommend this hotel because of its great location and pleasant staff.

    1. The manager was rude and had a bad attitude. When there was a miscommunication, the manager chose to escalate the issue by proving me wrong. He picked on my English pronunciation and accused me of trying to flood the SMM rules without any evidence. 2.untrained staff The staff were not clear of emergency evacuation procedure. When a fire alarm was activated, we weren't allowed to use the staircase to leave the building. Fortunately it was a false alarm. 3. The room was not well maintained There are spider webs in the club room and the cabinet hinge was broke. The toilet doors cannot be closed fully and the ledge by the window were full of leaves and debris. The room was also very small. Not much walkway allowance. But the bathtub and bathroom facilities are great. Water pressure is good, bathtub is comfortable. 4. The club lounge The service at the club lounge was OK, drinks and food are OK as well. But the evening canapès are not free-flow even if they informed you that it is. It is only free-flow towards the end of the service if they have leftovers. Breakfast including coffee was served 45 minutes after order, close to check-out time. 5. Club infinity pool The panels on the exterior of the hotel blocked the views so don't expect the pool to be like other infinity pool where you can get unblocked views. The vents in the pool were also rusty and yellowish.

What an incredible hotel! This place was unlike any other hotel I’ve been to. As soon as you walk in, your are greeted by the friendliest staff. The property itself is something you’ll need to see with your own eyes. One of our favorite hotels!

I stayed here in 2022 and loved the experience. Very clean room, very well furnished and had a great sound system. The breakfast was delicious and the customer service was very positive. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely go back again.

Free flow drinks and canapés was such a disappointment. Drinks serve were even cheaper than 20 bucks per bottle in NTUC. Drank a cheap rum and it gave a bad headache almost immediately. Severely understaffed as well. Everyone had to snatch the attention of the staff in order for orders to be taken or tea to be refilled. Took about 15 mins for orders to be taken (believe we are the lucky few since we were sat near the counter, saw others who sat outside beside the pool and had to walk over to a staff for their orders to be taken) and another 15 mins or so for food to be served The interior and facilities look really beautiful, but without quality and sometimes not practical to use. The most ridiculous part is that it is expected for customers to fill up glass bottles with tap water (in the toilet sink) for consumption. Don’t even know singaporeans who drink straight from the tap before boiling or filtering, even though most if not all are fully aware that tap water in singapore is safe for consumption. High time for management to look into the quality of drinks and items provided for customers. Also just to reiterate, it is obviously understaffed. Wanted to give 1 star but gave 2 star instead as the breakfast was still decent and the staff all tried to do their best despite being short handed.

Club room was cosy and comfortable. Not as big as other hotels but it's still nice. They also provide TWG tea and expresso machine. Hotel building is also pretty, lots of plants and flower to help you relax. While the physical aspect of the hotel is nice, their service is really on the downside. Check in staff Aizzudin was not smiling, welcoming or friendly. It's look like just a usual thing for him to register us into the hotel. Same as the lady in the evening(bhwana?). She was sitting down all the way even when we approach and she only stood up half way through our convo. And please don't make your guest feels like some kind of cheapo if what they request for was not available. We went to the 12 floor to check out the gym in the morning, the lady seated at the counter did not even realize we walk pass until we ask about the gym operating hour. When we walk pass the lounge so many time, not once did the staff lift up their head to even acknowledge somebody just walk pass. Some review we read online were true, the staff here seems to greet those bus drivers in uniform more with friendly vibe. The service here is like bank, just transaction.

Nice hotel in a prime location, but poor management. The room smelled a bit of mold, the phone didn't work when I checked in, and they didn't clean the room one time. When I came back to my room, I called the front desk, but they refused to clean my room. Eventually, they did clean the room, but only after a long argument. The pool was very nice and empty in the morning but wasn't well-maintained and had way too much chlorine.

Did a club room birthday staycay and we had an awesome retreat! Thank you to the club team (Gwen, Thanusha and Bhawna) for the great service plus special thanks to Letitia for making us feel so comfortable with her personal touch. Room: Clean, and we loved the bathtub and the view overlooking swimming pool. Thanks for the pleasant surprise with lovely decorations and cupcake! Club lounge: I actually enjoyed the outside seats overlooking the pool cos it’s really windy with the breeze, yet cooling as the sun does not get in due to the shelter overhead. They do great coffees and hot/ice chocolates!! Had to stop the husband from ordering too many coffees cos it was just too good. Free flow alcohol during happy hour with some snacks - nachos, ebi tempura, marinated octopus and some cakes. Breakfast choices although limited to 4 sets but quality of food was great. Pool: Recommended to book your slot as only 4 pax allowed each hour however we never had an issue with availability, and the pool was never really crowded during the time we were here. TLDR: loved the resort chill vibe, stay in a club room and come celebrate an occasion with them :)

Booked the Club Suite Room for 3 days 2 nights SERVICE STANDARDS — Told to wait to check in at 2.30, then told to wait again to 3pm. Was told that my room was booked the night before by a couple that was celebrating their wedding and checked out late at 1pm. There were only 2 suite rooms available at the hotel, which was why the other customers could be checked in except us. They decided to check us in immediately at 2.30pm after we made noise to the other suite room, which was apparently available all along. — Severely understaffed, staff toggle between Club reception and lounge — Room service takes 30 minutes to bring you a towel — Pool is supposed to have a max of 4pax for social distancing measures but it had 7 people at one point (see image attached). — Staff never follows back or gets back to you, even if they say they will. They never have a smile, and every time you have a request they give you the vibe that you're being difficult HOTEL ARCHITECTURE — No privacy, room windows face all the other rooms with no privacy filter — Swimming pool on Club level is always cold as sun does not shine in STATE OF SUITE ROOM — Spot light in the living room was blinking incessantly — One of the electrical plugs next to the bed was jammed — The volume for the TV in the living room could not be increased — There was no sound coming out from the speakers in the bathroom, so we were unable to enjoy any music while in the bathtub — The aircon was very cold in the day (at 25°C), but extremely warm at night (at 18°C), we were perspiring in our sleep — The keycard sensitivity was very weak and each time we tried to get back into our rooms, it would take us 2–3 tries before the door would unlock --------------------------------------- Despite being told that our experience was not the norm, it seems hard to imagine from what we've observed that this is a one-time occurrence. I am not under any illusions about Club level guests entitled to special treatments although the guests have a separate pool and lounge, but this hotel did not even bother to reply my complaint email directed to their Front Office Manager I sent 8 days ago. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This is a hotel with no proper standard hotel. Check in with my boyfriend and was attended by a not so friendly male service staff at level 12. The hotel check in area has a very relax spot so we ask if we can have any drinks around the area, and they said no FnB allowed. When we came back from dinner, there were a group of 4-5 girls sitting, drinking and having snacks at the grass area. We see no one approach them especially they were having their mask down. There was no one at the reception area but there's a male reception staff was seated in the office back face us. Late at night we wanted to order room service, we saw the menu on the TV and wanted to order supper yet again, we were told no supper available. Although she sounded apologetic, but why was the menu still available for guest to view? When we went down in the morning and wanted to check something with the reception, again there was no one at level 12 yet someone was seated inside and didnt notice us at the reception. Disappointed stay.

I enjoyed my stay here (a couple of years ago)-it was in a good location, very central with the metro just in front of the door. Rooms nice with a great view, beautiful pool deck. Only negative: you can look into the bathroom/toilet from the bed, since there is a window

We made a good choice of the hotel: it's on a walking distance to Marina bay (approximately 20 min), lots of restaurants nearby and a 24h shop with small things you can buy. Rooms were very clean and it was very quiet! We were traveling for about 24h and it was nice to have a very good rest: big comfortable beds, dark curtains and no noise. Pool is not very big but the area near it is quite nice, enough sun and there are always towels available.

Used to stay here for the last 6 years a few times per year, and it was great. Just first time back after covid, and now it really needs a lot of maintenance and a big renovation. Had 3 room issues in one week, blocked drain, little to no water pressure and overall just looks a little run down. Hopefully they’ll be able to renovate soon.

For a mid range Hotel in Singapore it behaves like a mid range Hotel. Styling is beautiful. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Bed and pillows medium firmness. Shower pressure good and nice toiletries. Customer service from Assad left something to be desired, not very friendly or helpful. Wasn't explained how the lift worked. Spent the first night wondering why there wasn't a safe in the room (it's behind some paneling along with a mini fridge and a kettle). Room was cleaned to a high standard and regularly but the curtains had mold all up the back and the air conditioning made the entire room feel damp the entire time. Location is brilliant, just across the road from the MRT and half hour walk to Raffles/Marina. Good choice of hawker centres withing a 15 minute walk. Wouldn't avoid this Hotel but will try somewhere else on next visit to Singapore

What a great hotel! Customer service was impeccable. All staff were polite, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was great also. Location could not have been better. Train was across the road and walking distance to China town and hawker markets. Beds were comfy... pillows amazing!

Checked in with the assistance of Ms Letitia Tan, Front Office Manager, she was very professional in explaining all the important details. She was extremely friendly and even remembered us when we checked out! However, the pool was kind of disappointing. Its was full of dried leaves and the "daybeds" were black and had algae, we have no idea where to place our towel and shirts :(

Lovely green-inspired modern hotel close to Chinatown and the metro MRT. Easy walk to older colonial styled Singapore as well as to central city highlights. Lovely pool on 21st floor. Stylish design and good rooms, but food offerings could be improved.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in June and really liked it overall. The exterior design is certainly one of the most interesting in whole of Singapore, and staff are friendly and helpful. Only thing I’d ask them to improve is their breakfast- there wasn’t any variety in the 2 weeks since they have a set menu each morning

In June my husband and I had a wonderful 6 night stay in a Club room . Facilities were above expectation . Room was very good with the most comfortable bed . Pool was super clean , with interesting plantings and private seating areas . Good variety for breakfast . Staff were warm , friendly and welcoming .. We can’t praise them enough . One staff member even spent time assisting us with our re-entry documents to Australia— how grateful we were for her patience and kindness We look forward to a return visit to this hotel

Our first time here and we were very satisfied with the service! Receptionists were friendly and gave us a very nice room with great view. Room was clean with everything labelled as sanitized. We did not book a club room so were not able to access the club floor. Spacious and green hotel. Swimming pool at floor 27 is almost “private”. They have smart TV as well and the lighting indoor is also good. They discouraged the use of plastic and encouraged drinking from the tap. Breakfast was a mix of local and international food. Overall satisfied!

I loved the location of the hotel!! Approx 20 second walk to the MRT, so many restaurants close by and there is a grocery store around the corner. There was only 2 inconveniences about the hotel. One was having to get to your room. You have to get off on one floor, walk across the lobby into another elevator that takes you up to your room. The other was the bathroom in the room. If you turn on the light in there it becomes completely transparent. As I was travelling with a friend we both had to shower and use the toilet in the dark due to this. The club rooms are worth it if you plan to lounge around the 'infinity pool' (there is a barrier preventing you from seeing out like an infinity pool should. That being said it was a lovely atmosphere) and the daily cocktails. The canapes are not canapes but the daily cocktail almost made up for it. The buffet breakfast downstairs is far more superior than the club room inclusions.

Although location is not ideal, proximity to Tanjong MRT more than compensated. Deco in Club floor rooms were nicely furnished with great city & pool view. Staff were excellent but Club benefits like finger foods should be through the day & night instead of just a few hours.

Our stay was brilliant right from the start after meeting Joelle. She was so friendly, so helpful and just a warm personality who greets you with enthusiasm and provides exceptional customer service. The room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The location is so handy, just across the road from the train station. We would easily stay again. Thanks Joelle and Oasia for providing us with a great stay.

We stayed there for 3 nights in early December and no complaints. The service was great, the hotel and rooms were good, bed comfy, and location is top notch. So much food around and mrt is close by. Only thing is the rooftop pools aren't so nice but the club guest (an extra cost) seems nice.

From interesting concept of the building outside to the high quality service and accomodation inside. Located very close to the metro station, allowing for convenient connection to the airport. If you choose Club Lounge offer, you get an access to private pool located on the 21. floor and unlimited wine and a variety of snacks served between 6-8 p.m. Rooms are large and comfortable, bathroom with both shower and tub. Breakfast is available from 7 a.m. on the ground floor for all guests of the hotel and for Club Lounge guests also separately upstairs. Worth to reserve some time to use amenities, not only spend a night during intensive sightseeing of the city.

We chose this hotel because of its location to China Town and some of the sights we wanted to see which we mostly within walking distance. We were on the 15th floor which was very quiet, the doors have soft closing which means you don't get disturbed by your neighbours letting their doors slam. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable we had 2 excellent nights' sleep. My only gripe would be that there was a glass panel through to the bathroom, not a problem during the day but it is impossible to use it at night and not wake your partner as it is next to the bed. Other than that, we had a great stay here and would come again next time we're in Singapore. We had a nice cup of tea and cake in the Marmalade Pantry as well.

Beautiful hotel and conveniently located. I got back late from a conference and my partner kindly kindly kindly went out and got me some takeaway noodles. The lobby is on level 12 and free to enter. I wish I had more time to enjoy the lobby. Service at reception was great and very quick. We arrived early and the staff took our bags to our room when it was ready.

I had a great stay at the Oasis Hotel downtown. The room was clean, well-equipped, and looked beautiful. The hotel’s central location made it easy to access everything. The restaurant food was top-notch. Special thanks to the concierge, Lucas Noel, who was friendly and went the extra mile by offering us coffee and puzzles while we waited for our taxi. Highly recommend!

Visited over the F1 GP. Lots of fans at the hotel. Good hospitality. Lobby for club members is located on the 21st floor. Club members get separate dining area which is quieter and more inclusive of amenities. Rooms are comfy and modern. Great location right next to green line MTS station.

Have stayed in the area for a decade but never at this hotel. The club level made up for the smaller than expected room sizes. Clubhouse dining was not extravagant but delightful. Enjoyed the happy hour, generous with the whiskey. Lovely breakfast and omelettes. Rained on the 27th but it didn’t bother us TL;DR - go for the club level for the right experience.

Not all 4 star hotels are equal, and this is definitely on the higher end of 4 stars. The room size is adequate. The place is very clean and well kept. Service is great, accommodating and friendly! I just wish the room views were outward facing instead, seems like a missed opportunity for epic views given the location and height of the building, but I suppose then you wouldn't get the beautifully unique architecture from the outside.. Would like to visit again at some point, though I certainly wish it was on Dayuse too!

  • 2/5 Lukas M. 7 months ago on Google
Very expensive for what the hotel provides. Basically, you can join their club offering to get more benefits, but seeing how expensive a room already is, I'd expect some (if not all) of the benefits to be included. 2 stars because the breakfast is nice. Also, storing luggage in the lobby in plain sight (!!) behind some temporary barriers without any actual enforcement of access to the bags is very sketchy.

Lovely high rise hotel in location near metro station. Room on 26 floor. King bed the bathroom was glass with doors that open into the room. You could sit in the bath and watch the tv. Breakfast was in the restaurant on the ground floor. Excellent spread with range of foods from around the world. Had a club room, free drinks in evening and beautiful pool on 21 floor.

  • 5/5 Robin K. 7 months ago on Google
More like 4.5 stars, but the price is right, and that counts. The location is great. As is the service. The rooms are reasonably sized but not the most modern in the world. Also, why are there so few drawers? Oh, and the sockets were really worn out - we needed to tape our converters to them. Great TV and fridge, though. The breakfast is ok. Not the best in the area, but OK for the price. Next time, I'll still go to one of the many small restaurants around. And yes, I'd book this hotel again any time.

This is our 2nd time staying here and 1st time trying the club benefits. 1st reason being we wanted to try out the big infinity pool. Front office staff Mahalia assisted us to checking in, she patiently explained to us what are the club benefits and even called to check in on us if the room was ok. SUPERB SERVICE FROM HER. Super happy that we got the room with bathtub, bed is super comfy, snacks provided at lounge is yummy! Kudos to the choice of music playing mostly Taylor Swift songs! Great staycay!

It was a pretty nice stay. Room was small as expected but it was nice with a view. Sharmaine at the entrance was welcoming. At level 12 the hotel did a Xmas tree by making use of their green wall, that's a really smart idea. The environment was very relaxing. Downside, at check in we were not told of our reservation entitlement. Even when we were at our check in, Vincent doesn't look welcoming like we experienced at level 1. We were not told that we had breakfast included and also did not receive the voucher for our $80 dining credit. We double check our own confirmation and approached the counter at night to know that we do not have to use our $80 credit for breakfast, and we can use it for lunch or room service. Other than the episode about the confusion on out entitlement, it was still a nice staycay. As we have missed out the chance to use the dining voucher in the first day, Joel was understanding to further extend our late check out and patiently explain to us how we can use the credit. Food at Marmalade Pantry was very nice with the environment.

Room is cosy, small as its understandable it is a business hotel. Service from check in to check out was awesome. Location is great too, and with carpark available. Many food options all round the corner. The only 1 thing to feedback will be 1 female staff Selena. Those staying in future you may not want to approach her for assistance. When we approach to check on something, she looks gloomy sitting down, not approachable or friendly. Not like she is ready to help her guest. Though everyone is wearing mask, we definitely can feel the hospitality, warm and smile behind the mask, but definitely not from her. Other than that, it's still a very decent staycay.

Amazing ambience It has been so quiet because of covid, great place to chill out with sweet desserts They have a separate receptionist area at the higher levels that offers amazing views

Highly recommended for a short staycay! We took the king lounge room, which was cosy and comfortable. It came with a nice bathtub and shower and complimentary drinks in the room! The staff surprised us a very cute card and chocolates for our anniversary. Located in the heart of tanjong pagar, a smattering of shops, restaurants and cafes can be found with just a short walk, all within view of the stunning pink hotel. The view from the reception and infinity pool were quite amazing, located right in the highrise atrium overlooking the city. Would recommend to head over during this period, as the crowd was still very low, making for a very tranquil and relaxing time.

1 night stay in a club room. Check in was easy and quick, staff were welcoming and friendly. Everything was downhill from there. Room was really small and with not much of a view. Nespresso machine was also broken. Called for a bucket of ice and champagne glasses (reception said they may not have and would provide plastic cups). Took 30 mins and was informed they didn't have champagne glasses and provided wine glasses instead (which 4* hotel doesn't have champagne glasses?!) 2 hour HH 6pm-8pm is set in the club lounge, which is lovely. The drinks selection was poor and they only had 1 cocktail that was mostly crushed ice and syrup. Chicken satay came out cold. Overall, food & drink quality didn't befit the venue. Service was painfully slow and understaffed. Breakfast order was wrong 2x and first plates had to be sent back as bacon, beans etc were cold. Also, no low fat milk for coffee (really basic stuff you'd expect any hotel to get right). The food quality at this hotel is really poor, especially as there are only 4 options on the breakfast menu. Gym - there is 1 machine for lat pull-down & chest press. 1 treadmill and 1 cross-trainee. Dumbbells go up to 20kg but no bench. No water machine or bottles of water, asked reception staff and they said I would need to go back up to my room to get more water, that would require 4 lift journeys. Truly an awful gym for a business hotel and terrible to no provide water. The pool is really nice but you aren't allowed to bring any drinks, including water. Found this really bizarre and doesn't encourage you to relax or stay for very long in the heat. Overall, service and food quality was really poor. Topped with the smallest club room I've stayed in and tiny gym, would not reccomend a staycation here. Much better hotels around the same price to choose from.

Here we are again. We tried 4 or 5 different hotels within the last 10 months and still love the Oasia Hotel as the best place overall for our staycation and that's why we decided to come back. Great newly decorated club lounge and pool area due to the new manager. She is bringing in a really fresh and relaxed vibe, she is personally interacting with the customers always with a helping hand, motivating her team. We really love it here, even more than our first time.

We couldn't be happier with our stay here! Great room with a beautiful view and great location near the metro station.

Nice, clean hotel. A bit understaffed so services can be slow.

We made a booking for the 1-1 deal but due to the Phase 2 heightened alert restrictions, we attempted to postpone our staycation. However, it was not allowed by the hotel despite several emails we sent. One day before our stay, the hotel manager called to say that our booking cannot go through due to new restriction rules, which was very inconvenient as we have arranged to take leave from work. The reservations then called the following morning to say that our booking should go through since we are not in breach of any covid rules. There was back and forth calls and emails between the Reservations and Hotel department and when we finally arrived, the receptionist told us a different story altogether. Very disorganised management and we did not have a pleasant stay as we could not make concrete plans! In addition, Hotel room air condition was quite musky and warm, making it rather uncomfortable.

Hotel is very very inflexible. Staff was rude and intrusive. All activities must be supervised, you cant do anything without getting a staff to FOLLOW YOU! Hotel has limited amenities (not even any water bottles), super small and soo not worth the price. Worst hotel experience ever, a waste of money. Reuined the whole experience.

Went for the club room, 2 nights. The club room is fairly spacious and open toilet concept is nice (but probably not great for a business stay or sharing with non-family!) the special club pool is great - doesn’t get too hot because it is sheltered. Nice views in the evenings. Above all, we had exemplary service from the staff. Breakfast is just alright though but there’s a lot of good food in the Tanjong Pagar area

A HUGE THANKS TO @stayoasia STAFF. (ALL OF THEM) They gave us the best customer service we have ever gotten in our life. I booked clubhouse and unfortunately children below 12 years old were not allowed inside. They went extra mile to give me a deluxe room for a few hours while the children enjoy the facilities as I was not planning to have them over night. They even gave them goodies and did their best to make them happy. We stayed for 3 days 2 night and it was a memorable stay. No stress and pressure on us like how other hotels have done to us previously. I have stayed in about 9 different hotels in Singapore and this is the best. SUPER CLEAN | BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE | BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT THANK YOU FOR THIS UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.

Had a club room staycation here over the weekends. Amenities such as the gym and infinity pool (great for photos) were decent. The food at the lounge were delicious. The service by the staff was exceptional. They very professional and friendly. I felt welcomed and this level of service has enhanced the experience of my stay. Good location too (very near Tanjong Pagar MRT) Looking forward to my next stay.

•this is based on my experience• The hotel is cosy, customer service is good. However, take note that most of the facilities are only for club membership. So not all the photos you see of the hotel may be available for guest. Food - Food is really overpriced and not worth it( I only went to the pantry). Even the staff recommend us to eat outside instead as there are alot of other restaurants. ( I recommend to eat at Amara mall, theres alot of varieties) Facilities-The facilities for guest is only the swimming pool at level 27 as well as the gym at level 12, but the gym is really really small but it still has the right machines for you. (Note that you only can go 2 people) Safety- The room comes with a hairdryer. However, the hairdryers we received were faulty. Hence, it minorly electricshocked one of my family members. The other hairdryer was burning inside hence producing alot of smoke. Comfort/environment- the rooms we booked were connecting rooms. The design is comfortable and it is really cosy. Toilets and rooms were clean, minor issue was there were abit of drink stains in the cups and spoons Location- nice and peaceful quiet location and it is only 2.2km away from MBS. You can rent SgBikes and cycle around. It is nice to see the City area around and considering that it is next to Chinatown, you can explore around the area at night. Next to the hotel is Tanjong Pagar mrt station as well as alot of nice eating places Room price- normal Overall- nothing much impressive to me except for the location and the design of the hotel. Was a quite disappointed when i found out there were not much facilities for guest. But it was relaxing experience.

Book a hotel to relax. But we don’t felt it’s a usual staycation. It doesn’t look busy on a Sunday(we might be wrong) but they are not ready to attend to our enquiry when approached. From check in to breakfast to cocktails and check out. We regret booking this hotel club floor room. Not asking for super 5 star standards, but their basics were not there. We went to explore 12th floor before we went out for dinner and the place looks so relax. Just wanted to ask about the fitness programs they have( not trying to register) but the lady who was sitting down did not even give us eye contact. Tried to order room service but was told that kitchen has close earlier due to this pandemic period. Then why did they offered supper menu on the TV in the first place?? Housekeeping staff was friendly when they saw us in the morning. We think they are the only ones who initiated a greeting during the whole stay. Hope this place can be better.

Very nice hotel with good rooms. They support sustainability by not providing bottled water. Reception is on level 12 and good view of city from the room.

A very pleasant stay at Oasia during national day. To rejoice our anniversary and Singapore birthday (: Greeted by a friendly-looking receptionist who even go above and beyond to ensure our comfort upon checking in our room 😀 It doesn't end here, the continuous food supplies coming from their kitchen is enormously appetising. The place is nice and clean. Great job, Oasia 😃

Stayed in a club room for 4D3N with my wife during our wedding celebrations. Club rooms were pleasant to stay in. Sliding bathroom doors meant that one was able to watch TV from the comfort of the bathtub. Was surprised with a small gift from the staff when we first arrived. Staff were very helpful. They helped us heat up our leftover food from our wedding dinner. Concierge also assisted us with our baggage during our check in and check out. Location also made it very convenient to access the many restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and will definitely be back again.

Overall experience in this hotel was good. We book a deal with dining credit so we also manage to dine at The Marmalade Pantry. Hotel was kind to provide us cupcake for our birthday. Room service ends at 10pm but was stated on the TV 24hrs. However we understand from the staff that the change is due to the pandemic which is fine. We were only uncomfortable at check in. Azzudin was not welcoming or friendly. He was unsure if our reservation has dining credit. Not sure why he was a service staff to begin with.

The receptionist Alwin did the check-in swiftly and room service staff was efficient to bring over extra towels and ice buckets. There was no welcome drink. Upon arriving outside the allocated room, the entry card was not working. The bathroom shower area water was leaking to the main sink area. Despite having a tightly closed shower glass door. I found the shower head to be Low in water pressure so I had to use the rain shower. The pillow was too soft and lumpy for my neck support. If I paid standard price per night I would have hoped that the room was larger with a proper sofa chair. There was no promotion for room dine in on Marmalade Pantry and Gin bar - quite disappointed as I was still waiting for fully vaccinated status whereby I am sure the hotel is aware of the government’s current regulations given that I was told I am not allowed to use the gym.

So far the best hotel hospitality I had in Singapore. We stayed in the club room and the amenities were great. All the staffs were nice, special shout out to Atiqa who received us during check-in and has been so great in our 4 days and 3 nights stay. Her smile, service and genuineness made the difference!

To avoid the holiday season, we booked a stay after the new year. Hotel has lots of greenery. It's very comfortable with the breezy weather. Room is small but cosy and we got a room with a nice view. Amenities provided smell really nice too. Staff along the room corridor were friendly and greeted us even though they were doing their things. Food at happy hour can be improved. The pool at the rooftop has a lot of dried leaves. But it is difficult to blame the staff as the weather is too windy. Service can be better. The gentlemen seated at level 12 did not notice that we approached the desk or walked past the desk to go to the gym. They were seated and looking at their computer or phone but on the 21st floor, even though the desk was away, the lady managed to greet us. Another issue was that we ordered food delivery for supper and it was delivered and placed at level 1. Nobody called us that they have received on our behalf. We went down and were surprised that there is no one at level 1. We did see a gentleman sitting at the breakfast area but we weren't sure if he was a hotel or restaurant staff. We advise to book the club room as its on a higher floor with better room and overall experience is better too.

Excellent and attentive service crew. Booked a club room and enjoyed the club benefit. Despite not indicating that it was a birthday staycation, the staff Bhawna noticed it during check-in and arranged for late checkout, and a birthday cake. 1-star less because our room has a noisy air-con.

I am a vegetarian and I usually check for vegetarian options before I check in, staff at the hotel were very nice and even offered suggestions for me. Especially Isnawati, had a chat with her and she suggested different food options, nice photo taking spots around the hotel. Really good service and I especially like the resort like ambience on the 21st floor

The guys from the Club Team was top notch with their attitude, service and dedication. Our staycation was affected by the last minute change in Gov Regulations fighting covid19 but the team was flexible and changed everything up so the overall experience was still great. 4 Stars because the the inter department communications and finance protocols could do with a little more improvement

Happened to stay just before Phase 2. Club room feels a bit smaller than other hotels but its was still nice. Shower room door near bath tub can be slide away. Very relaxing design. Hotel is conveniently near a lot of eateries and supermarket. Food in the hotel were nice. We preferred The Marmalade Pantry than having to dine at the Club floor. The Marmalade Pantry staff are nicer and welcoming. Being in and out of the hotel, the only person who greeted us was Andre. The rest of the level 1 staff seems to only befriend the SBS uniformed staff, speaking in their own language. There was no social distancing. We were waiting to go up to our room and about 7-8 people came out of the lift. We were at club lounge having happy hour and it was nice. Until the 2 girls were talking among themselves in their mother tongue and laughing. I think its fine if you do it door close, but I think your guest don't need to hear your laughter. We approached one of them(name start with B) to ask for late check out and replied was cold and unfriendly even though it was accorded to us. Overall stay was good. Just that service can be better.

Stayed in a club room for one night. Room was fine, although the design of the bathroom (sliding doors from bathtub open to the foot of the bed) takes some getting used to. Evening cocktails and breakfast provided in the club lounge, but no high tea. Finger food during cocktails and selection of snacks during other times were a bit limited, but tasty. A shame that they don't allow outside food in their lounge. Breakfast was great. Swimming pool at the club level was very nice! Service was good overall but they had some trainees who needed a little more guidance. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would probably go back again!

It's a decent hotel, rooms are very small. Not very new, I can see rusty parts in the bathroom, scratches everywhere on the fixtures, but it's clean. The swimming pool is quite troublesome, need to go to the reception to let them tap u in the lift.

First time doing a staycation with Oasia Downtown after having been to Oasia Novena many times before..! Room is smaller compared to Oasia Novena's but amenities pretty much the same.! The duration for checking in took longer than other local hotels i've been to, receptionist Azuddin wasnt suitable being frontdesk as he never once smiled, but The bellmen were awesome, very welcoming.!! Wifi sucked though, my room's tv remote had an issue and the hotel was very quick to send their technician up to fix it, very proficient but maintenance should be up to date for a 5★ hotel..! The only best part is i have a King size bed all to myself and having seen the friendly bellmen at the lobby.!!

Stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown for a short holiday. it was a start of a bad holiday. Upon check in there were queue, which to us was fine as we understand during pandemic, places bound to be short handed. But Aizzudin at check in was not friendly, or welcoming. It felt like a chore for him to check in for us. Room was fine, exactly what was in the picture. Clean and comfortable. Then we had some enquires and we approached the counter. Villcent look very occupied and did not even acknowledge our presence. It took him for a while before he stood up and acknowledge there were human being standing in front of him. Overall, physical hotel itself its ok. But the staff looks gloomy all the time, Probably only 1 girl Fahdillah that we approached looks normal and approachable. Think twice if you want to book here for service.

Stay was poor. -Room Dusty(wife was sneezing the whole time after entering room) - check in staff was not welcoming. (Vincent) -Hotel and staff look busy a if they were not ready to open for public staycation - They seems to be more nice to bus drivers staying in the hotel. -When we walk past the reception, there are staff but no greeting/ acknowledgement. Please understand we are not even here to ask for free stuff. We did not ask for early getting the room, or ask for a free upgrade. But comparing the service from here and ParkRoyal, both are 4-star hotel, yet Oasia is such a disappointment. 1 more thing. We approach a Malay gentleman to ask about carpark availability. He has some really inappropriate body action that make us think why he is in the service line. If he is uncomfortable with his pants, he can adjust it in the washroom and not at the counter while helping guest.

Intrigued by the pictures of the infinity pool and booked the club access room. Service was below what you’d typically expect of a club room , staff seemed disinterested, check-in process was done in a lacklustre manner. Happy hour and breakfast were nothing to shout about. Room was okay but could have been designed more functionally with more charging sockets. Toilet is separated by cleared glass door with no privacy. Left an item in the room, tried to call them several time and was told they would update but call wasn’t returned. Overall, nothing to shout about. For a hundred more and a few steps down, hotel opposite starting with S is a step ahead in terms of service and everything else.
