Great Hotel, great price for an amazing location. You can walk along the river to the bay, you're also just next to Clarke Quay which is amazing for night time dinner, drinks or even clubbing. Tube station is close. Swimming pool is good, not 'amazing' but for the price this is great, same for the rooms. Overall we have been really happy with this hotel!!

The room was great, but the jack hammer noise during the day was not! Currently having renovations. Be very careful to check this if you want to relax in the day.

Good location, unfortunately not we-maintained. Breakfast is pretty basic and not worth the extra cost. The room is quite small, the bathroom is not well separated from the bedroom and there’s a bit of mold in some places. Housekeeping needs a bit of improvement. Gym and pool are nice. Very good service 👍

very friendly staff. Breakfast is so good, a selection of local and western choices, very good quality. If you're in early after a long flight and your room is not ready for check in until the afternoon, you can leave your luggage with them, use the shower and pool facilities and go for a wonder. Great experience, thank you!

Great location - centrally located and near the Clarke Quay MRT station and Chinatown MRT station, also close to Harritt's donuts and coffee which I highly recommend. Also near other great locations like Fort Canning park. Check-in was quick and smooth, the service overall was great. The room was spacious enough (considering Singaporean hotel room size standards) and the bed comfy. Only annoying thing I found were the doors to the toilet and the shower - they were difficult to open and close, and the toilet door always screeched. The toilet also had a bit of a funny smell. Gym and pool was also great - only suggestion is that there are more umbrellas for the seats. Overall a great stay and I would come back again.

Nice, clean, and quiet hotel. But my big gripe is they have the weirdest hours for room service and dining. In the mornings for example their room service doesn't start until 11:30 am, and their restaurant closes at 10:30 am. So if you want food or coffee between 1030-1130, you have to leave the hotel. It just makes no sense literally why wouldn't you just open room service when the restaurant closed instead of waiting an hour? Gym is decent, pool is nice, rooms are very nice.

Being a Customer Service Attendant at Crown Casino, I hope my comments will be objective. First kudos to your staff, special mention to Akif and Charley for their friendly smile and positive attitude to serve. Punctuality in giving service, needs addressing specially follow up on customers needs. Communication between departments needs improving. Hygiene in the rooms also needs attention. Lastly to management hire more staff to improve security, safety and service to customers. I will be following up on the reviews perhaps when all is rectified I could go back.

The hotel is in a great location, the facilities and rooms are good. The concierge guys were great and helpful. The most annoying thing is check in/out I don’t understand why it takes so long take my credit card and my passport. That shouldn’t take 10-15 minutes, especially when there is 5 other people before you in the queue! Surely it can be streamlined a bit

Booked 3 nights at Park Regis. Didn’t really enjoy the hotel.. we didn’t find service to be efficient or attentive. Room service for extra towels, water or amenities took incredibly long.. like 20 mins to arrive.. and the phone lines for room service are always busy. The pool is nice, but needs more cleaning.. so much green mold on the tiles at the wall side of the pool.. We did enjoy the shower though. Location is good.

4 star hotel with a 5 star service! Great service team, Mr. Rank, Ms. Susan, and Ms. Karen just to name a few. Into my 8th day, the service and food, amazing! Thank you!

Well-run hotel with (relatively, by SG standards) spacious rooms and decent amenities: everything you would expect at a 4-star hotel. Mattress on the soft side. TV system reminiscent of mid-2000s but perfectly fine and mildly nostalgic! Rooms mostly clean when we arrived and regular housekeeping available. Gym and pool are very nice. Our package included daily breakfast which had a moderate range: good enough to start the day and, again, meets expectation for this type of hotel. But you could consider the very many eateries in the vicinity: there are lots of options within 5 mins walking distance. This hotel is very strategically located.

Good average hotel. Good rooms, but with a strange bathroom design. Every time you shower, everything will be wet, and it will stink. Pool is nice, gym is good and the staff is great. Good location too.

Brief stay from 29/1-30/1. Reasonably smooth check in, but was informed of renovation works that would take place (this was not indicated when booking and we had prepaid). Room was reasonable but a bit worn. Appliances may need updating/cleaning. Our kettle boiled brown coloured water. Second boil was slightly better but a brown sediment remained in the kettle and we decided not to use it. Shower could have been cleaner - floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the detachable and non-detachable shower head appeared a bit dirty. Room otherwise seemed clean enough. Woken up in the morning around 0900 by loud drilling which continued up until we checked out around 11:00. We were tired from our flight and unable to get the sleep in we hoped for. At check out, the staff member didn’t give us a chance to provide feedback and didn’t seem to care much throughout the exchange. Not the most pleasant or restful experience and certainly not worth the price.

Stayed in merchant room which is perfect for business travellers. All required amenities and services provided. Swimming pool and gym are good. They also allowed to early check-in. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. Concierge service is available for booking taxis etc. Buffet breakfast spread is awesome.

A really nice hotel but the room we got was really small. It has a good location close to Clark Quay with many restaurants and bars. The pool was nice to swim in to cool off during a hot day.

Nice hotel, rooms are good and comfortable (a bit small, but is Singapore). Main of the staff is friendly, expect all at the reception. Don't now why, was my 3rd stay here and same experience. Professional, but not friendly, you don't feel welcome. But again, only reception, all the others are great!

Our room was not that clean, mould in the bathroom, stains on the curtains, dusty and grubby. We arrived early morning and paid about SGD148 for early entry to our room. When we returned on the 2nd day at 5pm they still had not servised our room so had to call reception to request a service and wait in the lobby for half an hour. The air conditioning did not work properly, they came to fix it but was still very cold and blowing on us all night, not very pleasent. The coffee in the restaurant was terrible thankfully we had not paid for breakfasts. However the guys on the concierge desk were very friendly and helpful. I wont be stay there again.

Although the rooms were small(compared to what I'm used to in other countries) but they were very well designed to include all facilities one might need. The location is great as well with the Clark Quay MRT Station just across the road.

The service was nice but the worker who cleans the rooms did not clean. Still had used bed sheets and no replacement of amenities. Very small room and no privacy. Best to go to holiday Inn for better rooms and service.

My wife and i stayed at the Park Regis two weeks ago. The location is fantastic close to Clarke Quay and only a 30 minute walk (If you wish to do this) to Marina Bay The Hotel is very clean, modern & tidy. Service is excellent. I will point out a few people who made our stay very enjoyable. Daniel the concierge, Sophia who made my wife fantastic omelets each morning . Cannot recommend the Hotel enough. Considering how expensive Singapore has gotten, this hotel is good value. They gave us one room early, which was nice after an overnight flight. House keeping is a bit inconsistent. Rooms are small for the price. The location is good, right by Clark Quay, and walking distance from the Marina.

Good value stay in the heart of Singapore CBD. Staff were very accommodating and will go out of your way to make sure your stay is pleasant. Rooms are small but recently tastefully renovated. Some road noise in rooms facing the pool, if you are sensitive to that they will happily move you to the quieter rear facing rooms. Breakfast was decent. Location is good with the Clarke Quay MRT directly opposite and accessible via overpass from the front of the hotel, or a short walk into Chinatown. Would consider staying here again.

Great location for a hotel, however, I was quite disappointed with the bathroom - the shower and toilet were separate rather than together. The room was also quite small. The hotel breakfast however is delicious - I really enjoyed the food. The staff were friendly too.

Great location. It’s located between Chinatown and Clarke quay, both are 5 mins walking distance from MRT. Actually the building outside looks old but pretty clean and well maintained inside. Good hotel.

Disappointing to say the least. I appreciate Singapore had just started to lift Covid restrictions and that the hotel industry needs to warm up again but my stay here was underwhelming. Check-in (late at night) took 15 minutes (not sure if they were playing mine sweeper or what they were clicking on all that time), the rooms are basic and breakfast very sad. The location makes up for some of this though.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location is very convenient as it is close to Chinatown for food and souvenirs, Clarke Quay for nightlife and subway. It is also a short cab ride from Marina Bay and other tourist attractions. The hotel is very clean, spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It also has a nice pool and gym.

Park Regis is a great place to stay for people on mid-budget around 90 to 100 SGD. We got the room that didn’t have the pool view but apart from that the bed is very comfortable. Overall, good location and comfortable place.

Stayed here for 3 nights for business. Overall it was nice and cosy. Room is slightly smaller but it has everything you might need. Didn't have the time to try other amenities. Due to COVID, breakfast is sent to the room which wasn't that great. Next time, hopefully they have the breakfast buffet back again. Very close to MRT stations and to also Clark Quay. Walking distance to Marina Bay as well.

Location is fantastic. Just a short 5-10 minute walk from anything you could possibly need in Singapore, and around 1 minute away from Clarke Quay MRT. Staff are very friendly and the cleaners are thorough and considerate. My only complaint is the rooms. The open bathroom design is not great if you are sharing the room with another person. There is also a fan that cannot be turned off, so the is no silence at night even though it isn't very loud it is noticeable.

Not suitable for business trips. Pro’s: Good location, friendly staff. Cons: Rooms were small and dated. Desk is tiny. Iron had red gunk on it which stained my shirt. Kettle was old. Instant coffee is provided but no milk. When i asked for milk was charged $5 for a tiny bit of fresh milk. Bought my own milk but fridge was old and didn’t cool, even when turned up, so had to throw it out. Another day needed a coffee before an early meeting - staff said I can make one myself using their automatic machine in lobby - then charged me $7.10 for it. On first day arrived from airport around 11pm but no food available. Will find somewhere else for next visit.

We stayed 9-17 October and had a great time. Our room has a good layout and being on the 7th floor, no noise. Great area, walking to lots of shops, Chinatown, people are so friendly and easy to get around. All the staff were kind, attentive and have great presentation. Thanks to all.

Staff are friendly, room clean. Toilet , there's bidet. Muslim friendly. I like the room same level as pool. Please bring your own cutlery, cause they charge $5 if you want. I checked in during my bday, not even a simple wish . They are not the extra mile type..

The hotel is absolutely adequate. Rooms are very small but a lot packed into the room, nifty storage spaces. Unfortunately we fell into a trap. The restaurant/s are not part of the hotel. We wanted a cup of tea and got one in the hotel lobby. They charged us S$14.10 for two cups of tea bag tea and milk out of a little container. Absolutely disgraceful. This reflects poorly on the hotel. Very disappointing.

Really like the room it was cosy and modern and would really recommend it BUT your concierge on level 1 were beyond rude. They were super sarcastic when all I wanted was a complimentary parking coupon, he questioned if I have a room and whether I have a car and continued being rude in EVERY SINGLE COMMENT HE MADE. This has completely ruined my stay so I do not know how to rate this any better

It was alright, nice room and nice staff. Really the only reason I could not rate it higher was because something chosen from the breakfast buffet ended up making me feel unfortunately rather unwell. My advice would be to stick to the safe stuff or go out for fresh breakfast
