It's my 3rd stay at Andaz and it is (as usual) wonderful. It's impeccable service, warm and courteous greetings and it's well maintained amenities sets the bar high for hotels similar to Andaz. Check in was seamless and quick. It's breakfast is superb and plentiful. The pool was clean, warm and service staff; helpful and welcoming. Andaz has that one quality that other hotels fall short in, warm and welcoming service. I stayed in a deluxe king room with a city view on the 27th floor. With a walk in wardrobe and toilet, the room is spacious, bed was firm and not too soft, and the view was fantastic. It's complimentary bar adds to the value of the stay and it is not without mentioning that the room has plenty bottles of mineral water around the room. Andaz has certainly surpassed me expectations and I'll definitely be back for another occasion

stayed end of Feb 2023. check-in was fine and late checkout was offered as a Discoverist. but like others have said, there’s something up with the guest room A/C units. even with thermostat turned down, it felt stuffy and humid in the room like someone needed to run a dehumidifier. not sure how this is an issue seeing as the lobby A/C and rest of the building seemed fine. guest service left a lot to be desired. no concierge and workers weren’t much help. workers wore colored shirts or dresses which wasn’t immediately apparent that they were workers. they rarely greeted guests unprompted. i asked a young lady for help calling a restaurant but she said she didn’t speak the local language—odd. overall nice hotel but not quite the stay we expected. i would be more disappointed if I had paid normal cash rates

Stayed here 5 times now. Will be back again. It’s a big place so sometimes quite busy. The rooms are spacious. Food is decent. The bar has a wide selection. Decent views from any room.

I stayed here in Feb 2022 for 8 nights and I am a Globalist with Hyatt. While quite a few Hyatt hotels will make you feel particularly recognized, the Globalist recognition at this Andaz was almost unnoticeable. It is a nice hotel with great amenities and a good location but I thought that compared to a few of the other stays in Hyatt hotels in recent months, there was a significant difference in the service level. For example it was very hard to get someone to pick up my calls to reception. more often than not, the calls would not get answered and when they were, I wouldn't get a call back to address my queries. A few of the breakfast orders were mixed up, items being forgotten. I thought the room cleaning service was sub par and done in a rush. Our bed sheets weren't changed for 3 consecutive days and were only changed after I requested it. They are charging 5 star rates for a 2 star service in my books.

We had a short stop in Singapore before our trip to Male. We stayed at Andaz Singapore and did not have a good experience. Unfortunately, the staff did not recognized my husbands globalist status and this lead to an awkward misunderstanding the next day at breakfast where we were told complimentary breakfast would not be available. We were then looked at uncomfortably while the staff tried to figure out what to do. The entire issue did not clear until we called the customer service representative to speak to the hotel staff. Even when the issues were resolved, none of the hotel staff informed us on the situation, rather we had to check in with them at least three times to make sure everything was alright. The interior of the hotel was very beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, the communication between staff and to customers need work. Quite an upsetting experience.

I have a friend who was an ex employee of this hotel and got mistreated by full time workers after being nothing but nice to them. I also was told that their full time employee was caught by part timers of him eating in the kitchen and after a complain was made by my friend she got shouted and chased out to leave after helping them without getting paid about 1hour(she voluntarily wanted to help as a friend had too much work ) but however i do not think that they should treat employees this way rudely. However the rooftop bar is amazing and people there give excellent service with respect!

The Andaz Singapore is an outstanding property! Staff are professional, location is convenient (with subway access directly within the building), lovely stay. Hyatt Globalists will enjoy a nice breakfast buffet daily, plenty of healthy and tasty options to chose from. Due to high traffic during lunar new year, unable to use suite upgrade coupon, which is understandable. Facilities were quite nice, long enough infinity pool to swim laps, rooftop bar with great views, lounge area with snacks and drinks. Globalists receive a free drink coupon, usable for one hour in the afternoon… appreciated, but maybe having alternatives would be better for non-drinkers. Plenty of shops and stores directly in the facility, very easy access to subway. Staff were plentiful, friendly, and helpful.

+1 star for service at mr stork: amazing view and service + 1 star for view from hotel room and accessibility + 1 star for room size and cleanliness -1 star though free to take but cheap snack and toiletries ex. Small pkt of calbee - 1 star for price of hotel breakfast and cost to have a meal there If got chance, will love to bring my wife to re-experience it again in a much positive n premium light which i think they can do it

There are some amazing pluses and there are some minuses as well! The drink coupons are sad. Only able to use one hour a day from 530 to 630 and only in the sunroom and then they even limit what can be chosen. Lame if you ask me, why bother? The breakfast has many options and the staff are very kind and want to serve. We stayed 8 nights and met many nice staff. Had an issue or two with timing of housekeeping and resolved it. The room was great and the view was magnificent! Had sheets changed often however it helps I was there to request many things I needed! Had diner at 665 farenheit and it was good! I will certainly be back just think a few things need some work. Calling for ice seems to take very long and staff sometimes struggles to understand you. Suites have half bath which is always a bonus

Stayed there for 5 nights. Staff told us it’s heritage view. More like a view with the two side buildings with the Singapore view in between. The lobby was so noisy on the Saturday evening. The hotel guest lounge was a bonus but everything shuts at 10.30pm. Can’t even get a night cap except for the rooftop bar which is just another bar on a rooftop. The split level concept where one have to take multiple elevators to access rooms was irritating. The plus is the location. Hotel housekeeping was very efficient. Overall staff is friendly and welcoming.

Room is large, views are great, though the marina bay sands hotel is now blocked by a new high-rise. Breakfast is great, there are many local options, the laksa is amazing, probably the best Ive had in Singapore! Staff are friendly and polite. Its getting a little expensive these days but i think its the case for all Singapore hotels :(

Location of this hotel was great! Lots of places, shops, restaurants to go to in the vicinity. The only thing I didn’t understand was the system in which you booked and checked in. There was always a long queue on the front desk. Granting that I am aware of the season being at the peak when I was there, it shouldn’t take more than half an hour to check in. Also, when my card key didn’t work the following morning on the elevator going to my room, they wanted me to wait on the long queue just to make my card get activated when I’m already checked in as a guest! I didn’t understand where’s the logic to this! Either everyone in the front desk is just on autopilot or just plain lack of consideration! I expressed my thoughts on this and they gave me a bag of some stuff as a consolation which I truly didn’t need nor want. I just wanted them to get it together with their existing guests. They had a lounge for Hyatt Globalists and Explorist where you can get some water and some coffee or tea. I went to the restaurant to have breakfast and the guy that greeted me thought that I was there for the free breakfast available only for the Hyatt Globalists. I am aware of the difference of the Hyatt Globalists vs Hyatt Explorist and their benefits because I was one of the Globalists last year, and am currently an Explorist. I told the guy I’m just there to eat and have coffee and did not need to eat buffet, and that my bill was to be charged to my room. He had me seated and very gracious about me not staying for the buffet. He had my coffee and a piece of bread, exactly as I asked. Very professional, I must say. He made sure I was taken care of as a guest of the hotel, as it should be! When I left I asked for his name and he told me his name was Jonas Pataueg Bansao. I wanted to make sure that I mentioned him in this review because he is the only one that stood out, aside from the guy that helped me get my taxi ride when I left there but I didn’t get his name. These two guys stood out as far as service is concerned in this hotel! Would I go back again? For the location, with the amazing view, yes but for the service I will have to look for other options first.

Beautiful hotel with extremely delightful staff! Probably one of the BEST hotels in all of Singapore. I highly recommend you try it! Sure, we all love the Marina Bay Sands and Ritz Carlton hotels, but honestly when it comes to room quality, this hotel far surpasses everyone else! Room quality here was truly top notch, customer service was phenomenal, food was delicious and location was PERFECT! Metro access directly in the building and Arab St literally minutes walking! Wonderful stay, I will definitely be back!

Must try! Good ambience, good service, good views at not so steep prices. We had reservations at Mr. Stork but as it was raining, we landed up at bar square, but had a memorable experience. Although we walked in, we got a table immediately, but without a view... this was to be expected; but after we ordered drinks and munchies, we got a good corner with great views in about 20 minutes. Place was busy but service was quick and delivered with a smile. If you're looking for a casual yet classy joint to have a good conversation or just catching up with buddies, this is a must go!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Pros: Modern design & good quality material of the room & furniture, very comfy bed & pillows, detailed work of housekeeping, B3 access to MRT & shopping/food, free refilled drink in the room, luxury feeling of lobby & room, interaction with front desk was good! Need to check it out: Air condition (set to 68F but felt like 75F with little airflow), weird/mixed kitchen exhaust smell in the infinity pool area.

I went with pretty high expectations because of the raving reviews and while the overall experience was decent, there are a lot of things which could have been better. Checking in: It felt like the longest check in I have ever had. Staff was apologetic so I was pretty cool about it. Room: maybe it’s my luck or my super sensitive nose, the room smells mouldy. I saw white dots on the wooden bathroom walls and they look like mould. At this point, it has become difficult to feel like the room is clean. Halfway through the night my throat actually felt really sore. The bed was too hard for me but this is subjective so I won’t comment on that. Free minibar, no complaints there. I felt like I had to request for basic things which was not initially provided and it just quite troublesome. There’s no wine glass (but there’s bottle opener) and there is no hairbrush. Would have been great initiative if basic toiletries are provided. Room service is quick, that’s a plus point. Food: breakfast was really good. There’s a good variety and something for everyone. For in room dining, food was delivered warm which was great as well. The only issue I had is that I had a stomach ache after the staying at the hotel and I didn’t have any outside food during the stay. In fact I didn’t even have dinner after my late check out and in the same night, I had quite a few rounds of toilet runs. Staff: really friendly and attentive esp the guys who served us at mr stock. But sometimes I can’t tell if they are staff. Again it might just be me. Check out: this was the fastest check out. So fast in fact no one asked me how the stay was etc. Oh well.

We had a wonderful experience at Andaz recently. It all started with the great services provided by one of the most professional hotel staff we have encountered recently: Joel the front desk guy. He made arrangements to ensure that his guests are taken care of. All the facilities and services were at professional standards. Good job Andaz!

Strawberry themed afternoon tea at Alley on 25 with my girls. Loved the sweets, especially strawberry shortcake. My gfs felt that some of the sweets were overly sweet though. We found it a little hard to get the attention of the servers initially as some of them were busy setting up pastries in the box. They needed the tables back by 5.30pm so at about 4.45pm they will go around and settle the bill. Citibank card got us 20% off the bill. All in all it was an enjoyable afternoon.

Loved staying at this hotel. Rooms were modern and comfortable and the pool on the 25th floor was a highlight. The sleek design was enjoyable to be in and the location was good, with plenty of shopping and attractions walkable or easy to get to with the metro stop in the basement level. Would highly recommend for a trip to Singapore!

The Andaz is located in Bugis, very close to Bugis Junction for nearby shopping. Access to the MRT station right from the hotel, also lots of busses stopping close by. The hotel is relatively new, with decently sized rooms. Service is not at the same level as at the Grand Hyatt. Gym is on the smaller side, pool is good-sized lap pool, around 25m. Access to the Virgin Active gym near by.

Very nice rooms, modern and clean. The bed was just right in terms of firmness and support. Pillows felt like sleeping on a supportive cloud. Rooms were quiet on level 33 on a Sunday. Air con was just right. Great view of the city also. Check in counter ran out of maps which was unfortunate. Service was polite and succinct, unintrusive. Staff uniforms were a bit too casual and couldn't pick out who was staff. Name tag might make it more obvious.

Spacious room with nice views. I also particularly enjoyed the lounge where we could get snacks and drinks during the day! Also, the room came along with a $100 dining voucher which we used at Alley on 25. Food is good and of a sizeable portion. Worth the money!

Exceptional hospitality paired with impressive design/decor and a prime location. The only minor inconvenience was navigating from the entrance lobby to the room due to the indirect elevator access. Nonetheless, this was a minor aspect in an overall delightful stay.

I stayed under a 36 hour staycation package and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Not only were the facilities great, the overall vibe of the hotel was one that was so pleasant. Rooms were tidy and I thought it was so cute that the bedroom slippers were old school rubber slippers. Was rather nostalgic yet funky. The pool is amazing and the gym facilities were well equipped. Breakfast had a substantial menu to order from. The waffles I absolutely loved :) everyone was very friendly and made it a really enjoyable stay.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your resort. This site will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't regret it. Great hotel. Great amenities. Loved the room and spacious bathroom. There is a bluetooth speaker also in the room. Staffs are helpful. Really enjoyed my staying there

Quite frankly, if this is a 4 Star hotel, I'd have given Andaz 3 star in this review. But as a 5 star hotel, I feel that the facilities, staff hospitality and food are very very poor. In terms of facilities, we were surprised that room has cleanliness issue. There were visible dust in on surfaces and my allergic rhinitis was continuously triggered just being in the Andaz room. Furthermore, we signed up for the Halloween package, but was rather horrified that the in room decorations were in a mess. For instance, the hanging ghost or bat on the curtain had already dropped on the floor and many examples like that. In terms of staff hospitality, I'd give the hotel 3 star. The staff were mechanically polite and that is about it. For a better experience, I can think of Conrad which we recently visited and the service was just impeccable and personal. Regarding the food, mains were limited to 1 serving per pax at breakfast. But quite frankly, I wouldn't want a second serving due to the overall taste. It was sweet of Andaz to serve the local sesame ball snack but that couldn't make up for the poor quality of the western breakfast served in the hotel. Perhaps, the Chinese breakfast would be a better choice, I wouldn't know. But given it's a 5 star hotel, much improvement is needed. Ultimately for the overall poor value and hygiene issues, I will give rate andaz 1 star and caution people who are sensitive to dust against visiting.

A repeat stay at Andaz but in my opinion, the standards have really dropped. Check in was a breeze cos we arrived at 6pm and there wasn’t a crowd. Check out the next day was the opposite, we were told to queue with the rest of the people checking in (around 20 groups) and seeing the long queue put us off, so we used the express checkout box. The breakfast was average, though the selection of items was wide. We had the Western specialities but the scrambled eggs could be done better. The view from the room was great. We also enjoyed the sweet gesture of the personalized card signed by the staff and the macarons delivered to the room. We miss the previous times at Andaz, where there was free flow drinks during happy hour at the lounge. The minibar selection has also been reduced. This time round, we couldn’t even use the swimming pool as “all slots were fully booked”. It was a bummer. Even after calling front desk who put us on the waiting list, no one called to update us about it.

Andaz Singapore, I had such a great stay. The day of my check in, I was served by Dayah, she giving us a very excellent customer service, friendly, always smile we felt warm welcome. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable to sleep. And the view I love it so much, small so called 'living room', the toiletries smell good, there is toilet with spray so don't worry. The shower no issues every thing went well. The room design was nice. I love it. Swimming, I had great time at the pool, the pool staff was friendly too. Went around 6-7pm slot. Breakfast, the food was good, nothing to complain about. Staff very friendly. Service very fast. Highly recommended.

The tippee are a fun idea but not as special as I expected. We ended up dragging the table to the middle of the tent so we could both sit and eat. Food is okay, good mix of different flavours. The dips are really delicious and probably what I liked to most. The cocktails are not bad but for the price you can get way better cocktails at other bars just around the corner. The staff is very friendly although sometimes a bit inattentive or unavailable.

Staff were polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. Check- in was a breeze, very efficiently done and spaced out. Requests were met. Room was lovely and clean. Toilet had bidet spray. Shower area had rain show as well as the usual shower head. Bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The gym well equipped. The pool had a good view. There is a lounge with free beverage and snacks at L25 (open from 12noon to 10pm) and an observation deck on L39 which opens from 5pm.

We loved our time at this hotel! The Andaz has a great style and feel to it. As the room goes it's near perfect only thing that could be better is the bed is a bit to firm for us. Floor to ceiling glass windows with breathtaking views are beautiful. The bathroom is very spacious with calming tones, and a wonderful soothing rain shower perfect for relaxing after a long day. I Love the tongue and cheek sandals, and the room has a Nespresso machine which I believe every hotel room should have. The room service was delicious and very accommodating, the breakfast was also very good! a few more options for vegans and vegetarians would be a nice addition if you're looking to improve. The location of the hotel was perfect for us right on top of Bugis station so easy to come and go. When we return to Singapore we will definitely return to the Andaz, and it has opened our eyes to this brand by Hyatt, and I'd like to visit all of them now to see if they're all this great. Also I don't want to leave out the staff who were top notch, and added to our great experience so thank you to all of you! We miss you already!

Stayed at this hotel for one-week business trip, so here is my review: + Connected to MRT Bugis at B3 floor + Walking distance to Sultan Mosque and Arab Street; where many Halal restaurants are located. Therefore, it is a plus for Muslim guests + Nice view facing Singapore Flyer, pool and Marina Bay Sands + Friendly staff + Smooth and fast check-in and check-out + Cool lounge for World of Hyatt members - Limited breakfast selections. The only menu that changed was salad. I would be happy if different menus are served at least every 3 days - Steam room was under renovation but it was not mentioned in the website. One of reasons I chose this hotel was because of the steam room - Small gym Location: 5/5 Staff friendliness: 5/5 Breakfast selections: 3/5 Facilities: 3/5 Room (size, setting and cleanliness): 5/5

Great hotel. Room was wonderful and modern. The breakfast selection in the morning was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Was able to get a suite upgrade and as a Globalist I will definitely stay again in the future. The location is great Bugis Junction Station is below the hotel and offers quick service to the central downtown areas and the hotel had plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well. Check out the Mosque and Arab town as well.

The room is well decorated. It’s quite contemporary. And the best part is complimentary minibar. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a nice hotel at somewhat an affordable price, Andaz is the hotel for you 😊

Good but Careful with payment type. Please train your front desk to learn how to accept cash payments. I was forced to use my credit card for a “deposit” while the front desk lady actually charged the full amount of my stay WHILE I had stated beforehand that I wanted to make a cash payment. The lady just said : even if you want to pay by cash, you still need to deposit with your credit card. Next travelers, be aware about that.

Stayed at andaz for a 2 nights staycation. Good and clean room. Nice and modern with a really nice view. Love the design and it does feel like a holiday even though you’re in a heart of the city. Service was attentive and the pool was really nice as well. Breakfast was amazing and definitely book your stays with the breakfast in tow. Otherwise, there is no shortage of food around the hotel as well. Lots of nice places to explore for food or for a walk.

    1. We booked through a travel agency 2 rooms, each room for 6 nights. We paid more than EUR 3,000 for the two room. My colleague's wife was sick so he had to move his flight and flew later into Singapore, using only 3 nights instead of 6. We are aware of the cancellation or change policy, all we asked was probably a small F&B voucher. Perhaps a snack, a hamburger or a cocktail for the 3 nights that weren't "used up". We asked them very kindly but they never gave any compensation, only late check-out for my colleague. 2. Employees in the breakfast area do not greet you "Good Morning". Such a weird group of people working there: 18 yo to 80 yo. And it's always so hectic. 3. On our departure night, we wanted to get a bigger taxi because we had 3 large and 2 small luggage. We came to the lobby at 6:00 pm, left our luggage to have a quick dinner and leave at 8:00 pm. A young lady employee took my mobile number and said she will take care of my request and look for a bigger taxi, but can't promise. I told her that's fine, but please find an option for us. We came back at 8:00 pm, the young lady was gone and her colleague does not have any solution for our request. We had to book a taxi on our own using Grab. They did not have the initiative to book two separate taxis for us. Employees in the front door are all young and badly trained. Very incompetent. Such a greedy hotel with poor service and young and incompetent employees. Will never stay here again, not even for $100 per night.

Had a deluxe room on the 26th floor. I loved the layout and design. The view wasn’t the best as you need to be a bit higher. Regardless, I would come back here again as the lounge is superb and the variety for breakfast was excellent. Service was great!
