Had a really pleasant stay here. Event space which we booked was well-decorated and our rooms overlooking the bayfront area were so beautiful too! So grateful for the wonderful and attentive staff here who made the whole experience for my loved ones truly memorable ☺️👍🏼

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Starting off our honeymoon trip to Singapore in this hotel was the best decision we could have made. The service was above and beyond. From the moment we arrived (LATE at night), we were met with smiles and so many thoughtful details to celebrate our honeymoon. We were given several surprises on our arrival and enjoyed every minute. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the international breakfast buffet several times as well as their elevated in-room dining experience. Staff was attentive and kind; above and beyond service. The hotel is also central to shopping and restaurants and has a beautiful view. The rooftop pool area is so pretty and clean.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel is truly worth paying. It has beautiful views from the room and also a fantastic roof top bar. The rooms are also modern and spacious (for Singapore anyway).

I was here for my friends wedding. The ambiance was good. Very pretty like always. Food was good. We were served fusion. But some how I felt that the service of the staffs were not up to mark. My partner and I had to repeatedly ask for drinks to be served which they kept forgetting. Eventually we had water. At one instance, I asked for orange juice and the same staff mentioned they had none. From the start, where we were advised to be seated at a certain time, we were only served water for almost 2hrs. Though the staff station was right infront of our table, no one came around to ask if we needed a drink or a top up. And when they did, the next moment they had forgotten. Most of the time the staff looked confused. Food reached us very slowly. Condiments were not topped up/if finished never cleared. When we ordered coffee, the staff did not ask if we wanted it white, yet brought us black coffee without milk. Sometimes no matter how posh a place can look, I believe the service beats the heart. I hope this beautiful Hotel will be an all rounder.

Trust the reviews wow wow wow. This is an outstanding hotel in every way. I don’t know where to start!! I think it had to be with the staff, I’ve never experienced such service in 25 years of travelling- friendly, helpful, attentive and more. The rooms are phenomenal- the word is opulent in every way. Bathrooms, products, beds, decor, robes, amenities. Loved the room so much. Balcony and everything you need. The downstairs lobby and bar, views are beyond most hotels imagination. The roof top bar and pool takes it to another level. Spend the money come here. I loved it and will be back

Immaculate service from the staffs of the hotel. All the staffs were super friendly and very accommodating. Views were amazing. Would definitely come back for a staycation again. However, the toilet has no bidet so doing your business was a little bit hard HAHAH. Maybe the hotel might consider installing a bidet. The hotel restaurants are also non-halal so those muslims who are looking forward to staying here, do take note. There’s no direct parking, so you have to walk to One Fullerton, which is a 3mins walk.

By far the best hotel in marina bay. I have stayed here 3 times now in the corner bay view room and absolutely love it. A few things they could work on though. The reservations team is absolutely awful. They took forever to get back to my emails and did not treat me very well at all even though I am a repeating guest Lantern bar is looking old and needs refurbishment Breakfast is poor. They no longer make you individual breakfast. It’s purely a buffet and the food is not great Prices have almost doubled since pre pandemic but things have got worse not better

This is by far the best hotel we have been in Singapore. It is located on the water of Marina Bay with stunning views. Superb service in every aspects and details, rooms are spectacular and specious and breakfast was delicious with amazing food choices. Simply perfect hotel!

Its all about the Room. One of a kind at Marina Bay. Settle for the best rooms. Dont bother with the deluxe. Stay at the Premier Bay view room, sun lounges on the deck with overlooking views of marina bay... it felt like an urban maldives water villa!! Just that you cant get into the water to swim! Too hot in the day but lovely in the evening... Sleeping through the night with Marina Bay sands as your "landscape" view was memoriable...... Get the in-room high tea... nothing beats having high tea in the privacy of your own premier bay view room... Comfy, chill, relaxing, private... Breakfast was great, nice to meet fellow guests Service was high touch but short of anatara or kempinski level of care. Which is OK with me. Will return. Someday. Perhaps with kids

Very welcoming and also pleasant to assist us. I love that they would go above and beyond. Special thank you to the front of the house - Lyca What can I say, she’s amazing. Please ensure she is credited for her outstanding service!

Top location, top place, but it comes at a price (as most things in Singapore). A good base to explore the city, can't go wrong. Top views (at least from the rooms facing the bay). Not part of a big chain but it has the Ritz//Hyatt feel to it

Excellent location and very comfortable rooms! I even had a great view of Marina Bay. The breakfast was decent—could have been better, could have been worse. My biggest complaint was about the help desk. Not only were they often absent so I did not know how to find them, but they often gave me incorrect information about things, such as addresses or what times restaurants were open for lunch/dinner. Regardless, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back!

We stayed in 4 hotels across 1 week and this was by far the "worst" hotel experience. We were surprised as we were very much looking forward to our stay, but the entire experience from start to finish was so impersonal and lacking in service. No answer when we called down to the lobby for help, no turn down service, no help with baggage - definitely not what we'd consider a 5 star standard. If you're after a great view of the Marina bay, you could stay here but frankly, there are other phenomenal hotels in Singapore to stay at.

This hotel is for people who likes waiting. Check in was delayed till 6pm. Hotel lobby was fully crowded because of the people waiting to check in. To be honest I don't think the hotel cares much about customer service looking at the amount of disappointing reviews here. Hotel don't bother to reply to them either. If you're looking forward to a high quality hotel and experience, please look away from this place. At my last staycation two months ago at raffles, the service was impeccable, I would rather spend the money to return there instead.

Our 3D2N stay at one of the Bayview Rooms was nothing short of amazing. Right from the point where we reached the hotel for checkin to checkout, service was impeccable. This property is hands down one of the best we have stayed in Singapore. Only downside was breakfast service where food was delayed for one of the days. That could have been improved but service recovery was excellent by the team.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Fullerton Bay Hotel for 2 nights, to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We’ve done a few staycations in Singapore since the pandemic stopped us from travelling, and this was our favourite one. The beautiful hotel, fantastic views, excellent facilities, delicious food and wonderful, personalised service made it the perfect getaway. The service was great right from booking. The reservation staff were quick to reply to my emails, and always helpful and accommodating. The exceptional service continued throughout our stay, everyone from the front desk staff to those answering the phone, the pool staff to the hostesses and servers at Lantern and La Brasserie were wonderful. They made it a point to remember our names and preferences, greeting us personally whenever we saw them. We mentioned in the booking that it was our wedding anniversary and this was communicated throughout the hotel, so we were greeted with a sleeve of delicious macarons delivered to our room upon arrival, complimentary cakes at both Lantern and La Brasserie, and champagne and Moscato during our celebratory dinner at La Brasserie. Several staff stood out, and I’m sorry I didn’t get all of their names. The hostess who greeted us and reserved us a great table with a fantastic view at Lantern was lovely, and Chloe, Emma and the other breakfast staff at La Brasserie were all friendly, warm and professional. Kumar and Min, who looked after us at dinner at La Brasserie, went out of their way to make the occasion special for us. Kumar was energetic, outgoing and funny, treating us to some pink champagne to help us celebrate and making sure we enjoyed our evening fully. Min was quietly kind and thoughtful, arranging a lovely chocolate cake with an anniversary message on the plate for our dessert, and some Moscato to enjoy it with. We were so impressed with their kindness and generosity in particular, and with all of the staff at La Brasserie who went out of their way to ensure we were happy and enjoyed our meals. This was also the case at breakfast, where all of my special requests were happily met, and the food was of an excellent quality and very tasty. The whole vibe and atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic as well. The lobbies and La Brassiere are gorgeous and luxurious, and our bay view room was huge, with a great view of MBS, a balcony with a comfy bench seat, high quality amenities (both the toiletries and the excellent TWG tea and Nespresso coffee selection), an amazingly comfortable bed with silky smooth linens, and the best bathrobes ever! The rooftop pool is spectacular, we especially loved the jacuzzies with views of the city skyline, and the even more impressive views and vibe at Lantern, where we enjoyed some tasty truffle chicken pops and drinks as the sun went down. The booking system for the pool and gym were easy to manage and we were able to get all of the times we requested, even when we booked last minute. The pool was never crowded and the water temperature was great, and there were always some shaded loungers to enjoy (the couples daybeds under the umbrellas were particularly comfy). The gym was small but well equipped with top of the line cardio machines and good selection of free weights. This combination of luxury, quality and outstanding service means that we will be returning to the Fullerton Bay soon, both to visit their dining outlets and for another staycation.

Did not stay here, simply went in to take pics of the lobby, which is beautiful. The staff is very nice and open to us taking our pics. The hotel itself is across from Marina Bay Sands and the Marina Shoppes, a great location overlooking the bay.

On the way from Merlion Park to the Red Dot Design Museum, I wanted to drink something, so I entered the lobby lounge of The Fullerton Bay Hotel called The Landing Point from the terrace side. Great atmosphere, good service, and great drinks. I would like to stay next time.

We booked this place to celebrate my birthday and us becoming parents in a few months' time! It was our first visit to Fullerton Bay Hotel and I must say, it's such a pleasant experience! From the room, the view, the service to the food, everything was great! We booked a bayview room and upon stepping into it, we could see why it's such a popular choice (and of cos, with everything nice in sg, it's pricey too). Special mention to ASH and his team. They displayed an exemplary standard of hospitality that puts some other 5-star hotels in SG to shame. They prepared balloons and special, personalized messages to surprise us in celebrating our incoming bundle of joy + it was my birthday then and I received a bday cake THREE times on different occasions while dining on the premise. It was really a nice touch. Thanks again Ash!! Food at The Landing Point was alright (nothing fantastic, high tea snacks were too sweet for our liking) but that at La Brasserie was decent! Hotel breakfast was nice too. Good selection and decent quality. Will be back again - maybe, this time with the little one :)

A special thank you to Lyca and Jason from reception who helped me out, for which I am truly grateful. They went over and above what they needed to do, which is wha makes a great hotel, simply the best in Singapore. I am definitely stay here again.

Wow. First time meeting a bellboy that proactively refuses to help wheelchair guest. The guests in front of us didn’t even ask for help, but this guy (he looks like he might be Singaporean; about 165-170cm; bald) proactively went up to the guests and said he can’t help them unload wheelchair because he can’t assume any risks of breaking the wheelchair. We approached the guests in front of us and helped. Took 2 seconds to help them unload the wheelchair from trunk. Can’t believe a 5 star hotel would not offer this help and felt the need to proactively say this to guests.

Came here for the high tea set on my birthday. View was good. Food quality has improved though no more free flow for savouries and tea/coffee. Though 2 of the sweets were overwhelming, the savouries were generally palatable Overall well presented and service is excellent. Presented me with a slice of cake and birthday well wishes. 😀

This is one of my top 5 fav hotels in Singapore. Amazing view, spacious room and lovely bathtub with tv. What's not to like! I love the scent of their bathroom set from Balmain. The pool area is really nice, there are 2 small jacuzzi pool facing the bay. Morning breakfast was good but limited selection.. will definitely want to come back for another staycation

I booked the Fullerton Bay hotel for 3 nights as a celebration after my fiancée and I got engaged. I have to say the hotel and service were remarkable. The room was stunning, the amenities were well thought through, and the service was second to none. I’d like to give a special thank you to Jason at reception and Namiko of guest relations who really made our stay a stress-free and relaxed environment.

Highly recommend! Stayed here for our honeymoon in March 2023. The entire team was very friendly, courteous, and hospitable during our stay. And the room and hotel space is very elegant, clean, and has modern amenities. Location was also great as it is 10 minute walk to Marina Sands, 15 min walk to Gardens by the Bay, 15 min walk to Chinatown.

Excellent stay at the Fullerton Bay! We love visiting Singapore and love trying new hotels but now it will be hard not to stay at the Fullerton Bay! Nice, small hotel in great location, very comfy rooms with balconies and good pool area - nice and quiet and not too busy. The staff were exceptional! Following a mix up with two bookings, Rooms Division Manager Kelly Shum came on the scene and managed to sort things for us. She really 'led from the front' and made it her mission to ensure we got over the initial upset and for us to have a wonderful stay. She genuinely cared and enquired about every aspect of what we were doing, offering assistance on all fronts and was always there to help. We were there to celebrate a 'big' family birthday and Kelly organised for us to have a wonderful and highly memorable dinner in La Brasserie. The restaurant team ensured we had a fantastic night and the food was excellent too. It would have been nice to have two seats on the balcony and breakfast was not always so smooth and we did not know about the fresh juices until the last day. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back! Virtually all the staff were exceptional but special mentions to Alvin and colleagues on reception, Karen in the restaurants, Germa at the pool bar (who also organised impromptu birthday drinks) not forgetting the concierge team, doormen, housekeeping, laundry and room service staff who were exceptionally pleasant, friendly and efficient. Well done and special thanks again to Kelly!

I stayed 3 days and 2 nights here for my wedding and I had a mix review depending on the departments. The room has a nice view overseeing Marina Bay Sands, spacious and clean. I enjoy the breakfast very much as it has a wide variety and the food tastes good. The bell boys are all very helpful, attentive and polite. However, I dislike the receptionists the most. The check in and check out process took so long even though there is no queue. As I have multiple rooms for my guests, the receptionist messed up the names for specific rooms as I requested. They gave the wrong keys to my guests and mixed around the guests between rooms. When I went over to the receptionist desk to fix it, the front desk manager was defensive, unhelpful, talked back in an unpleasant tone and insisted that they didn't make any mistake, just to find out later that one of the receptionists messed up putting the guest' names in the system. Even so, the manager didn't say sorry at all! I requested her name and said that I will give feedback to the hotel, she gave me her name card and said: "I am the front desk manager." I feel that she is so arrogant and think that she is above the rest! It also took so long for my luggages to be sent to the room. I called 3 times and took an hour. I approached the receptionist desk again and they said that I didn't give them the luggage tag. How was I supposed to know that I should give them the luggage tag if they didn't request for it during check in? Another problem is that there was a small worm in my boiled vegetable when I ordered a room service. But at least the room service staff was receptive about the feedback and tried to make it right by taking the food cost off the bill and sent complementary dessert. Overall, the hotel is luxurious and clean. Since they are a five star hotel, I feel that all departments should have the same standard of good service, especially the receptionist.

My husband and I stayed here just after our wedding as a little treat and the experience was impeccable from start to end. We were made to feel very welcome by Indra at the front desk who was so warm, helpful and friendly. Upon hearing that we just got married, he added a complimentary breakfast to our room package which we were able to enjoy the next day in-room. He escorted us up to the room as well, which had the most beautiful view over the Bay Area. Barely half an hour later, a tray of celebratory goodies arrived which was completely unexpected and such a nice surprise! Courtesy of Nicholas who I’m sure was informed by Indra :) It was a luxurious stay and while the hotel is undeniably beautiful and well-situated, it was the staff who made it the most memorable experience for us and we will be forever grateful. Fullerton Bay Hotel, please pass on our thanks again to Indra and Nicholas :) :) They’re superstars!

Had a staycation at the hotel to celebrate my partner's birthday and it was an amazing experience. I received a complimentary upgrade to the theme suites from my bay view room when I arrived. The staffs was very accommodating to my requests to help prepare the room to celebrate my partner's birthday. The suite was spacious and very elegantly designed with a gorgeous view overlooking the Marina Bay Sands from the balcony. The service was, and I can't emphasize this enough, impeccable. From arranging a priority reservation for us at Lantern (the hotel's rooftop bar) to waiving our in-room dining charges, the staffs were extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Special shout out to Indra for the top notch service!

Underwhelming experience at check in. When I asked for a room with a view, the receptionist dismissively said that there was a little bit of marina. When I asked to check for another room, she said "certainly" but didn't even bother to check and handed out the original key. Room is not as clean as it should be, toilet is not functioning properly, toilet door is damaged and doesn't close properly. Room even smelled a bit when we arrived. The railing of the sliding door to the bathroom is damaged as well. Room is clearly dated and needs renovation. For a hotel of this price, huge disappointment. It is not intrinsically bad but you can get much better for the same money or even less. We also wanted to have a drink at the rooftop bar which is really nice but no staff to greet customers so we didn't even bother to stay and decided to go somewhere else. I will contact the hotel GM separately to share the feedback.

Just wanted to write this review whilst waiting for our aircraft as its fresh. The good things: Hotel location is great, easy access to everything in the bay. The concierge are fantastic. Will book you a taxi whenever required. Overall feel of the hotel is warm, well furnished with some really nice details. Olivia on the desk was excellent to deal with, she even printed out recommended visits and restaurants for us and left them in our room. Alan at breakfast was also excellent to deal with, very attentive. The room - we stayed in a Deluxe room as the bay view was 200 more and thought that money could be better spend on attractions etc. The room was very well furnished and laid out. It’s still an excellent room. The tv in the bath was a nice surprise! The birthday cake for my partner was a nice touch and Olivia even gave us a parting gift. Really excellent service from her. The bad: Our room was starting to look a little tired in areas. The bathroom slider door kept hitting the wall on opening which made a horrendous sound! The toilet flush button if not carefully depressed would keep flushing until you reset it. The noise from the bars on the right hand side was a little distracting whilst trying to sleep but the window/door did a good enough job keeping it out. On arrival in our room we found a suspicious red stain on the privacy curtain and the room looked rushed. No vacuuming either. The upstairs bar (Lantern) was great, wish we visited it again. View is fantastic and service excellent. The beer in the pool area is extortionate, 25.00SGT a beer is a bit steep. Service at breakfast was hit an miss, Alan was excellent when we had him waiting but when he wasn’t there we found us chasing the service staff for drinks and orders. Some improvement could be made here. I’m nitpicking a little bit here but at nearly 700 AUD a night I think you’re entitled too. So would I stay there again, yes I would. However it would have to be a bay view room I think. The deluxe worked for us on this trip but the view and hopefully less noise might be worth the extra cost. I hope the hotel appreciate my honest feedback and we hope to see them again.

Fantastic service! My family absolutely loves how attentive and thoughtful the hotel crew is! I would like to specially mention Indra, the duty manager who oversaw my stay. We are floored by his friendliness and standards of service, and how he went out of his way to make our stay a truly unforgettable one! We are definitely making Fullerton Bay our go-to venue for family staycations from now on!

Just happened walked by and sneaked into the hotel lobby area to get some rest. The lobby couch was comfortablel and the posh chandelier look so stunning. I was impressed by this hotel with spectacular bay view indeed. Hope to get to come back with 1 or 2 nights stay some day.

Didn't stay at the hotel but walked around the hotel. Very nice scenery which is also publicly accessible. Upon entering the hotel, the nice scent of jasmine flowers hit you. Though the lobby area is also very welcoming, I still prefer the outdoor area where you can look towards MBS. Very nice area for a walk or look around.

Probably the best Staycation experience I had and will ever have. Booked the corner room and got a free upgrade to the suite. Not sure why I got it, but I'm not complaining. The room comes with a stunning view of the bay area and part of CBD. All toilet amenities are easily found. Room services are prompt, staff speaks excellent English. Great speaker sound system, large TV, and did I mention the room came with 2 balconies? Yes, 2! There's a selection of quality coffee, tea and soft drinks in their room bar. There's also alcoholic drinks which is chargeable. Received a $100 credit at check in which you can use to consume any hotel services, just bill to your room. We used it for in-room dining and was completely worth it. Fullerton Bay Hotel just raised my staycation experience standards so high I'm afraid nothing will beat it. I swear I am getting separation anxiety 15min into my staycation. 10/10 will return.

i wish i could give 6-7 stars for this review. the service was incredible, jason helped me check in early to my room (7 am instead of 3pm i just landed in singapore and wanted to just drop off my luggage). i also was upgraded to the robinson suite for the night i stayed which was a beautiful corner room suite with amazing views of the whole bay. breakfast was delicious and dinner at the landing was also incredible. everyone i interacted with there was respectful and nice. i also stated at the marina bay sands during my visit and i wish i had just extended my say at the fullerton bay. 100% would recommend.

Rooms can be pretty expensive depending on the season, as I had heard from friends who stayed there during peak bookings. I happened to stay at Fullerton Bay during a lower season, so I definitely felt it was really good and worth it. Luxurious and great stay with excellent and fast customer service.

Spent 2 nights at the Fullerton Bay. They were very kind to celebrate my 36th and service was top notch. Loved the ambience especially at night at the Lantern. Nonetheless, I felt that the hotel could have probably done more in terms of activities for guests such as bicycle rentals, yoga classes, etc just to fill up the guests' itinerary. Could be a Covid issue, but as my mama always say, "when there's a will, there'd be a way". Would give 4.5 stars but alas, google doesn't allow me to.

Luxe at one of the best hotels in sg. But its showing its age, tv signals was jittery and showers' hot water didnt work well. Bathtub and sink were fine. The view is amazing facing MBS. And staff are great too. No direct parking to the hotel.. shared parking with the other Fullerton properties. 5 mins walk over.

Great scenery onlooking MBS. Quiet & cozy place where you can have a serious chat with friends and family. Service could have been better with more interaction rather than just taking and delivering orders as it's an exclusive place hence, the service standard has to be at par too.

Excellent location. Minutes walk to MBS hotel & Merlion, many activities during weekend. Great cities view. Everything is not cheap there due to location, nice people there, many tourists from all over the world. The only bad n negative things about Singapore is too many public restrictions on fine. ( means pay money on little basic or not allow to do this and that such as smoking at designated area, traffic junction crossing even without vehicle, little rubbish being forgetful thrown on the ground, no chewing gums, restricted fishing area, bicycle with helmet and bicycle track or jogging track( restricted) ERP on road driving have to pay too. Most of the area at city for vehicles no waiting and no parking only drop n pick up. Parking lot into mall or others estate is all about paying not cheap. Expensive city to live on for the poor or average income citizens. As for tourists don't feel the pinch or pain just pay n paid n go off.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We were in awe from the moment we arrived. Everything from customer service, concierge, and front desk was top notch. We would too thank Lyca who made it a memorable experience for my family and I.

Gorgeous hotel with impeccable service and standards. Opt for the bay view rooms to get an amazing view of MBS. The rooftop pool is lovely, and you must have an evening contrail at the lantern bar.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had- thoughtful in all the right ways, so gracious when we arrived super early and needed a late checkout. The staff is amazing and the hotel is beautiful, thoughtfully done, and well located. Well worth the money for our stay through Amex platinum!

Me and my wife had a pleasant and memorable stay at the Fullerton bay hotel. Michel from the front office was very kind and attentive. The staff at the Lantern were also friendly and the hospitality was great. The room was spacious and had a nice view. We wish to stay there again

Architecture and surroundings were perfect. Room was a little dated, but nothing the view at the balcony can't fix. However, there was nothing to shout about their snobbish attitude. I called in to enquire on connecting my mobile devices to the smart TV, and was met with an "OMG" from the receptionist whilst trying to understand how it works. Suffice to say, didn't manage to connect, and definitely would not re-visit again. Breakfast set & food was sub-par, not value for money. Definitely many better five star hotels out there worth your time & money.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at, from the service to the attention to detail and the view of the bay.

My 1st time staying at this hotel and I will definitely recommend to others. Service from all areas are great. Range from main entrance staff to restaurants to reception to pool side. Room is huge and though didn't get direct view of MBS but still get to see the sea from balcony. The pool is beautiful during daytime and night time and jacuzzi is comfortable. Would definitely book another Staycation at this hotel.

3.5 stars. They upgraded us to a suite which was awesome. View from our corner room was spectacular- mbs, cbd, and pretty much the whole Marina Bay. Pool needs to be booked but is generally underutilised. 2-3 jacuzzi pods with a good view. My gripes are that there's this crow that's targeting all of our food/drinks CONSTANTLY and is always crowing (calling for his buddies?) this really compromised our experience at the otherwise 4 star pool. Next, service is generally great (very polite and prompt) but I had to personally top up the nespresso machine's water even after room service cause they missed that out. Giving - 0.5 star for that.

We came here since (1) it's a sister property of Fullerton Hotel across the street which we were staying in and (2) to check out the dining options since the restaurants can be charged to our room. What we encountered:. Snobbish, rude and discriminatory service from your doorman (in glasses) who tried to chase my wife out while I was not around, and making snide remarks that our infant will 'make a lot of noise'. Later when I drove over to pick up my wife and infant, the same doorman ran to me at the driveway to specially convey the following remarks: this hotel is 'not open to the public' and only 'hotel guests and guests with restaurant reservations' are allowed in. Rude encounter experience at 5.30pm on 2nd May 2021. You are the shame of the hospitality industry and if all staff behaves the way you do, Fullerton Bay Hotel doesn't deserve any stars. It's all pretensions and snottiness under the glittering chandeliers and facade.

The ambience within the hotel area was very peaceful with excellent cleanliness of both interior and exterior. My wife and I enjoy our recent staycation at the same time celebrating our 27th Wedding Anniversary on the 12th of June. It's one of the best hotel among so many other hotel we have in Singapore. All the staffs are very responsible and helpful whenever request was made. Highly recommended!!!

Room is dated and slightly dusty above the bed frame. Staff doesn’t feel as welcoming. Breakfast is slow and feels like they are short of staff. The breakfast is big on carbs regardless on selection. Taste is okay. Service and room is not comparable to Fullerton Hotel and Raffles Hotel. Only point better is the view overseeing Marina Bay.

  • 4/5 Wee Nee L. 1 year ago on Google
Stayed in the Bay View Room which had an amazing view and a nice bathtub. We were able to watch fireworks at the balcony since it was during the National Day period. The pool and jacuzzi at the top level are the best parts of the hotel. It’s nice and quiet. Hotel reception at check in was okay. It would be great if they were a little more welcoming. The afternoon tea was delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely come back again!

July 31, 2021 Saturday sunny Set off from JLG, Pandan Reservoir, then to Raffles Place to complete my 33rd half marathon this year. Walked through Change Alley Mall, then towards the majestic Fullerton Bay Hotel with Marina Bay Sand at the backdrop.

Wonderful staycation at the Fullerton Bay, it never disappoints! We came here last Christmas season and back again this year, we were all happy to be back,. We love the clean room, beautiful view of the marina bay and the exclusiveness 😍 Thank you to the entire Fullerton Bay Team who make our family staycation a memorable and enjoyable during this unprecedented Covid times!

Had a wonderful staycation at Fullerton Bay Hotel this week. The room was prestigious and welcoming, the views were breathtaking, and the service provided was top notch. Big kudos to the staff there, especially to Marchella, who took the time to explain and assist us during our stay. Look forward to coming back here again!

Beautiful neoclassical architecture, impeccable service and extremely clean premise. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3D2N staycation over the Christmas weekend with my spouse. Even though it was not cheap, I felt that it was worth the money. Service was one of the best that I’ve ever experienced in terms of hotel stay in Singapore. From the front-desk staff, cleaning staff, staff mending the pool/gym, everybody greeted us warmly and was very efficient. Breakfast at La Brasserie was good as well. I wanted to upgrade to a premier room with the Marina Bay view. However, it was already sold out for Xmas. Nevertheless, the front desk staff gave me one of the better deluxe room. They even gave me complimentary macaroons which were very yummy. Room and toilet were extremely clean and well-maintained. Even though the lobby was not massive, I love the fact that Fullerton Bay only had 99 rooms and it allowed the staff to attend to guests swiftly. I will definitely be back and stay at the Marina Bay room. Thank you so much for making this Christmas a magical one for my spouse and I.

I am absolutely in awe of the impeccable service rendered by every staff in FBH. I booked a 3d2n staycation with plans for a marriage proposal. Both my fiancé and myself are blown away by everything from quality of service to the sumptuous great food. Will definitely return for another stay and consider having my wedding here. Well done staff of FBH! Hands down favourite hotel in SG.

Due to covid this year , i have stayed at RWS Beach Villas , MBS and a few others . The recent stay was at Fullerton Bay Hotel which was just last weekend for my brothers wedding at the clifford pier and to me it was the most beautiful experience which is beyond words ..... From the decor which was on point, the hotel feels very clean and sparkling somehow ...u can see there is work being done to maintain the look of some of the old pieces . The staff are also all very welcoming and super friendly ......breakfast was brilliant , the food choices and friendly staff make me not regret coming down for breakfast , pool staff are also welcoming and friendly . There is something done right here and all staff seems happy working here which is not something u get at even more expensive hotels i have stayed in .....kudos to the team ......a brilliant effort!

My family had a great staycation here from 10-12 Aug and we would like to reach out to thank the entire team for the exceptional service. We were initially pretty worried given this is the first time our 6 month old little boy is going out on a staycation. To our very present delight, the service provided was top-notched and the staffs were all especially attentive and responsive to our needs during our entire stay there, especially to the needs of our boy. Our boy had a very happy stay and we can tell by the way he was smiling throughout and sleeping well at night. We would also like to give a special mention to Mr Oliver from the concierge who made the stay a very unique and memorable one for us. He greeted us with enthusiasm whenever he sees us and is always prompt to offer us his assistance; his friendliness / earnestness made us feel like we are coming home. In addition, upon hearing our difficultly with juggling between our baggage and little boy, he promptly made special arrangements for us to park outside the hotel, which made our movement much easier. He even went the extra mile by ensuring that his other colleagues were made aware of this arrangement. We cannot be more thankful for this generous gesture; and it is this type of personal touch that made the overall experience at Fullerton Bay a wonderful and meaningful one. In all, the service standard at Fullerton Bay is remarkable and we will always be reminded of our amazing stay at Fullerton Bay; we will definitely return in the future!

The board rooms for meeting are below expectations. Chairs are most uncomfortable and screen can't be seen by all participants. The food is nice and service was okay.

My husband and I had our mini honeymoon recently at Fullerton Bay Hotel and I must say that the service was impeccable. From the concierge, to staff at the La Brasserie restaurant, and to the cleaning staff, they were all very polite. Would definitely stay here again. :) One thing to note that wasn't so nice was that we had a call from the concierge at night, asking if everything was alright, and if we needed anything. This itself was a kind thought, but we suddenly heard a voice in the background, before realising that it was a call from the concierge. The phone answered by itself, and we didn't pick up the call, so it was kind of scary.

Booked a 2 night staycation with breakfast included. Room and facilities kept very clean and up to date. Love the breakfast portion , not too big as it allows to try other selection. The laska was really good. The front desk staff were generally very friendly and good customer service especially by a gentleman, Samuel. Would love to return again.

Situated at the center of Singapore, Fullerton Bay Hotel is in the heartland surrounded by the country's skyscrapers and scenic view of the Singapore River. We were welcome hospitably by the hotel staff and processing time for check-in was finished within minutes upon my arrival. Because this stay was planned as a surprise for my partner, the hotel staff was accommodative towards my request and even prepared gifts to congratulate her on the occasion. We were treated to a spectacular view of Singapore. To our left was her towering Central Business District and to our right was her gorgeous view of the Singapore River. The spacious room and well-maintained equipment further made our stay delightful yet cozy. In a nutshell, my stay with Fullerton Bay Hotel was exactly what I paid for, splendid and all my needs were met promptly by her staff.
