Decent place, well connected and good location. Although most of the staff are pretty warm, the account manager and other floor managers are quite rude at times (especially if you are from India). They do not observe basic courtesy while treating the guests. Also, I felt it was overpriced for the services the hotel offered. One good thing about the location is the Zhongshan park beside the hotel, where you can spend cool evenings and warn breeze!

Would like to commend Owen, Nicholas and the team. Through the months from the booking of ballroom till the day, the follow up is very good. Thank you team Ramada for working as a team. Especially to Owen, giving his genuine feedback and help to us. We appreciate the little things he done and we truly are grateful. Owen goes the extra miles to ensure that our planning & execution for actual day is desirable. We enjoyed the chemistry & felt extremely comfortable to work with him. The dishes served was above our expectations. Our guests has also feedback that they have enjoyed it. If you are staying as a guest in the hotel, the rain shower and the bed is a 5 star. We would highly recommend Whether you are looking to hold a wedding ceremony/ stay at hotel room/ dine at new Ubin restaurant.

room size was very good (I think the TV is too small for 2022 standards)... we stayed here for a week (family vacation, but I arranged another room for my daughter). ample gym equipment, nice pool size and great outdoor space (for a hotel inside the city). pool/gym attendant was also friendly. why only 2 stars? I don't think the rooms were cleaned well. there were 2 days in our trip when they provided blue (non-hotel grade) towels! our glasses 2 in the room and 2 in the shower were never cleaned/replaced. instant coffee was not replenished everyday.

Great hotel, near to public transport, next to a shopping mall. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Thanks to the team at 9pm check in 11/3/23 as they manage to help us get an extra mattress for me n my parents. The location of the hotel is great as it has an entrance to the little mall with a food court. It is not a big mall, just food and cafes and above is a supermarket. Really great for us as tourist to cater our basic needs. Love the beds n cleanliness by the housekeeping team!

If you value cleanliness, don’t stay at this hotel. They don’t change the bed sheets upon request and also take away the card which allows you to request new bed sheets. The same stains on the same bed sheets left for my whole stay (10 days). Rest of the room is also not cleaned well. Quite dusty and run down. Always expect them to not supply towels when they take them away as well. When requested, they provided very thin blue non-hotel towels. If you love bottled water, they supply many each day even when you don’t touch them. Free bottled water VS clean and hospitable hotel ⚖️

Good, clean room. Nice table to work when you are on a business trip. Complimentary breakfast appears more of Indonesian/Chinese. Utility/vanity kit, instant tea/coffee kit & kettle in room is good. There is a small divan/seat sort for you to sit watch outside through the glass window. Hotel staff are friendly and polite.

I loved my experience at the hotel. They accommodated us for early check-in and late check-out without paying extra. Friendly staff, well maintained property, convenient to public transport, enough food options. The hotel and Zhongshan Park mall are in the same complex. You won't feel bored around the hotel. Concierge desk was also very helpful.

It is a very nice Hotel with very good Staff members. Loved the place. Big enough rooms with a very beautiful Pool Area. Indian friendly hotel with a wide range of Indian Breakfast. Location is very prominent and well connected to every attraction through City Buses or cabs.

Room was nice and clean. They provided us room on the top floor as per our request also they arranged a cake for my wife’s birthday as I asked them to do so. Also the connectivity of hotel is good as it near to mall where vegetarian people can get good options for food as well. It was nice and pleasant stay.

Check-in time took more than an hour despite holiday season being over. Brought my own champagne and couldn’t even get wine glasses / champagne flutes because the bar attendant told me that was company policy. Asked for a bucket of ice but was told to bring down the ice bucket in my room to collect it, however there was no ice bucket in my room. When we informed the concierge, they brought up the ice bucket without ice so I had to make a trip down myself.

Ramada Hotel is located next to the Zhongshan Mall, adjacent to Zhongshan Park. The restaurant has an in-house restaurant too. Hotel wise it is a good mid-luxury hotel property, with helpful staff. I had a long 2 weeks stay at Ramada, and even requested the Concierge to accommodate my luggage one day prior to my arrival and they were happy to do that. This saved quite a few hassle for me. Cleaning is conducted everyday and if one chooses to skip cleaning for a day or more then then he guest are pampered with extra membership points as part of go green strategy. Guests are welcomed with a fruit platter as a welcome to their property. The hotel location is nicely placed near to this mall that offers a-lot of eating options. The other side of the hotel, adjacent to park lies few restaurant that offers western and Indian food options.

Check in/check out was smooth and done quickly. Room was a little dirty, there were stains in diff parts of the room such as toothpaste or drinks stains. The rooms are not soundproof too, there were people slamming their doors all night along the corridor and it could be heard clearly.

Nice service, good breakfast in restaurant. The mall, bus stop and park nearby. There are a pool and a gym room. Seft laundy service with $20 for both washing and drying. The food fair in mall is okay. The Liho tea, starbuck right under the Ramada building. Highly recommend you there.

We had a ladies stayca there, mother, daughters and granddaughter. We had a fantastic time. Location was ideal.. Next to a mall and the swimming pool with a wading pool was splendid for my 4 year old granddaughter. The staff was spot on engaging from point of reservation to check-out. We had a short but very pleasant stay. Thank you 😊

Spent 2 days but did not try their breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Service is great with effortlessly check in/out. Room was clean with comfortable bed. The hotel itself is connected to Zhongshan Mall where you can find foodcourt, Seven Eleven, and Fair Price (supermarket). Bus stop is just in front of Zhongshan mall which is very convenient, ride the bus to nearest MRT novena for more shops there. It has swimming pool but never try it, so dont know about the condition.

Great Ambience and hospitality. Rooms spacious and food great. Swimming pool main attraction for kids and adult. Recommended for single travellers and families. Suitable for all nationality. Remember to bring Universal adpater or can take complimentary from reception.

Really a good hotel though I did not get a chance to stay here as there was a conference and hotel was booked already but I attended the conference and found the support staff was really helpful and food was good. The Zhongshan hall is also big and can accommodate a conference of 200 people or so in very well mannered. The location of hotel is good and you have so many outlets in less than 50 meter readies.

Fantastic hotel and I highly recommend it. From the first moment we got off our Grab, somebody immediately took care of our luggage and had us wait in a comfortable area. Check in was extremely smooth especially since we were in the other tower, staff took our luggage and showed us the amenities offered. Every single staff member we engaged with during our visit went above and beyond with service. If we had a question they always seemed to have the answer! We needed to exchange currency, needed to do laundry, and use their luggage storage and they made it so easy. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little small for us but it worked just fine for a short trip. The area by the hotel had so many shops, restaurants, and food courts, we didn’t need to walk far to get food. I really recommend staying here for the customer service!

Perfect home base to explore Singapore. The hotel offers all a traveller needs. An affordable, clean and comfortable room right in the middle of town with easy access to public transport. Also washing facilities and a large pool are offered. The restaurant looked a bit expensive – but not to worry 😉 the hotel has direct access to a great food plaza, pharmacy, supermarket and other facilities. We never went ‘hungry’ and would stay at the very same place again 😊

The hotel service is really low they had no good treatment to the guest Where we waited in the lobby for a hour and they had no response to serve any kind of water and when we asked for hot water as we had a early checkout and wanted to eat late night food they were like we don’t have access of serving hot water and all The staff was good in terms of service of baggage it was great for the baggage service but comes to hospitality the team has to work on it

An absolutely incredible and relaxing stay we had at this beautifully located hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful and made sure we were well aquatinted to find our way around the city. The mall is the hotel along with the 24 hour store under was super convenient and helpful. We have not a single complaint and only good things to say about our stay and experience. Currently staying here and this place has been top notch! Higher up floor room was accommodated as requested which was pleasant to see. The front desk staff after an initial hiccup have come across with flying colours! The concierge are attentive and responsive to your needs. Rooms are secure with key access to your floor and the beds very comfortable for a sound nights sleep! Many good food choices in and around the hotel and within walking distance to many of the goodies Singapore has to offer.

Everything was very smooth and we just enjoyed the process. He has guided us a lot and helped us plan our wedding event on our special day. He also plans the timeline for the wedding nicely so that everything is scheduled on time. With him, we have no worries for our wedding banquet. Thank you, Owen, for your great help. Is really a pleasant and great experience for having our banquet dinner at Ramada. Highly recommended to find him for wedding receptions and events. 2) Banquet: The food was great. Everything tastes very nice! The timeline for the banquet was very good! In general, relatives and friends were very happy on the portion and the taste was really great! The banquet manager (Chris) was very helpful and great! He really managed and guided us with the banquet very well. May was also very helpful to us, especially her kind thoughts of helping the bride to get up to the stage. The banquet staff were very polite and friendly. The venue for both ROM and banquet Hall was nicely decorated! Thank you for the chef! Everyone likes the food a lot. Really highly recommended to have your big day there. 3) Room: Everything was good. We really love the Swan, the photo and the card that the room staff help us decorate specially. They are very nice and very unique. Room cleanliness was great and tidy. Greatly appreciate to all for helping us for our big day at Ramada Hotel. Kudos to all!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada and I must say it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i stepped into the lobby to the time i checked out, every aspect of my stay was impeccable. Tho it was kinda far from The Merlion, Esplanade, and SG flyer, it’s a short trip by bus and subway. Great service! 10/10!

We had a pleasant stay at Ramada hotel. We really liked the fact that the hotel is right above Zhongshan Mall and it has a large lobby. At the hotel ground floor, there is a direct entrance and exit to Zhongshan mall with access to the local food court and McDonalds. (Extremely convenient) At the front of Zhongshan mall, it has 2 bus stops in front of the mall which has direct routes to downtown area. The room was kept really clean and it was really spacious. The room cleaning service was really professional and they made the room really well. The staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and were all very friendly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The location is perfect to find eateries if you are an Indian Vegetarian like me. The hospitality and rooms are top notch 👌🏻

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at I'm disappointed to say. On arrival in the room and as we are unpacking we start to notice dust on various surfaces and upon opening the net curtain to look out the window a large amount of dust showered off and into the air. It was horrible especially when you're an asthmatic to see this happen. Housekeeping came and inspected and advised management that we should be moved however they had to thoroughly clean another room before they could move us into it so I imagine that the dust issues were the same in the new room before they cleaned it as well. We asked for some ice and was advised that you had to attend the lobby bar with the ice bucket from your room to get it. HOT TIP: I would suggest no one EVER uses one of those ice buckets because the dirt and disgusting floaties that were in there when I rinsed it out with boiling water made me want to vomit when I saw it. You'll need to ask the bar to give you a plastic bag of ice instead. The pillows were horribly soft and there were no alternative options. It's not good enough when a hotel is supposedly 4 stars. We asked for a refund to be given but they refused because the booking was made via a 3rd party booking site. The only up side to this hotel that it's located on top of Zhongshan Mall so there are options for food, snacks and various shopping needs (the supermarket is great there)

I would like to commend your senior catering sales manager, Owen Yee, for his exceptional service throughout the time we were working together for our wedding banquet. He was prompt to respond to our queries and put in his best effort to accede to our requests where possible. We are delighted to have had him as our coordinator. We would also like to express our appreciation to the team that managed our tea ceremony and banquet lunch on 3 June 2023. Izwan, May, Nicholas and the team were very patient and accommodating. The crew went above and beyond to have our snacks that we brought in heated up and cut to serve the guests even without us requesting them to. Everything went smoothly thanks to their great teamwork. All in all, we are glad to have chosen Ramada by Wyndham at Zhongshan Park as our wedding venue and would highly recommend others to choose your hotel. Thank you.

Nice hotel room at Level 16 i stayed. The room was clean especially the toilet and bed which i concerned the most. Thanks for the decoration of the pair of swan by towel for our stay during our wedding reception at hotel.

Stay in this hotel for 2 nights was impressed by their services. All staff that we had encountered was very polite and helpful.The room was spacious and clean. The TV screen appeared a message welcome us. Will come back again.

Checking in was a breeze! We received complimentary upgrade too! The room was almost perfect, hence 1 lesser star. We left the feedback in the room and I feel it can be improved for sure :) Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was bigger than expected. The best part to me was there is a self-service laundromat! (Too bad I only realised it on my last day!) We will definitely visit again, we have even signed up for the Wyndham Membership ♥️ We were in such a dilemma to extend our stay there too 😅 Thank you to the whole team for such a comfortable & memorable stay. We really needed it ♥️ (If they can cater Halal breakfast option, that will be great, since the sister hotel is just a stone's throw away.)

Relatively clean and spacious room. Staff was polite and friendly. There is a mall downstairs which is convenient.

Love the clean rooms and facilities. Hospitality staff could do better, they probably need etiquette lessons. Overheard their bellboy that they’re just annoyed by the many SHN visitors from China, but hey, they are paying customers too. I am a paying customer too, surely the SHN customers and myself deserve better service. Nonetheless, the room was beyond pleasant, comfortable and I had a restful night.

Hotel is very clean and modern. Room was nice size and comfy. Hotel next to a Mall that has a grocery store, shops and small food court. Only suggestion would be to have some dining options that are little more budget friendly. Other than this, everyone was friendly and helpful. I will return soon. Thank you

Stayed here on my return after a long stretch overseas, during the pandemic. Would like to thank the bellman Kriss for providing such excellent service - it was so nice to receive that personal Singaporean touch after being away for so long. Otherwise the room was clean, can't complain given the prices.

Went for a wedding banquet there. The safe management was managed well with minimal fuss and the food was great, not too salty compared to other banquets I have attended. Overall great experience.

Excellent and exceeded expectations. Rooms are big, comfortable, all basic needs adequately provided. Reception staff, Concierge Desk and Housekeeping staff are friendly helpful and attend to one's needs efficiently. Connected to a shopping center and Food Court, all our needs are met with.

Had my wedding lunch banquet hold at Ramada. Service was excellent. Hotel coordinator Owen and team provide really good service, our wedding lunch run really smoothly they also give v accurate cue and information to us. Very much appreciated! The whole process was simple and easy for us. When we have doubt, Owen is super prompt in his replies and advises us v well! Very professional. On actual day One of the staff was super honest he found my uncle’s ring on the floor and went to let us know to find back the Owner of the ring. Full of integrity!! Applause to Nicholas! I will definitely recommend Ramada to my friends or relatives! I heard many praises about their service and food. My guests even ask me to give them good feedback for Ramada as they are super impressed overall.

My family's week long stay at Ramada was a delight, and the staff were very quick to respond and understanding. Rooms were all kept clean every time we went out, and requests were met very quickly. The hotel was also very kind enough to arrange for a departure transport for us to our home. Would surely visit again!

Check in was smooth thou the que is long! I love the corner room hotel with a nice view! Really enjoy my stay and it’s so near to Novena and to move around the city. The Chinese house keeping did a great job too! Room is clean and highly recommended!

Honestly , waiting time is 2 - 4 hours . Everyone were angry especially those from overseas. Check in time is at 2 pm . Arrived at counter at 4:30 . However room is still not ready . Therefore , we only manage to get the room at 5 plus . Value for money ? Depends on how you see it . Decent room , but checking in super late . Won’t come back again . Was here due to the availability and offer from Agoda . But definitely won’t be a returned buyer

Quality of room is acceptable. Basic amenities are available with good cleanliness. Ballroom is elongated in shape and high ceiling. Multiple projector screens are around to ensure good view of what is happening on stage. Service is good.

We held our wedding lunch reception and we are pleased with the terrific service provided by Owen and his team. Throughout the planning period, he was always responsive to any questions that I may have and accommodating to all the various requests and last minute changes. Ballroom was well decorated with flower arches and stands. During our march in, the tables along the aisle even had flower petals to welcome in the wedding couple. Owen, Nicholas and May were very experienced and liaised with my AV helper and emcees to ensure that the wedding ran smoothly. The hotel room was spacious with a good view of the city. Room and bathroom were clean. The gym was well-equipped. I am glad that I had the chance to hold my wedding reception in Hotel Ramada and would recommend everyone to consider this place.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Owen Yee & the banquet team (Nicholas & Khai) Omg.. I can’t believed that the hotel service and the taste of food / meals are way above my expectations. Totally no regrets holding our wedding banquet yesterday. It was awesome and memorable that both my wife and myself will never forget this experience. Once again, a big thank you to those who have involved for the preparation.
