An amazing place to stay in Singapore. All the amenities are accessible and in good condition. The rooms are very clean and loaded with all the things necessary for a stay in a hotel. Probably a 4 and a bit. It's pretty good for what it is: a hotel slap bang in the Indian quarter. Room was clean and relatively spacious. Amenities a bit sparse that's the trend these days. Breakfast is a bit average so I would go to the eateries nearby, including the hawker centre next door. Lifts are super quick to arrive when you call them. Didn't try the pool or gym.

My husband and I stayed here on a mini weekend staycation, and we absolutely loved it. The Deluxe King room we booked had a dazzling city scape view at night but at a more affordable rate. The hotel room service is reasonably priced, but the flavour was not compromised in any way. We paid for the buffet breakfast and loved it. The service staff were very friendly as well and accommodating when we wanted to extend our checkout time. The bed was comfortable, and we had the best sleep we have had in a while. I really enjoyed the rain shower as well. Thank you.

Normal check in was at 3pm. We arrived earlier and requested earlier check in. However they didn’t have it. But this wasn’t the problem, I understand that they couldn’t give us earlier check in. So we decided to go out for lunch. Came back at 4pm, and then room still wasn’t ready. Imagine having a 23 hour journey door to door and your hotel can’t even keep their promise of giving you your room at 3pm. Once we had our room, we walked in and the room was filthy dirty, bed sheets were unwashed. The toilet was uncleaned. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Especially based on the rates they charge for their rooms. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME

Close to the local mall. So, it is easier to get stuff and find out what Local people actually eat. The room layout is well organized and they provide the basics amenities and little beyond. Never try their breakfast. The staffs are nice. Walking distance to MRT.

Perfect hotel to stay with family. One thing I would like to discuss is that hotel charged some deposit amount when u check in n it is refunded when u check out. But about this deposit, amount is not known initially. So when u gonna travel there take some extra amount with u to pay for deposit. Else everything is good .

Success stories come with excellent customer service and this hotel wedding banquet team, from the bartender to the floor managers, executed the briefing and co-ordination perfectly. Service is a nice thumbs up

I stayed over there 4-5 days but was not at all worth in comparison to value and services. Moreover, i booked it via bookings.com and it skipped the morning breakfast hence it was another issue. Moreover booking dot com migrates the same to presidential suite which was not worth for me.anyway hotel is good, the bad experiences only for booking dot com.

Reception was friendly and approachable during both check in and check out. The hotel had kindly accommodated to my requests and they were very efficient and receptive over the email. Hotel itself is clean and spacious. Bed sheets had an odd smell to it. Loved that the hotel is very near to malls. Will definitely return in the future!

We were on a holiday. we had asked for double deluxe rooms on the same floor. They were unable to that . We got rooms on 3 different floors. However they compensated the difficulty by giving us a late check out which helped us rest before our travel. The rooms are good, clean, with all amenities . Coffe, tea etc were provided . The breakfast was super and tasty and ful of variety. the cleaning is done. Reception and housekeeping was good. They stay here made us relax during the last lap of our holiday

We stayed at the hotel for one night due our relatives having a wedding reception at one of the restaurant. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The view of the surrounding area from the top floor was awesome. The swimming pool was not as big as an Olympic pool but was ok and very clean. You can find a lot of eateries around the hotel area. It is a walking distance to the famous department store, Mustafa Centre and the City Square Mall.

we upgraded to a suite as the normal room is too small for three people. so be careful about usual pictures making rooms look bigger than they are. given they were under ownership transition (pan pacific to novtel) we got a good discount on the upgrade. other than that the hotel is decent and well maintained

What a wonderful experience. From the great service of the staff during the check in process and throughout the whole stay to having the City centre, Mustafa centre, and MRT, as well as many late night eats directly across the road the hotel is in the perfect location. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location right in the city centre. All other places are just outside the hotel. Good staff, helpful and polite. Rooms are clean, luxurious and comfertable. The overall hotel gives a homely feeling. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety. I would definately recommend this place.

I was put here for a layover by Singapore air. Everything was taken care of. As soon as I got to the hotel they knew exactly how to take care of me. The food was good and the room was great was great view. I was able to walk around all the way from little India to the gardens by the bay. It was great!

The rooms are good enough. Beware if you have opted for complimentary breakfast. It is a first come first serve basis for breakfast. By 9:30 a.m. you won't get anything. I didn't get breakfast as I reached at 9:30 am. It felt like they are giving free food, if you want come by 8 a.m. Even after paying this service is ridiculous. Poor management to handle the crowd.

Recently stayed there last week.. Their Restaurant staff is the worst. No smiling faces, Everyone is rude, not welcoming... looked like as if they are giving breakfast for free.... Their Best people are Cleaning and Hospitality....One suggestion( Exchange their Duties)...Your Hotel will be the best hotel...

Stayed one night 21-22 May. Fast check in, room very clean and well designed. Lovely outdoor pool and staff were very helpful. My only suggestion is that the hotel provide dressing gowns if going to or from the pool back to one’s room as the pool towels provided are very small.Ordered room service and food delicious and quick to arrive Deborah Bolt

Great location, Friendly service, Clean Rooms. Only wish there was more storage space provided in terms of drawers and the study desk was slightly bigger. Special mention of Karen at the front desk for a very efficient check in and check out.

My impression of the hotel is influenced by the moments I had to wait outside for a taxi. There were heavy showers and the waiting line fot the taxi was long. I wanted to sit on the steps of the hotel but was ordered to stand up!! I just paid more than $1000 for my hotel room and was not allowed to sit on the steps to wait for a taxi! I never come here.

PATHETIC HOTEL. No complimentary water bottles given because apparently they have fitted a water filter in the bathroom. It’s so unhygienic to drink water from the bathroom. No cotton buds provided, no lotions, no shaving blades and even the shampoos are screwed in the bathroom I’m assuming so that customers don’t steal. It’s absolute ridiculous they are charging so much yet couldn’t provide a basic necessities that a 4 star hotel should give. The receptionist wasn’t helpful at all and trying to justify that she drinks water from the bathroom too. Don’t cut costs like this. It will be my last stay in this useless hotel. Staying here for 5 nights is the worst decision ever. The Holiday Inn right next door is a far better choice. Please stay there.

I have checked in with my family and I am very happy with the hospitality. The rooms are spacious and the food in the restaurants are delicious. Overall it was a great stay.

Had a lovely stay of six nights. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location with a shopping mall just across the street with MRT station for easy access to everything Singapore has to offer. Have stayed here multiple times and would definitely recommend.

Best hotel to stay in middle of city. Being located in little India are, it is convenient for Indians to get access to Indian restaurants and shops. It is just a lane nearby to Mustafa centre which is a one stop shopping spot. Service is good. Best thing is that they serve a large variety of cuisines and which includes Indian food of course. They serve Jain food as well.

Such a wonderful experience staying here. The breakfast buffet is excellent. This place is located right next to Little India, and a few shopping malls. The Metro is a 3 minute walk away to get around Singapore via train. The rooms were exceptionally clean in the pool was really nice. Highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel in central Singapore, great staff and good breakfast buffet. Staff are amazing and it’s 2 minutes walking distance to farrer park station. The gym is really good, everything there is in good new condition.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Incredibly rude. During our stay the room service entered the room with their master key way before our check out time and inquiring about our checkout. The receptionist then tries to reason out their wrong doings even rudely. We informed the staff for 1 Hr late check-in and they agreed upon it but receptionist asked for extra money at checkout. Disappointing experience in Singapore

Here for a wedding dinner reception. The food were great. A lot of variety and they are all delicious. Service staff is a little slow but still bearable.

The hotel is nice and close to station of violet MRT line. Opposite the mall with full functions and brands. Little India neighborhoods with many street food and local restaurants surround.

Went there fore weekday dinner buffet. A variety of crabs ranging from mongolian spice, singapore chilli, etc. Ice cream counter was rather impressive so were the cakes. Other than seafood, there was japanese sashimi, roast meat and satay. For the price of $60+, was rather worth it.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. We ordered a Peking Duck because that's what she loves. The Peking Duck is not on the regular menu right now. So, I appreciate them doing this for us. But, it wasn't very good. The duck skin was not crispy and the wrap was very chewy. The service was excellent and the little surprise (see photo) they had for my wife thrilled the kids!

A very pleasant experience. The staff is very cooperatively and friendly. Strongly recommended for anyone traveling. Besides stay and hospitality, we enjoyed the Indian food Veg Set available in Hotel which was like an Oasis for vegetarian. Must have if you are vegetarian.

A preferred hotel especially for visitors from India. Located in Little India. Has some reasonable vegiterian restaurant options near by. Check in time should be watched out for. Has a reasonable place for sitting if early. Rooms are clean & good. Has parking place

It is a perfect hotel for Indian tourists because of its vicinity to Little India restaurants and shops. The staff are very polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety. The swimming pool is big enough and well maintained. The free Wi-Fi service is a life-saver for tourists.

I wish we could give them no stars. Worst customer service, they charged my credit card without my knowledge for the room that was fully paid well in advance. Then when i brought it up, they said it would be refunded within 14 days. I has been way over 14 days, you call them they say email us. You email them, they just ignore the emails. Havent had such bad experience with any hotel. Rubbish. please dont book them

Housekeeping could be better. Was disappointed when they had no staff to clean up the coffee spilled accidentally on the floor, late evening. They asked the kid to use toilet roll to clean up. Never experienced this in any hotel... Ever!

I came all the way from UAE to this hotel, The hotel location was great, opposite to square shopping mall and next to sultan centre. Rooms where big and pretty compared to hotels in singapore. Bed size was fantastic, and the bathroom was spacious. I was here for a honeymoon and the reception officer said that we are preparing you a treat that shall be sent to the room and nothing arrived. Moreover, in one morning I did not feel well and my booking was including breakfast. I went down asking for a to go box to take croissants and fruits to the room. The restaurant reception officer refused to give me without any reason. He needs to be more reasonable on the way he speaks to guests. Focus on how to retain customers.

Staff are very nice. Rooms are always clean and super comfortable. It is near the train transit so easy transportation from pace to place. Has near food stalls and mall! Great stay overall

Good setup, big rooms, good infrastructure but could do better interns of service, room service as there are vending machines everywhere. Also the room ambiance is very basic for the price. But the location is excellent as just behind Mustafa market near little India

Good rooms and very good location of hotel in little India.. many Indian restaurants are just a 2 mins walking distance. Hotel has dedicated Indian pure vegetarian breakfast also available which my family liked the most.

Great location to everything and rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and a special mention to Julie on the front desk who helped us numerous times. Great personality too. Found staff patient as very busy hotel and wait times were sometimes long due to the number of people checking-in/out however, staff handled all with good grace.

It was a great day off spent here! Had a 1 day getaway & what way better to spend a short getaway than to book a room here! The service was great, served by Vita, who was very welcoming & helpful. Had a wonderful time at ParkRoyal. It was my second time here. What was outstanding was the service from the staff. It wasn’t just staff carrying out their duties, they ensured that each person was made to feel at home. They took their time talking to each guest and getting to know them. Special mention must be made of Vita who made my family so comfortable. We had such a warm and enjoyable experience.
