A memorable stay ,premium suites ,great location . We had a memorable stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites . Everything about this property ticks the correct boxes - location is great with walking access to many malls ,food outlets and tourist spots .Modern ,sleek and comfortable interiors -our suite had all the amenities -oven ,refrigerator ,cooking area ,crockery It is absolutely clean and housekeeping even wash your utensils which I haven't really seen abroad. Their staff is so courteous and always ready to help -special mention to Marco at reception who helped us get us a taxi at night when our app bookings were getting cancelled .He even stood outside with us in rain till it arrived . One can opt for stay with our without breakfast .They allow outside food and have a dedicated corner for food delivery .On second floor they have pool table ,coffee vending machine and other amenities .Rooftop pool and gym is also there . Just few hiccups were there before we checked in -our emails for early check in request remained unanswered and we had booked a pick up from hotel which didn't arrive . But once we reached at the property they went out of their way to allot us suite as we were travelling with senior citizens, even gave us a free upgrade . Definitely recommended!

There are much better serviced apartments in Singapore for a lower price... Apart from the excellent position, many things to fix : when we arrived the floor was bit dirty, we asked to clean up, they came pretty fast but didn't improved a lot ... Our socks were keeping get dirty from walking around the room. It looks they never deep cleaned the apartment. Also the walls were full of black signs and scratches of previous hosts... Not very nice welcome for a such expensive service apartment. Rooms are very small and a bit suffocating... The humidity smell doesn't help to have a pleasant stay. Anyway, more similar to an old hotel than nice apartment. Not reccomenrded, sorry.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 weeks stay in Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments Orchard. It is very central being just 5 minutes walk to all the premier shopping malls. The rooms are well fitted out and are very clean. Bed linen is changed every 4 days. The facilities are excellent. The service from the staff is outstanding especially Alyson and Tharra on Reception have been wonderfully friendly and very helpful. We have booked again for next year.

I often get rooms for my cousins here when they visit from Japan. Very nice rooms and good location which is close to most of the action

Noise is a major issue at the Pan Pacific. I stayed here for a few months with work and noise was an ongoing issue throughout my stay. The apartment doors are very badly soundproofed, sometimes I'd wonder if the doors were actually closed as you can hear all road traffic noise from the open external areas, people talking outside the room, the lift bell, parties going on through the night by short-term stay guests. I had to complain on multiple occasions to reception about the noise issues, but was told they could not hear anything. The apartment decor was a bit dirty and could do with the walls being painted. I have previously stayed at better serviced apartments in Singapore where you can get a better full night sleep without any noise disturbances.

Stayed in room 313 (one bedroom exec) for over a week in July/August. This place is the perfect place if it wasn’t ruined by a nearby guest that caused disturbances in the middle of the night (every night). Wheeling their suitcases past, talking loudly on the phone & unpacking in the corridors will surely wake anyone up. Yes, I phoned the desk as the noise went on for long periods. Here’s the thing about this room. There is an entry door leading to the bedroom which unfortunately is not sound proofed.

Very disappointed with my recent stays here. I have been a long time regular and have witness massive quality decline in the last 2 years. Seems like they got a new management which is not doing a good job. There were always something broken in the units during check in, seems like there are no communications between housekeepers and the maintenance team. In one particular stay, my unit had no hot water in the shower and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were not working during check in. This place has had problems with getting housekeepers too, some floors have no dedicated housekeepers and they had to assign cleaners from different floors in random daily and the quality has really gone downhill. I would suggest to the management to get the housekeepers to report anything that are not working in the units to the maintenance immediately, especially during check out. Another suggestion from me is to improve the maintenance and cleanliness of units from the housekeepers. It is sad to see this place going downhill if management does not improve.
