Had a bad experience with rowdy hotel workers at 1am and a scary look into the in-room coffee pod machine. Facilities and location were great and everything would have been wonderful if it weren’t for a group of (I’m guessing) restaurant workers who were talking extremely loudly beside the pool for hours after work. They were oblivious to the fact that sound made around the pool reverberates and can be heard from rooms facing it because the area is basically a quadrangle. I was awaken at around 12am and initially tried to sleep through it but would be forced to make a complain at 1am which lowered the noise level but did not remove it entirely. By then, I couldn’t get back to sleep either and the night was ruined. Disruptive noise is really inexcusable for an establishment such as this. It’s a huge shame since I came to Sentosa for a getaway but find myself having to deal with late night noise pollution I don’t get in the city. Also, before you decide to drink from the coffee pod machine, please run a few cycles with just water first - I ran 4 full cups of water and there was still black spots coming out. Or you might want to peek into the hole where you are supposed to put in the coffee pod - I did that eventually and decided it’s not worth risking it.

The main areas of the hotel was decent. The rooms were generally clean however the bathroom looked a little dated. You can tell patch work had been done around the tiling. The service by house keeping was extremely slow. We had to call a few times to remind them to bring us some towels. The location was great as it was across the road from the train.

Spent a long weekend here with my family in a connecting room. In-room facilities were great. We ordered room service for one night as it was storming and we were too tired to go out after a long day of hiking. Food was not bad though serving was a little odd. There was a wellness festival happening at the hotel during the month of our stay, so we tried out the aqua aerobic session - would be nice if activities were not so packed on weekends and little to none on weekdays.

Very nice resort and rooms are quite spacious and nice. Kids friendly. Food is a bit pricey but good atmosphere. Closeby to the Universal Studio- walking distance. Recommend for the people looking for a relaxing get away from the everyday hustle and bustle.

We checked in on 21st Aug till 23rd Aug. When we checked in they said our room was twin bed, which was alittle disappointing as we thought they would consider the fact that we were a couple and offer us another room with a queen bed atleast. When we entered the room, we saw a dead cockroach. I was freaked, but didn't make an issue instead my husband flushed it down the toilet bowl. Then came the horror where we discovered several other dead cockroaches under the toilet sink. Another couple more at the window behind the curtains. It was horrifying to see that many in one room. We freaked and didn't dare stay in that room any longer. We didn't even dare to look under the bed as it was just traumatising to think of how many more we would discover. We called the reception and clearly they had to offer another room, but no other form if compensation was done. This was very disappointing especially for a high end hotel like Le Meridien. To their defence there was construction going on in the hotel, even then i believe its simple service act of cleaning the room or merely checking it before giving it out to customers. Understand they were closed for a couple of months due to COVID, but atleast just check the rooms before giving it out, since there weren't many customers I believe they totally had the time to clean one room minimally.

Tucked into a side of Sentosa Island that we seldom exolored was this gem of a truly restful vacation hotel. You feel welcome and assured the moment you drive up to the entrance. It is amazing that everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, from the valets to porters, from receptionists to therapists, they are truly ready to welcome guests. Service is impeccable. Yes, every customer touch-points has been fine-tuned. Nothing was perfunctory or regimental.

A terrible experience .we arrived at 2:30 p.m to the hotel and now it is 3: 30 and we are still waiting for our rooms although we booked them a month earlier. We are very exhausted and my kids are sleeping in the lobby now and we still haven't taken our rooms yet . A Bad experience in this hotel .

Very underwhelming experience for a room which goes for $400+ per night. 1) We stayed in the premier king room - walkway to the room looked really old for a hotel that was <1.5 yrs old (they had reused previous premise). 2) Soundproofing was terrible and could hear footsteps along the corridor at night. 3) Amenities were very limited. Bottled water, teabags and 3-in-1 coffee. 4) Only 1 USB port available which was not functioning 5) Supposed entertainment via airplay took a really long time to be detected, then proceeded to hang every 10 minutes..forget about streaming a movie from your device.

Had excellent service from the staff. Was celebrating a mini honeymoon, and got a free upgrare from the Premier Room to a Junior suite. Staff were pleasant and welcoming View from the Suite was onlooking the Pool which was alright. Rooms were clean and cosy, though a little cold, expecially at night. We appreciate the little gifts we received from them, in celebration of our honeymoon. The room had slow heating up of the hot water, which is contrary to the water saving policy of the hotel, as you would need to run the water for a while before it heats up to non freezing temperatures. The free flow of bottled sparkling water was a nice addition to the usual still water, and the room service came within 5mins of asking for a refill. The room came with a breakfast set that although not a buffet, had an ok variety of choices, with refillable drinks (Orange and grape fruit juice, Coffee, Tea). The quantity for the food was more than enough to fill both our breakfast and lunch. Food was nice and tasty too. We had the Oasia signature massage at the Spa, also provided great service for us. Their policy was to have a 72h advance booking, but they were happy to put us in for a next day slot. The massage was pleasant and relaxing, with good pre and post care. We also received a surprise gift in our hotel room, a in house blended balm, when we returned to our room in the evening. The gym was well equiped. The pool rather large and out of the sun as it was in the middle of the hotel, surrounded by buildings. Ethan was especially helpful with the check-in and out, making the process smooth and efficient. We greatly enjoyed the service and the hotel during our stay.

Overall experience was average, nothing out of expectation. Perhaps cause I booked a Junior Suite, so was expecting better amenities. Understand the resort is strong on sustainability, but only provided 1 set of shower toiletries when the stay is for 2. Moreover there’s a bathtub so the 1 shower gel provided wasn’t sufficient if you want to use the tub. Facilities in the room was dated. The shower head was leaking, mould growing underneath the bathtub tap. Also the room is not sound proof. Could hear the slamming of doors, dragging of trolleys and activities from the pool/bar downstairs. But would like to kudos the housekeeping team for being prompt in attending to requests and keeping the room comfortable for the stay. Had higher expectations for the price paid. If I had known I would’ve went to another place with better service and amenities.

Request for a room that faces away from the road. There’s construction opposite the hotel and the noise can runs till late with the bright light shining into the rooms. There is a block out curtain but it doesn’t close entirely leaving a gap for the light to shine through. Room is beautifully decorated with toiletries and bedroom slippers given. Service is superb with staffs being patient and helpful. Requests are followed up promptly. There isn’t a ramp/slope up to the hotel entrance.

The room doors simply dont close by themselves. My room door was left u locked twice, and I found out only when I got back. A short walk along the corridor showed other rooms having this problem too. Definitely a security problem and a security risk.

Junior Suite is spacious and great for a family of 3. Room is clean and amenities are provided for 2 adults and 1 kid. Impeccable services, staff is friendly and helpful. They gave us a complimentary cake for my husband birthday. Great location as it is only 1-2min walk to the monorail. Easy to bring my little one to the beach and all. Enjoyed our stay here!😊

amazing property. checkin process, the rooms and the staff. 2things which is specifically loved... 1. location location location... walk across imbiah monorail. walk to universal studios and adventure cove. (free access on monorail till vivocity ) 2. the breakfast was a set menu.. superb service, quality and quantity (atleast folks dont waste food )

Good location.. near universal Studio.. u can actually just walk.. train station is on the front of hotel.. The room is spacious and got a nice bathtub😊

Breakfast served in set menu. Need to book time slot ahead. Always in long Q to get into restaurant. Room attached bathtub do not come with shower gel. Shower gel is locked in rain shower area. Receptionist confirmed that bathtub only use with clear water. Night time unable to sleep as clearly can hear the noise/talking from outside.

A nice out of city place to recharge. Didn't manage to use the facilities but gym is 24hrs. A 20min walk to tanjong beach. 10min walk to beach station Imbian Station is right in front of the hotel.

Located right across imbiah station. It was easy to get to the beach and to resorts world. Carpark was not well maintained, leaking badly, the moment I got off the car it was on a big puddle of water despite being a sunny day. Check in was smooth, I got the last room of the last floor (624) lobby staff were helpful. There was a spooky looking dark alley beside the room where there was more rooms. Aircon was not functioning, walked in to a stuffy room, decided to wait, and was still stuffy. Went out and came back and was told that the aircon was cold and functioning, but we experienced otherwise. They changed room for us, and it felt so much better... While we were waiting for our room change, the cleaning staff just came into the room without knocking, ask how come we haven't leave, we couldn't leave because we didn't have the new room key. 🙄 While at the new room, we had something dropped behind the bathtub and we couldn't reach it so we ask for help. Again the hotel staff just opened our room door without knocking!!! Our doors were closed and needed card access not like we left our doors open ok. Not much food options around the hotel, gotta get to beach station or vivocity as the food streets at resorts world were closed for renovation. Mmm not coming back again.

My 1st hotel where the room isn't ready after 2.5 hours. If there's a delay, the least you can offer is some refreshments but noo.. no refreshments during the long wait.

Most convenient location in Sentosa. Services improved greatly. Ordered food at Bedrock and it was ab absolute thumbs up. Appreciate the staff-accomodating and considerate esp for us who stayed with a kid. Pillows were really great for quality sleep. Applause for the pool (loved it)

Special shout out to Darren Yang, Guest Experience Manager for helping my fiancé arrange for the proposal! We stayed in the junior suite and the room was really spacious and clean! I like that the hotel tries to reduce wastage by using glass bottles for water! Our package came with breakfast and the portion was huge! It was really good and nasty with refill flow juices, coffee and teas. Overall, it was a very good experience and we will return! Thank you once again for Darren’s help and kind gesture!

Junior suite is very spacious, I can even round around with my toddler. Pool in hotel is shaded in the morning. We are so able to use the pool in village hotel (kindly informed by staff at the concierge), just need to tap our room card to enter. Location is just beside Imbiah station, very convenient.

My recent stay exceeded all expectations in every way possible. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff greeted us with genuine warmth and friendliness, setting a positive tone for our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were lightning-fast, allowing us to start enjoying our vacation without any delay. To make our visit even more special, the hotel generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade and a delicious cake in celebration of my fiancée's birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our stay and made her day unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were incredibly responsive and quick to attend to our requests. Whether it was directions to landmarks, dining booking for bedrock, or room service, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the flexibility they showed by granting us an extra hour for late check-out, which allowed us to soak in every last moment of our beachside getaway. In summary, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The impeccable service, attention to detail, and the extra mile the staff went to make our visit memorable were truly remarkable. Would definitely return for another unforgettable experience.

I booked 2 suite rooms for my wedding. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. A little lacking in terms of where all the items were in the room. No instructions were given during check in. However, overall it was an amazing stay. A special shoutout to some amazing people! I called the hotel a day in advance and Jay help me to settle for a 1.30pm early check in so that i could settle my makeup and hairdo before the wedding. At night i needed someone to change my bedsheets as i just finished the wedding and to my surprise this hotel had no housekeeping at night. But Donald was an amazing person! He works for the reception but was super helpful to assist me to change the bedsheets and top up certain amenities in the room! Lastly, Jeremy and Hidayah are superb bellboys helping me with my heavy load of luggage from the start till the end of my stay! The suites are not perfect but these 4 people made my stay amazing!!

It's a good property. Services and locations are awesome. Metro station and major attractions are just a walking distance away. Special Mention for Ghaya at reception who provided us with smooth check in and all the details diligently. It was my Son's B'day and she upgraded the rooms as a gesture and arranged for complimentary cake too. Thanks for making it special. The Village hotel (sister concern) is connected to this hotel , Indian breakfast is better here at village hotel and even the pool is awesome. Oasia can arrange indian breakfast at Village hotel itself. The junior suite room is awesome for a family of couple with 1 or 2 kids.

Nothing amazing. No privacy in the bathroom if theres more than one of you in the room because you cant close both doors. Staff on checkin have obviously never encountered a gay couple before because she repeated that there was only one bed in the room for 2 men multiple times. Restaurant was average. Pool big but nothing great. Breakfast came with the room but if it didnt it wouldnt have been a great loss. Probably wouldnt stay here again. There are so many more options in and around Sentosa. Best thing about this hotel is the monorail is directly across the road. So handy.

    (1) Should consider lowering the volume when conducting aerobic spa at swimming pool...we were awaken when taking the afternoon nap. (2) The rooms have a big toilet with 2 basins but my guest is unable to go in to wash their hands when my relative is taking his shower as the glass panel/ door is clear glass. Thank you.

Guests driving in could have been better informed that 1) to show hotel booking confirmation for waiver of Sentosa vehicle entry fee 2) there is limited parking within the hotel. You would have to park at another hotel and there is no clear instructions how to walk over. Hotel reception staff is also not empathetic when feedback was given.

2nd time returning here and it is always consistent with the service standards. Very nicely location in Sentosa . Quiet and tranquil. Good for family weekends and to sometime off. Facility is very well managed and maintained. They served ala carte breakfast which is good. Took the nasi lemak and bacon set. Portions were extremely huge and generous. We couldn’t finish it. In room dining unfortunately ends at 930pm. We were also upgraded to a jr studio suite. Thank you very much !

Rooms were spacious enough for us to fit our travel cot for our baby. Fridge cold enough to store breast milk? Staff helped to freeze ice brick in the restaurant as well. Shout out to the skinny male chinese server (sorry i didnt get ur name) who saw i was alone having breakfast with my baby and took my drinks for me althou it was a self service station. Overall a baby friendly place. Breakfast was yummy n filling :) Just that there was no sheltered walkway from the beach station to th hotel alot of us were stranded and caught in the rain otw back.

It was meant to be a birthday staycation. On arrival at hotel, it was 3.15pm. Check in is 3pm but we were told there'll be a delay of 15mins - still acceptable. After 30 minutes, we were told to wait for another 20 mins. This is unacceptable. The check in assistant Darren showed no expression and also did not inform us of booking our slots for breakfast since it's not a buffet. He basically left us at the lobby to wait forever. Ethan stepped in when we had enough of it and offered to move us to The Barracks hotel. Good initiative on this part. We stayed put as didn't want the hassle to move and wait another 30 mins. We got the room eventually at 410pm. The room wasn't clean. I found used socks under the wardrobe. Some trash under the bed. Swimming towels instead of bath towels. There was also paper trash on the floor upon entry to the junior suite. The plug for the coffee machine was spoilt. Water splashed all over when drawing into the bath tub. Water also leaked from the tub. A bottle of wine and a jello cake was given to us but this will be the last time we stay with Far East. I don't think this hotel should be graded 5 stars.

Superb service. Staff were proactive, attentive and helpful. Peiyi and Halim (I hope I got their names correct) were especially thoughtful. They went out of their way to provide assistance for us. I'm not sure if the hotel is a 5-star hotel but it indeed felt like one. Wife enjoyed her spa session immensely. Her masseuse Linda was very skilled. She considered going for additional treatments during our stay but the spa was fully booked. We had dinner at Bedrock Origin. Steak was good, but the service was better. The manager attended to our requests and needs accordingly. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful.

Very clean and well maintained rooms. All guest needing items available. Gteat service too. I think they should make an access to the lift going to rooms without havibg the guest going down the front desk. Overall, very good experience. Accesible to many attractions like Universal Studios and other establishments.

I'm not a hotel guest. But came for dinner at bedrock origin. Curious about the hotel, we checked out the lobby, and 1of the staff, syarizak (sry if I spell his name wrongly) was extremely welcoming and professional. Explaining the scent used in the lobby and promoting the hotel facilities and programme. Honestly, I'm really impressed by the hotel concept, a wellness hotel.. Believe this is the 1st in spore to hv such a concept.

) excellent experience from check in to check out. Service is consistent with all friendly and attention staff 2) well equipped room, especially the free flow quality & healthy snacks and beverages 3) nice pool, well planned wellness programming like yoga, qigong, aqua Zumba etc 4) breakfast is generous in choices and servings 5) Bedrock is a must try for dinner. Early booking highly recommended 6) Spa is reasonably priced and popular. Need advanced booking to avoid disappointment Highly recommended wellness staycation to be recharged and rejuvenated!

Service is excellent,,attentive, quiet and unobtrusive. Aqua Zumba class , and herbalist classes were enjoyable . Breakfast : coffee and barramundi congee were just right . We would come here again. Only minus : room is on the small side , may get a larger one next time round if available.

Did a 2D1N staycay and love the experience throughout. Checked in at 3pm, and didn't leave the hotel until we checked out at 12pm the next day, all thanks to the spa and comfortable hotel room. First off, huge thanks to the Front Desk team, the spa team and the staff from Bedrock for making the entire staycay experience pleasant! While checking in, we were refreshed thanks to the cold towel + signature cold brew tea provided! Managed to book Deep Tissue massage and Signature massage, and thanks to Ailina and Maishara, we were completed relieved of our tension and muscle ache! Felt so good! and having the lounge to relax even further after the massage + served with hot tea and dehydrated fruits, BEST! Ordered pizza + fish and chips for our dinner (since we were lazy, we did in-room dining and it was served from Bedrock). FISH AND CHIPS is a must order, definitely one of the best I've tried in Singapore! oh, and of course, we had coffee from our mini bar, which was as good as expected! Breakfast was at Bedrock, we tried the barramundi congee as well as greek yoghurt (can't recall the actual name) - both were a HIT! Love it! It was a short staycay but felt totally recharged and refreshed! Looking forward to the next staycay here with my friends to try out the activities and facilities! Last but not least, the location is a plus! Oasia Resort Sentosa is located right next to Imbiah Station, so so so convenient! Love it!

Last weekend, my girlfriends and I had the privilege of staying for 2 nights at the Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel, a new wellness-focused property on the island. From the moment I walked in the entrance to the hotel lobby, I was thoroughly impressed. The interior decor was upscale yet warm and inviting. I was greeted by a friendly Ethan at the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming – I was served a cold towel and a refreshing special blend herbal tea. That perked me up immediately from a week of zoom fatigue. The room was ample size, stocked up with plenty of drinking water, premium coffee and tea. Bed was comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom had nice fixtures, plush towels and quality toiletries. Dinner and breakfast were at the Bedrocks restaurant. Menu for both had a great selection. Food was simply yummylicious and the presentation instagrammable. The service was impeccable as well. Luckily we had reservation, the restaurant was booked out for the weekend. The hotel presents the opportunity for numerous activities from aqua zumba, morning qigong and oil balm making. Wished I had more time to enjoy the evening yoga and spa too. To complete the memorable stay, I was presented with a little bag of coffee powder body scrub and the oil balm that I learned to make during the workshop to take home with. Sabrina was so knowledgeable and made the whole workshop fun and interesting. To the team (Christine, Liza, Ethan, Shane and Sabrina), a BIG Thank You for making a difference and an awesome experience for me. I would definitely recommend Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel as a great place to come to relax and enjoy yourself.

Supposedly a nice hotel, but they are renovating the entire complex, leaving aside only one hallway of rooms. No bars restaurants or pool. Nothing to see. TV has no internet, no toothpaste/brush. Flickering lamp light. Old Aircon outlet.

We stay in the suite with a living room for 3day 2 night. Room : love it the feel, is comfortable and wish to stay more Toilet: love my suite the bathtub, but how I wish there is place can see the tv or a place I can place my phone at. Toilet bowl will be better if there is a toilet spray for us to use but not sure is due to renovation or the toilet air circulation is not that good, if go for big business the smell stay quite some time. Service: is good fast and efficient, due to television remote has slight problem they came and change it. They automatically refill the toiletries when we ask for room service. Receiption service is good and polite , when we feedback there is a small cockroach found in the toilet they immediately clear and sterilize the whole room. Food : breakfast is good and full of choice from fruit, cake and pastry, breakfast , coffee and tea and apple or orange juice to choose. Make the both of us fully full. Too bad: after we book then they send us a notice that swimming pool is on renovation which quite disappointing. A hotel doesn't provide spa or massage.

Very impressed with the outstanding service and the special touches at this hotel! The team were incredibly helpful from the minute the taxi arrived until the end of our stay. Every request was promptly attended to (and we had many!) Loved the welcome tea, the location to the monorail, the turndown service with the special wellness balm, the big bath for the kids (or me!) and the slippers for big and small. Thank you for making our stay a great one Liza!!

Rooms are new and clean. Good location. However, for a junior suite, the noise from the road and the restaurant/bar makes the stay unpleasant. Noise from the road can be heard throughout the day in the room. In the evenings, the noise from the restaurant bar is very loud from the crowd and the music all the way until at least 1030 every night. The rooms have no blinds which means light comes in from the bright hotel building lights (located at the top of the curtain rail) at night. Was told the lights are automated and goes off at 11pm at night. The black out curtains does not do its job in the day. So expect to be woken up early in the morning by the sound of the buses and the light leaking through the curtains. Hotel staff only provided information of the light timing and the restaurant/bar operating hours when called to feedback on the noise and light when trying to sleep at night.

My experience was well below expectation for a 1k cost with 2 connecting rooms. First of all there was no security access for your elevator using your room key. So its open to anyone. Secondly, for that price, the room was much smaller than expected. Lastly, the door for my connecting room was unable to properly shut from both sides (realized after checking in for 2 hours). Called the reception and they actually known the problem existed for quite sometime. As there were no rooms available to change after we inform them on the problem, we told them that we would like to pack our stuff and get a full refund. Thankfully they agreed.

What an odd hotel.....don't get it. First off must say the most redeeming feature is the Spa which I thought was good (I'm a massage junkie). Other than that it was very disappointing. The pool is smack in the middle of the hotel so has limited sunlight, there is also no pool bar, ability to get a drink or snack to enjoy, or staff in attendance. You get towels from reception. Odd. There is limited sun loungers and we had to book hourly slots. Again, odd and just don't understand with a hotel like that doesn't give more care and effort to making the pool experience more improved. The attached restaurant bedrock was really disappointing 80-120 per steak. They couldn't get the doneness right on any occasion (medium rare came out blue/rare) and we tried 3 steaks!!!, the aged USDA was graining and texture was like it had been defrosted, took us about 6 glasses of wine to find a half decent one for the cost (hit the 20-39 bucks per glass range). Room service wasnt great, the room was done once and they left numerous things unchanged and rubbish around. Also, on the last night of two there was loud music from the rom above that went on til am (and recepton did nothing about even after asking). My sage advice - I would only stay at this hotel if you had little other option, had a great deal offered to you and were planning to spend all your time outside the hotel.

Recent staycation late August to celebrate wife’s birthday. Great and memorable 2-nights stay. Invited by warm and friendly hotel staff. Junior suite room at level 2 is spacious, and compartmentize to lounge room, bed room, wardrobe corridor, toilet. Welcome amenities of snacks. Mini fridge, ironing board, iron, TVs, bath tub, rain shower area. Big sink with 2 independent taps. Free flow still or sparkling bottled water. Request for more water bottles for daytime activities. Wellness and spa (packaged comes with spa, and can top up for extra spa service). Attended a Complimentary tea blending workshop organised by Oasia. Gym is spacious, with many common gym equipments. Swimming pool is great and feels private from outside. There is Mid-day room-service to ‘replenish’ any consumable needed. Breakfast at Bedrock Origins was delicious and recharging. Also, Loan two foldable Mobot bicycle from Oasia to explore Sentosa (big deposit via credit card. Comes with bike helmet. It is fine when bike are return in original condition). Friendly staff to teach how to fold and unfold the bike. Check out process was smooth and without delay. Base on accommodation package, we had a limousine transport back home. Overall great service.

I had my wedding at Oasia Resort Sentosa and extended my stay with my family and relatives with the Oasia Wellness package! They made the stay splendid and a good getaway as suite guests could join many of their wellness workshops which were all done very professionally and friendly. The rooms I must say is considered spacious, even for their premiere rooms I find. The service staff were friendly and very helpful that always come towards me when I was going to check in or check out. I like that the hotel tries to reduce wastage but at the same time takes into consideration to ensure each experience still remains luxurious. Breakfast was ala carte but the portion was filling enough for me. It was such a memorable experience that my family and I wont mind coming back for more again! Kudos for team Oasia.

The service from ground staff and cleaners were great. Location is beside the express (across the road) But it was unsheltered. Breakfast was great and kept us going even without lunch. The bath tub was huge and we enjoy our stay with Oasia Resort Sentosa.

Cozy ambience, staff services are good too. They are polite and provided us the necessary info we need. Staff who tend to our rooms are real nice too, decorate with teddy towel and flowers. Thanks to Harish, Lili, Anna. The Chinese lady (mainly handling the outdoor area tidying up the silverware) at bedrock Cafe is real nice and attentive. Didn't manage to catch her name.

Spent the whole first day sweating in the room. It did not get cold no matter the settings. Even after leaving it to cool down. Called reception to fix it. Technician didnt come. Called 2nd time. Technician came. Turned out the internal filter was caked in dust! Once he took out the filter cold air started blasting out. It was disgusting and clearly they dont do much maintenance on the room. After that. The aircon was cold for a while and then stopped working for a while. Called reception again to send Technician who didnt come. After an hour or two the aircon restarted itself and was fine after. So not great since its so bloody hot in singapore. Also weird sewerage smell outside the rooms. Could be from all the surround construction but hard to say. Also asked about spa/jaccuzi and the receptionist told me theres a jaccuzi in the room. The hot tub in the room is not a jaccuzi. Breakfast was not good also. Only one choice from the menu. Ordered nasi lemak with chicken satay. One of the two chicken satay was undercooked and raw inside. Again no quality control. Restaurant staff customer service was decent and offered to replace the chicken but if you got salmonella food poisoning from the raw chicken no amount of replacement will unposion you or compensate for the days of vomitting, nausea and diarrhea. In summary, a very uncomfortable, stressful, disappointing stay for a supposedly relaxed weekend. Poor quality control observed throughout. Would not want to stay even if it was free.

This hotel was incredible. We weren’t staying there and yet the staff were extremely helpful with getting us a taxi. Inside was clean, well appointed, and soothing. Next time I come to Singapore I’m staying here - no question.

Great location and convenient traveling on monorail to harbor front and Sentosa beaches. Friendly staff and concierge service will leave you and your family with a peace of mind. Enjoy the stay! Definitely recommend this place!

Location is perfect. 1 minute from metro to go beach. Less than 5 minutes to go restaurants, aquarium, Universal, etc. Service was very nice, they helped me to have special attention, and handwriting card. Room was huge and clean, with tea, coffee, coconut juice and water in glass. Breakfast is by menu and it's big quantify. One negative is that there is no disabled access at the entrance, it would be nice to add a ram for wheelchairs

This hotel’s service is outstanding. Everyone I met was very helpful and smiley. We stayed a night to celebrate a birthday, and had balloons waiting in our room, plus a surprise complimentary delivery of a dessert. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant is pricey but excellent, and the spa as well.

The hotel is generally good. I usually stay in this hotel for the past 4 years, and I’ve seen how service changed. I must say it was a lot better 4 years ago than today. One really great reason why it’s worth staying here is the balcony. Another is definitely the Bonvoy loyalty program. Staff are very nice, restaurant/food is also good. 3 Things I would change; (follow me, I state 3 points about businesses I visit). - reception staff can greet in a better way - add valet parking - improve the quality/speed of elevators

Very nice resort and rooms are quite spacious and nice. Kids friendly. Food is a bit pricey but good atmosphere. Closeby to the Universal Studio- walking distance. Recommend for the people looking for a relaxing get away from the everyday hustle and bustle.

😠 When I asked for an early check-in/late checkout, I was told that it is subject to availability and that I should check with the hotel again on the day of arrival. So I was at vivo, trying to get directions from reception. I called ten times and received no response. I had to stay another 30 minutes...
