One
of
the
worst
hotels
I've
stayed
in
and
arguably
the
worst
in
its
class
in
Singapore.
I
requested
for
king
and
twin
beds
in
my
two
rooms
one
month
before
my
arrival
and
confirmed
the
same
4
days
ahead
of
my
check
in
date.
However,
they
gave
us
queen
rooms
at
check-in
and
claimed
that
they
are
fully
booked
and
could
not
meet
our
request.
Throughout
the
stay,
everything
from
the
breakfast
to
housekeeping
and
front
office
staff
was
disappointing.
The
bathroom
shower
did
not
work
and
the
taps
kept
leaking.
We
complained
thrice
and
the
plumber
just
came
to
check
twice
and
left
saying
that
he
would
fix
it
soon.
Throughout
our
six
days
stay
it
was
not
fixed.
The
front
office
staff
was
not
helpful
at
all
and
even
though
we
had
an
emergency
they
told
us
there
was
no
way
they
could
help
us.
They
refused
to
allow
us
to
checkout
at
2PM
and
told
us
we
had
to
leave
at
11AM
as
the
hotel
was
fully
booked.
However,
people
kept
checking
out
late
after
us
without
any
problems.
This
is
by
far
the
worst
hotel
in
Singapore
and
they
really
need
a
overhaul.
