Location:
Perfect!
Walking
Distance
from
Green
Line
MRT
Station.
Near
park,
food
center,
groceries.
Reception:
Got
no
issue
except
we
extended
our
stay
for
another
night
using
a
different
booking.
We
informed
the
front
desk
about
it,
but
the
key
card
they
provided
is
programmed
to
be
valid
only
until
the
original
booking
without
them
informing
us.
On
the
day
of
our
extended
day,
we
can
no
longer
use
the
card.
My
husband
raised
the
concern
and
suggested
that
the
guest
should
be
informed
ahead,
but
the
front
desk
just
said
that
whomever
assisted
him
during
the
checkin
process
should
inform
him.
My
husband
told
him
it
was
her,
but
she
didn't
say
anything
about
the
card.
She
defensively
said
NO,
it
was
not
her
if
that
person
hadn't
informed
him.
Why
defensive
instead
of
apologizing
to
the
guest
that
experienced
the
hassle.
The
Room:
My
review
will
be
on
the
King
room
we
booked
because
the
first
few
nights
of
my
husband
stay,
he
was
in
a
twin
room.
The
room
is
spacious.
Love
the
mirror
on
the
wall
for
OOTD.
I
don't
appreciate
the
light
control
all
placed
in
the
bedside.
If
you
get
up
and
forget
the
turn
on
the
light,
there
is
no
option
for
you
inside
the
bathroom
to
turn
the
lights
on.
The
bathroom
is
nice
but
they
don't
have
a
bidet.
I'm
not
sure
if
this
is
the
norm.
Don't
remember
this
from
other
hotels
we
stayed
in
SG.
The
shower
area
is
spacious
too,
but
we
got
an
issue
with
the
heating
system.
It
takes
time
to
turn
off
the
heat.
And
it
is
only
one
heat
level
no
matter
how
you
turn
the
knob.
It's
just
too
hot
or
too
cold,
no
in
between.
They
have
blowers,
but
you
need
to
look
for
it
inside
the
cabinet.
They
provided
enough
toiletries.
Their
towels
are
of
good
quality.
We've
used
the
bathtub,
and
it
was
perfect.
The
bed
is
comfy,
and
we
love
the
additional
couch
provided.
There
is
a
working
area
with
an
office
chair.
Perfect
for
business
travel
as
my
husband
was
able
to
work
comfortably
here.
Like
their
huge
window
with
a
seating
area
where
you
can
also
put
in
your
luggage.
The
air
conditioning
in
our
room
is
not
good.
I
woke
up
because
i
was
sweating
even
if
it
was
set
up
at
20
degrees.
I
tried
to
lower
the
temperature,
but
I'm
not
sure
why
the
button
was
not
working.
My
husband
told
me
i
just
need
to
press
harder
and
multiple
times
to
have
it
work.
Breakfast:
Sad,
I
don't
enjoy
their
breakfast.
I'm
always
looking
forward
to
buffet
breakfast
of
hotels
and
since
this
is
the
most
expensive
hotel
we
stayed
I
have
high
expectation.
Nothing
special,
according
to
my
husband,
nothing
much
change
on
their
menu
on
his
week
stay.
I
even
told
him
they
might
upgrade
it
on
weekends
since
it
the
busiest
days
for
hotels,
but
they
did
not.
It
was
almost
the
same
menu.
We
only
enjoy
the
chicken
sausage,
bacon,
coffee,
and
bread.
I
experienced
their
fried
rice,
and
Uncle
Roger
will
not
be
happy
with
it.
Their
hashbrown
is
quite
hard.
Better
hashbrown
in
McDonald's.
I
can
still
remember
my
favorite
breakfast
buffet
experience
in
Malaysia
even
if
the
rate
on
that
hotel
is
less
than
half
the
price
of
Carlton.
