Labeled a Marriott, but i keep forgetting not really a Marriott property w Ambassador benefits. Though still got nights & spend.... update-time heals all wounds... this hotel has lousy showers and lighting on rooms. Best to take both in another hotel

Fantastic Hotel! We stayed here for three nights on the way home to Aus from Europe. It is a brilliant hotel, great vibe and a nice break from the standard cookie cutter hotel feel. Also a Marriott Bonvoy member. Bonus points for breakfast it was amazing, we made tweaks to the menu and it was just so easy and the coffee was fantastic. The pool also was a treat overlooking the river and the music gave it a great vibe.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel A boutique hotel rarely has a lobby as large as this hotel's. It has a classy and cool vibe. The bar has nice seats generously spaced out to give you that super relaxed feeling. Top notch service and creative cocktails. The hotel also boasts a nice Peranakan restaurant. It is a nice place to hang out and have drinks with friends.

I LOVE IT!!! Had an amazzzzing stay here! Stayed in the Warehouse Loft with the skylight! Super nice aesthetics throughout the hotel and the rooms and pool! They even have 2 vintage looking bikes for you to cycle around the neighbourhood. I felt like I was in Europe cycling around with nice view and chill cafes by the water. Customer service was superb too super friendly staff! Would totally come back again and highly recommend to anyone to book a stay too. We had complimentary welcome drinks that we could order from the bar as well which was a plus! Very stylish, very chic! You wouldn't regret!

BE AWARE! BUSINESS ETHICS OF THIS HOTEL ARE A ZERO! THEY TAKE A $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR EACH NIGHT'S STAY AND THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR MONEY. WE PAID A $800 SECURITY DEPOSIT AND WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED OUR MONEY, WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS! WE JUST KEEP HEARING EXCUSES AND LIES, STORY CHANGES EVERY TIME I SPEAK TO THEM. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We received a very warm welcome from Amin and Ash upon our arrival at The Warehouse. They helped us with check in and gave us useful information about the area as well as ways to get around and where to get money exchanged. The hotel is modern and has a hip vibe. The shower was amazing and the bed was firm, just the way we like them. Complimentary water, tea and coffee was available and slippers were provided. Umbrellas were also available for guest use which came in very handy a few times during our stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Service here is impeccable, I was waiting for several of my colleagues who were staying here. Simian (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) offered me a coffee which was greatly appreciated. I have not had this kind of service even at the Hilton or Hyatt and it really made my day. Speaks volumes of the quality of the hotel. Thanks Simian!

amazing hotel! very lovely and cosy! highly recommended! the front office staff (believe her name is Madeline) is very polite and reminded us of a complementary ice cream as we were celebrating a birthday. the room was spacious and the amenities used were local boutique brands which also shows their support to local businesses!

Stylish little spot in Singapore. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious with tall ceilings and comfortable. The shower is fantastic. All the staff is very attentive and welcoming. They give you a welcome drink after Checking in. The breakfast is the best part. One of the top 3 hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The pastries are soft and buttery, the coffee is very good, the pancakes are delicious and the rice rolls are just to die for. There are a lot of coffee shops around the area and it is an easy walk to different parts of Singapore.

Bad experience, won’t be coming back. In-experienced and unfriendly staff. Previous guest left something in the room before check out and suddenly burst into the room followed by a staff. No warning or call provided, luckily my wife just finished changing clothes after showering. If you come inside already what’s the point of asking if it’s okay to check our room? Gave feedback to reception but received patronising attitude instead. Kudos to the bartender for entertaining us, although I felt awkward for him as he’s the only one smiling with a cheery demeanour. The rest of the staff are stone cold. 5 stars for location tho.

Extremely poor service and unfriendly staff. Tried making reservations for the lobby bar the night before but couldn’t find online reservations anywhere on their website. So I did the next best thing and called the number provided and was told that no reservations were needed and to walk in. The next evening I walked in at 9pm and found the bar half vacant. Asked for a table for 2 and was curtly told that the empty seats were reserved for guests and patrons who made reservations. The staff made no attempt at all to find a seat for us and defended his actions by saying they don’t entertain phone calls. I was hoping we could get bar seats or even wait a while for a table but I wasn’t offered anything except the way to the exit. I sincerely doubt that half the seats would be filled after 9pm on a Wednesday evening. A huge disappointment because the ambience honestly seemed nice and I was looking forward to experiencing the warehouse hotel. Seeing as to how poor their service staff is I would recommend anyone to give this place a skip and would never consider them for anything again. Wasted my entire evening by coming down here only to be told to leave when clearly there were vacancies.

Great looking hotel, very tasteful and elegantly designed. Took a food blogger friend here who was in from NYC to show her something different and to sample the cocktails. The place was empty which was a surprise. As no one was there to greet us so we sat down near the bar and made ourselves comfortable and looked at the interesting cocktail menu. Eventually a lady came over, assume the manager, and we ordered our drinks. She didn't actually take the order but pointed out that out of an entire floor of empty seats, we happened to sit on the two seats that were only for hotel guests. She sounded irritated with us as if we should have known and actually embarrassing as I had talked up the place to my friend. This was service on par with a fast food joint. She stood over us until we got up and we walked straight out leaving a completely empty bar behind us. Such an odd way to do business. You can make a place look nice but if you treat people like that, word will get around and who needs that on whats meant to be a pleasant relaxing evening sampling cocktails.

A wonderful stay! The hotel is very sleek and modern. Our warehouse loft was not exactly spacious, but decent size and very functional. All the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful, and they were even able to accommodate getting into our room earlier than anticipated. Enjoyed the quieter neighborhood as well! Still close proximity to all of the tourist areas. Would definitely stay again!

Not surprised with the numerous reviews here on sub par service. We went in on a Friday night at about 11:30PM, none of the 4 staff greeted or welcomed us in. Aside from checking their opening hours prior to coming, we assumed they were still open as there was another table of people. So we proceeded to sit ourselves down and browsed the menu from the QR code already on the table. At this point, the other table had got up to leave and we were now the only ones left. Some time after, the senior bartender (assuming that was his position) came over with what seemed like a passive aggressive statement on why we had arrived at this timing. In summary, he was pointing out the fact that they were about to close up but unfortunately are unable to now that we have come (closing time is stated to be at 1AM) We were obviously made to feel not welcomed from the start, up till when we were served our drinks and rushed to pay immediately as they wanted to close up.

What a lovely hotel! It’s modern and industrial, located in a great part of town. The staff and service was phenomenal and we had a great time chatting with Simeon and Joe throughout our stay, and appreciate their recommendations on things to see and do. We were lucky enough to check in early—a godsend after an 18.5 hour flight! Be sure to get breakfast at Pó at least once. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a great start to our honeymoon!

Absolute stunner or a hotel, if you are into industrial chic. I have ways wanted to stay at this hotel and it was sold out during my visit so while next door we came for drinks in the lobby. Service was kind of slow and you should expect to pay $26 per drink ++, but it's gorgeous here. Try the BB King drink which has banana whiskey and smoked maple

Came here for drinks at the bar. Beautiful location with comfortable amenities. Loved the interior design. Drinks a bit pricey but of high quality.

A stylish hotel with modern decor. I was at the lobby lounge for some coffee and snacks over the long weekend. Very nice place to chill out as it was not crowded at all. However, service was non existence at the lobby lounge. Nobody came over to refill the drinks for the next 90mins. I dragged myself to the counter to pay up since your staff were nowhere to be seen. I asked for the bill and your female staff ignored me!! She then eyeballed at a junior female staff to serve me. Goodness… you have a toxic working environment. Perhaps they did not enjoy the public holiday shift. Parking is complimentary with limited lots.

Relatively easy place to locate and get to. What sets this hotel apart is their cosy atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. A big thank you to Puja for patiently answering all my email queries, and to Gladys for her friendly attitude and willingness to help out with my proposal. It was a great success and definitely a core memory that will be treasured!

Nicely designed, good vibes. Next to the river, walk towards the bay and pass lots of interesting sites and nice view. All the staff are friendly, special thanks to Xosha made our experience even better. Awesome stay at this hotel. We look forward to staying here next time!

Great boutique hotel. Industrial style decor. Rooms are of modest size. Terrific and accommodating service. Unlike most of the hi-rise hotels in Singapore. Many breakfast/lunch and coffee places within a few minutes walk.

Enjoyable staycation at the Warehouse Hotel. We had a comfortable loft room at the second floor. The main upside for this hotel is its location - really a stones throw away from Robertson Quay and many good cafes and restaurants. We had a great time exploring the surrounding area and eating a the cafes. The service staff were also very attentive. Wonderful stay overall

Great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere to chill. Rooms were minimal but well organized and serviced. It's a smaller hotel to service is more as needed but they went out of their way to help with anything needed. As others mentioned, breakfast food quality is excellent as are the drinks. Would stay again.

This is a very unique hotel with unique features which is not a very common thing in Singapore. Though the pool is not much to shout about but the interiors of the hotel is awesome. Don’t take my word for it. Experience it yourself😃

I am a repeat customer of The Warehouse Hotel. It provides a great location with all the amenities required. The customer service is above expectations. Fantastic lobby bar with excellent drink options. When staying here the people make it feel like your home away from home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Warehouse Hotel's lounge with my Japanese guests. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing evening. Kudos to their GM, Simeon Tse, for handling a minor disturbance swiftly and ensuring that our experience remained top-notch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful lobby, delicious cocktails. Stayed for a night after an event at The Den, and really liked that they would give you a welcome drink after checking in. This is such a nice touch. We got the loft room which had a high ceiling and that made the room so expansive with the additional height. Really like that you can open and close the skylight shutters as well. For music lovers, there was a portable speaker provided in the room as well so that was great. Service staff, especially this tall Indian gentleman, I think the manager, provided attentive, patient and professional service throughout the stay from welcoming the guests at the lobby, overseeing the event at The Den and even providing breakfast service the next day. Seeing a familiar face throughout the stay added that touch of home away from home experience. Compliments also to the young Chinese lady at the front desk who checked us in on 2 April who was sweet and cheerful. Would have given 5 stars if not for the smallish pool (but it overlooks the river so the view makes up for the size I guess) and the layer of dust on the tv console and lamp in the room.

Spacious loft room with high quality furnishing and toiletries. Good soundproofing. The welcome drink and pineapple tarts are lovely. The deco seems to bring you for a holiday outside of Singapore. Nice boutique hotel!

Loved the fact that the hotel is situated in a small quiet corner amidst the busy streets. While I would have hoped to have gotten the river view, the stay was still nothing short but amazing. Staffs are really friendly and patient. Kudos.

My stay was in mid Aug 2021 and I booked the suite for my hen’s night. The service was outstanding with personal touches throughout our stay from fantastic staff. Special thank you to Andy and Sabrina for their great service. We were given welcome cocktails at the start of our stay and we had the pool to ourselves too. Breakfast was amazing as well with many options to choose from. The suite was big and I especially love how comfortable the bed was. Would highly recommend everyone to stay there!

Clean, nice ambience and love the pool! Booked via Klook and Comes with breakfast buffet, two drinks from the bar and food credit. Food is amazing and we love the pool! Size of the pool is pretty small but good for chilling. Do remember to make reservation for using the pool. Lastly, the hotel staff is welcoming and friendly! Especially Shariff and the interns!

If you’re looking for a getaway in the heart of the city, the warehouse hotel is the perfect place. Friendly staff, amazing service and clean rooms. Booked the River View Room (comes with a tub but call ahead to check!) and requested for an early check-in (12pm) and a late check-out (130pm). Breakfast buffet was AMAZING. I think after all the cost of the complimentary treats, amenities and breakfast buffet, the price for a night’s stay is really affordable! I can’t wait to keep exploring different boutique hotels in Singapore but warehouse hotel has my heart for sure. ⭐️

The Warehouse Hotel has so much character, definitely not your generic cookie cutter hotel. Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Friendly team, though it felt like a number were pretty new to their jobs but their attitudes and enthusiasm more than make up for it. Enjoyed the bar and special mention to Assistant Manager, Syarif for the great drinks and easy chats with this solo guest :)

  • 3/5 Edward C. 2 years ago on Google
Great for a nighttime visit to their cocktail bar at the lobby. Nice quiet place to spend Friday and weekend evenings with friends. It's an interesting hotel to spend a night or two. But definitely select the larger rooms with better views facing the river (the warehouse loft faces the noisy road; sanctuary room is windowless for example). Hotel needs to work on room soundproofing and housekeeping, can't just sell your hotel based solely on the "heritage" status. Decent experience for a staycation.

Took a 3D2N stay at the Warehouse Hotel to celebrate our 1st year anniversary. Nice and cosy boutique hotel nestled in a quiet location. Loft room was tastefully styled. Food at Po’s was good. Service was good. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and we would recommend!

This place is stunning! 👌 Prior to staying here, we used to pass by this place and when you take a peek inside, it will have this low light atmosphere - dark almost - that would remind you of speakeasies. That really got us curious and just had to book. The interior and theme is well thought out (inspired by underground activities of 1890s). It is whimsical and you have to have the right amount of humour to appreciate its naughty side. Our room is overlooking the river which is just a refreshing sight. The staff is so attentive and lovely. The bar has nice bar bites and fun cocktails and their restaurant also serves lovely food. And if you feel like going out, it's not too crowded in the neighborhood, just the right amount of people chilling around. Would love to go back!

Far and away, one of the best hotel experiences that I have had. Right off the bat, Puja took excellent care of us accommodating our reservations virtually and in different time zones. The Hotelier, Simeon, was very personable, warm, and knowledgeable of the area. We had a long stay (21 nights) and throughout this time, Simeon and staff made sure it felt like home. We spent time with Simeon in the beautiful lobby of the Warehouse Hotel, where one might be inclined to stay even if they weren't a guest, with beautiful cocktails made by Daniel and co. I preferred the aptly names BB King, even though no one seemed to get my references based on his guitar's name, Lucille. Ivan ran the restaurant like a pro, even remembering me and my two colleagues preferred breakfast and coffee choices. Arief was always quick with great conversation. Grace perhaps made our trip, giving the best recommendations of things to do. Overall, I would highly recommend. The staff was courteous, kind, understanding, and everything else you would ever want.

I seldom leave google reviews but when I do, it means that it had left a great impact on me. From the concierge, to Po restaurant, cocktail bar and the room services, everything in the hotel were so well integrated. I love how the staffs were all so connected with one another. Went to celebrate my anniversary and partner’s birthday and wow, I’m amazed. Hospitality? The best hospitality we’ve received in quite some time. They also accommodated to our requests. Much said, one of the best hotel to have your staycation. Would give them 6 stars if I can, they deserve it. Additionally, shout out to Deborah (stationed at concierge) for making our stay more enjoyable. It was nice to have been served by you :) !

Super love this hotel vibes! Photos say it all. Thank you for the great service and hospitality! Did not use the pool though, as it was small and a little out of the way, accessible through level 2 and up a flight of stairs. But I was happy just chilling in the room, looking out the river view...

Stayed in the suite for a week and absolutely LOVED the entire experience. From the ambience to the toiletries to the food to the amazing service, The Warehouse Hotel has truly done a wonderful job. I don’t usually post Google reviews, but this place was too great to not do so! 10/10 recommend!

We came to the Lobby Bar for drinks and it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The seatings were generous and the service was prompt. The hotel associates were polite and interested. Overall, the drinks were quite good and worth it, especially the whisky-based drinks.

Had a truly amazing staycation experience at The Warehouse Hotel. Our warehouse loft came with immensely high ceilings, incredibly cosy lighting and a skylight, everything was in working order, with an incredibly comfortable bed and inviting furnishings. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, incorporating the history of the building into its contemporary design language - our room had the original exposed structural beams of the warehouse. A standout feature was the Lobby Bar. We were entitled to two free cocktails, and their craft creations are truly special. The service was polite, personable and efficient. We had a wonderful stay, and are looking forward to the next time. This time, the things that could be improved were the small details - our bathroom mirror came with smudge marks and fingerprints, as did the bathroom tap -- something not found in most hotels. The space below the minibar was littered with small coffee grounds, and the water in the toilet when flushed, gave off an unpleasant odour. Yet another small inconvenience was that the bathroom door cannot be opened unless the mat was removed, otherwise the door would catch on the mat. These are small issues that did not spoil our stay, but were nonetheless noticeable, and would be an easy fix if addressed. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this place. Very stylish, contemporary, and the service is simply outstanding. The concept of the hotel is very special with great history and a story to tell. Simeon, the hotel manager, is world class at his job, has amazing etiquette and is a delight to talk to. He loves his staff and that shows through the service that reflects on us. Cocktails are of a different level that we've never had in our lives, simply delicious. Rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and very chic. Thank you for such an amazing stay at The Warehouse Hotel.

Had an excellent stay here for 10 nights. Being a product designer, this hotel ticks all my boxes of heritage, crazy backstories, beautiful industrial design, tasteful decor, amazing bar and to top off - brilliant service. The hotelier, Simeon, is a wonderful host. He is chatty, entertaining and great taste for all things finer in life. Me and wife enjoyed all the interactions with Simeon and his team. The rooms are artistically designed and we loved the attention to small details that you generally get in a 5 or 7 star hotels. I’m quite happy with our stay and would definitely recommend The Warehouse Hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful property away from the noise of commercial hotels.

Nice boutique hotel in a great Singapore location. Comfortable bed. Usually pretty quiet despite being next to the river. Did not have a Marriott feel. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing intimate wedding at The Warehouse Hotel! I was immediately attracted to the interior of the hotel when I saw it from the pictures. I email and contacted the event manager Vivien and she almost immediately replied to my enquiries. From planning to executing the timeline on wedding day, everything went so well and was how I wanted! The hotel team were always very helpful as well. Food were amazing! Hotel stay was great and rooms were so chic. Loveeee this and would recommend anyone who wants an intimate wedding to have it here!

An amazing hotel with great staff! First starting with the building itself -while preserving its prewar character on the outside, its internal decor is tastefully done. Second, is their well trained staff. From the moment you stepped in, they attend to your every need. A good cold drink to check in, it was smooth and fuss free. Thirdly breakfast, probably the highlight of the stay. The menu stands out from your usual bacon scrambled eggs. Local menu done up beautifully. I can imagine for any foreign guest, it will be a great introduction to local flavours. The team at Po also continue to live up to the name with their great service, probably one of the best in Singapore and abroad. For those who are looking for a staycay, do consider The Warehouse hotel for a different kind of experience. This place is great for couples and young families!
