This hotel is very well located. That's basically the only thing justifying the premium. We paid 300 euros for a deluxe room with view of the marina. The hotel grounds are very impressive and well taken care of. But the room itself is very basic. Bed is decent at best. Breakfast is above average but nothing extravagant. We enjoyed our stay but can't say I'd choose this hotel again on our next visit. If you do stay here I'd recommend a room with a view of the bay like we had. Pool area is very nice.

Overall We had a great experience here. Lots of pros - a couple cons. Pros: + Rooms are clean and spacious. + Good amenities and comfortable beds. + Staffs are professional and helpful. + Room service food was good. + Love having drinking water fountain in the room +The building seems older - but looks well maintained and renovated. + Location is great. It locates next to a shopping mall and very close to the Esplanade Theater. Very convenient. Cons: - They have live birds individually trapped in small cages as decoration during the day. I think it's kinda borderline animal cruelty. The cages are clean. Looks maintained but they are soooo small!!! If it's to provide sound ambient - I would just prefer sound from speaker than seeing birds being caged like that. - Toilet is squeezed into a corner behind the bathroom door. When you sit on the toilet and someone open the door, the door will hit your knee. If they just remove the outdated bidet (which take up a lot of space) - and switch to a bidet sprayer... that area would be much more spacious.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel staff are courteous and helpful! The rooms are comfortable and relaxing! However, breakfast at this hotel is rather bad as the same menu is repeated everyday with very less options for Vegans and Vegetarians.

Attended a wedding dinner here. It was well arranged. The foods were great. The portions were served just nice, didn't feel too full after eating. The sound system was clear, can be heard the whole ballroom and projectors were also high definition, the picture was crystal clear. Ballroom is just at level one corner entrance, didn't see any sign where though. Went to find washroom then notice it.

Did a 2 day staycation with family and was very impressed with the architectural design of the place. Room was clean, great view and fast service. Breakfast buffet was also worth it, as there was many options and delicious food to pick from. Only thing to note was that maybe the AC wasn’t cleaned, because when we had it on the dust in the AC would trigger my allergies.

Prime location overlooking Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay! The generous atrium soaked in natural light creates a soothing oasis to return to after a long day of exploring. Staffs are professional and helpful. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness, perfect for recharging. You can watch the dazzling nightly light shows across the water from the balcony. It was mesmerizing to watch and it's definitely a highlight. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay in a well-situated property with beautiful views and kind service.

Amazing hotel in a great location. 15 mins to Bay Area on foot. Breakfast is one of the bests, having Japanese, Chinese and western varieties. There is a gym you can easily use and room is super comfortable. All bathroom stuff and every other needs are provided like iron, dryer, coffee machine in the room. The design of the hotel is gorgeous, which is a garden-in-hotel.

Although it was a very bumpy check in, I ended up leaving very happy with my stay at this hotel. A big thank-you to manager Doris for going far and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank-you for all the little things you did. I truly appreciate it. Overall, I found everyone working at this hotel to be quite helpful and nice. This is a stunning architecturally designed hotel well suited for nature lovers. I loved the indoor garden concept and hearing the birds chirping. This hotel is a true representation of what Singapore has on offer.

Great location and beautiful view. The room is good. Wish this 5 star hotel has 5 star service. No stuff who work at the hotel lobby even helps us or other guests to carry the luggage, not say hello or goodbye?People have to drag the luggage by ourselves, I have never ever seen that, very surprised!

Our anniversary trip to this hotel last year was absolutely wonderful. The staff surprised us with macarons and a happy anniversary wish, adding a special touch to our stay. The room and hotel facilities were amazing, and the location was great. It was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

Service: Front desk staff, housekeepers, valet were all very friendly and helpful. Accommodation: Room was neat and tidy, but the day bed was pretty dirty, sat on it for 5 minute and start to feel itch. The rest (bed, bathtub, etc) was pretty neat and clean and electrical appliance worked well. I take no stance on the balcony condition as it is slight dirtied with leaves but it is pretty small, doubt it was meant for people to stay for long. Amenities: Gym, Pool, Spin Room - Gym and Pool can be booked for an hour using the app (the front desk staff will guide you through) but the Spin Room is only opened Thursdays - Saturdays (if I'm not wrong). Hence if you would like to book a session there please note on the days to stay in the hotel. However, the pool's water was not circulating during my session and the water was pretty much stagnant, with no inflow and outflow. Furthermore, the water itself was cloudy and at some parts of the pool, yellowish (unsure if it is the flooring or water). Nonetheless, it wasn't a pleasant experience in the pool. Location: Pretty near any place you'd need to access really. A quick google search and you can find eateries, shopping malls within a stone's throw. Overall: 4/5 (Due to the disgusting swimming pool), otherwise everything seems fine as compared to an average 5-star hotel.

Loved everything at the hotel. It has just the best view, I loved it! Couldn't get enough of it! The hotel ist quite modern and stylish and has a garden inside, that makes it quite special. The pool was also really nice, it was really cool to go for a swim at evening with all the city lights around us.

No words could describe the professionalism of the staff in the hotel. I booked a room for my engagement and I got a free upgrade which was amazing. Props to the staff (sorry I couldn't remember her name.) for being so attentive and zealous during my check-in process. I booked the Urban Suite and got upgraded to the Lifestyle Suite. The room was amazing and it has all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was included in my booking and it was a made-to-order buffet at the lounge, which was pretty decent.

It's a great place. I had the bay view room that was wonderful to spend time in. The rooms are spacious n clean. A great swimming pool with an amazing skyline. I've spent many evenings. The biggest plus was halal food availability. Definitely I'm returning back to stay on my next trip to Singapore

We were very impressed with the help from Fiona Lee, she helped us with our wedding planning and room accommodation. It's not easy to find someone that will provide regular updates and responds after working hours. The ballroom was great, had starry ceilings and the hotel suite was clean and lovely, has a great city view. Most importantly the service was professional and excellent too. Thank you very much, would highly recommend others to come visit as well.

This is a great place. Excellent hotel, just beautiful. All very good. 1 star missed from service as bar closed early, whilst we were relaxing and having drink, for some sort of delegate conference. Corporate money before individual paying guests.

Went for a staycation in September 2021 and the check in was fuss free and the hotel was nicely furnished. We got a room with great view and everything was superb and we had a great time there. Hotel was also nearby shopping malls and accessible to food which was a perk.

The location of the hotel is the only good thing. The rooms are not clean A LOT of dust, probably the dustiest hotel I've ever been in, there was mold in the bathroom, despite my Titanium GHA status, there was no welcome, let alone an offer to upgrade the room, or a word about it. At night, the siren rang and woke everyone up, everyone went out and waited for 15 minutes, after which hotel bothered to say that everything was OK, and it was difficult to sleep after this. P.S. At the reception they told me that I booked a room not on your site, so I will answer you, I lived in many hotels, I have never been told such a shame, this is not a 5-star hotel, with such attitudes towards customers. I am still silent that I lived there on my birthday, to which there was 0 reaction, they didn’t even bring a cupcake.

A great hotel to explore Singapore. We booked 7 nights for our recent visit to Singapore at the Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay and we’re glad we did. It was the ideal hotel for us in many ways. The location of the property is ideal. it’s just a short walk to the Esplanade for great views, bike rentals and walks around Singapore; it’s a short walk to Metro stations (though we used Grab cars for our transport); and there is the Marina Square mall literally next door with a large number of food options (and retail stores). The hotel was very clean and well appointed and our view was spectacular! We booked a King room with Marina Bay view. The hotel lobby is grand and gorgeous and we were there end of November so the lobby was decorated for Christmas. We didn’t take the opportunity for a swim but did visit the pool which was lovely. It’s an outdoor pool with a kids' pool surrounded by the Singapore skyline. Another little but much appreciated feature was the filtered water dispenser in the bathroom! Should we visit Singapore again, we will definitely choose this hotel for our lodging.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. We had a great view on the city skyline. The rooms were air conditioned, mostly clean next to some stuff left by previous guest like a razor in the bathroom. Food was great. Would recommend staying here and coming back again if you'll visit Singapore.

Me and my wife decided to choose ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary, but we have encounter a late check-in of close to 6pm instead of the usual 3pm. We even gave the hotel some buffer time of arriving at 4pm and hoping the room will be ready and we could proceed with our own plans. However, to our surprise that the room wasn't ready. And the staff told us that it was due to the back to back booking by other customers and they are shorthanded, and will give us a call when the room is ready. Likely to be delayed for another 1 to 2 hours. We were given a complimentary drink at the lobby lounge, but coming close to 2 hours mark which is near 6pm, there is no phone calls or any information from the hotel. Hence, I grew bored and frustrated of waiting, I decided to walk up to the guests check-in counter and ask for the availability of my room. To my surprise, a room was assigned to us after some checks on the system but yet there isn't any call given to us despite us seated down waiting for the room at the hotel lobby. The only thing they did was to keep apologizing to us but yet our plans was totally ruined. I took the key cards from them and check-in to the designated room, but to my dismay there are stains on the bathtub and urine stains on the toilet seats. I highly suspects that the room isn't fully clean. I would not recommend the hotel for staycation to anyone who choose them for important events.

Great Experience with the park Royal collection, nice staff, nice hotel rooms, accommodation, food are great. It's just so comfy that they set the expectations very high for the Hotels. Indeed a goal standard. Kudos to the team and management.

This is the best hotel Staycation I’ve experienced so far in Singapore! Room I had very classy finishing, a nice balcony to see the Singapore skyline, spacious, together with separate taps for hot and cold water and a bathtub separate from a shower area in the room. The breakfast was a full-on buffet which was amazing. The hotel is also a short walking distance away from Suntec City and Marina Square. The gym is clean and fully equipped with a great variety of gym equipment. Overall, this hotel is definitely deserving of its 5-star status!

Great hotel with partial marina view, breakfast has a good choice and was eaten to hearts content each day. However, vegetarian meals for lunch/dinner was very limited. Location is good with internal access to the mall, leading to Marina Bay in several minutes.

Great hotel and strategic location. Staffs are friendly and attentive to your enquiries. Check in was done quick and no hassle. A very well designed hotel. Nice room interior design too. But don’t take adjoining room if you are here alone. Bad sound proof for adjoining room. You can practically can hear all the noises from the next room. Thus, the 3 stars for the room. Other facilities and services are good.

We held our wedding lunch here after our original plans at another venue fell through. Our wedding coordinator, Sharon, was super empathetic and understanding and did her utmost best to secure the booking for us even though it was a last min thing. From the time we signed with them, Sharon had been super on the ball and very accommodating of many last minute hiccups and issues along the way. We are very impressed with her dedication and thankful for her help throughout the wedding planning until the big day! Our banquet manager Howard was super attentive and helpful! At the start of the banquet, my bride was experiencing some gastric pain and he (along with the banquet crew) did their best to speed up the serving of the soup dish to help her feel better. Ee Ning, the banquet crew looking after the VIP tables was exceptionally attentive and advised the bride to avoid drinking tea as it may aggravate the gastric, and that the soup may help settle the stomach better. Thankfully after the soup and some gastric meds she felt so much better. Howard was also superb at time keeping and clear in all his instructions to make the march ins and wedding ceremonies (like cake cutting and champagne popping) as smooth and seamless as possible. There were a few times were the banquet did not adhere to the timings stated in the briefing, but after clarifying with me he was accommodating of our decisions to start the banquet early and understanding of our subsequent delays. Taz our AV support was very friendly and professional. The lighting, sport lights and timing of the fade out music were impeccable thanks to him and we couldn’t be happier with it. All in all it was a great wedding, made possible only by a dream team of staff who are determined to see it a success. My wife and I are very grateful to all of the staff and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to hold an unforgettable wedding.

WSC2023 competitors were housed here. So far so good. But have to park at Marina Square car park. 3 lots near the staircase leading to hotel forever reserved but you cannot park there unless your is car approved. Since I was the parent. I had to park further away and walk all the way. Tiring.

I have an unpleasant experience here. The bathroom lock is broken, it can’t be locked and the door can’t even be opened sometimes because the positioning of the lock is not properly done. The balcony door’s edge scratched my heel and caused a lot of bleeding. Location is in CBD but it’s extremely difficult to get a taxi or grab car maybe due to the road blocked by National Day Parade. I waited for an hour and no grab/Gojek/comfort del car is available. Terrible experience. When I complained to the hotel, they did send someone to check the status immediately and tried to fix the issue, however I think such issues shouldn’t have happened in the first place for a 5-star hotel.

One of the best 5 stars hotel I've stayed for the price paid in Singapore! Check-in was a breeze with the assistance of Mr Igor! The whole place is very nice (quite newly revamped)! Location is definitely a plus point with all the eateries, shoppings and supermarkets nearby! Hotel breakfast which was included is another plus point which we had and... I'll let the photos do the talking! 😋

Location of the hotel was great with many malls nearby. My wife and I hosted our wedding reception here and celebrated well with our love ones throughout the weekend! A very big shout out to Xina, the Assistant Sales Catering Manager for the frequent follow ups and help in planning for our big day! She is really very hardworking in making sure our wedding go smoothly to the best arrangements aligning with the COVID restrictions. Not to forget the wonderful F&B team, Chef Michael, Kelvin, Tong Yien, Sham who kept us well informed of the details and provided our family and friends the best experience on that day! My wife and I enjoyed our mini honeymoon so much which we extended another day of stay in the Urban room. Even though its not as grand as our Suite, the room is still big, clean and serve our needs of having a relaxing weekend getaway! Checking in and out was really fast and the FO staffs were really polite and professional in helping us. Thanks to Joshua, Zul and Asyura (can't really recall) who helped us with a smile during our stay! Strongly recommend this place for a getaway as both categories of rooms provide best views no matter what. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Wonderful hotel & attached to a mall, therefore if is rainning outside you can always stay inside and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Clean & comfy rooms with amazing room service. Only suggestion, a hanging plants inside the building at the balcony would make the place more lovely ❤️

Very value for money in one of this lesser known hotels, despite its great location. Great ambience with their garden courtyard idea. Staff polite, rooms clean, pool clean, and overall a great experience. And this was on the crowded National Day holiday. And the secret weapon? It has the best view of the Padang for NDP. 10/10 would come back.

My wife & I booked a room at the Park Royal Collection Hotel in Marina Bay to celebrate our Anniversary. This was our 1st trip to Singapore and we had read many positive reviews of the hotel. Our actual experience during our stay however fell well short of our expectation for a 5 star hotel at this price range, mostly because of the poor service in the main entrance from the bell hops & doormen. On the positive side, the hotel itself is beautiful inside, the rooms spacious with modern amenities and our Marina Bay view was pretty spectacular with a large balcony. The king size bed, pillows & linens were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was pretty spacious though the shower is very cramped for 2 people. Check in was relatively painless, however our negative experience started upon arrival at the hotel we arrived at 8:30pm to check in and none of the bell hops or doormen offered to help us unload our luggage from our Grab or bring them to check in counter on the 4th floor which was strange. After checking in on the 4th floor no one offered or asked if we needed our luggage brought to our room. Normally I really don't mind taking my own luggage upstairs myself but at a 5 star property you don't expect to have to. Not sure if the 8:30pm arrival time had anything to do with that but we still just never got any kind of smile or greeting from any of the staff when we were coming & going from the hotel both nights we stayed there. The doormen didn't say a word to us, they were more interested in texting on their phones or having conversations with each other which just struck me as very weird. I did notice some group arriving guests were treated much nicer downstairs in the day hours by the doormen so maybe this is only an issue with the night crew. Location wise it's about a 20 minute walk to the Marina Bay Sands hotel & shopping mall area but still felt very safe even during late hours past midnight to be walking there. Overall the property itself is very nice, location is good, rates are reasonable for a 5 star hotel by the marina area, but service definitely needs work. There are other great hotels in the area at that price point that may offer better service in my opinion. Fullerton was also very nice and service there is on another level. If you want to splurge and want a top notch experience & best location, just stay at the Marina Bay Sands.

Luxurious hotel with luxurious amenities. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here, had a balcony room with the view of marina bay 😍 Having pool, gym and spa facilities inside it. Main attraction is the location itself. Near to all market areas and main attractions.

The hotel is just super and if it fits your budget you should really go for this. Rooms are large and cozy with all other necessary amenities provided. The location is superb, with the Suntech Mall and Marina Bay mall just downstairs and walking distance from Singapore Bay hotel and the Singapore eye. Very satisfied with the stay. And yes, an exceptional breakfast as well.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. The room was well maintained and clean. The hotel interior was filled with real plants and decorated like a garden. The restaurants use vegetables grown from the hotel urban farm. We will be back to explore bigger rooms for our family.

The rooms are alright, the bathroom needs a renovation. The noise from the club on the ground floor can be experienced all the way on the 16th floor. The breakfast is very low in standard. Even though it is self service, the coffee machine was not emptied or refilled and you had to look for the staff to help. The eggs were not cooked well. And the staff don't go all out to make you feel welcome. I would say the service is basic and don't expect much. There isn't much seating available in the lobby on the 4th floor. You have to sit at the bar or the restaurant. But the lobby is spectacular to look at and the bird sounds are relaxing.

Perfect location for business as well as for vacation. Magnificent atrium stuffed with genuine green decoration, very lovely with superb quality. Room is spacious with good cityscape view. Breakfast place is not big enough. Get really crowded after 9 am so be prepared to que and wait for egg stand.

The hotel, it’s location, ambience, attentiveness of staff, size of room everything is really good but significant downside of room 916 where I am staying, there is no proper desk to work on, no couch or sofa to sit & if you pull the curtains the designated seating space is behind it so either you lose the space or keep the curtains open even at night & compromise privacy. Furthermore there is not a single drawer or shelf (except one which is a bit higher) in the cupboard to unpack your stuff & put except one has to hang clothes. Luckily I have 2 queen beds in the room so I am using the 2nd bed to keep my folded clothes, etc. The seat in bathroom doesn’t seem to be right one & shower is pathetic as it’s so small that one can just stand not even bend conveniently to wash legs under the rain shower.

Last week, when I visited this hotel, I had high expectations because this was nearly a 5 star hotel but when I got in and got checked in. Then, when I opened the door to my room… the toilets mirror still had stains, the toilet seat was old-looking and the food was mid, very small variety of different cuisines. Majority of the food was either basic or unhealthy. However, going to attractions was relatively simple and taxi calling was also fairly simple.

Came here for a meal with friends. The hotel is really beautiful! The nature built inside the hotel, along with the cool air con makes it feel a little like gardens by the Bay. The nice bird chirping sound also adds to the atmosphere

Love the location and the rooms. Staff is a bit rude though. Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars. The hotel is beautiful. We just did not feel welcome by the restaurant or bar employees at all. Door men outside were great though. For how nice this hotel is the staff could be upgraded. Especially on the restaurant and bar side.

Had our wedding here recently, and our wedding coordinator, Sharon, was extremely helpful in all possible ways. Gordon (banquet manager) and his team were also very helpful. Loved the suite, and the view. One bad thing was the smoke smell that lingers throughout the day. Sharon did assisted to have the air purifier placed in the room which helped a bit. In-room dining was good, food was tasty.

Nice ambience, everything seems new except for the bathroom. However , the lagging part is the catering - breakfast was just ok and One Connect half of the time nobody picked up the phone. In general, service and food quality needs improvement.

Really nice hotel and rooms. The interior is gorgeous. The few things that were an issue the hotel happily reached out to help get resolved. I had an excellent stay and appreciate everything the staff did.

Loved the ambiance at level 4. Hospitality was topnotch from the moment i arrived till my departure. Good variety at breakfast buffet. Sad didn't get to stay at marina facing room though, hopefully next time.

Stayed at Parkroyal Collection during the year-end peak period, and the view and furnishing in the rooms are superb but it was immediately obvious that staff was overwhelmed. We stayed in the urban suite and the room was extremely spacious, inclusive of a bedroom and a living room as well as two bathrooms. The room was beautifully furnished and the view of the city really blew us away. However, cleanliness was rather disappointing - we found black mould in the shower area and there were stains on the toilet and floor. I did get the impression that staff was extremely overwhelmed - one cleaner had to clean all the rooms on our floor, and there were probably close to 40 rooms on each floor. In the club lounge, the same server had to handle 7-8 tables at one go. Given the circumstances, I would visit this hotel again but during the quiet period and hopefully, the cleanliness could match the quality of the furnishing.

Love this buffet restaurant, cozy atmosphere, halal eatery. We were quite impressed with the quality of their sashimi, cooked seafood dishes etc... the staff were friendly though we kept asking to change clean plate cos we often found dirts on new serving cutlery. Hope this restaurant will improve their cleaning process as now covid still spreading around..

Just attended a wedding lunch there, 1) service was below average. Guest were in by 12:30pm with no drinks served till 12:50pm which happened only bcoz we managed to catch the waiters/ waitresses. 2) Some of the dishes were quite 重口味 (slightly too salty)，such as the fish, boneless chicken, etc. which i would recommend either to serve with rice or lessen the salt for wedding occasions. 3) didn't managed to eat the dessert as no dessert was served to my section, quite a number of tables never received the dessert even until most of the guests left the ballroom... Quite disappointing for a 5 star hotel...

Totally in love how lovely and calm the whole hotel theme is. Book two rooms and so happy we got a connected room . So nice of Wati lady at concierge give us early check in. Kids were so happy with the connected room. The pool yes! Is so lovely nice view to enjoy. Will definitely come back when is not really raining season. Overall i could say 10/10 Wonderful hotel .

Had a great stay in the collection room with collection club lounge access. Staff was really welcoming and service was top class. Although we didn't get to experience the cocktail at the collection club lounge however we get to eat our breakfasts there and service was excellent. Food was great as well.

Park Royal Collection Marina Bay was a really special place to stay. The atrium is a stunning splash of green with the most impressive indoor gardens I've seen in any hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet, with beautiful views of the city. Apparently the rooms facing the road can beat bit noisy on Friday and weekend evenings. If you get the chance, get breakfast included as the buffet is tasty, varied, easy and convenient. The location is great too, exploring all over Singapore we never paid more than $20 for a taxi (excluding the airport).

Had the opportunity for a staycation and it was wonderful. The view from the room is amazing. Peppermint restaurant had a nice selection. We had dinner and also breakfast there. It was nice there was a herb garden just behind the restaurant just relaxing to be in and see. Service is great 👍🏻

It's a great place. I had the bay view room that was wonderful to spend time in. The rooms are spacious n clean. A great swimming pool with an amazing skyline. I've spent many evenings. The biggest plus was halal food availability. Definitely I'm returning back to stay on my next trip to Singapore.

Overall great experience. A very different hotel that gives you the feeling you are in a garden. Here are the details: ROOM & AMENITIES: 8.5/10. Room clean and modern, with very good amenities. The reason we are not giving 10/10 is that the bathroom is in need of a small renovation to become excellent. BREAKFAST: 10/10. Wide variety of option, good and fresh ingredients, great service. The best pancakes we had so far in hotel breakfast. STAFF: 10/10. Friendly and welcoming, they did try to assist you. Some of them did not speak English that much, but made up for it with their smile and attitude. LOCATION: 9/10. We found it very continently situated.

Nice large room. Comfortable design with natural colours. TV was modern enough. Desk was a bit shallow for a make do office. Staff were very polite. Check in and out was pretty efficient. Location is no bad depends on your preference but usually a small walk needed.

Friendly welcoming staff who couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Lovely clean, comfortable accommodation. Beautiful decor - love the new look. Good breakfast choices. Great location to shops and Gardens by the Bay. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with an amazing view. The room we were in was slightly outdated and you can see some of the repairs that they had carried out. But other than that the staff were nice and the view was incredible. The whistling bird in the atrium is pretty spectacular also.

First time to visit this awesome hotel ! Amazing green interiors , world class cuisine and service levels of note! We had dinner at the fabulous Peach Blossoms . Rooms are well designed , super comfortable bed and well designed bathroom. Club lounge is wonderful to work in and the pool and gym is conveniently situated. Simple variety at the breakfast buffet and sustainable touches everywhere

I enjoyed my staycation at the Lifestyle Room. It was clean, spacious, and decked out with all the amenities. The hotel itself looked really gorgeous after the renovation too. I was thoroughly impressed with the complimentary breakfast at Peppermint. It was a great spread and had a lot of polite, attentive, and helpful staff. It was well-worth the price I paid. I would 10/10 stay again!

Official check in time as mention is at 3pm. Was told that room wasn’t ready and we will need to wait 1-2 hours instead. Worst part was that they cannot give you a call to notify you when the room is ready. So much for being a ‘5 star’ hotel. Do not be fooled by this status.

We staid here for 6 nights for the first part of our honeymoon. We loved the hugeness of the main atrium and how striking the hotel design was. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Our room had a great view of the bay and we loved the breakfast buffet - the food was really high quality. Easy to get around Singapore from the hotel too.

Excellent hotel, just beautiful. All very good. 1 star missed from service as bar closed early, whilst we were relaxing and having drink, for some sort of delegate conference. Corporate money before individual paying guests.

This is a fabulous hotel which we recommend in every way. Zul in reception took the time to recommend sights to visit. Took time to print out details about the light shows, which are great and free, google ‘light shows’. All the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay. The hotel design is all based on an indoor hotel garden. The design of the hotel is stunning inside and very individual. They have a beautiful outside pool area and bar. It is open early and we went to swim every morning, very quiet. I love a swimming pool so particularly enjoyed this. At night the pool is lit up with lots of twinkling lights.They also have a big gym area. They also have a couple of robots running around cleaning and helping in the bar.

What can I say but wow, super impressive right from turning up at the hotel until the day we left. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. For example I asked on the last day about the shopping at the airport and got we will get some information for you. Just before we checked out a gent arrived to our room with a 10 page printed document printed on the finest paper with beautiful colour pictures. With the hotels business managers card attached. I was amazed! Hotel staff were accommodating when we turned up with 10 mins on our last night to happy hour closing they gave us 4 drinks. Each and every person who works here should be proud of what they have created. Well done.

Great staycation! Well worth the price when its one for one but even if it isnt, the hotel is value for money. Great views and had in room dining, food was great. Staff are professional and well trained! Great location. Rooms has some upgrades but its not much from the previous high standards.

We stayed here for 2 nights,Friday and Saturday. Hotel is beautiful with a good range at breakfast. Great location for exploring the city and hotel staff very attentive and helpful. Although room was good we found it was very noisy with local club/nightlife which might be as it was the weekend (room facing front of hotel). Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. It was fine for a couple of nights

Came here for my PhD graduation dinner. A lovely venue for events with a big and aesthetically looking front area for mingling before the start of the event. Display was great, ambience was excellent and the service was okay

Fantastic hotel! When you enter, you see this unique architecture and design of the building from the ground up. What a marvel. Level 4 is where the check in goes, and a the same level there is a halal and fantastic restaurant called peppermint (previously this restaurant is called Aquamarine). Recommended hotel for staycation (for locals here like myself) as well as tourists as any room/facing given is unblocked view. My room 1810 faces the Swissotel / Raffles City / Supreme Court side. Very nice city skyline at night too ^^”

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Cleaners good especially the room cleaners who tided up my wife's toiletries. The only thing we didn't like was the birds in the cages. Some of them seemed like they were desperate to get out. The noise could have been played through a speaker. Seeing them in cages was sad.

The view, be it from the inside or from the outside already menacingly awesome. The location is just a stone away to enjoy all the best shopping mall in Singapore. The hotel is beautiful, worth staying longer. The food, the best is LUNCH @ Peppermint. From the portion to the setting to the taste is just a big WOW. The staffs were all helpful, ready to assist and well presented. The hotel from the inside will make you believe you are actually in other country.
