Really nice hotel, I love the unique architecture of the place. The view from our room was a beautiful city view with the city lights at night ✨ The room and the bathroom could use a bit of modernization but other than that, the rest was good. Two nice roof top pools. Amazing breakfast buffet. Very kind staff, the person who works at the egg station was lovely and remembered us and our order. Great location with easy access to the metro. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Staff here are kind and accomodating. This is actually a big hotel comparing to other hotels i have been. The service here is way better than my previous hotel. The room is so clean and smells good the moment I entered. Just be considerate and have patience since they are still short staffed. Looking forward again to this hotel. I recommend the standard city view room. The view is good if you like night lights.

We had our wedding lunch in May 2022 at the Atrium Ballroom. It was a great experience. Overall my guests are very happy and enjoyed themselves a lot. The food is good and the ambiance is great. The hotel is easy to find. I am very glad to have Aileen help us through our wedding preparation. She is very patient and addresses all our concerns. She also takes the effort to reply to our concerns even on weekends and on her off days!

We were surprised by how great the hotel looks, service, food and location. It has all services you need, very well located and in a pretty centric area. Breakfast is pretty complete, rooms have all equipment needed (iron, hair conditioner, hair drier, safe locker...) and there is swimming pool and gym. The staff also had a honeymoon gift waiting for us in the room, which we appreciated a lot! We will repeat for sure Improvement area: we needed some extra ventilation in the room, but the Windows were locked.

Bit of an older hotel and quite big, but the impressive central hall and the very friendly staff make the stay worthwhile. At one time the pool was closed due to thunder storms. The guy there had some difficulties speaking, but still powered through and helped me perfectly. And the lady at the bar, believe her name was Naveeda, was a delight after a day's work. Not the typical mail bartender who overestimates his skills, but genuine friendliness and good service. And the cocktail was perfect!

Came here for the buffet lunch. Choice of food was below the standard. Not many choices of food. Staff wanted to double charge. Told her it was already paid and why do we have to pay again. Said she just took over and didn't know it was already paid. I asked her why isn't it reflected in the system that it's been paid. Kept on saying that she just took over. I would have thought that such a hotel would have had better service. Its horrible when they wanted to double charge for 6 people and they didn't know it was already paid for. Totally ridiculous.

Had an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Atrium Ballroom on the 10 Sep 2022! The manager and his team welcomed us warmly and they really went all out to accommodate our requirements. Great food, music and company. Even after the event hours (Table 2 was reluctant to leave because we were having a great time) Manager Denis took care of us without compromising the quality of service. Once again a huge thank you!

Brought family for Ramadan buffet here yesterday. Very cozy set up. There's a variety of cuisines to choose from. The food was good. Staff was hardworking and attentive to the patrons. Would recommend this place

The room was old and smelled musty. In the hotel lobby, the air conditioning was too loud, to the point where you couldn't sit for more than two minutes. The breakfast options were many and delicious. It is also located next to a metro station. The cleanliness in the room was at least adequate.

The hotel lobby looks grand with the glass elevators hence gives an impressive impression for first timers. The room size is spacious and clean, with a big size working desk, perfect for in-room dining or working. Toilet design is dated but all amenities are given and is sparkling clean, so is pretty acceptable. The king size bed is large and comes with a pair of pillows of choice - soft and firm. Breakfast wise, personally think that it could be better with more breakfast spread. Service, I think its a 50/50, met some with great smiles and good hospitality and 1 or 2 with zero smiles and wave me off when asking for assistance, which I think was a let down.

Since we are burrowed here for quarantine, I'm not able to make use of any facility outside the room. Because Google suggested me to write a review, I'm writing this. Edited on 15-Jul-2021 Though the services are restricted due to quarantine rules, our stay in the hotel was really good. With beautiful view from 20th floor, facilities that hotel offered albeit confined to the room, I am revising my rating to 5-star. Reception, concierge and floor staff were patient in answering our queries over phone, delivering services and I know they are already burnt as the whole hotel is dedicated for quarantine.

Hotel is located near by Robertson Quay. So book if you like to be away from the city crowd and if you still like to have good access to all places around the city. It has a dedicated MRT exit (Havelock Exit 5) which leads directly to the hotel through Concorde shopping center entrance. It is very well connected to the bus routes (there are two bus stops - Havelock Exit 4 and 5). Hotel Staff are mostly friendly and to the point always. The breakfast spread is excellent, but it tends to get crowded post 08:30am. It has a self laundry facility, pool, gym etc. Spacious rooms compared to typical Singapore hotel rooms.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights as part of our cruise package before returning to London. The hotel was in a great location 5 minutes Walk to the entrance of the MRT station. The building looked good from the outside kids were excited. After a long trip, we were exhausted and couldn't wait to go to the room, Unfortunately, we had to wait 3 hours at the lobby (we arrived at 11:30 and waited until 3) I found it too long of a wait especially when kids are present (Apparently, international check-in is after 3 o'clock). After finally being assigned to our rooms the rooms stunk mould or musty that we could stand being in the room any longer we had a hard time breathing. I complained to the reception and asked if they could change us to another room and they refused. The next day while at the reception enquiring about sightseeing the fire drill went off all the staff members left the building leaving us at the front desk. We didn't know what to do but stood there bewildered and panicking as our kids were in their rooms. The hotel duty supervisor (man) was rude when asked questions about anything. The only good thing at the The hotel was Breakfast and service. I wouldn't recommend the hotel as it smells bad. Thank God we stayed only 2 nights.

Because it is an old hotel, it cannot be compared to a recently built hotel. But the round structure and the interior view elevator, which is hard to find in hotels these days, is enough to feel vintage. I arrived in Singapore early in the morning, left my luggage at the hotel, and I was going to start my schedule, but the staff in charge allowed me to check in early, so I was able to start my schedule comfortably. (Thank you.) The location is a little ambiguous, but the subway connection was convenient, so there was no big inconvenience. If you want a big room for the price, I recommend this place.

Great location. 1 minute walk to the entrance of MRT station. The building may be a little old and a little smelly when going into the room, but it was clean, and after turning on the air conditioning, everything is fine. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. It’s definitely a good and cost effective hotel for family stays.

  • 4/5 Martin L. 9 months ago on Google
Friendly front counter staff. Nice big room with good amenities but lack of hanging hooks in the bathroom. 2 minutes walk to MRT station. Nearest shopping mall with food court and restaurants, Great World, is one stop away by train. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was great with plenty of food choices. Can also order food at the bar. Laundry service available at the hotel. Two convenience stores in the building next to the hotel but other businesses located there appear a bit shady.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Loved the rooms and food, the lifts were impressive. Only small downside was how long it took to check in - especially after a long 13 hour flight. But I loved it and would go back and recommend it for friends and family.

We hosted our wedding banquet last Saturday at Holiday Inn Atrium and we have only good things to say about our experience. The venue set-up was gorgeous and the food tastes delicious (we had many positive feedback from our guests). We also appreciated the no hidden cost package - where everything said to be included was included with no additional costs. We are especially thankful for our events manager, Aileen. Wedding planning itself is very stressful but with an events manager like Aileen, she made it so much easier for us. She is extremely helpful and prompt in her responses. We had many queries but she was always patient in answering all our questions and eased our minds very much. We encountered several unforeseen circumstances, such as needing a bigger tea ceremony room than expected & etc, but Aileen never fails to go the extra mile to help us. We could not have asked for a better events manager. The banquet managers on duty on the day were also very helpful in ensuring the entire event went on smoothly. Overall, choosing Holiday Inn Atrium to host our wedding banquet is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and we strongly recommend it to any soon-to-be-married couples. A big thank you once again to the all Holiday Inn Atrium staff who played a part in making our wedding day such a memorable and joyous one.

My wife and I did our wedding banquet recently at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium and it was fantastic. I am very thankful for the services rendered by Ms Aileen Ng, our sales coordinator. Aileen was very professional and accommodating, fulfilling many of our requests. The prices were reasonable and the services provided by the team at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium was great. Overall, I am glad that I did my banquet there and once again, thank you!

The hotel offers a mix of both retro & modern vibes. The lobby looks grand & the glass elevators look great. The view from the rooms is average. The location is good, 15 minutes of walk can get you to clark quay which is the party hub of singapore offering great night life. Breakfast offered is good but limited. The restaurant gets really busy & long wait times can be estimated. There is a mall located closeby for basic needs. Overall it offers good value for money.

Location was very good. MRT and bus stop right below the hotel on all sides, so travelling to any part of the city is easy. Good rooms and a good buffet breakfast.

Not much to do around the hotel. But it's got a price that won't bleed you dry. Don't expect to be greeted back by the staff members unless it's at the front desk. The bar tenders are nice though, willing to mix drinks other than what's on the menu. But then again, it's also not every bar tender.

Embarking on a gastronomic journey at this remarkable establishment was a delightful experience that exceeded all expectations. The buffet lunch, a symphony of flavors and culinary craftsmanship, showcased an impressive array of dishes that catered to every palate. The moment I entered the elegantly appointed dining area, I was greeted by an inviting ambiance that set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The expansive buffet spread was a feast for the eyes, meticulously arranged with a diverse selection of cuisines that promised a culinary adventure. The salad bar, a vibrant tapestry of fresh, crisp greens and an assortment of toppings, offered a refreshing start to the meal. The chefs’ dedication to quality ingredients was evident, creating salads that were not only visually appealing but burst with vibrant flavors. Moving on to the hot dishes, the variety was truly impressive. From succulent grilled meats to aromatic curries, each offering was a testament to the culinary prowess of the kitchen. The live cooking stations added a dynamic touch, allowing guests to savor made-to-order delights prepared by skilled chefs who were passionate about their craft. Seafood enthusiasts were in for a treat with a selection that spanned from delicate sushi rolls to decadent seafood paella. The seafood, sourced with care, retained its freshness and contributed to the overall excellence of the buffet. The dessert section was a sweet symphony of indulgence. From artisanal pastries to luscious cakes, the array of desserts was a testament to the pastry chef’s artistry. The chocolate fountain was a whimsical touch, inviting guests to create their sweet masterpieces. Beyond the culinary delights, the impeccable service added a touch of sophistication to the entire dining affair. Attentive staff members were always on hand, ensuring glasses were filled, plates were cleared promptly, and every guest felt like a VIP. In conclusion, this buffet lunch was a culinary masterpiece, a harmonious blend of diverse flavors and culinary artistry. The impeccable setting, attentive service, and an extraordinary array of dishes make it a destination for those seeking a remarkable dining experience.

Recently hosted my wedding with Holiday Inn Atrium. Want to specially mention my coordinator - Aileen for ensuring everything goes smoothly! She never fails to answer my queries & accommodate to my changes quickly & efficiently. Staffs there were very professional & eager to help. The bridal suite was also readily available even before the agreed check-in time. Would highly recommend them as they will ensure the whole flow goes well.

We had our wedding dinner banquet last year late Nov held at your hotel. The venue was nicely decorated, our requests were well taken note, even the last minute request which we were very pleased at. The foods served had good feedback from the guests, I was so looking forward for my dinner after the banquet ended. Since we did not have time to eat all the dishes, the Manager mentioned that those dishes will be packed for us couple to take away. But sadly we did not received our packed dinner after us had cleared our bill and left the hotel. Even when we feedback to the Senior Meetings & Events Manager a few times, she just brush off the feedback and did not suggest alternative help for us.

Good service and they offer 1 for 1 deals with local credit cards. Food is alright but not top notch. Comfortable place to chill and relax in groups of fives, now that we can.

Staff members were super helpful and friendly and made our stay a pleasant one. We checked in late and also requested a cot at the last minute and the receptionist was more than happy to organise that for us. Room amenities are a bit dated though could use a bit of an upgrade. Otherwise Holiday Inn Atrium is in a pretty good location - walking distance to Great World City and good food.

We held an event at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium and it was amazing thanks to their wonderful Banquet Personnel in Charge, Maria! Maria was super helpful and attentive at all times. The amount of times that she had to run up and down, left and right made me feel bad for our consistent approach to her, but she took it professionally with a smile and always reassuring us that it was her pleasure in assisting. On that, kudos to Maria and a very well deserved ‘Thank you and Well Done’ in supporting us all the way and making us feel like nothing was lacking.

Good service and good food. Served by Kalyan, frennie, Roy and Mikhail. The food was really good and also fantastic price point. However, you will need to wait a while as its break fast time for everyone and there's a back log of orders. The waiters were great but I think they are understaffed coupled with the back log of orders resulted in quite a long wait for the food. All in all it was enjoyable.

Had the buffet. It was table service instead of a real buffet but we could order as many times as we wanted. However the last order was surprisingly early so make sure you arrive early to eat your fill. Parking was easy at Concorde shopping centre but you can't claim for it

I had the privilege of attending a 2 day conference, staying and eating here. Rooms are good, clean, and beds comfy. The Atrium restaurant served us breakfast and lots of variety of food to choose from, more an international buffet really. Lunch was good as well. I did not have supper here. The restaurant staff were always very helpful and kind. This goes for all the staff in the hotel from reception to the cleaners. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Room is splendid, big and very comfortable. Staffs are super friendly and always ready to help. Makes us feeling very welcome. The only thing we don't like the the location that the train station is not as close as we thought it was.. it's a few walk to the nearest bus stop and few bus stop away from the hotel. Taxi fare to the nearest shopping mall is less than $10 SGD so it's not that bad. Definitely will stay there again.

We had 3 tables for buffet. Asked if they have cake to celebrate my father's birthday but they told us we can take the small pieces of cake displayed in the buffet line. When asked them to help take and decorate, they told me we should have told them earlier as their staff in charge left already. What kind of service is this? In the end, we took the cakes by ourselves and decorate. No doubt it is a '4' star hotel. No value added service. A no-no for me to go back. thanks.
