Not
a
four
star
hotel
in
every
single
aspect,
the
service,
the
room,
the
amenities.
Really
rundown,
almost
everything
is
broken
and
everywhere
smells
bad.
We
booked
a
two
room
apartment.
It
smelled
extremely
mouldy
as
soon
as
we
entered
the
room.
Spoke
to
the
hotel
staff,
kept
telling
us
there
was
nothing
wrong
with
the
room.
They
changed
the
AC
filter
after
we
consistently
requested.
However
the
filter
change
didn’t
completely
solve
the
issue.
There
is
also
no
ramp
to
enter
the
hotel,
and
no
elevator
to
go
from
ground
level
to
the
reception.
For
those
of
you
who
are
travelling
with
stroller,
or
needs
accessibility,
look
else
where.
There
is
only
one
tiny
elevator
to
go
from
the
reception
to
the
suites.
It
can
only
fit
one
luggage
cart
and
maybe
2
ppl.
The
elevator
smells
terrible
too.
The
room
we
booked
is
$580
per
night
and
I
didn’t
expect
it
to
be
so
terrible.
Edit:
I
really
wanted
to
like
this
hotel
as
Ella
really
tried
to
help
us.
But
we
just
can’t.
There
are
just
too
many
things
we
didn’t
like
about
it.
The
elevator
smelled
SO
bad.
It’s
a
mixture
of
moisture
and
mould
smell.
It
doesn’t
have
AC
so
it’s
hot
at
the
same
time.
The
dryer
didn’t
work
properly.
It
would
work
for
5
mins
and
stop.
It
didn’t
matter
which
cycle
we
selected,
either
30mons,
or
1
hour.
The
bathrooms
in
the
rooms
smelled
terrible.
The
drain
on
the
floor
had
constant
odour
coming
out
of
it.
We
changed
to
a
different
room
on
a
different
level
during
our
stay
and
they
all
had
the
same
issue.
There
is
only
ONE
outlet
in
each
room.
We
found
it
extremely
inconvenient
as
we
need
to
use
our
laptop,
charge
our
phone,
and
then
a
dehumidifier.
We
ask
for
extension
bar
for
each
room
and
they
said
only
two
can
be
provided.
There
was
cockroach
in
our
room.
Our
cooktop
wasn’t
working
properly
during
our
stay.
The
staff
changed
it
on
the
same
day
which
was
nice.
Last
but
not
least,
communication
really
need
to
improve
at
this
hotel.
We
were
told
a
chemical
cleaning
will
be
conducted
during
our
stay
but
won’t
affect
us.
However
the
“chemical
cleaning”
is
actually
the
air
condition
cleaning.
During
which
all
ACs
on
the
floor
would
not
work.
We
didn’t
know
that’s
what
it
was
until
our
room
got
so
hot.
We
were
told
our
AC
will
be
cleaned
in
the
afternoon
at
2pm
but
the
workers
showed
up
at
10am.
We
were
getting
ready
to
go
to
the
pool
but
ended
up
packing
all
of
our
stuff
and
move
to
different
a
room
in
less
than
20mins.
Needless
to
say
we
felt
rushed
and
panicked.
(we
are
traveling
with
an
infant
and
we
have
a
lot
of
luggage
as
we
just
moved
here
from
abroad).
Another
communication
issue
we
experienced
was
with
booking
the
shuttle
bus.
We
talked
to
the
short
hair
lady
at
the
reception
the
day
before
we
needed
the
shuttle,
she
ensured
she
will
book
it
for
us.
Next
morning
when
we
wanted
to
confirm
with
the
reception
again(I
just
knew
it
may
not
have
been
booked),
the
guy
said
he
doesn’t
see
a
booking.
Anyways,
we
did
end
up
taking
the
shuttle
we
needed.
However,
my
point
is
that
the
constant,
on-going,
daily
communication
problems
that
we
experienced
made
our
stay
terrible
and
that
we
must
triple
check
everything
to
make
sure
ALL
front
desk
staff
know
what’s
going
on.
I
just
can’t
trust
that
they
will
communicate
with
each
other
as
they
demonstrated
a
history
of
unreliability.
