The hotel surroundings was good with artistic pictures and cozy settings. However the rooms were not as good as expected. Upon entering the prescribed room, it was very warm and the air-conditioner was not working well. We changed to another room but the same problem persisted. We thought we could let it be on and the room would cool down by the time we came back. However, when we returned 4 hours later, the room was still warm. We called the operator and 10 minutes later, the technician came. He looked at it and then said he would come back 10 minutes later to resolve the issue. After 10 minutes, he returned with another technician. All this time, we had to wait for them to finish their repairs. The room was warm, stuffy and musky. In the end, we could not bear it any longer and left to go to the lobby. We went to the reception counter and told the hotel personnel the problem. We have never encountered such an unpleasant situation before, having stayed in so many other hotels. The personnel was apologetic and upgraded us to an executive room. When we entered the room, we could feel the difference. The air-conditioner worked and we could also adjust the temperature. We felt that the hotel really need to look into the air-conditioner problems in the cheaper rooms too. It should not short change its customers.

We had a very pleasant stay 7 nights with our 9 Yr old. Our first time booking this serviced suites. We are visiting family in Singapore. Location, facilities, service staff 5/5. I loved the gym so much I went daily. Very spacious clean and well equipped apartments. Will definitely recommend to anyone, and will rebook in future. Location is the best so close to Haji Lane, Bugis MRT. View was also breathing-taking from the room facing Sultan Mosque and Pool deck view of the Singapore Eye and MBS. I have lived here for 6 months (January-July). It has been an incredible stay and the staff really made the apartment feel like a home. Has a nice pool and gym plus location is amazing with walking distance to the MRT and buses. Highly recommend and would stay here again

Not a four star hotel in every single aspect, the service, the room, the amenities. Really rundown, almost everything is broken and everywhere smells bad. We booked a two room apartment. It smelled extremely mouldy as soon as we entered the room. Spoke to the hotel staff, kept telling us there was nothing wrong with the room. They changed the AC filter after we consistently requested. However the filter change didn’t completely solve the issue. There is also no ramp to enter the hotel, and no elevator to go from ground level to the reception. For those of you who are travelling with stroller, or needs accessibility, look else where. There is only one tiny elevator to go from the reception to the suites. It can only fit one luggage cart and maybe 2 ppl. The elevator smells terrible too. The room we booked is $580 per night and I didn’t expect it to be so terrible. Edit: I really wanted to like this hotel as Ella really tried to help us. But we just can’t. There are just too many things we didn’t like about it. The elevator smelled SO bad. It’s a mixture of moisture and mould smell. It doesn’t have AC so it’s hot at the same time. The dryer didn’t work properly. It would work for 5 mins and stop. It didn’t matter which cycle we selected, either 30mons, or 1 hour. The bathrooms in the rooms smelled terrible. The drain on the floor had constant odour coming out of it. We changed to a different room on a different level during our stay and they all had the same issue. There is only ONE outlet in each room. We found it extremely inconvenient as we need to use our laptop, charge our phone, and then a dehumidifier. We ask for extension bar for each room and they said only two can be provided. There was cockroach in our room. Our cooktop wasn’t working properly during our stay. The staff changed it on the same day which was nice. Last but not least, communication really need to improve at this hotel. We were told a chemical cleaning will be conducted during our stay but won’t affect us. However the “chemical cleaning” is actually the air condition cleaning. During which all ACs on the floor would not work. We didn’t know that’s what it was until our room got so hot. We were told our AC will be cleaned in the afternoon at 2pm but the workers showed up at 10am. We were getting ready to go to the pool but ended up packing all of our stuff and move to different a room in less than 20mins. Needless to say we felt rushed and panicked. (we are traveling with an infant and we have a lot of luggage as we just moved here from abroad). Another communication issue we experienced was with booking the shuttle bus. We talked to the short hair lady at the reception the day before we needed the shuttle, she ensured she will book it for us. Next morning when we wanted to confirm with the reception again(I just knew it may not have been booked), the guy said he doesn’t see a booking. Anyways, we did end up taking the shuttle we needed. However, my point is that the constant, on-going, daily communication problems that we experienced made our stay terrible and that we must triple check everything to make sure ALL front desk staff know what’s going on. I just can’t trust that they will communicate with each other as they demonstrated a history of unreliability.

Pleasant stay in the Parkroyal Serviced Suites. The staff are all very friendly, from sales office, front desk, to housekeeping. The housekeeping aunties are all so nice, it feels so much at home with them around. The lift access for pets are wonderful and the security guard at the apartment also very friendly where they will greet and wave when they see us (me and the dogs). Time flies here because it is so comfortable and pleasant :)

Very nice hotel located in the middle of city. Hotel service are very good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is also very friendly front desk people especially Cindy welcomes with a smile every time we enter friendly and always full of energy.

We traveled in a family of three and booked a serviced apartment so that we could attend a week-long conference in the city. The rooms are a little dated but all the amenities are available to you and the staff are amazing and so helpful. Thank you Cindy for entertaining our daughter!

We stayed here for 4-5 weeks as part of relocation overseas and had mixed feelings. The location is good and room generally comfortable (beds in particular) but at this price point and for a 'deluxe room' we were disappointed; the rooms are poorly maintained and dirty (see photos) with noisy air con. The TV's were dated and the HDMI cable to the advertised soundbar had been stripped and didnt work. The swimming pool was large but somewhat dirty (plenty of sand and rubbish on the floor). The staff are generally courteous but it's a fairly minimal service - as a family of four we had to change rooms twice from a 2 'deluxe' to a 1 bed due to the Grand Prix and didn't feel supported with this (no offer to help move bags or a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience) - not really what you'd expect given the cost of the overall stay.

Stayed two weeks. Was upgraded to premier suite, one bedroom. From the arrival experience, it was very welcoming and the FO Team were always smiling and friendly. Thank you Park Royal for making my day :)

Best location you can find no matter it’s for work or leisure. Just across the street of Haji Lane with tons of options of food and culture experiences. The front desk staff are very helpful. Cindy who always smiles and greets at people and her colleagues are always there to help.

Had a Wonderful stay- from for 12 days at the premier room. Great location with taxi access from Beach Road and Nicole street. Rooms are Reasonably priced. Very Good cleaning service. Friendly staff. Great fitness Center. Had a peaceful stay.

The service staff here are really caring. Although their facilities are a bit old, their service is really the best in Singapore. Every time we pass by the front desk, the staff will greet us. They can also solve any needs in the first time. Special thanks to Ella and her team who run this place so well and with great personal touch. So I won't go anywhere except parkroyal Services suits Singapore.

A very nice place to stay. Spacious room with higher quality items. All the extras were present. Breakfast was excellent with enough variety to satisfy everyone.

We’ve stayed here for work trips a few times, it’s good accommodation with a lot of the convenience of a hotel but also your own apartment with decent kitchen and cooking facilities. The staff are great and always friendly and helpful. Photo is the view from our window!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Park Royal on Beach Road due to it's close location to Kampong Glam and MRT. Last time we stayed at the hotel. Since our family is now bigger we needed to to stay in a 2 bedroom at their serviced suites. Cindy at reception was very helpful and great with our kids. The only negative about this hotel is the lack of ramp access at the main entrance for prams and strollers. There was an alternative route for prams if you use the bridge to the Pan Pacific lobby but that was a longer way around. If they put in ramp access at their main hotel lobby entrance that would be perfect for families with prams. Based on their location and great service and 2 bedroom serviced apartments, we would stay here again for sure. 😊

Stay at the hotel was amazing! Very clean and spacious, and conveniently located near MRT station and any taxi was cheap too. Cindy at reception was amazing and took such good care of me and my family. Very warm and welcoming, but all the staff were amazing. Looking forward to my next stay

The condition of the room is ridiculously terrible. It smells moldy everywhere including the lobby and the room. Just walk into the elevator and you will see what I meant. The air conditions are right above your bed and they are dripping water. It also got roaches around the kitchen. The location is not so good either. You need to walk a long way to get to the nearest MRT stn.

Very good experience, this property is an apartment hotel. The location was perfect and the room was very clean and comfortable. Cindy on reception was SUPER helpful, she always has a smile on her face! I have a really enjoyable stay at Parkroyal and would definitely return again. :)

Room was spacious & very close to cafes, bars & eateries. It does take some time to walk to Bugis MRT due to road works going on

There were dead and alive buggies in the bathroom and the celing is shaking🧐 there was also lots and lots of human hair in the beds possibly from body parts. Great service otherwise Edit: nevermind, however, they, upon hearing this poor news, came with utmost immediacy and cleaned our room well. Thank you.

Stayed there during Nov when my house is under renovation. The view is awesome. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym and swimming pool are nice. Great and nice food around the area. There are many shopping malls around the area and I go for daily run along Kallang river and you can jog to Garden by the Bay.

One of the most amazing hotel i ever stayed... beautiful, comfortabel with wonderful staff and so safe. Really enjoyed my stay. Hope back again.

We called in the morning to see if we can extend the stay to check in one-day eariler, immediately we get really professional help from Cindy at the front office. She helped us to work together with the reservation team, then Ng confirmed our new reservation in no time. We choose the serviced suites for our daughter and her grandparents, they can only speak Chinese, but they get all help needed from Cindy every day! Sincerely appreciate all your help to our family. All staff in our Parkroyal serviced suites are the best!

Amazing service as expected.

Stayed here for six weeks in a one bedroom suite and it was extremely comfortable! Staff were friendly and daily shuttle rides to Suntec made travelling to work easy. Location to the nearest supermarket is a little walk away (Bugis Junction was my go-to joint). I would definitely be back again!

I was booked last Nov.14 to 18th of 2016. I liked the place because of the comfort and hospitality of the hotel employees. Even though my room doesn't have a view. The room was clean, organized and comfortable. The air-condition is working very well especially during humidity. The amenities of the hotel exceeds expectations. I also enjoy their everyday delicious brunch (Compliments to the chefs). I got easy access to transportation such as metro and hop on hop off tour bus. I was able to walked peacefully on Arab St. I would advised that they should refrain using strong air freshener in the hotel lobby ( gives me headache ). Instead use Jasmine or mild scent that is less irritating to smell. Overall the hotel exceeds expectations. Budget wise is okay. Kudos to the hotel staffs!

If you come with a huge luggage, the entrance is very inconvenient. You need to carry your luggage through stairs. Sunday and public holiday no house keeping, room won't be cleaned at that time. Staff at front desk are very helpful. Room wise, 7/10 in term of cleanliness, 9/10 for size. Bay area view is preferred. Shuttle bus to several destinations available in this property. This property located in beach road, in front there are many bar for one that like nightlife, and quite close to Bugis area, probably around 10 minutes walk. Bus station available right in front of the property.

Good hotel, well situated close to a bus station and arabian street, very clean, spacious room ( for 3 adults), good breakfast with a lot of options. Last day we had the transfer late in the evening and they offered us a place to take a shower and to change our clothes. Highly recommended!

Reception would not let me in. They said my reservation confirmation did not exist. Had to find another hotel after 12 hours on the plane.

Lunch buffet was excellent. Good food, prompt service.

Fyi .... car park charges are exorbitant. Dropping item to guest at 10 am ... 10 mins cost $6... beware
