Capri
is
an
efficiently
run
serviced
apart-hotel.
Check
in
and
out
is
swift.
Service
is
effective
and
prompt
but
friendliness
and
warmth
in
interaction
may
be
optional
-
especially
their
front
desk
team.
But
to
the
support
teams
credit
(housekeeping,
facilities),
there
were
some
very
pleasant
and
friendly
encounters
where
the
housekeeper
on
the
9th
floor,
gym
floor
manager
and
the
concierge
were
proactive
in
their
service.
For
example,
when
I
waved
to
say
I
was
going
out,
the
housekeeper
said
she
would
radio
her
colleague
to
commence
the
housekeeping
for
my
room.
The
concierge
helped
me
with
two
suitcases
as
I
was
checking
out.
The
gym
floor
manager
offered
to
help
me
make
a
manual
booking
for
the
gym
and
pool
instead
of
going
through
the
online
booking
system.
Every
floor
has
a
laundry
room
with
two
sets
of
washer
and
dryer.
The
room
comes
with
basic
tea
and
coffee
amenities,
a
kettle,
and
prized
amenity
-
filtered
water.
There
is
a
mini
fridge
which
performed
well
when
I
froze
some
leftovers
to
take
home.
The
king
sized
bed
is
firm,
clean
with
high
quality
sheets.
The
limp
pillows
were
quite
comfortable
and
adequate
but
plusher
pillows
would
be
better.
The
room
comes
with
a
useless
but
working
speaker
that
can
only
be
connected
via
a
very
old
iPod
or
iPhone
4s.
It
could
play
the
radio,
but
Bluetooth
connection
would
have
been
better.
There’s
a
comfortable
sofa
and
desk
chair.
Both
good
quality
and
well
maintained.
However,
the
room
could
do
with
a
more
thorough
clean
behind
the
bedside
tables
as
I
found
dust
balls
when
trying
to
pick
up
a
book
that
had
dropped.
Lifts
travel
fast
and
are
well
maintained.
Didn’t
have
to
wait
long
for
lifts
to
travel
to
and
from
the
room.
The
gym
and
pool
are
small.
But
it’s
recommended
you
bring
your
own
workout
gear
for
the
room
or
outdoors
as
there’s
limited
slots
per
hour
for
each
facility.
I’ve
stayed
at
a
few
places
and
have
resorted
to
jogging
or
HIIT
in
the
room
when
on
a
staycay.
In
terms
of
accessibility,
it
is
connected
by
the
blue
and
green
MRT
lines
and
is
a
stop
away
from
Expo.
The
Changi
city
point
mall
has
a
food
court,
mid-range
restaurants
to
fast
food.
It’s
not
a
gourmet’s
paradise
but
it
offers
options
for
a
low
fuss
dinner.
Overall
highly
recommended
as
a
staycay
or
work
stay
accommodation.
