Me and my wife just got married and booked this hotel as part of our mini-moon (mini honeymoon). First, checking in took a bit of time but overall was smooth and easy. The front desk lady was nice, but we didn’t manage to get a late checkout even on the next day as it was fully booked (after staying here we understood why!). Our room was on the 12th floor. Upon entering the room, it was quite spacious and cozy, we thought it was clean but still can be improved further. Most parts of the room are still well maintained. Our room also got a bathtub and a kitchen which we really liked. It also came with a special divider curtains that can be used via a remote control in between the bed and the living room, for maybe privacy or avoid sunlight. We really appreciated that they set up the bed with dove shaped towels forming a heart shape and left us a note to congratulate our marriage, also comes with a dessert stored in the fridge. We loved the kitchen so much we just had to cook and so we did and we really enjoyed it. Upon visiting the gym, it was just 2 of us throughout our workout which we really liked, most of the gym equipments are there and are well maintained. Besides the gym is the swimming pool that comes with a jacuzzi area which we really enjoyed. We recommend this hotel and would go back again, hopefully when we do, there would be improvements in cleanliness and can get a late checkout. Thank you for making our minimoon special, Capri by Fraser Changi City! 😊🙏🏻

Really impressive rooms, great value for money and the service is impeccable. The breakfast staff were very attentive and accommodating to requests. My only criticism is that they charge for parking because it’s shared by the mall next door. I think the hotel should absorb this cost because elsewhere in Singapore many hotels provide complimentary parking. I’d definitely come back and can’t wait to be back!

    1) Room with a lousy view, surely any other room would have a better view? I don’t believe the hotel is fully occupied. 2) There seems to be knocking/piping noises every few minutes, even throughout the night. For those looking for undisrupted rest, think twice about this place. 3) Room isn’t very clean, especially the carpet with hair and other random stuff/dirt. It also has very basic amenities, nothing to shout about.

Stayed 3 nights at this wonderful hotel next to Changi City Point. Kudos to the house-keeping team for doing a good job maintaining the rooms. I love love love the Capri toiletries especially its Hand and Body Wash. I enjoyed the gym facilities very much. It's on Level 2 and you can view the pool area while working out. And if you're not a gym rat, you can walk around Changi Business Area or even do your own indoor exercise in the room. It's spacious enough. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and crockery. You can cook a simple meal using the induction cooker or the microwave oven. The temporary reception area is a little claustrophobic but it serves its purpose.

Modern and spacious business hotel located near to the airport. We enjoyed our recent staycation here for 2 nights - the studio deluxe room is well-furnished and comfortable, with ample space and a small kitchenette with a filtered water tap. The hotel’s restaurant offers all-day dining at a very affordable price, although there is a mall nearby with plenty of casual dining options and some outlet stores as well. We stayed during the NYE weekend and the hotel was pretty quiet, which was a good respite from the crowds elsewhere. The hotel did seem a little understaffed though, with barely anyone at the front desks at night and with no security guards at all (ie anyone could enter without security or TT checks). Although the room was clean, it had a musty smell when we first entered and the lift lobby’s dustbin was frequently overflowing. Hence, would recommend staying here only if you can get a good rate.

If not for the loud knocking sound coming from the metal frame of the building due to contraction and expansion because of the heat, it would have been fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. Location was good as it's next to Expo MRT. Connects directly to Changi point mall. Good variety of good in the area. Good shopping experience too at the mall with some outlets in the building.

The 3pm late check-in was explained by the desk manager due to 100% occupancy, we enquired how that to be the case and was told that since COVID it has been like that due to 60% being taken up by local companies putting their staff from Malaysia, we felt for them having been away from their families for so long without being able to see them but were happy with the quality of the hotel they had been put up in for this period. The room we have is large, comes with a small pantry area, fridge and microwave included. Large walk-in wardrobe and large bathroom with a huge shower. We'd stayed here before, the entire building creeks at night due to the architects unthoughtful structure moving as the temperature changes but do far the noise has been minimal. The use of the facilities is kept to 1 hour per day for the gym and pool due to the governments overbearing and constantly changing restrictions on such establishments. Can you imagine done bean counter has come up with only two people in a family can be at the check-in counter at anytime? Where's the data on that I wonder? Despite the occupancy at the hotel clear signs of staff cut backs confirmed by talking with the team, which probably is reflected in the Fraser Group huge profit increase announcement this week! It's always the rich getting richer in times of trouble!

Free upgrade and late check out due to system error. However staff was extremely kind to offer me free drinks and food from the eatery. The stay was good, aircon super cold. However only soap was not refilled. Overall for the price I’m happy.

This is the second time we stay in Capri! We like the friendly front counter service, the pool facilities also very inviting, it has good size lap pool, children pool and jacuzzi. The room with fully equipped kitchen include microwave, electric water boiler, pipe-in filtered water, stove & hood, cooking utensils, etc. The room comes with clean and comfortable bed, sofa, etc. As I was celebrating my 60th birthday this round, I was surprised with a complimentary cake on the eve of my birthday 🎂! We will surely and definitely come again!😍

One of my great enjoyable staycation. My standard room were much spacious, with glass window which view the sea front. Extra large bedding , lots of entertainment tru tv channels. Best of all,the walking distance to Changi City Point, where lots of branded outlets with cheap pricing... very the very awesomely cheap.. My suggestion if u're about to staycay over this hotel, need not to bring much heavy loaded luggage., just can easily purchase anysort of personal essentials from head to toe...at this shoppingcentre . Only that, if youre driving, parking fee is chargeable..

Having been in Singapore working for 2 weeks, plus the locations of where I was working, the Capri didn't disappoint in style, comfort or location. From check in, to check out, the entire experience at this hotel was world class. All the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The room itself was large and comfortable. It also had a little kitchenette for Meal prep. The bathroom was also large with a large waterfall shower, which was amazing (I will miss it). I've read reviews on this hotel and many mention the 'knocking' sound heard in their rooms. Yes, this is true, but it didn't impact my sleeping or the comfort of my stay. In fact, I became used to it quickly and would have missed it if it didn't occur. The MTR was extremely useful and close. The station EXPO is literally minutes away from the hotel. It was about a 25 minute trip to be closer to the tourist areas. If you're looking for a modern, clean and friendly hotel with some occasional random knocking noises, this is definitely the place for you. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. Thank you all for your kindness and making my stay so pleasurable.

Good for value rooms! Not pricey and they come with a mini kitchen, lots of TV channels, and all the essential guest items. The hotel is also within walking distance to amenities like Changi City Point and Expo MRT. But the most positive thing about this hotel is the hospitable and attentive staff, everyone from the concierge attendants to the front desk to the managers. They even gave us a free room upgrade after finding out that we were engaged. Definitely will be coming back here.

Was told that check in time is 3.30pm but when we arrived was told to wait another 30 min then can check in cos my room is “not available”. So we have no choice but to wait at their lobby. Best part is the staff still messed up my booking. Expecting more from a 4 star hotel honestly… the Capri at JB is so much better than the one in Changi. Won’t come back again.

A little late post for this. We stayed here in Oct 2022 with daughter. We opted for a larger unit with a pantry. The pantry is complete with cooking and eating utensils for simple and light cooking. It is very convenient and very well connected; about 3 mins walk to the MRT Expo stations, and to Singapore Expo convention centre. Next to this hotel is a mall, Changi City Point, which it is also has a supermarket. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of things not functioning properly and it was fixed within 12 hours upon providing them feedback. Appreciates the swift response. Loves the #hand painted sculptures by #Juan Ripollés displayed in and around the lobby. My only qualms is that the air conditioning vents is little on the loud side - may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. However, we will surely come back to this hotel whenever a need arises.

Very nice clean hotel, with very helpful staff. The room was very large and nice, compared to most rooms in Singapore. The complimentary buffet was excellent. It is very close to the airport, about 5 minutes away. Finally, the price was very competitive.

Hospitality is amazing and this hotel is particularly suitable for those of us who are expecting to stay for a longer time. There are laundry facilities, a wide range of food options and a 24 hour supermarket nearby. It is great if you're working close to the airport but otherwise a 25 min cab ride to the cbd.

We have just completed a week of stay-cation due to some home renovation that went on last week. We had a fantastic time! The kids enjoyed their PS4 time in the Spin & Play rooms. The rooms are cleaned nicely, amenities, fresh towels and toilet rolls are updated on time daily. We would like to express special thanks to Mr Mas and Mr Phillip for making the kids feel at home. The kids even requested to buy and give the 2 uncles some chocolates when we check out, which we did. Housekeeper, Ms Amy always greet us happily each morning and kept our room clean and nice! Hope you like the chocolates too! Good staffs are like gems! Please keep them! My kids are already asking when will we be back?

This hotel boasts a 4-star rating and is conveniently located near Singapore Expo and Changi Airport. It's easily accessible via the MRT from terminal 3. I gave a 5-star rating for its proximity to the expo, but if you want to explore the city center, taking the MRT is a cost-effective option, or you can opt for a Grab ride. The rooms are spacious and come fully furnished, although the fridge is empty. All areas have been optimized for maximum utilization. While no complimentary water bottles are provided, potable water can be obtained directly from the sink in the living space. The WiFi connection is solid and reliable. The hotel boasts four elevators, ensuring minimal wait time when traveling between floors. While the breakfast options were satisfactory, I had expected a little more from a 4-star establishment. On a positive note, the entire staff was both courteous and professional. There are three restaurants located in front of the hotel, with one of them serving also beverages. Adjacent to the hotel, there is a small but decently-sized mall.

Overall a great place to crash after a long flight, either for a stopover or a few days for little money. It is also located right next to Changi City Shopping Mall with a number of outlets (Puma, Nike, New Balance etc) and heaps of food options. The train is conveniently 2-3 min walk away. It’s located right between the airport and the popular destinations so make sure you install Grab to hail rides. The hotel is modern, big and modern. The room we stayed in had a small kitchen, microwave a decently sized bathroom and a massive shower.

Beautiful and clean rooms, good service though swimming pool is small. Convenient as near to the train station and shopping mall, ideal for business visitors. Compared to other 5 star hotels with better amenities, pricing here would then be considered high.

We were not planning on staying in Singapore for more than a few hours, but my family and I had our flights hone to California cancelled at the last minute, and had to spend almost two days bouncing from airport to airport. When we ended up at this hotel to wait for another flight, the staff at the front desk and the concierge were so, so accommodating and friendly, even though we were very flustered and tired. The rooms and service were great, and we were able to keep our sanity intact. Thank you so much for helping provide us with a place to crash for a night!!

Great hotel near the airport, great rooms, plenty of space, good reception service, swimming pool open and operative and good gym. Unfortunately, it does not have a good bar, poor restaurant facilities, which need to be improved. Lobby area feels a bit empty without a good bar.. Delite Bar area is closed and empty, and Drinx bar-restaurant is almost for breakfast only.. Rest, is great..

Honestly I really need to say this that I'm very disappointed with this hotel. As a Singaporean bring my family to here is like a big mistake. Let me tell you the whole story. I've booked the Premier Studio for my parents and deluxe studio for my family with infant. My husband check in one day earlier and got the 430 room number and waited since 3pm and received 1 card access only by 3.40pm. The next day my parents has requested for early check in but got their 2 access card and room ready by 545pm. That's very long waiting right. Okay the horror begins when my parents enter room 807 it was very the end room they got. After 10mins later my dad saw strong ghosts fighting at the ceiling till the glass door and to the toilet and he quickly open religious audio in YouTube and it took awhile for it to eased. My mum then informed me what happened and then I requested for a change of room for my parents. In the end managed to change to other room. For me, the tv channels always got disturbed and we couldn't have a smooth watching. Also we kept hearing knocks from our glass window at night and its really disturbing our sleeps. Also my dad just told me that long time back in year 1960s this area used to be called "air gemuruh" which means cementry or grave. So now I understand why horror stuff is happening in this hotel. Outside look so sophisticated but inside full of secrets. I'm sorry to feedback all this cos I feel the price that we paid is like not worth it to stay. Very disappointing.

good location with variety of food options and shop as it is connected to Changi City Point Mall ! Easy access to bus and Downtown Line Mrt ! but the downside of it is that the hotel is quite creepy at night, i stayed there for 2D1N and everything is good in the morning and the afternoon. things started to get weird and creepy at night when we were about watching tv and was about to sleep. loud weird knockings on the windows and lights flickering randomly occured at 12am. now this goes for an hour ! we then heard things dropping from the table but there was nothing. the odd thing is that our room is on the 5th floor with no balcony. i knew then that the hotel is dirty and started to switch on Ruqyah to cleanse the place. the knockings stopped only after i switched on Ruqyah and i slept peacefully. after reading some reviews, i found that i was not the only one that experience this. beware ps. i’ve stayed on this hotel a few times on diff occasion and had not experience the weird things before. only recently.

Got room #303 facing pool. Probably is above concierge hence knocking sound can be hear and clear. Can be annoying at time. During stay, hair dryer was faulty due to the cable connection. Tried several time to reach out to Recep/ concierge but never once being pick up hence approach their house keeping staff at the corridors and yet he never came back with a replacement after he took away 😢 Checked in/ checked out took a while. The Indian lady with spec was patience and very detail. There is a different queue for check in/ out too at least it make it easier and minimise the waiting time.

The twin superior rooms is a good size however take note both beds are single size beds for one and only 1 chair provided for a room with a kitchenette. For such a room with a kitchenette, 2 chairs would be appropriate. And upon check-in the kitchenette fridge interior smell strongly of durian. Furthermore the bluetooth was not working for the clock radio speaker by the bedside and the microwave also not working. After informing the hotel, the clock radio speaker was replaced and microwave was replaced too as the maintenance crew could not get it to work. They came back again to replace it. What an inconvenience for both guests & hotel staff. There should be a checklist to ensure the room is in working order before room are let out. Giving it a 4 star rating as the staff at frontdesk, housekeeping, maintenance crew & F&B male supervisor were all generally friendly & helpful. Special thanks to Duty Manager Lolly who was very accommodating to our various requests during the 27 night stay 👍🏼

Capri is good hotel but since it is located in business park, we have to travel a lot to see the tourist places. Not good for vegetarians.... Very very less option ... Rooms and services are good

You can hear the next door person speaking , very clearly. Checking in waiting time around 20 minutes and all the auto check in at the lobby are broken. This is my pov, reception girl has super long nails, very rare to see this in hotel industry, was a bit shocked. Location wise is close to airport , I guess it is good if you need to get to airport quickly for one night short stay. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Repeated stays, each time with top notch service from staff throughout. Dedicated carpark lots for residents of the property. Shopping mall is just below the mall too. Rooms are large and spacious, clear unobstructed views. Excellent amenities, great value for money, especially if you are a Frasers member.

Stayed at room 926. Check in was quite slow, but luckily another counter was opened after abt 15 mins wait to serve us quicker. Room was big, the kitchenette was good, fridge was big and has freezer compartment. The hate was the frequent knocking noise that happened even late at night (7 to 11) and v early morning (9 to 11ish). Really annoying, it wasnt soft, it was v loud and happened few times in a roll at different parts of the window. The noise from the airplanes wasnt as bad at all compared to the knocking noise. Towels had weird smell, like never dry or wash properly. Other than above 2 issues, the room was ok for the price, loved the shower coz of the good water pressure.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The amenities provided were great specially the kitchen and pool area, and so convenient as everything is nearby. Convenient location I should say. Everything is around the hotel. So there's no need to even look for other places to shop when the mall is connected side by side. Place is clean and comfy. Love the interior of the rooms.

This hotel is at the east side of Singapore, very close to our Singapore Changi Airport, it’s just one train stop away, you alight at Expo Station. This hotel is just next to the Changi City Point Mall where it’s very convenient to shop around and have your meals there. Just beware this location is not near to town but there is train to take you there.

Good location near to airport and expo, a lot of food choices nearby. However there’s a constant knocking noise from the window. After clarifying with the staff, they mentioned that it’s because of the metal structure expanding/contracting and all rooms will be constantly having loud knocking noise Do not stay here if you’re a light sleeper. It feels like someone knocking on your window loudly every 20 mins I felt more tired after my stay here Service was good that they were willing to assist in changing room, tho the sounds didn’t stop

This hotel is ideal for business trips and family stays, thanks to its spacious rooms. The staff here are exceptionally friendly, offering access to changing rooms on Level 2 after check-out, which was a thoughtful touch as my flight was in the evening. The rooms are roomy with a bathtub and sofa, and the provided cooking ware and stove make it convenient. The walking wardrobe is a plus. There's a mall behind the hotel for shopping and groceries, and the proximity to MRT stations is convenient. I love the strategic location of this hotel.

It was a great experience, will definitely go back for staycay. Room was really nice with simple decor and was really spacious. Love that there's a kitchen to do simple cooking! The bathroom has a bathtub and two different shower heads as well. Amenities were great, especially the 24/7 gym. Accessibility of this place was convenient, mrt and bus stop was nearby, and the shopping mall right next door!

We loved and enjoyed our stay at Capri by Fraser! It was for our anniversary staycay and we had a good time cooking together, having opted for the Masterchef package under Klook.com, where we could follow a provided recipe to cook our own dinner, using an ingredients kit given by the hotel, which was very simple and fun to follow. Worth the value as we had a nice time using the kitchen to cook up our own mini storm. The room was also pretty spacious and the hotel staff were very conscientious by providing a very nice towel art, a thoughtful card with well wishes, and a chocolate cake as a sweet surprise. :-) All in all, we'd love to come back and appreciate Capri so much. Thanks for a great experience!

Not a common location for Staycation. But it's next to a mall and it is a train stop away from Jewel and Changi airport. These places offer a lot of shopping and dining options. Staff in this hotel are friendly and the rooms are reasonable for the rates. The gym and the pool are rather small and with the covid restrictions, it was hard to book a convenient time slot.

Four star Hotel with 5 stars Service and 5 stars Room quality. Spent a few staycations here and they never let me down. Maybe once I was a little upset over something but they were quick with service recovery! Bravo! Front desk check-in staff are professional, polite, courteous and well trained. Sometimes I do wonder if they were freshly trained staff from institutions as they were never complacent in their disposition - always professional when performing their duties. Eg.. walking out of their check-in counters to greet guest waiting in line to check in (not all the time but most of the time). Other hotels would be shouting "Next Please" Another example would be walking out of their counter to hand me the keys to the room - granted that their counters are open concept, but they didn't have to. Hence I think they are well trained and always appeared professional. Rooms are always clean and bed linens are of high quality. Small bar of hand soap smells superb. Also love the smell of hotel lobby whenever I entered it. Superb location as its next to Changi City Mall and has 2 Fairprice within few mins walk for groceries, F&B and Expo MRT Station. Highly recommended!

Should not deserve any star. No star for me. Terrible experience. Checked in at 1245H and only get the room at 1430H. Have written to the hotel we are arriving early and on VTL and reply by hotel that will try their best to let us in early. That’s besides the case. When we arrived the staff said we did not inform that we are on VTL. After that they kindly quarantine us in their meeting room until the room is available. When we arrive to the room and found it wasn’t the type of room that we booked we called the reception to ask for a change. And it was not granted as the excuse being we are on isolation until our PCR test is out. Fair enough therefore we can change the room until the next day. And then we found out the supposed sanitized and cleaned room have an used razor on top of the shower gel box. And the pillow case having stained of blood and dirt. This is my horrible experience with Capri as compare to my many other stays before covid. Will never stay with them again.

Capri is an efficiently run serviced apart-hotel. Check in and out is swift. Service is effective and prompt but friendliness and warmth in interaction may be optional - especially their front desk team. But to the support teams credit (housekeeping, facilities), there were some very pleasant and friendly encounters where the housekeeper on the 9th floor, gym floor manager and the concierge were proactive in their service. For example, when I waved to say I was going out, the housekeeper said she would radio her colleague to commence the housekeeping for my room. The concierge helped me with two suitcases as I was checking out. The gym floor manager offered to help me make a manual booking for the gym and pool instead of going through the online booking system. Every floor has a laundry room with two sets of washer and dryer. The room comes with basic tea and coffee amenities, a kettle, and prized amenity - filtered water. There is a mini fridge which performed well when I froze some leftovers to take home. The king sized bed is firm, clean with high quality sheets. The limp pillows were quite comfortable and adequate but plusher pillows would be better. The room comes with a useless but working speaker that can only be connected via a very old iPod or iPhone 4s. It could play the radio, but Bluetooth connection would have been better. There’s a comfortable sofa and desk chair. Both good quality and well maintained. However, the room could do with a more thorough clean behind the bedside tables as I found dust balls when trying to pick up a book that had dropped. Lifts travel fast and are well maintained. Didn’t have to wait long for lifts to travel to and from the room. The gym and pool are small. But it’s recommended you bring your own workout gear for the room or outdoors as there’s limited slots per hour for each facility. I’ve stayed at a few places and have resorted to jogging or HIIT in the room when on a staycay. In terms of accessibility, it is connected by the blue and green MRT lines and is a stop away from Expo. The Changi city point mall has a food court, mid-range restaurants to fast food. It’s not a gourmet’s paradise but it offers options for a low fuss dinner. Overall highly recommended as a staycay or work stay accommodation.

Room is spacious and comfortable like a home. The flow of how the room is organised was well thought. Especially the kichenette which is functional, love it!. Also, it's just a short 3 - 5mins walk to Changi City Point.👍

Housekeeping and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. Very big washroom (wardrobe is located inside) Minus one star bc no free parking + dirty windows.

Everything in this stay was perfect, with 1 big exception. The external building panel creaks and makes a lot of noise, which is especially notable at night, when its dead silent. Hard to give it 5 stars, when you come to the hotel for sleep. Everything else is good. Prompt and polite service with a smile. Everything is clean and tidy. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

This is my n times staying over at the hotel. For families, couples looking for a relaxing spot for a vacation in Singapore, this is it. Although there are various room sizes, the one I'm staying at replicates those of serviced apartment which is awesome making it a home away from home. Convenient surrounding as well, with a mall right beside it and jewel being nearby. One small downside during this stay, had slight smell of ammonia (pee) in the room hence got the housekeeping team spray some freshener.

I stayed for one night on a work trip. I don’t usually stay in hotels in this price range (I usually travel cheaper) and loved the space and amenities in the room and the pool, gym and so on. The concierge service is good and they let me use the pool and showers before and after I checked in/out, which was a massive help.

Room is spacious and can do some simple cooking with utensils was prepared from the hotel. Big pool with a jacuzzi provided. Breakfast was nice too. Friendly staff and a surprise bday cake was prepared before I check-in. Thanks for the arrangement. Definitely will come back again for staycation. Strongly recommended.

I stayed here recently on a business trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff were all extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, the pool and gym were both great as well! This hotel is actually connected to a mall and just a short walk 2-3 mins from the MRT station.

Capri is a nice hotel if you need to stay close to the business area in Changi City. Well thought out, with reasonable facilities. Room looks a little tired, but was clean and good size. Unfortunately for a room with cooking facilities that sleeps up to 3 people there was no eating area or table big enough to sit at properly. We stayed using the chef stay cation, which came with some steak for us to cook. However, there were no steak knives in the room and instructions to cook were without any pictures. Seems the whole approach could do with a little thinking through properly. Both pool and gym were nice and worth using if you visit. Overall of a reasonable standard, but would have expected a little more at the price they are charging.

It’s clean and modern with window from floor to ceiling. I stayed almost two months, lot of staff recognise me that I felt take care well. Especially room cleaning and breakfast staff were very proactive and friendly. One day I hang washed clothes on the room, room cleaning staff prepared additional hanger and pipe without request. It’s such great surprise. Breakfast venue 3 female staff always welcome me and take care with chat that make me energy in the every morning. This hotel is recommended to who work near expo or Changi Airport.

Capri by Fraser Changi City, Singapore ……I absolutely love this hotel I can’t stop raving about the manager ( Miss Fherzana ) who never fails to charm you, with her charming, pleasant warm welcome, she has her way to make it extraordinary $ memorable. The entire staff are super friendly, exceptional service from start to finish Also , It’s super close to the metro , airport, mall, bar and restaurants. The design of hotel is spectacular, it’s huge , the reception, the rooms, bathrooms are super swanky and the rooms are well cleaned every single day ( we booked superior room, it had a furnished kitchen) Breakfast - decent selection of food . Suitable for everyone including vegetarians we are a very happy customers.

Location is perfect as it is near to airport and expo center. Mall is next door. Breakfast is good as well. Staff is polite and helpful. Room is in good condition. The only problem is building external panels creaks and make noise constantly. It is noticeable in the night time. Owner needs to check this out and fix it.

Near to the Expo and airport. The room that I got was probably the best one I ever had. Love their effort for eliminating plastic bottle water by installing filter water in the room. They also have a self service laundry which saves us a lot. The staff were nice and polite. Breakfast was okay, no complaints can be made.

If you have one night transit but not too short time, this is the perfect place to stay. Very convenient location, just one stop with MRT from the airport. Being connected with Changi City Point makes it very easy to find whatever you need. The room was sparkling clean with comfy bed and pillows. If you travel with young children, the room is equipped with small pantry. And the service was excellent. The staffs.were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel for good price but too far from downtown. Area is half dead or not much to do after business hours of offices around. Nice for business traveler stay who have business in offices around and don’t want to such much of Singapore city. Room size is good and well equipped. Breakfast is good but given number of restaurants for decent price around does not offer value for money IMO so just look around.

My wife and I are guests in this splendid hotel staying at Room 2307 from 25-26 March. I want to commend NAREN / F&B for being a very diligent and responsible staff at the breakfast area this 26-Mar-2023 morning. He worked tirelessly going around from table to table clearing all the plates and utensils as soon as the guests leaves the table for more food. I also observed him patiently answering questions from guests. I n my mind, he is an exemplary worker who needs to be commended. Well done. In this tight labour market, I will expect that the hotel will do its utmost to develop and retain this precious human resource.

I used this a staycation(studio superior) for a family with two children under 3 to experience things in the east of Singapore. Should you choose to drive, prepare for excessive planning as you are only entitled to one complimentary parking coupon for your entire stay. Didn't use the hotel's facilities. The room is spacious, toilet is huge and we requested for a cot. It was sturdy and made of wood with a mattress. unlike other hotels with makeshift mattress made of blankets. Location wise, it's near MRT, one stop from Changi airport and it's very near Changi city point for food or other shopping needs. There are no kids activities nearby.

Strategic location in Changi business park and near to the airport. The rooms were clean and modern. They even has in room kitchen where you can cook light meal. Near to Expo and Changi Point and walking distance from lot of corporates office if you are a business traveler.

*WARNING* This hotel is either seriously spooked or has structural issues. There would be a cracking/popping sound very consistently and it's really disturbing because you'd be trying to sleep and the sound will wake you. Hope the hotel can look into this properly.
