I
have
enjoyed
our
stay
here
so
far.
It
would
be
nice
to
have
some
additional
information
available
in
the
rooms.
There
is
no
city
guide
or
information
on
connecting
to
wifi
in
the
rooms.
No
suggestions
on
where
to
go
for
meals
or
refreshments.
No
information
on
the
restaurants
on
site
or
how
to
book.
You
need
to
contact
the
Concierge
for
everything
or
look
on
the
website.
Having
booked
through
a
travel
agent,
we
didn't
learn
this
information
until
we
got
to
the
hotel
and
by
looking
around
for
ourselves.
Staff
are
helpful,
but
you
need
to
approach
them
for
assistance,
and
be
proactive
in
asking.
I
was
able
to
find
out
where
the
closest
ATM
was,
but
wasn't
provided
information
on
taxis
or
transport
which
I
generally
expect
staff
to
provide
at
checkin.
As
we
were
too
early
to
checkin
we
left
our
luggage
with
the
concierge,
where
it
could
be
put
into
locked
storage
while
we
went
out.
This
was
convenient.
We
asked
the
concierge
for
a
local
map
and
were
provided
one,
but
no
suggestions
offered
which
I
think
is
a
missed
opportunity
to
promote
what
the
local
area
offers.
The
rooms
are
a
comfortable
size
and
have
good
beds
and
facilities.
For
minibar
items
you
need
to
approach
someone
to
have
your
fridge
stocked,
I
presume
at
a
cost
per
item,
but
there's
no
information
in
the
room
on
prices
or
describing
what
is
available
for
purchase.
There
is
no
food
room
service.
There
is
a
restaurant
on
site
for
breakfast
lunch
and
dinner,
but
we
were
given
no
information
about
this
either.
The
concierge
is
very
helpful,
but
being
people
that
like
to
read
and
find
things
out
that
way,
asking
each
time
is
a
bit
of
a
bother,
particularly
when
we
have
hearing
difficulties.
There
is
no
disabled
access
into
the
hotel
that
I
could
see.
I
had
to
use
the
stairs,
which
was
a
bit
of
a
struggle,
but
I
managed.
No
permanent
disabled
access
to
the
restaurant,
but
they
can
bring
out
a
ramp
for
wheelchairs
to
use.
There
is
a
good
swimming
pool
and
gym
facilities
available.
It
is
a
short
walk
to
the
busy
Muslim
quarter
with
the
Sultan
Mosque
&
Malay
Heritage
Centre.
If
you
want
some
Instagram-worthy
photos
that
area
has
some
good
places
for
backdrops.
There
are
plenty
of
restaurants
in
that
quarter
as
well,
and
a
number
of
Chinese
restaurants
close
to
the
hotel.
You
can
access
the
other
side
of
the
street
from
the
hotel
by
using
an
overbridge,
but
be
aware
that
the
stairs
are
steep.
There
is
a
Starbucks
not
far
down
the
road
just
past
the
intersection
with
Ophir
Road.
It
is
a
4
min
walk
from
the
hotel.
