We initially had a bad experience, the room was surprisingly tiny and warm even though we set the AC at the lowest setting: 18 degrees. We waited for it to cool down for a whole day and it still didn’t. We did not have a comfortable sleep on our first night so we contacted the reception, they sent someone to check the AC but it didn’t change a thing. So we waited again for a couple of hours, then contacted the reception again, and then they sent a different staff to clean the filter, and again, it did not work. So we called the reception again and requested to be moved to another room. After the room change, everything went well. The room was still tiny but at least the AC was working better than the previous one. It didn’t cool down a lot but it got cool enough to be able to sleep comfortably. The staff were helpful and the housekeeping was efficient: we just had to press a button to let them know we needed the room to be cleaned. They did not clean the floors but they at least took the rubbish out, made the beds, and restocked the bathroom. The staff were all nice and professional so overall, it was a good stay at Hotel Mi. PS: for its price, it’s worth it 👌 the rest of the hotels around cost higher. The room may be tiny but it does its job. PROS: - nice staff - efficient housekeeping - transportation just across the hotel (MRT and bus stops) - food establishments across and around the hotel CONS: - tiny room - can get warm if you get unlucky with the room with defective AC - thin walls (you can hear everything) - fridge does not cool well

Hotel Mi along Bencoolen is a great choice for our stay in Singapore. I was there with my mother and sister. We shared the room. Though the room was quite small and the walls a bit thin, we appreciate how clean it was and the beds were so comfy. This location is also great especially for those who are visiting Singapore as tourists. It's a couple of minutes walk away from the bus stops and MRT station. There is a nearby 7-11 and other food options just along Bencoolen. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The rate is within market price and maybe even cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. I recommend staying in this place! :)

Hotel Mi is located right in the middle of all the action, and it is easy to get around from here. The rooms and toilet are very clean, the service is also very good. The rooms, however, are very small, but given that most time is spent outside walking around, it doesn't really matter. However, having a bigger room would help given the price we pay for the room.

The location was great short walk to restaurants, little India and Metro services at doorstep. Room was smaller than expected pictures aren't accurate. We had breakfast included and it wasn't worth it. Same repetitive food selections, not much choice and very tasteless. The hotel across the street offered so much more!

There are staff welcoming you as you enter the hotel, and this is nice. The reception staff too are very welcoming. We didn't ask for our room to be cleaned for the first 3 nights, but when we did request a room clean we were disappointed with the result. My daughter's hair was brushed in the morning and there was a little hair on the floor, and it was still there when we returned late in the afternoon after it had been cleaned. Not a major problem for us, but I think there's only one guy cleaning all the rooms on one floor, and maybe he's just over-worked. I also accidentally left a few charging cables in the room, and the hotel have been in contact and will keep them safe for me.

We have a good time staying in the Mi hotel. The staff was nice and polite. We receive a small piece of chocolate cake on our birthday check-in. The room was clean. The aircon was very quiet so we felt it was off even though it was on. The water was strong and easy to adjust for hot water. The hotel is located in a convenient location. However, we dislike the strong smell of the fragrant they use in the room.

Our unplanned stay at hotel mi was made very pleasant by helpful and friendly staff. The pool was amazing and a welcome relief from the humidity of the city. Although our room was small and without a balcony it was clean and well laid out.

Great location and wonderful staff (especially Yash). The rooms are small, but nice and clean with full blackout blinds. The pool area is also a good spot to relax with lots of greenery. We did find it slightly loud at night and could often hear other guests using the hairdryer etc. well after midnight.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Mi! The small size of the room did not bother us as it was very clean and functional, and the bed size/bedding quality was great and very comfortable - it provided excellent and much-needed rest after a full day of exploring the City. Fresh hallways, absolutely amazing staff (eager to help and so friendly!), excellent location. The filtered water faucet was a great touch. Considering Singapore hotel prices, you can’t beat the quality and price ratio with this one, hands down! I would definitely stay here again!

I was glad to have a safe space where it was very easy to come and go. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning was great for a good nights sleep. Sounds from the room next door and the hallway were quite loud at night so I used ear buds and was fine. It was great to leave my bags at the hotel for another day of sightseeing as I had a midnight flight. The desk staff kindly offered me a shower room before I left for the airport.

The Mi Hotel has a great location right in front of Bencoolen MRT Station. The room is small but clean. It would add value if the rooms underwent air purification to eliminate any lingering odors from previous guests, which would be greatly appreciated. Simply using chemical air fresheners is not a good idea. Moreover, the windows are not able to open for fresh air circulation.

We are satisfied with staying at this Hotel. Totally we stayed over 20nights. Great location, great house keeping and friendly staffs. Room is always cleaned, not too big but not too small. Just right. They offered us a piece of cake and upgraded our room for birthday surprised. Thank you very much. They took a photo of us for a part of birthday service but we haven't received it yet so I was wondering where did it go? :) We'll come back future again. Thank you!

We had a lovely time here, the room layout was a bit weird but it didn't bother us that much. Service was amazing and the location is very convenient for what we were doing. Unfortunately on the second night the aircond unit started leaking but this wasn't that big of an issue and we reported it during checking out. The hangers in the room were placed above the desk which was really awkward.

Very friendly staff. Very courteous, especially Vinson was exceptional. Very centrally located and can access all areas of the city from here. Highly recommend this place. Rooms are a bit smaller, but you only use them for sleeping. Anwar the Bellboy was exceptionally helpful with the bags and directions.

I would give the location, staffs and environment for 5 stars. Cleanliness overall is good if you never move the bed, i moved it when i was searching my staffs, then i found out the dirt and candies which left from previous tenant. The room is really small, but just nice for 2 pax. I was assigned a lower floor room, i think higher floor would be much better with the view.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. Checking out at 15:00 and the fact that they offered to keep our luggage for an amount of time, really helped. There was only one problem, the rooms weren't soundproof at all. We could hear everyone around us . Anyway thank you for the great experience!

From a travelers perspective, this is not a 4-star hotel. The location is excellent, and the staff are very attentive and willing to help. The breakfast is not worth counting on. The gym has two treadmills, an elyptical, and a bike. I also had a few issues with the rooms as well: The rooms are literally tiny. With two people in a room it is WAY too small. Hollow walls so every sound is amplified. Sound of water when someone above you showers quite loudly. If anyone next door is talking above a low voice you can hear it intelligibly. The doors to the hallway are paper thin and block no sound. There is no weather stripping under the room doors so all the sounds from the hallway come right in like the door isn’t even there. Overall, you can tell this building was built very cheaply. Because of the pricing, location, and the fact that I know the quality, I’d probably stay here again. However I think the title of “3-star” hotel is more appropriate.

I wouldn’t rate this hotel more than 3 stars. There is dust in every corner, some stain near the basin, the pillows are not comfortable, the room is small. However, the rest of it was excellent. I was attended by Ryan, he is friendly, the overall service is good, there is water filter in the room. The location is the biggest strength, just a few steps from the MRT station. I would definitely come back again.

The room is small but perfect for solo travellers, it also looks and smells clean, but soundproofing can be improved. Bathroom looks clean as well although there is no bidet. Excellent location, 2 MRT station within a 1-2 minute walk. Lots of food options around the area. Very thoughtful staffs, they sent a cake for my birthday (I guess they took note when they checked my Passport).

I stayed here for 6 nights and had a lovely time. The pool - so great. The rooms had massive windows and the best part, 11am check out! Oh and after checking out Yash gave me access to a shower to clean up before getting on my flight. This place really looks after their guests. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay. The room had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. The hotel is very close to many stations, very accessible, and has many eating places nearby. Very nice staff from door to reception to room cleaning staff. Excellent location for us. Prices vary from competitive to far too high so we will unfortunately not be able to stay every time.

We spent a week at the hotel, booking a triple room. Overall, a great experience and good value for what we paid. The rooms were practical but on the smaller side, with no closets. No complaints on the cleanliness. Hotel reception was very helpful and polite. Housekeeping was very responsive. Breakfast was served at a small restaurant next door. This was very disappointing - very limited options and a repetitive menu (sausages, scrambled eggs, hash brown / pan cakes, rice or noodles). No coffee machine. The hotel has a great location - the metro station is just a minute away. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. There are three small convenience stores within a couple of minutes walking distance, and a money changer right across the street.

The rooms are tiny, although you find double bed but will not get the space to put your suitcases/bags. 2 people can't live in the rooms Infact it's not even sufficient for 1 guest. Cleanliness and most of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Accessibility 5 out 5, 2 MTR stations adjacent hence travelling from the location was comfortable.

I definitely will revisit and book my stay with Mi Hotel. The room is outstandingly cozy and spotless, even if it's small for our luggage and walkaround but it fits for 2 people. The size of the room window is amazing, we could see some areas of downtown, streets, and buildings. Love the perfect size of the TV screen and of course, the filtered drinking water tap comes in very handy.

A bit of a late one. Maybe 3 years too late .. but here goes ...What a fantastic experience staying at this fine hotel establishment.. starting with the hotel staff. Very welcoming. They had helped us with our luggage to our room and we felt very privileged. Places we wanted to go and visit the staff would be very helpful and wait outside the hotel for our taxi to come. For the week we had stayed they felt like family to us. Secondly the swimming pool located on the ground floor with a gym was very clean and easy to access. Nothing to complain about regarding the breakfast cannot remember the menu hence leaving a review 3 years too late. But finally, this hotel was top notch and located central to most attractions 👍🏾

Room 917, 4 nights Positive: location and transportation options. The staff was beyond professional and nice. Early checkin: very generous and considerate. It was great to arrive and access the room without delay. Thank you! Negative: Breakfast: huge disappointment. The options, presentation of the food and the venue are not at 4-stars standard. Powder orange-juice, only American coffee (a coffee machine is a must, please) and plastic glasses for drinks. As for the food, the same options 4 days in a row: scrambled eggs, a chicken sausage and chicken ham, and one kind of fruit. The rest was Asian options. The breakfast space was really small and it did not look as clean as the rest of the hotel. I had to have a second breakfast daily, outside the hotel. I recommend booking room only, and budgeting for an external breakfast at a cafe. Room: tiny spaces. If you have lots of suitcases, they are not for you. Very limited space for hanging clothes. Noises: you can hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. This was particularly annoying in the early morning and late night. Cleanliness: sink in the bathroom was stained, and the only time I asked for the room to be made, I found the same toothpaste residues in the evening. Walls by the beds had lots of grease stains, too. Would I return? Maybe for a night, with no breakfast option and booking a bigger room. Check other options on the same street if interested in this area. Personally, it felt like a 3 stars hotel.

Cleanliness, courtesy and strategic position. We spent a couple of nights in this cozy hotel: the room was modest in size but cared for in every detail. The swimming pool is particularly welcome. Recommended.

Cheap and cheerful but don’t waste money on their breakfast - it’s awful. The staff were all professional and helpful on a 5 star level. Couldn’t ask for better service. The room are microscopic and you can barely get around the bed. I would recommend getting a room with a balcony. It’s very nice to have that option and the view is good on the upper floors. There’s a metro station 50 yards from the hotel, but taxis are very cheap.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location with excellent, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We even had our bags secured after checking out, use of the pool and a room for an hour to shower and freshen up before leaving for a very late flight. Highly recommend.

Perhaps the only thing I really liked about the hotel was the staff. They are very polite and helpful, responding immediately to any requests. As for the room, it is small, but quite comfortable, with a universal socket. No problems with Wi-Fi connection. The air conditioning works well. However, the room is quite old, there is ingrained dirt in the bathroom. The shower room is very cramped, the water pressure is not very good. Also, since the walls are very thin, you can hear all the neighbors, as well as those who like to talk loudly in the hallway. Although there are signs asking not to make noise after a certain time, not all guests follow the rules. This, of course, is not the fault of the hotel, but if you come on a business trip, you'd better look for a quieter place. In general, the hotel is not bad for a short stay, but I advise you to consider other options.

Hotel mi is in a lovely convenient location, close to hubs with a public transport station out front. The hotel is well presented and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Yash at the front desk checked us in and was a pleasure to deal with. The pool was also fantastic and quiet. The rooms are on the small side and the walls thin, but we had a fantastic stay nonetheless. I would recommend hotel mi to visitors in Singapore any day.

Stayed here 4D3N for my biz trip. Decent location, staff is super nice. I can keep my luggage even after checkout which is superb. My only complaint would be the slim door so you can actually hear other rooms checking in or housekeepers chatting in the corridor.

Location is worth crediting as it is walking distance to everywhere. The MRT station is just a stone throw away that makes traveling even more convenient. Breakfast is mediocre however understand this is outsourced. Room size is quite small and cleanliness can be further improved. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Mi. Thank you for the experience.

perfect location next to a metro station, the Little India district is within walking distance, small but clean modern room with small refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, the small shower room is also equipped with shampoo, toothbrush, etc. breakfast is served buffet-style offered. Wow…location is most ideal, it’s like the middle of town, so its not far from most of the tourist sites. Staff are really friendly and helpful, the environment is serene and welcoming. It’s close to a lot of food stalls too, almost everything is at a hand’s length, so no struggle to access any extra services. It was a 1 week well spent.

Hotel with excellent value for money, very well located near several underground lines. Easy walk to Little India and Arab Quarter. Small room, very clean and comfortable. Very friendly reception staff. Breakfast is at a bar near the hotel always very busy.

Allocated hotel mi for quarantine. A budget and basic hotel, honestly do not expect too much. Simple essential items are present. Food was not to my liking though, to be very honest. Hotel staff varies. Was asked to do art at 9 on the first day. Perhaps not communicated properly, was re advised to do art by 9. Female staff who check on me via the phone for art was patient and polite. However the male was otherwise. During check out, lunch was served at the last minute so I asked for an hour's extension. But it was not an hour yet and male staff called to check if I was done. Would have preferred to not rush as I estimated exactly an hour would be just nice. All other things were good and everything else were acceptable with the exception of the male staff.

Absolutely liked this hotel. The hotel location is very accessible and very well connected by MRT or by buses. Rooms are also nice as per Singapore and service is also good. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Whenever I will visit Singapore again my stay is confirmed in Hotel MI.

We stayed here for 5 nights. In general, it was great experience, Staff we're friendly and attentive and room we had was clean, everything was working. When we arrived, there was no hot shower but Staff called up and was willing to compensate us for extending our check out time which was good. The place is close to MET. I'd like to stay here again when i revisit Singapore

The hotel is in a very well connected area. They have breakfast as well if you book it. The reception and overall all the staffs are very courtagious and helpful. They stored my luggage after checkout for the whole day for free and also provided a shower room for an hour for free when I came to pickup the luggage. They provided free bottles of water as many as you request them. There is a restaurant next to the hotel which stays open till 3am and provides good food so you have nothing to worry if you miss to have your dinner before the other restaurants are closed. I would definitely give a Thumps Up for this hotel and would love to see people stay there and provide great feedbacks.

Was there for isolation so I didn't get the full service. Food was left at a stand at the door most of the time. Overall, the room is very small. Only have enough space for 1 luggage. Luckily I m alone.

Location is great (2mins walk to mrt station) and close to many restaurants. We can park inside the hotel (1st come 1st serve) with daily rate of $12z Highly recommended!

Our stay at Hotel Mi was very comfortable, the room is small but with everything you need and it was located in an excellent area. There was a complex about 5 minutes away filled with Vegetarian and Vegan food options which was excellent and most tourist destinations are a short walk or metro ride away. The pool area is also gorgeous

The hotel room was small but functional (from our standpoint) - we were only staying for less than 24 hours. After some confusion initially when the girl at the front desk could not find our reservation on the system, the staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom only had two bath towels (no hand towels) which is something you might want to look at. Apart from that, everything else worked and our stay went according to plan. The hotel itself is located near to a lot of restaurants and food markets/hawker centres which is helpful.

The Hotel Mi is an excellent Motel, Pricing was very affordable, the Staff are very accommodating, its situated within walking distance of most of the Shopping areas. This was my first time staying at Hotel Mi and the next time I go to Singapore, I will gladly stay here again. Highly Recommended AAA+++

We're having a nice time at this hotel. The personnel was pleasant and courteous. The room was spotless. We thought the air conditioning was turned off because it was so quiet. The water was powerful and simple to adjust for hot water. The motel is in an excellent position.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and happy to support with anything we needed. The rooms are clean (no carpet - big plus!!!) and had all what we needed. The 14m2 for a Superior Double Room were indeed a little small, but we new that before. So, all good! It would be great if the hairdryer could be plugged in in the bathroom, and not only in the bedroom.

The front desk staff worked fast, to the point, and were very pleasant. The rooms are small but clean and neat. The walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors talking loudly, which was a bit of a negative, but other than that it was very nice. I had to return home on a night flight, but even after checking out, I was able to take a shower to clean my body, which was covered in sweat from all the walking I had done during the day. I would definitely stay there again next time.

Had a nice visit. Enjoyed the stay. Had a clogged bathroom sink but staff were able to fix. Temperature was warmer than we liked (24 degrees C). AC system wasn’t able to lower the temperature more than 1 degree. Room was comfortable and had mostly everything we needed. Lacking in closet or drawer space - only 2 small drawers in desk and tiny rod to hang clothes above desk. Compact space - not much space in room to move. Hotel is In convenient neighborhood with easy access to MRT stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location, close to shops, MRT/Buses. Very clean/quiet room. We had a family room, two queen beds. Pool and gym were good for us and for what we needed. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Were offered to store bags and a room to shower in as we had a late flight out. Would diffinitely stay here again.

We stayed at Hotel Mi for 9 nights and had a really lovely stay. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and they were able to help with any requests we had. The hotel location is ideal for exploring Singapore with the MRT being a few metres away. The hotel itself was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job with making up the room daily. The room is small which is to be expected in Singapore and although there was no soundproofing we had little disturbances from other guests. Overall we're happy we chose Hotel Mi and would recommend staying here to others.

My husband and I recently booked a room at Hotel MI and regrettably, I must share my extremely disappointing experience. The reception staff exhibited a remarkable lack of professionalism and courtesy. I booked the room through a third-party agency, and that agency website did not allow us to fill in to names when we booked online. But we need this hotel proof for our visa application. The agency suggested us to contact the hotel to help us add my name into the reservation. I emailed and phoned the hotel, but they responded slowly and said they were not responsible for my visa application. I spent the whole day just waited their reply. The staff cannot understand what I want to do, and that staff was very rude, and did not let me to speak, just told me that he cannot do nothing for me. Finally, I cancelled this reservation. Although I don't know if the rooms are clean or not, I don't think their staffs are professional or friendly. Not recommended!

My husband had a very bad tummy upset leaving him too weak to check out at standard time (11 AM). We asked the hotel if we could extend our check out time due to his condition, the manager was really gracious to us and she allowed us to check out late by taking into consideration our flight schedule which was at 10 PM. I am so thankful for that!

A lovely welcome from Yash on reception. Very helpful and full of good advice for our stay, as well as a complimentary early check in and late check out. Just what we needed after a long trip. The room is very nice with a view. Not huge but that’s not expected in Singapore. Great service so far!

We arrived at the hotel three hours before check-in, however, Angel at the reception was able to get us an early check-in immediately and was super helpful throughout the process. The rooms are very clean and sufficient. I would definitely stay here when i visit again.

It's great place to stay and front office team given me a complimentary free upgrade to next category of room. Their service is excellent especially housekeeping room attendant who clean my room. Definitely worth recommending!

The location of the hotel is just amazing. It has nearby train station (it's just across), shops, restaurants, coffee shops, milk tea, church. You just need to be diligent in walking and you will see amazing stuff. What I like about the location is that, it is also near to historic sites like the National Museum, Fort Canning< National Library etc. You will never go wrong with this location.
