Only stayed a night. The room was nice and clean and a comfortable size for 2. Location is great with shopping and a bunch of restaurants very close by. Would rate this higher if the service had been better. We had problems with check-in and it took about an hour to get two coffees in the morning.

Great location. Its a ways from the airport but relatively central to everything else. There's many shopping malls in walking distance as well as restaurants and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the body care provided in the rooms are some of the best I have used. The staff is super nice as well. I would stay again when I visit.

Stayed here for a short trip with friends. Check in process was a breeze. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location is good - walking distance to the MRT, shopping malls and lots of eateries around the area. Overall our stay was amazing. We were well taken care by Ms Fiona. She was attentive and she made sure that we were nicely settled in. Will definitely come back again!

Very nice hotel. Great pool and very nice staff. Looks like a small 5 star hotel to me. The air on in the room was not that working well but there is no need for 18 degrees C anyway. Else all good.

Clean rooms, ok service . The location was perfect The breakfast area is very small and gets overcrowded at times. Decent selection of breakfast options, which my kids enjoyed. We booked the holidays at the last moment and hence picked up this hotel as due to school holidays prices were at the higher end. Otherwise, there are far better options available in the same price range, which i paid if you plan ahead n book well in advance 🙂

We stayed in this hotel for four days and never a moment did we regret for chop this hotel while in Singapore. Of course the location was splendid but it’s the experience we had from the staff which made our stay special and memorable . They gave us an early check in without making a fuss over it. All proceeds in the reception was easy and quick. We liked everything over here and whether we would recommend this place to friends or family is a huge “YES”!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn City Center for almost three weeks. The entire team was very accommodating and ensured that my elderly father and myself had a great stay. Rooms were clean , breakfast was excellent and the staff were wonderful. Due to my fathers dietary requirements, Vik who is the restaurant and bar manager went out of the way to prepare custom meals for my father. For this i am truly grateful. We will only pick this hotel when we come to Singapore. Thank you!

Decent hotel with tons of great access. Service was professional and helpful. It's easy to get a cab from the concierge desk up front. They're staffed 24/7 too. There is a restaurant in the hotel (though I'd recommend you also check out the local strip right behind the hotel if you don't feel like exploring too much). There is a hot breakfast served on site. The staff is good and the food is ok. For the price I was mildly disappointed. It takes a bit to find the dining area. From the main floor (1), pass the elevators and then take the staircase up to the second floor. The bar on the other side of the hotel is a nice place to relax and have a drink. Try a Singapore sling! Or something a little stronger 😆. The room was ok, they cleaned it every other day. The AC units are super loud. I confirmed this with several other guests. I didn't find an alarm clock in my room, which I thought was weird. Overall a nice experience, thank you!

My wife chosen here back in 2021 for our wedding banquet because of their nice chandelier and aisle which fits her requirements. We just held our wedding banquet earlier this month and we are very happy with the whole banquet. Moe was our coordinator, I only have 1 word which is excellent for her. From email liaising to food tasting to some minor adjustment in the setups, she is very accommodating to our request. We can feel the dedication she have towards her job eventually making sure couples have a memorable night. AND we did have it. Special mention to Steven, the banquet manager. From AV testing and to actual day, he will give his feedbacks and will try every way to make us feel relax and less stress. Wedding suite was comfortable and spacious but I prefer there was a bathtub. Maybe something for the management team to work on in the future? Other than that. All is good! Lastly, we don’t mind coming back here for our wedding anniversary every year! 🤭

The Hotel is one of the best that we had been to. We would rank it at the top 3 among other hotels we have stayed before in Singapore. The room is not the largest BUT it is equipped with all that is necessary. Downside is just that we would have preferred robes.. then again, its just a plus point if given.. the TV is not one of the latest but its more than enough since there are ports available for use to connect (RCA & VGA). There are also lots of powerpoint all over the room so u can charge from all over. The bed and pillows are comfortable, making your stay feeling rested. Toilet is equally spacious and the most important part about this is, it is very very clean. We dont seem to find, you know, those kind of black hidden molds... Eww.. but yes, there wasnt any here at the tubs and such.. yayyyyy!!!! Breakfast was included in our package stay and we were happy we had it. There were lots of food choice and the spread was via buffet. Waffles, pancakes and Pau were all steamed to maintain the moistness and fluffiness. Porridge, omelette types, noodle n soup are also available if u wana make your own. Just a small downside is that, you will need to approach another lift lobby to access level 2 for the 'makan' area. Its a small price of inconvenience BUT we are happy since the food are superb. The location of the hotel is actually not the best BUT they really make good use of the location since it is at the corner. I would say the management leveraged well on its location and the surroundings. The reason we said so is because , its actually beside the CTE and traffic at times could/would be noisy due to horns n such.. BUT the sound is countered by view which takes away the noisy road thru luscious greens just outside the hotel itself and the further view above the expressway, which really pleases the eyes. We would definitely recommend this hotel any time.. just that, expect the pricey amount u will need to pay.. but what is an amount u would pay for a good rest? U decide yeah.. 😊😊😥 The hotel as a whole would definitely deserve more than 5 stars. The staff are very attentive and warm to all d guests and it is very heartening to be able view all of this through observations. All in all, we will definitely tell anyone who would like to stay in Singapore, to sleep over in this hotel. Although it looks quite old, but nothing feels old here.. Cheers!!

It was a wonderful stay for us. The room was large enough and they helped us with a microwave and cutlery during the stay. Breakfast spread was very good. Plenty of Variety and tasty food. Helena made sure the guests were comfortable during breakfast and provided all guidance. Food at hotel F&B section (at lobby) is delicious. I had the privilege of visiting the Tandoor restaurant at the Holiday Inn, Orchard Road, 3 weeks back. This was my second visit to this restaurant the first one being an exquisite dining experience. The ambiance at the restaurant was warm and inviting and the staff cordial and pleasant. Even though we arrived a few minutes closer to the closure of the kitchen at the lunch session, we were fully satisfied with their service and enjoyed the most delicious authentic Indian cuisine.

We held our wedding at Holiday Inn Orchard, it was such a wonderful experience! We love the services and meticulousness by the wedding coordinator and banquet manager! Big thanks to our wedding coordinator, Moe! We understood from our emcee that there was a period where Holiday Inn was down in manpower, and that she had to takeover many last minute's projects/events, yet she has been responsive in addressing our queries/requests. She has been really helpful and guided us well in our wedding planning. We are thankful that she had acceded to our many last minute requests. The dinner banquet package was very value for money, and the food was good! The whole wedding went very smoothly! Truly a blessing for us to have Holiday Inn as our wedding venue! Thank you!

What a nice place & location! Recently booked a staycation for me and my wife to celebrate our anniversary. Buffet dinner was great at the restaurant, so many choices and suit our taste buds. Will definitely be back for more celebrations!!

My experience was amazing. I think the hotel stands toe to toe with the Intercontinental. I have stayed here once before and you can see the changes as they strive to keep improving. It has the same charm and incredible friendly staff feel as the Intercontinental if not a touch better. The staff from the front desk with Irwin, Dorothy, Dorothea and all of them (lost all the names I had) are very help and quick to take of you. The Club Lounge is relaxing and well managed. Feonia's team is there too please. The food is is a good quality and is nice to have available as well as the beverages. Its a nice spot to work in quite when needed. The 2nd floor breakfast staff is very friendly and attentive to all your need stating with Ardi and Helena smiles and friendly welcome. The new Chef is amazing.. Joanne is so sweet and willing to please. The food service was good before but now it is such a pleasant experience due to Joanne. Everything taste so good and there is such a huge verity to choose from. I can't say enough about how wonderful the breakfast staff is. I would like to put out a special thanks to Jason. Jason is the guy you go to .. or in this case, he comes to you looking for problems to fix. It's nice to ask for something you need or to make a suggestion and have someone really lessen but also act. He solved equipment issues in the gym. He solve a broken a/c unit in the gym and implemented an idea we talked about to solve a window heat problem in the gym. He cares and lessens. I wish I could remember everyone becuase there are so many there making you feel like it's a home away from home. I recommend to stop by the Holiday Inn at City Center at Orchard the next time your planning a visit to Singapore .. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Thank You Staff .. all of you.

Booked a stay last week with my family. The kids had fun and my wife was happy. Cannot believe how great the service was and that my kids loved the food. This can be summarised to 你们太棒了.

Today my daughter got a course at Holiday Inn S"pore Orchard. And the lunch are provided. Everything is really nice and tasty, and all 服务员 真的很棒！Especially their lunch, really good taste! We held our wedding here at the hotel. The facilities such as the ballroom was beautiful and we had great reviews by our guest on the quality of food served. Staff was very helpful throughout the event meeting our needs at various point of the wedding. Just some small areas of improvement, communications with the hotel could be more timely throughout the process and minor turnaround issues such as menu from lunch still being placed on our tables during reception as well as the wrong names displayed on the panels (TV and displays) to guide guest on our event day.

Strongly recommend to hold your meetings and seminars here. Hotel is situated at a quiet corner of Orchard. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming, specifically Bryan, Lynn, and Baharom who hosted us. Spread at Windows at the Park buffet are delicious - especially the seafood dinner. Looking forward to return here again.

The journey from check-in to checkout at Hotel was outstanding, especially thanks to the attentive care of Fiona and Firdaus executive lounge . They were always there, ensuring every detail and order were taken care of impeccably. Not to mention the rooms were amazingly clean and the location which was right in central Singapore added to the convenience.

Stayed 2 nights with a 6-year-old around the Orchard area. Highly recommended hotel. The staff, especially Lilyan, was very helpful, offering an early check-in when I just wanted to leave my luggage. The front office staff were all very responsive. The room was big, clean, and despite the furniture style appearing old, it was well-maintained. You will get bathub for all superior room, good for your relax time after roll around the city. Received 6 bottles of water on the second day of my stay. Exceptional! Had my wedding here and service staff were exemplary! Moe was my wedding coordinator and she was so flexible with everything and giving in to all of our requests. Anand was our banquet manager and he was so so nice as well. They heated up our banquet food and brought up to our room after the event. Food was great and feedback during food tasting was taken and improved tremendously! Never regret holding my wedding here. Room was great too other than it being super cold. Will recommend HIOCC to anyone holding a wedding!

We chose the hotel based on location and that is its best feature. It is slightly off the busy street and the concierge was able to get us taxis quickly. Staff was overall great. I disliked the smell in the gym which smelled like body odor and wet towel. The rooms had a musty smell when we first entered which I attribute to the humidity. The pool was a good short lap pool.

This is my 1st time. I am staying in this hotel. My husband has been to this hotel on many business trips before. The front desk receptionist and the concierge were helpful, polite & with welcoming greetings. The room is very clean, tidy, and spacious with a check-in call to make sure we are settling in our room comfortably. We have a buffet dinner on the 2nd floor. Window on the park cafe restaurant.. Again, the variety of food to choose from was astonishing. We definitely came back to this hotel in the near future. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms were nice and clean, but service not that great. Being a platinum elite member, I wasn't offered the benefits at check in. At the same time, I had mailed the hotel 2 weeks prior to my check in with my room preferences. Nothing was done about it. I was asked to wait till rooms and arranged, and waited for more than an hour and when asked at counter if my room was ready, they said yes it's been ready for a while. No intimation of it in spite of sitting in front of the front desk for hrs. Even while checking in, I wasn't given the information about fitness centre under renovation and can go to another hotel to workout. Only information given was the fitness centre is not operational. The initial 2 days I didn't find the service up to the mark. Later on met Mr. Jason from guest relations, and he tried to smoothen my experience. This rating it a 3 star overall. Else would have rated much lower. I have stayed with Holiday inn Atrium and Novotel at Stevens in the past. Haven't encountered such instances with them.

Just had our wedding on 1May2022. It was definitely a memorable night, hotel stay was superb with excellent service. A special shoutout to Moe, our banquet coordinator who assisted us in organising from the start to our wedding night. Much thanks to her and her team. We stayed here for 5 nights and we really enjoyed it. Starting with our arrival, we were able to get a room and check in a few hours earlier. The rooms were nice, the hotel had a good location with plenty of options for food and shopping. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Plus the price was affordable for Singapore. Thank you!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and opted for Executive lounge service. Very much impressed by their service. Special thanks to Fiona and her team. They made sure we were taken care very well during our entire stay. She even made my daughter very comfortable.

This hotel made us pay for another room because of one extra child. Made the process extremely difficult and we spent over an hour at check in at night. One of the rooms stunk very badly - no one did anything after various complaints to fix the issue. Positives were the guys at the lobby who were helpful. Concierge staff need lessons in humility and compassion. Avoid this hotel at all costs especially if you have children.

Had our wedding banquet here and we really love the Orchid Ballroom. It is very beautiful, clean and they served very fresh and tasty food. Our coordinator Moe and Han has been very helpful, thoughtful and professional to us on the actual day. Had been liaising with Moe for the past ten months and it has been a smooth and pleasant planning throughout the process and we are very grateful to Moe trying to accommodate to our request and some last minute changes. I must say Moe has been an excellent coordinator and been there throughout for us. Not to mentioned, a very thank you to Han, for always been so patient and advising as well and always been on a smiley face. It really smoothes us mentally and we had our perfect wedding here. Bridal suite was excellent as well. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. We love it. Would consider coming back once a year to book the suites room. Amazing experience. Truly worth every money spent here!

I have the opportunity to do a site visit arranged by Guest Services Manager; Fiona. Also pleasantly surprised greeted by Dorothy who could still remember me at the reception. Specially mention and applaud Fiona who is friendly, accommodating and served with passion and smiles. She certainly fits and works well in the hospitality industry and made the guest feel welcome and warm. The hotel has comprehensive facilities with gym, swimming pool and restaurant. It's centrally located in tourist belt zone and easily accessible to public transport, F & B outlets, restaurants and museums. Certainly a convenient and comfortable accommodation.

The Holiday Inn orchard center was in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent service at breakfast buffet from all the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful! At the bar, Ash was excellent! She was very easy to talk to and made our visit to the hotel bar very enjoyable!

The hotel definitely needs a lot of TLC. Our room is big but shows a lot of signs of aging. At this stage, it's a 3 star hotel at best, not a 4. But location is very important as well. We love how it is close to a lot of high-end malls and walking distance to MRT.

Staff were nice and helpful. The location was very convenient. We had a bit of a green view out our 4th floor window across a highway. Didn’t really notice any traffic noise though. We opted to spend our dining out instead of inside the hotel. Can’t comment on the food but there are plenty of local places to eat at. Laundry is very expensive at the hotel but there is a laundry across the road who charges by weight and returns your washing folded at very reasonable prices. We also saw a laundromat but opted for the full service. Overall great location but can do with some decor updating.

We stayed here for 5 nights, here were some thoughts: Pros: great service (the staff at breakfast & reception were very attentive and dedicated), very convenient location (super close to MRT & malls), great room cleaning services. Room is reasonably big for the price. Cons 1. Breakfast. There was a queue for the breakfast buffet on most days (we were advised to go during non-peak hours during check in but did not imagine how crowded the place would be!). There’s variety but a lot of the food is not hot and average! I think the breakfast would be more suited if you are a family with small children, otherwise, breakfast outside might be better. Minimal appeal to wake very early for a so-so breakfast. 2. The hotel & room is definitely dated 3. Our TV didn’t work for the entire stay despite notifying staff

Fantastic location, a short walk from Orchard Rd but still very quiet at night time. Staff were genuine and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, fresh with plenty of variety. The pool area was nice and the gym well equipped. Kid friendly, on check in we were presented with a colouring in pack for both kids and a cot for my son was brought to the room shortly after arrival. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here who want close location to Orchard for a reasonable price.

Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff are so friendly and attentive, the hotel room was very spacious and clean - important when staying with 2 little ones. Only qualm is that the breakfast area is quite small so gets very busy in the morning and I did have to queue most days. Staff did work hard to get us seated as soon as possible though. Thanks especially to Vick who was so friendly and made us feel welcome. Such a great location being right next to Orchard Road too. I’m sure I will stay here again next time I come back to Singapore!

I don’t feel comfortable from the moment I step into the room. The hotel is quite age, ceiling is quite low, room concept and design very old I would say. certain corner are very dusty. If you are very particular on hotel room environment, I not recommend this hotel. You may go to holiday inn Clarke quay, is newer. But anyway, Service is good as the reception assist to change another room for me, however I still don’t find it comfortable, suppose to stay for 3 nights, but I decided to check out on the second day and move to another hotel.

Very close to eateries, shopping complexes and the famous orchard Rd. The front of the hotel is very classy but the rooms eg- standard rooms are OK. We found it hard two tall people to sleep in a double bed. Pool facilities very good. Room service every day and buffet breakfast very good too.

Good location in town, very accessible to shopping district. Bar lounge is conducive but can open till later hours on weekends. Buffet food has great selection, and service staff are friendly.

I’ve had a great experience at holiday inn. Service is pleasant and I enjoyed my stay there. There’s a variety of food items for the buffet breakfast & it’s so delicious! Location right at the city centre, very convenient with nearby mrt station just 5min walk away. Definitely will come back again & would highly recommend this hotel.
