Horrible stay. I understand that it is what I get for the price, which I must admit is very affordable. For context, this is not my first time staying in a hostel and I have done this before, so my tolerance is higher for this kind of accomodation. However, this one in particular was simply not up to standard even for someone like me. Similar to another review I saw, the set-up of the hostel is such that there are many foreign workers that have basically made the hostel their home, taking away from the experience as they have small stoves to cook on, always taking calls, and also hanging their clothes everywhere. I stayed only for one night, having already selected where I would sleep. However, midway through, the receptionist tried to get me to move me from my original bed to another one upstairs when I had already made myself comfortable in the bed. I left the next day with numerous bites all over my body which I may only attribute to bedbugs. The only other good thing about this place, besides its price, is that it is located in a very convenient place not too far from the airport and the city. The MRT station is only a few minutes away from the hostel. My final verdict is that I do not recommend.

Overall I would say this is a good budget option if you aren't fussy and hanging out in your hotel a lot. Since I was mostly out and about I was happy to just come back to the hotel as a place to sleep. My only issue was communication before getting there. They never responded to my messages about late check-in. When I got there I panicked because my taxi dropped me off at 2am and the front desk was closed and there was no number to call. Thank goodness I had SIM data and checked my email. They did indeed send me instructions to get into the room. All part of the budget experience I guess. Also I had red itchy sores on my legs a day after checking out of the hotel. They could be from anything but I did read other's reviews mentioning bed bugs. I did not see any bed bugs during my stay but just be careful. The dorm rooms are basic with some air conditioning in the main area. In your capsule there is no air con or fan. You will have to open the curtain or stick your feet out to cool down. In the capsule there is a small towel drying rack, bag hooks, shelf, light and an international power outlet. Walls between capsules are thin. It's basic but it'll do. The other guests seemed like long-term residents since there wasn't much of a backpacker vibe. Everyone was very respectful and quiet though even in the big dorm. They provide lockers big enough for a small carry on bag, but anything bigger you have to store under the beds or in the room. Breakfast is essentially instant coffee or teh with some sweet bread rolls. There is a fridge you can store food but only a microwave in the common area to heat up with. There are four showers and toilets on each floor which seemed enough for everyone. Showers look like they need a refresh but they were at least clean. Hotel provides towels, a toothbrush set and shower gel. The location is fantastic, it's close to the airport and the city with lots of buses going to most of the sights and the airport MRT line close by. Around the hotel there are a few food options and a convenience store that accepts cash only.

My favorite hostel near national stadium! A bit far from 7-Eleven, but the hostel really comfy. Provide coffee/tea/biscuit in the morning, the staff so friendly, and it is capsule like bed. So, we got a more privacy.

Friendly staffs and very good environment especially their lobby. Love their simple breakfast yet yummy which were cereal, milk, toast, jam, peanut butter, coffee or tea. Big tv showing netflix. Wifi accesible all around the hostel. Quite fast connection. Toilet was good but sometimes bad depends on the users. Hot showers, room was well lit and airconditioned. Share room among 4-10 people depends on the room. Sometimes you can enjoy a peaceful quite sleep but sometimes you cant due to other people whom you shared the room with. Have kettle to boil your water to make your own tea. Free tea/coffee/sugar btw. Below the hostel, you can have indian-muslim cuisine like prata or fried rice. A lot of eateries nearby. Few mins walk to kallang mrt station. Near to bus stops. Few mins walk across the mrt station is a foodcourt serving chinese and western foods which near to grocery stores.

Absolute crooks. I almost never leave 1-star reviews. The hostel is unstaffed after-hours. When my staff arrived to check-in, the assigned bed was taken by another guest. The hostel hotline provided is not answered. My staff has to leave after 30 mins. When I tried to contact Agoda to refund, the hostel management lied through their teeth and refused to refund. To the hostel management, please operate your business with a conscience. Cheating can only get you so far until your luck runs out.

If I could give no stars I would! Worst hotel service I have ever had in my life. Arrived to this hostel after many hours of travelling and there was no staff around. When we finally managed to call a staff member they hung up the phone twice and ignored the rest of the 8 calls I made. 2 men finally show up to check us in and then they claim to not work there at all and say that we have no booking? I donโ€™t understand how non staff members would know if we had a booking or not? They said they would help and call the manager(the man who hung up on me twice) and he told these โ€œnon staff membersโ€ to tell myself and my boyfriend that our booking was cancelled and we had no bed. Had to find a room on very short notice for double the price. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. They are con-artist mc liars.

The room is very narrow. The ladder to the top bed isnโ€™t very comfortable. The bed was in good size and was comfortable. Every bed has a curtain. The bathroom is outside the room and is okay. The shower is pretty small but overall itโ€™s fine. Worth the price. Itโ€™s a 5 minutes walk from a metro station. The breakfast is on the top floor and you can get bread, jam, butter, peanut butter, cornflakes, coffee, milk, apple juice. You need to wash your dishes.

Do not expect any. You should be honest to yourselve which means that, if you are checking this hostel is because you are looking for something very affordable so that's what you should expect. I think that this hostel is a very good compared to others in the same category. I would say: its the best of the worst. I would stay again if I my budget is low, I'll choose it again so far. Location is very good.

Just nice. Suitable for a solo or couple travellers and backpackers. The location is very strategic especially those who attend an event at the National Stadium.

The worst experience in my life, we arrived and they canceled the reservation for 5 nights telling me that was Booking that canceled. Of course, I call booking customer service and the reservation was not canceled- so basically they messed up and decided to cancel the same moment we enter. The stuff was the worst, unprofessional and liers. I called the manager and was even worst, reading the feedback apparently is something that they do frequently and plus they try to charge me the nights. LITERALLY THE WORST. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM

We arrive early that day and there was no one at the register counter?. We called for assistance and they said they would be there at 2pm. We asked about our room and they said there was no room available. Then, what the heck did we booked for??. When we called, they said there was a room available. Then, why no room???. We waited for another 30 min, and we still didn't get our room. Management is very poor.

I gave this kind of low rate due to this property has cancelled my bookings with no early notice, they should have given me notice a week before or at least 3 days before. I have arrived Singapore that time and need to find another room with more expensive price. Its very very very inconvenient.

Arrived at around midnight, had to call a number to get in. Luckily, I had a SIM card to make the call, but that could be a problem for other people. When I got in, I tried to find the key for access while on the phone with their staff, but my tired jet-lagged self hadn't realized there was a bottom floor with a door. I went up the stairs to try to find the item for access into the room for about 35 minutes. Finally a fellow patron assisted me, and I got to my pod. It had no sheets, and the temperature of the place was set to be pretty cool. Bed was comfy for a hostel, but couldn't sleep well because of the temperature. The staff in the morning were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm imagining a better experience would have occurred during day check in.

Tldr: Bedbugs, terrible service. BE WARNED before you make a booking here. I have never written a 1-star review, but this hotel really compelled me to leave this comment. First off, sound insulation terrible, so you can hear the traffic. On the first night itself, I felt itching all over my body, and I couldn't fall asleep. Turning on the lights, I found the bedding and blankets to be infested with bedbugs. The next day, i complained to the staff, but all she could say to me was "manager not around this week", and refuse to even change my bedding. Upon asking her what my options were, she just say "no" and went on to play with her phone in the corner. The only saving grace is the nearby MRT station, but honestly, that's not enough to save this place.

A little bit difficult to find, but actually convenient location. Good for an overnight - much better than the airport floor. Clean beds. Bathroom was okay. I would book it again for a layover.

PROS: -> free breakfast & coffee & tea -> iron, hair dryer, towel, soap, locker & key provided -> great wifi even inside the room -> great and strong AC -> friendly staff -> comfortable bed -> easy to check-in CONS: -> 1st day : 1 guy talked over the phone at around 1am+ -> 2nd day : 2 guys talked and laughed loudly at around 1am+ -> kinda hot outside the room -> not very clean at public area -> too many inside a room can be noisy (prep earplugs) -> door would never be locked SIDE NOTES: -> this hostel does accommodate foreign workers & some old folks

Check in process is easy, just using IPAD from the counter. And the rest are automate. The room area are consider ok, but the wall outside are already fungus. Other than that, just a short time break is consider a very good place with this pricing.

I am okay with this hostel. Affordable and accessible to public transport and food places. Rooms are quite small but you can still have a good sleep.

This place is a hostel with 8 to 12 beds room and 4 beds room one level upstairs. The good points here are the netflix and TV is the rooms. Other points to improve are bathrooms are not spacious, the breakfast has only bread and cornflakes and no eggs. The lockers are not safe. It is so loose and easily breakable. Overall, You can have an average stay here with little expectations.

Such a valuable choice to stay. Good location, walking distance from MRT station. Good service, staff well attended to the needs of customers. Good facilities in term of pantry and bathroom, explore it yourself and you will know how good it is. Free breakfast provided so that you don't have to spend much on breakfast. Overall comfy and clean environment with affordable price. Definitely will come back again.

One of the best place to stay. Not too far from Kallang MRT, I think it's around 300m til I reach there. Prepare to bring your towel because they didn't provide it. In the morning they prepare for you a simple breakfast like cereal & bread. Afterall I recommend this place, the price also affordable

Been staying here three times for a night stay. Overall quality was good, the hostel itself is within walking distance by the MRT Station. I use the reddoorz apps with promo code : DISKONHEBOH given by my friend. May be you need it cause it is applicable in all reddoorz, this saved my money a lot! Thanks guys

Hygiene of the mattress or compartment is average, the mattress and the gap surrounding wasn't kept clean. Management could pay extra attention to vacuum up the dirt around the mattress 5" spacing once awhile. Nevertheless, Friendly, helpful, politely staff. Decent and acceptable, comfortable breakfast space. All facilities are decent and still in good condition, and functional. If your a person who can't withstand cold, the air conditioning within the room is superb cold, it's on 24-7 full BLAST high speed. Cold lovers will like this temperature. KEEP IT UP REDDOORZ, YOU GOING PUBLIC IPO!
