One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It's cheap but don't fall for that. They have the least cleanliness rating in my review. The bad smell starts from the lobby and it does not end in your room. Cockroaches everywhere, even on your bed! They won't spare your luggage if you leave it open for couple of hours. I also assuming they might have bed bugs! I guess they have never cleaned the carpet once placed in the rooms. I don't recommend staying here even just for a night, you will be discussed. But the good part is- it is cheaper than most of the hotels in Singapore. The location is great, almost all the popular neighborhoods are at walking distance. Great area to live in for subcontinental tourists. Tons of deshi food and souvenir shopping is right at the corner.

One of the budget hotel in Singapore. The nearest MRT is Farrer Park. Located in Little India area, in front of an Indian hawker and bus station. Great location. WiFi is good, clean room but the air-con is super cold. Responsible and friendly staff. The room needs a little renovation.

I strongly recommend everyone ,specially Indians to not consider this hotel at all. This hotel is in little India so many Indians feel comfortable to book this hotel. There nothing that is good about this hotel. Hotel is not maintained at all. Rooms are dirty, cockroaches freely roam in the room, housekeeping is pathetic. Hot water Kettles had black fungus, cups were dirty, bathroom and room roof had leakages. I had asked the housekeeping staff to replace the mugs or wash them for us, and they told us that we need to wash mugs ourselves and they will clean the room only once during checkin. No bed sheet change or cleaning of the floor was done despite request. Hotel staff is extremely rude and unapologetic about their behaviour. Their “I don’t care attitude is very evident from their action and expressions “. Do not spoil your Singapore experience by staying at this hotel.

The place was run down and needs renovation. The staff was friendly but they didn’t clean the bathroom during our 6 days stay. Amber restaurant was good compared to Delhi restaurant in price and quality. The location was the only plus point. The hotel definitely needs improvement.

The rooms are quite small.and over priced at times. Most of the rooms needs to maintained, smells really bad, not cleaned well, washroom is not in good shape and the carpets meeds to be changed. The location is really ideal for tourist which also have a good service, but i prefer to use the stairs since the lift take ages....

Manage your expectations when booking here. Cons: -Not so polite/courteous staff -Dated rooms/facility -Dirty rooms - underneath the bed you can see a lot of dust and dirt, carpets and curtains doesn't seem to be regularly cleaned, really dated furnishes. -No ref -We specifically requested for 1 queen-sized bed but they gave us 2 separate single bed despite booking a couple of months back, and we even requested upon arrival to change our room, but the receptionist rudely explained they're fully booked and didn't seem to care. Not any kind of alternative or compensation was suggested. Poor customer service. -No "DND sign", so if you didn't tell the receptionist to not clean your room, they would just enter your room when you're outside and forgot to inform the receptionist. -General crowd who checks in ARE VERY NOISY. Some even keeps their door open and talks so loud, or their children keeps playing at the hallway - definitely one of the worst place if you want a sound sleep as a lot of other guests are so INCONSIDERATE to their neighbors. -Crows outside are very noisy especially during mornings which would usually wake you up especially if you're a light sleeper. Pros: -Relatively affordable -Good location situated between several MRTs and Bus stations -Has a nearby 7-eleven (about <500m walk) -Has a working bidet. -Shower heater works properly and shower pressure is adequate I would definitely NOT book again here unless there's really no other option left.

The owner can change hotel name to“cockroach Boardway Hotel. I get shock when I take the kittle to wash…At least have 30 over cockroaches under the kittle. When I complain to the Reception, they just give me cockroach spray and ask me to return it. If you want to book this hotel Please think twice !!!

Rooms are clean and the staff is very supportive. There's housekeeping happening everyday for rooms. Has a bit more to improve on room maintenance. However overall this is a really good place for a budget traveler to stay and is conveniently located in Little India

Hotel owning heart of the city with lot of things accessible easily. Little India where you feel you're home away from home with most of south and north Indian cuisine. Near by lot of shopping places. However hotel rooms needs more improvement and regular maintenance. Pocket friendly hotel with $80-$100 per day

#bad service # extremly bad indian staff #careless attitude Staying Broadway hotel Singapore is the worst experience in my life, my two friends and I went to singapore for my friends medical reason, I pre booked this hotel when we reached at the reception at 2.PM, middle age black indian man who was working there i request him to give us room as early as possible because of my friend health condition, he became so rude and rough and told me am I stupid, we became so surprised, later another indian young black guy came and joined with him and untill we check out (we stayed 6 night) he was so rough, i was shocked that how come it is possible to become so unprofessional in Singapore. I wanted to contact Singapore police but because of my friends physical condition i could not make time to do this, I suggest everyone before book broadway hotel must think thousand times.

Spent two weeks here. Ideal location with no frills, clean room at a reasonable price. Cold aircon, hot shower, and daily cleaning. Close to 24hour shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Guys at front desk accommodating and friendly.

I can't think of anything good or excellent about this hotel. Wifi is slow, room is not clean, especially the carpet, the washroom is like a 1000 year old, noise from the main road, etc.

PROS: 1. in a very good location. 5 mins walk to Farrer Park MRT, about 7 mins to Jalan Besar MRT and a bus stop right outside the hotel. There are a lot of food shops as you step outside hotel but mostly Indian and vegetarian options. a couple of convenience mart a few steps away. there is a 711 about 7 mins away and a mall just 10 mins walk. 2. AC is good and gets really cold at night. 3. There is an elevator that services all floors. but thats about it. that is all the PROS i can think of. CONS: 1. A LOT of COCKROACHES. and i mean a lot. they nest under the bed or table i guess and they go out when you are not in the room. sometimes we see them on the electric kettle so think twice of using the kettle. never leave foods on the table. 2. Carpet does stink and sometimes feel icky when barefoot. never sit down or lie down on the floor. 3. they never change the sheets. we stayed for 4 nights. they do take out the trash and change your towels and water bottles every morning but they never change our sheets. 4. There is free wifi but it is only good for sending emails, chats and browsing. Speed is not for gaming, streaming and the like. 5. There is a TV but you only get Indian channels. 6. Im not sure if there is another entrance at the back, but the main entrance has stairs so you need to carry your luggage inside which is a hassle if your luggage is 30kgs or more. 7. Staffs are approachable but would forget your request. Ive reached out to the front desk for 3 requests on separate occasions but they never went back to grant them. 8. It could get really crowded during weekends not just inside the hotel but also outside on the streets so plan your commute accordingly. 9. Price really isnt worth it for this kind of hotel. Book this if you really have no other choice.

Great location , clean room. This is a budget hotel ,you do not get anything more than this. Rooms can accomodate 2 or max 3 guests. For a short stay of 4-5 days you can save money by staying here.

The location of the hotel is good, accessible via bus service/ near by mrt (farer park). The rooms are quite basic. Cleanliness is an issue and the room is full of insects, cockroaches. The hotel is affordable but they should improve on cleanliness part

Service and location wise, they are trying their best. But the rooms need serious renovation without further delay. The people at the front desk are helpful, but their hands are tied with the resources at their disposal.

Well , i was here with my family. My wife and my six year old daughter. Location of the hotel is just awesome. Everything is just so close , from restaurants to mustafa market , everything is in walking distance. Staff behavior was good , check in was so fast , takes about 3-4 mins. But my room AC was not upto the mark, i told the girl who was siting on reception , she comes to my room and told me that AC will work this only and in a very rude way. Although Room was good according to the rate.

Basic hotel. Location couldn't be better. Farrer road is nearest Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station. Bus stop is in front. Shops for clothes to mobiles and electronics nearby along with Mustafa store. Self service. Need to carry luggage on your own to the room

Rates are affordable. For the rate we cannot expect more. Wifi hot water are available. Car barking is not available. Best place to stay. Shops, temples and vegetarian restaurants are in plenty. The biggest store Mustafa centre is in this area. I think little india is one of the busiest area in Singapore.metro and bus services are there.there is a bus in every five minutes. Like this place very much.

The hotel is located facing Serangoon Road, in the midst of little India. Location is very convenient and is in walking distance to almost everything. There is a bus halt right outside the hotel. Jalan Besar (Downtown Line) and Farrer Park (North East Line) MRT stations are located walking distance from the hotel. Places of worship are also conveniently located - within 02 minutes walking distance. Restaurants are plenty and many meal options from varying budgets are available in the vicinity. Mustafa Center is a 3 - 5 minute walk from the hotel The rooms in the hotel are cleaned daily and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. Hotel is more on the average side, but the location cancels out the negatives.

Very warm and cozy place. Fantastic north Indian cuisine. Best part it's on the main road whereby you can see the hussel and bussel of people going by while you enjoy your meal. And it's an inlet whereby you can sit comfortably without the human traffic crossing parts with you. Very enjoyable.

Situated back from the main road, I couldn’t hear any street noise from the upper floors. Andrew the owner is very helpful. I arrived at 730am New Year’s Eve with no booking and he allowed me to checkin immediately without the additional 1/2 day charge. The hotel itself is very average and dated, but I found it clean enough and the other staff friendly and helpful. It’s perfectly located to all the action and walkable to train station, buses and a tonne of restaurants. I paid $100+tax for a double room per night. The rate was displayed @ the front desk. I would stay here again.

Update: This time their services are worst. You literally have to clean your own room as they dont send someone to clean your room. No utilities at all. I am disappointed and changing hotel. Three years back it was good but in 2022 It's worst. Not so bad if u want to have a place to stay...the location is good...

Worst hotel Inhuman staff Rude behaviour I booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 2 children. On the day of check out my child got high fever. I requested the hotel staff for late check out and was ready to pay extra charges. The hotel staff started taking advantage of the situation and stared quoting high price and gave me a room which was under maintenance( photo’s attached) and charged 50SGD for a late check out for 4hrs. The staff was very rude and in human behaviour just took advantage of the situation
