Booked
a
three
night
stay
-
due
to
finances,
myself
and
partner
couldn’t
stay
anywhere
else;
we
could
only
afford
a
single
bed
pod
together.
On
arrival,
staff
were
rude
and
refused
that
we
can
stay
together
and
no
refund
could
be
given.
Other
people
at
reception
were
also
getting
turned
away
post
booking,
and
saying
the
website
shouldn’t
of
let
us
book
as
the
hostel
was
full.
This
caused
stress
as
it
was
easter
weekend
and
everywhere
was
full
-
therefore
my
partner
had
nowhere
to
stay.
They
stated
they
were
going
the
extra
mile
and
changing
the
bed
I’ve
booked
to
a
different
room
meaning
I
have
to
recheck
in/out
again
the
next
morning.
Attention
to
detail
was
awful
-
dirt
and
dust
in
the
pods,
and
in
the
showers
the
dispensers
were
not
labelled
(I
didn’t
know
if
I
was
washing
myself
with
shampoo,
and
body
gel
in
my
hair!).
No
signs
for
a
‘quiet’
time
-
can
hear
other
people
in
their
capsules
being
VERY
loud
until
early
hours
of
the
morning
-
couldn’t
respect
other
people
trying
to
sleep.
Can
also
hear
loud
music
from
the
street,
no
sound
proofing
whatsoever.
Breakfast
is
not
included,
and
soggy
piece
of
toast
is.
Reception
staff
unpleasant
(2
ladies),
no
smiles
nor
good
customer
service.
Also,
there
are
so
many
cameras
In
the
hostel
which
are
monitored
by
reception
staff
and
can
watch
people
24/7
while
sitting
there.
Little
bit
unsettling
-
shouldn’t
it
be
watched/looked
back
on
for
emergency’s/issues
only?
Common
area
is
a
few
chairs
-
no
atmosphere
nor
a
welcoming
area
for
guests.
You
will
find
the
pods
are
dusty,
and
I
had
a
wet
stain
on
the
wall
of
mine
(dread
to
think
what
it
was)
-
sheets
not
changed,
dorms
smell
of
feet.
Bathrooms
were
clean,
however
could
have
more
hooks
in
the
cubicles
to
hang
things
on.
Could
put
basics
ie
hairdryer
etc
in
the
bathroom,
rather
than
go
to
reception
with
wet
hair
and
ask.
No
pod
storage,
towel
still
wet
after
two
nights.
Unable
to
leave
baggage
after
6pm,
when
our
flight
was
at
midnight.
