Stayed at this hotel with my family on a vacation in Singapore .We got complimentary early check in, which started our trip on a positive note. The rooms are quite spacious for a budget hotel, as there are land constraints in Singapore. The service was great and the staff were very helpful and cooperative. You also get complimentary water bottles daily from them. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Singapore.

Ibis Styles Singapore Albert hotel is known for its modern and stylish designs. Here's a general review: Pros: 1. Modern Design: Ibis Styles Singapore Albert features contemporary and vibrant designs, creating a visually appealing atmosphere. 2. Free Breakfast: Ibis Styles Singapore Albert offers complimentary breakfast, providing a convenient start to the day. 3. Consistent Quality: As part of the Ibis brand, there is a level of consistency in service and facilities. 4. Value for Money:Ibis Styles tends to offer good value for budget-conscious travelers. Cons: 1. Limited Amenities: While comfortable, lacks certain luxury amenities found in higher-end hotels. 2. We stayed for 18 days from 22/5 till 9/6/21 We were moved from a reputed 5 star hotel of a global chain to this hotel there as part of quarantine requirements of Singapore..so initially we were very apprehensive and obviously not happy about staying in the hotel. No doubt, the room was smaller and was little less comfortable .We were also not satisfied with the local Indian vegetarian food, supplied to us- nothing wrong with the food, we were not just used to that food.. when we wanted to make our our arrangements, without any additional cost to the hotel, the reception staff ( all of them, without exceptions) were so understanding and went out of their way to meet our requirements. This was every time for almost 10-12 days.. not once any one of them lost their patience or were irritable. This is highly commendable and shows clearly the priorities of the hotel management.. I had twice called the engineering guy to fix some minor issues in the wash room.. he was equally very pleasant and efficient and knew his job.. similarly the security guys and the concierge were also very kind and helpful.. to sum it up, I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel of this category.. I am sure their services will be of much greater value than money spent..

29 November 2023 Room no 412. * Air-conditioning worked * TV worked * excellent WiFi * Great customer service , Singapore are cordial people so are the hotel staff. * Singapore is a CITY COUNTRY. So do not expect it to be a Russia (biggest country in the world). Singapore does not have space. Singapore has to be smart about space- use. * Quieter stay . I requested to have a quieter room. They did provide. Many thanks. Reviews were replete with "noisy" rooms across Singapore hotels. Was scared. Lucky to get the quiet room as usual (stayed 5 years ago. Enjoyed like this time). Walls are thick concrete so you can not hear neighbours talking / or doing their business. Wonderfully quieter. Many thanks. * Nice swimming pool at floor 4. Clean water. Calm. * cleaner did great job. * kettle worked. Enough tea and coffee. In Singapore there is NO fresh milk . So use powdered sachet provided. * nice small study desk, reading lights handy, * small bedside drawers were clean and usable. * bed was comfortable. Clean linen , bed sheets, enough clean towels supplied. Many thanks . AREA OF IMPROVEMENT * Fridge took ALL night to cool 1 bottle of water. * No exhaust fan in bathroom * Bathroom door can not be locked from outside. If you can , then any bathroom smell can be stopped from coming in to the room from bathroom when not being used. You can lock from inside the bathroom. Put a door handle on the bathroom door facing the bedroom. * more pegs to hand clothes/ towel required, Especially one set on the right side (balcony side) of the television. * soap dispenser at the bathroom sink to wash hands. * will be hard to fit in 2 checked-in suitcases if you coming from airport. Space can be an issue. But you got to live with it.

Stayed 2 rooms x 5 nights. Very good location, although very close to MRT and bus station by walking distance, but is very quiet and less traffic location. Room is small but clean, housekeeping staffs cleaned our rooms daily with very satisfaction conditions. There is conveniently store, 24 hours self service laundry and fresh orange juice vending machine nearby, very conveniently.

I visited Singapore in July 2022 and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights out of 8. The room was extremely small but even then, it had all amenities and was very clean. That was impressive. It looked pretty new. Room service was prompt and reception service was nice. The hotel has a lobby with ample seating space. Bugis Street is few minutes walk and there are restaurants nearby. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of the food at the restaurant. They have only breakfast available (no other meals) and that too isn't too great. If you're an Indian, you'll have a little problem with the food options provided. The staff at the restaurant can be pretty rude and yell at guests. I saw the lady there scold another guest because he put the bread twice in the toaster as it wasn't brown enough. If you're looking for a budget stay in a good location, then this definitely can be an option for you.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The room is quite small but it was okay for us since we are out the whole day. Service is exceptional, all the staffs are very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is clean, staff was able to assist us to book a taxi on our way to airport which was at 6am. I think it would be a better addition if hotel will put a vanity kit like comb, shower cap and small soap at the sink because we only have the body wash and shampoo which is attached on the wall. Overall we really appreciate everything and will definitely book in this hotel soon.

Awesome place to stay, especially if you are from India. Little India is just 3-4 minutes walk and hotel is also walking distance from MRT station. The breakfast buffet is really good with variety of options to choose from, both veg and non veg. Staff are supremely nice, helpful, accomodating and will go the extra mile to help you. Really memorable stay at affordable prices. Next visit will definitely book here again.

Nice, newer hotel that’s perfect if you’re spending most of your time visiting the sites of Singapore. The breakfast was good and is at the Thai restaurant accessible through the lobby. The only criticism is the wifiWiFi which is really poor and hit or miss. We had to stand next to our door to get decent reception. They need to improve this immediately for guests.

Our overall experience was very nice. Rooms were very clean and well kept. No disturbance from hotel staff or management from check-in till check-out. I see people complaining about room space, but I guess it should be expected considering how small Singapore is. Breakfast had so many options everyday and it was not only delicious but healthy too. Room service was very efficient too and they only made up the rooms when we were not present, making it a seamless experience. Just to make it clear, I stayed here from 19th to 24th April, so my experience is very recent. I will surely recommend this place for anyone who looking for value for money option to stay in Singapore.

We (2 people) stayed here for 4 nights. Room was clean and fresh looking. They will give you 2 water bottles everyday. CR was okay and towels were also provided. The location was also nice because it's near an MRT station and a bus station (Peace Ctr). Above all, staff was very accommodating and very polite to guests. You can also leave your bags after check-out so you can roam around tourist destinations without the hassle of bringing your luggage. The only thing that was not very good was the breakfast. It's something that you will not look forward eating the next day. Still, it was all a pleasant experience. Thank you!

It's good for a rest and sleep. Good quality rooms for a sleepover. If you plan on being out the whole day and rest in the room at night. It's the best option. Friendly staff, good location πŸ˜ƒ We had a good stay

Check-in was smooth, though the staff were not particularly friendly. As an Accor member, I asked them for the welcome drinks, and the staff told me they would be available in the fridge. When I entered the room, it was empty, and not even water bottles were provided for the stay. The room and toilets were clean and tidy, though the room was not spacious enough to store baggage and move around comfortably. The bed was too short, making it difficult to sleep without feeling like I was going to fall out. Needless to say, I slept very uncomfortably. The poolside was great for hanging out, though the construction views were a bit of an eyesore. Hopefully, they will be finished soon. All things considered, I probably won't stay here again.

We came to Singapore as a family for the first time for a couple of days as tourists. We were looking for an affordable accommodation centrally located and nice ambience. After some research we booked this hotel and it was the best decision we made. Centrally located accessible to all tourist places, nice accommodation and very helpful staff. Highly recommended

The location is perfect. Very close to MRT station and little India, but apart from that room size is very small, breakfast spread is not good at all and breakfast served is not at all good. And they don't even listen to your suggestions. Staff in the breakfast area are very rude to guests. It's better if you don't provide any breakfast at all.

Rooms were very small. Even a triple bed could accommodate 3 Adults with great difficulty as we could hardly had any space to move. We gad to pay 80 Singapore Dollars as we had no option but to check in early. Tired of waiting for more than 3.5 hours in the Airport.

A Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement: IBIS Styles Albert Street, Singapore Our recent stay at IBIS Styles Albert Street in Singapore was a mixed experience that, while having its drawbacks, offered certain conveniences. With an overall rating of 3/5, here is a breakdown of our experience at this hotel. 1. Compact Room: 3/5 The rooms at IBIS Styles Albert Street are on the compact side, providing the essentials for a comfortable stay. While the size might not be ideal for those looking for spacious accommodations, it served its purpose for a short trip. 2. Extra Charges for Early Check-In: 2.5/5 One notable downside is the hotel's policy on early check-ins. Unfortunately, it comes at an additional cost, which may not be appealing for travelers on a tight schedule or those seeking a bit more flexibility in their arrival times. 3. Customer Service: 2.5/5 The customer service at IBIS Styles Albert Street left room for improvement. While the staff was functional, the overall experience was average to poor. More attention to guest needs and a warmer approach could significantly enhance the overall guest experience. 4. Drinking Water Concerns: 3/5 An issue that might affect the comfort of certain guests, particularly those from different cultural backgrounds, is the absence of complimentary drinking water bottles in the rooms. While a water faucet is available in the washroom, some guests, especially Indians, may feel uneasy drinking directly from it. 5. Breakfast Spread: 4/5 One of the redeeming features of IBIS Styles Albert Street is its breakfast spread. With a good variety for vegetarians, guests are likely to find satisfying options. It's worth noting that the hotel caters to diverse preferences, though those expecting Indian-style chai might be in for a surprise. In Conclusion: IBIS Styles Albert Street in Singapore presents itself as an average hotel, suitable for business trips or short stays. While the compact rooms and additional charges for early check-ins may not be ideal, the redeeming factor lies in the breakfast spread, which caters well to vegetarians. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel could serve as a convenient base for those with specific travel purposes. With an overall rating of 3/5, IBIS Styles Albert Street offers a functional stay with potential for improvement in certain areas.

Had visited this hotel a long time back. Good hotel pretty close to Little India with wide option of indian restaurant in the vicinity. Hotel staff are friendly and of course rooms are little small(considering you are in singapore :-) ). Breakfast buffet is also good and staff also provide packed breakfast in case guest have a early flight.

First of all, on floor 8 (where I had my room) all the air conditioning malfunctions, rooms are very small but ok. During breakfast they didn’t had any fried eggs and the tea was way to strong. The bathroom also was very small.

Room: Room was small but we.knew it was going to be. It was relatively clean, it was comfy, it did exactly what we needed it to. Cleanliness: Could have been better. Under the bed was full of dust (only saw that because I dropped something on the floor) and there were.various marks on the walls we cleaned off. Bathroom; Decent size with nice sized shower for the size of the room. Now we had watched a video review on this hotel before arriving and figured the bathroom was more of a wet room. There are 2 showers, one is a rain shower the other handheld. When we had a shower, we nearly flooded the bathroom!! That is until I lifted up the plate over the drain to let the water drain more easily. Oh and also pulled a load of hair out of the plug hole. It definitely wasn't mine or my wifes!! Breakfast: Breakfast is served in the attached restaurant and was fantastic!!! A proper mix of Singaporean and Indian food as well as croissants and Pain au chocolat that were in the warmer. Again, we had reas reviews saying Breakfast wasn't very good but we really enjoyed it! It was nice to eat the local cuisine and not just be offered a full English. If you are looking for full English... Good luck! You're in singapore! Overall our stay was comfortable, the hotel is ideally situated a couple of minutes (if that) away from Rochor MRT Station.

We stayed at IBIS STYLES SINGAPORE ALBERTA for the last 4 days and we have experienced a wonderful service. I would like to thank Jelica Grace for the great customer relationship, she has helped us in booking cabs to transfer from hotel to the tourist destinations without any hesitation. I would highly recommend this hotel for the stay and they provide a good complimentary break fast. Another thing is the hotel is situated near to little india. Thank you,

Great location very close to Rochor MRT and Little India. Small and comfortable rooms. We were concerned by reviews about limited breakfast but there was nothing to worry about. Plenty of choice and buffet style so lots of different things to try. Would stay here again.

Stayed in Singapore in Ibis Style hotel for a week. We got an early check in. Rooms are neat and clean. The staff are friendly. The complimentary breakfast is quite good too! Centrally located to Little India and Mustapha shopping centre. We had a great stay. Thank you Ibis Styles staff!

The hotel is walking distance to a plethora of shopping and eating venues as well as 3 mrt stations. It's at an unbeatable location for transport and local cuisine. It's been a brilliant fit for our family and we've very much appreciated and enjoyed the stay. The cleaning service was great, the general areas, rooms and bathrooms were all clean and it was a very comfortable stay.

YOU GUYS SERIOUSLY NEED AN IMPROVEMENT ON : 1. HYGIENE 2. CLEANLINESS Checked-in on July 2023, and found WOMEN'S SOFTEX together with the blood in my bin. And... Clogged water drain!! I made a booked as a PLATINUM Member, and still, this is happened to me. Attaching the pictures, and once again, PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!

This hotel is brilliantly located, close to transport, culture, food and shopping and La Salle College of the Arts. Our room with a balcony was clean and calm, if somewhat small compared to pricier hotels in the same area. Amenities include a safe, Tea/coffee (Nespresso style machine) , kettle, fridge, and individual air conditioning. Bath/wet room has a great overhead & hand held shower & has pump shower soap & shampoo. Impressively there’s a water filter for clean drinking water. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, with special thanks to Jai Hui (spelling?) who couldn’t have provided better hospitality & service. Swimming pool was great for laps. The only suggestion for improvement is if the room doors could close a little more quietly. I imagine that this is due to security, fire & safety regulations on the door hinges, but you never know! I highly recommend Ibis on Albert to visitors who want to be out and about in Singapore.

Great location! From the hotel you can walk in to Little India or Bugis, so close by πŸ˜‰ they receptionist was great as well, they borrow everything you ask for, iron, charger, etc. Even tho in the room they didnt provide you any bottle water but they have tap water that you can drink (but i didn’t drink it at all πŸ˜…) overall was okay πŸ’―

Great place to stay as it is strategic located. Nearby with 2 MRT stations. Near to little India, one of the famous spot in Singapore Services generally are good however limited receptionist and counter to cater large volume of check in and check out at the same time. This will caused customer dissatisfaction with long hour waiting. Hotel management should think about to resolve as this is not suppose to be happen with established and franchising hotel.

The rooms are very small. The service is nice and staff is friendly. But the breakfast is not up to par, it has the most weirdest combination of food. Please improve it

A great room and very clean. The hotel also very near with the bus station and MRT station. There are also convi store beside the hotel. I would say the hotel is in the very strategic area. However, the room is quite small even though we already order a bigger one. In addition, I would suggest to management to give a guest at least 2 cards for guests. When I want to leave the hotel and left my room-mate on the hotel, I can't do it. This is happened due to when I want to use lift, I need card. But when I take the card, the electricity will go down and my room-mate cannot stay in the room at all. So, we need extra effort for it, which is a nuisance

The room is small as it usually is, the bedding is yellow colour that make the room looks really old, the light and setting it just not great. Toilet is okay. Only stayed 1 out of two night. Changed hotel afterward.

I stayed here for two nights in September 2022. It's close to three art schools. I met many college students near the area indeed. It is also a block away from Little India's Tekka Center. It is also practical to go to Orchard Road. The room is small, with two single beds, but it should be enough for two people. It is practical for business purpose. I bought the rooms with breakfasts. It is better to avoid the breakfast. This area has many places to eat.

Very very less room space. Not enough of water bottle service. They provide only 500ml per person a day. They provide late check-in but we need to check-out well before time. I liked the location the hotel was situated. Breakfast was good.
