The worst ever hotel I ever entered in Singapore I have been to many hotels in Singapore n many other countries but this one was 👎👎👎 pathetic Hopeless service Wi-Fi not working They not give room key to us Whenever we went out n than upon arrival we have to ask them to open our room Dirty washroom Expensive hotel Hand soap or bathing soap not given Even the bed blanket was looking dirty No key was given for our room Upon asking for key they said they don’t have key (they only have master key) If we have to go anywhere n when we return we have to wait for them to open our room door In pics it was very beautiful but after we paid n checked in it was really dirty Had to stay there for 2 days I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

*Be careful* these guys are big-time cheaters, they charged for a Delux room and gave a standard room so I had to show them the pictures in their web site and prove that they are cheating. They arranged me a taxi for Santhosa Island which charged $21.6 but the random taxi I got to come back charged only $17.44. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel offers affordable accomodation for short trip visits to Singapore. It is highly accessible & very near to the Little India community. The rooms are clean, with very good services & its safe..It is also 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport...

The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The corridors, elevator, & other general areas were filthy. Horrible room with a rock for a bed, horrible toilet with no amenities, filthy toilet bowl. Tub does not drain. This really is a 'chummery' & a total dump. Just horrible...Never again!!

staff is really unfriendly. soundproof is very poor. cleanliness - zero, the painting on the wall is really awful, you can see mold and lots of spotted dots on the wall.

A budget 3 star hotel. Some of the rooms have no window so make sure you don't end up like me in a windowless room. Metro station is around a kilometer away. The hotel is very near to Mustafa market and restaurants, which is a plus

Worst hotel that I have ever encounter in my life so far in singapore/overseas. The receptionist scolded at us loudly and also used offensive words. We were not aware that the hotel does not allow guest to visit us. Our daughter came over to visit us in the room and the receptionist staff knocked the door loudly and shouted at us. She told our daughter to come down with her immediately. She said “YOUR DAUGHTERS COME DOWN WITH ME NOW!” We were very shocked at her behaviour. In other hotel, normally the staff will advise politely or inform through hotel phone. We questioned her in the lobby for her inappropriate behaviour towards guest. She did not admit at her attitude and scolded at us back using offensive Malaysian words. She even smoked near the hotel receptionist area with her colleague. This situation has caused us to worry about our safety staying at the hotel. The hotel is worth a low class hotel with this treatment. We were very angry and shocked. Not even worth a single penny staying at this hotel.

Not worth to stay here... Too Small rooms (Match box is bigger than these rooms) ..may be mostly used by Travel agents to avail chip booking and clinet aware once visit to this hotel...

It's ok, although there is virtually no sound proofing at all. Could hear the traffic opposite and a night club directly opposite decided it would be a fantastic idea to blast music in the air at 2am in the morning. Sound proof windows would have been nice. Also every footstep, door slamming and child screaming is amplified from outside to the point sometimes I was convinced other people were in the actual room with us. I had about an hour or 2's sleep that night. Never again. Aside from the noise, it's pretty much average. Bring some industrial noise blockers if you're planning to get any sleep at all in this noisy hotel.

Room was a bit small with very limited space to move and most importantly not all the rooms have windows. Location is superb right next to the bus stop and within walkable distance to the subway. All sorts of cuisines available in the vicinity with Mustafa Shopping Centre just around the corner. In short value for money.

For Indians who are looking for decent room on a budget i guess this could be best for those who desire to stay near Mustfa for vegetarian food. They have renovated their 3rd and 4th floors which are modern. Do go for balcony rooms otherwise its like lodge..

The price you pay for the rooms in not worth it. The rooms, corridors, elevator are not clean. Sheets are not washed. The staff are incompetent. One lady Ms. Nana at reception is rude, and she lies to your face. Another staff Jacqueline is reluctantly helpful. I was told their manager is Ms.Wong, she could never be reached to file a complaint. I recommend visitors consider Hotel 81, rochor which is only 2 bus stops away, also close to Train and Little India. This hotel is $50 cheaper for the same room facility. I recommend you do not stay at this hotel.

Great room size. The hotel does not have a pool but the room came with a bath tub. So you can soak yourself in the tub. Free parking for in-house guests which is a great feature.

This is a 3 star property on Jalan Besar road. Very close to a mini mart and some restaurants. Close to city square mall which is about 5 mins walk. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very basic. Bread butter, fried eggs, corn flakes, milk and baked beans and hash brown. Tea and coffee. The rooms are nice and basic.

Staff was very helpful and amazing. Wall had zero soundproof control (there's also a slit under the entrance door like a normal door). I was disturbed multiple times in the morning due to loud talking in the corridor. Hotel is budget but not very cheap. Soundproofing should be the basics.

This is a Heritage Hotel. Courteous Srvice beyond questions.But only Drawback is Dining Area & Breakfast service has to restore .

Horrible experience, decrepit hotel With peeling Door in the toilet and cant even have a proper shower as you have to wait for the water in the bathtub to drain and its truly a waiting game! Also have to deal With a rude myanmarese staff.

I was staying here with my partner for 2 nights 😊 it was not bad exp. The front desk service is good and fast, the room cleanliness is great, the ambience is not as great tho, too yellowish. The facilities was not very good, water heater worked for the shower but not the sink, and the water pressure from the sink not too swift. The aircon is good and just right 😊 overall my stay was not bad, hopefully hotel facilities can improve more

One of the best budget hotel near Mustafa mall in Jalan Basar. Just infront of the hotel there is a Indian restaurant. All essential items are available in the surrounding. Hotel is clean and service is excellent. Hotel can be booked through their own website.

I've been to this hotel a few times before and its pretty okay, there's a bathtub which is really good but kinda small, but if you book a lower level, there isnt any bathtub & the hot water takes a longer time to heat up. its also noisier at a lower level ( i stayed at level 2) because of the housekeepers. but the room felt more spacious. toilet was okay but would be better if there was a bidet. cleanliness wise, its pretty clean, however, they dont clean under the bed. staffs were friendly and there's free parking but limited space. overall an okay stay.
