My stay at this hotel was better than I expected. Room was clean and nice, lobby and maintenance staffs were attentive and helpful. Breakfast buffet were hectic and noisy tho. If you go at around 9am for breakfast, you will have to share the table with other people. Food was decent. The location is amazing. There is a 24hour market across the street, 2-3min walk to bus station that goes everywhere, walking distance to satay street. Overall, pool was nice. It is directly under the sun without any shade (no roof, no parasol), which make it harder to swim in early afternoon. It needs some kind of shade !!

I stayed here 2 nights. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. The location is superb. The room is spacious but it seemed the housekeeping only tidy up the bed, change the towel without vacuuming the floor. I walked around my room without sandals and it was so dusty and dirty.

Very pleasant experience with Jimmy! He is fluent in English/Mandarin!!! If you ask him about Singapore’s attractions, he will definitely provide detailed information (ex: map, subway map, how to get to Marina Park, Gardens by the bay, etc!! Orchid Hotel is so lucky to have him as a employee, it was my first time travel to Singapore, Jimmy is a great help! I’m so appreciate for the service, patience, and time he provided. He will become the reason I chose this hotel for my next Singapore Trip! Jimmy, if you are reading this review, I really appreciate for the service you provide and you made my Singapore trip to perfect! It was my pleasure to meet you! Hopefully I can see you next time :)

We had the best experience with our doorman, Jimmy Chiam. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. He helped us with our bags, directions, tips and suggestions. He is a wonderful addition to this hotel.

Great Hotel. Great Location. Great Breakfast. The tall gentleman in the white shirt was amazing. Didn't grab this name. Super close to the MRT. Within walking distance to a huge amount of restaurants.

Orchard may be a common theme in the area, but rest assured, The Orchard Singapore stands alone. From the helpful and courteous staff to the multi option buffet meals, your stay will be memorable. Clean and modern rooms are a given. So given in and book a stay, you won't regret it.

Location within Chinatown was fantastic. Staff were very attentive and more to all of our needs. The only thing we were a little disappointed about was that the swimming pool was unavailable due to maintenance. Apart from that, it was awesome.

We’re welcome by Muhammad with a smile & he took our luggage to the room after we checked in. We’re also greeted by Grace at the counter with a smile. She made our check quick & easy. The housekeeper Lin was excellent in all she does. Very easy to communicate with. Kudos to all these individuals. The hotel was amazing & easy access to Subway & eatery. Will stay here again.

Good hotel to stay...need options of smaller pillows and more water bottles in room plus more tea options be provided in the room. Location and breakfast is best and staff is very cordial and helpful. It is a nice experience staying there.

We're happy with our stay at Orchids hotel for many reasons:1. The rooms are wide and clean with a good view from the windows, 2. The location is good for our purpose to see tourist spots, 3. Comfortable, 4. The hotel staff are courteous, 5.breakfast food is ok.
