Good place. Good is good. Services was excellent. Live band played at evenings. Surely you can spend a few nights in the hotel. View is amazing from the hotel windows. It's a budget hotel, so they do what's best in that cost.

Unfortunately quality is not even close to what this hotel is. My room was disgusting, mould was everywhere in the bathroom, the grout and toilet, under the rim of the sink, i have no clue when the last time the bathroom floor was mopped, it was horrible. Every towel I had, had a hole in it, my sheet and blankets both had holes aswell. The Windows are in terrible condition AND the carpet around the windows is mouldy and TERRIBLE. i wouldn't dare be bare footed. The car fridge in the cupboard did not keep anything cool. The only good part about my room was good air conditioning. The dinner buffet was not good. Food was of poor quality, we only did it once. Breakfast buffet is good though, food was delicious but be prepared to be constantly shoved out of the way and pushed around, it gets insanely busy. The pool is nice and clean, very shallow though, more like a toddlers pool. The shower and toilet facilities at the pool are beautiful and clean, very nice. Unfortunately because of the disgraceful state of my room I would highly recommend people do not stay here

Rooms are small that only bed is fitted in it. Less space for baggage. My booking agency also dispointing me By providing this option as accommodation. This hotel is very big though but rooms are not justified the space. Breakfast is good that is relaxing point anyways

Went there for its famed 1960s buffet dinner. And the hotel looks the part. Time had stood still. Nothing has changed said my companion. The food is just as good. The hotel however, could do with some sprucing up. The car park is dim, dingy and narrow. The path through to the hotel lobby (passengers lift was "under maintenance) was an harrowing experience for me, a senior citizen, and my high-heeled lady companion. The washrooms are worthy of any Korean zombie movie complete with blinking overhead lights and a pipe humming that is louder than a passing jet plane. No wonder the ladies have the fastest turnaround in Singapore.

Good hotel with apt staff. the staff at its restaurant is not rude but aren't friendly either. They never smile, no greetings, nothing. They just do their job like machines. Rooms are good and well equipped, located near to bus stop, its just a minute walk. Breakfast menu is good, but would have rated more if more indian menu had been added, given that many guests are from India.

Quality Hotel Marlow closed down last year and has been redeveloped into a Holiday Inn Express and Suites property.

Location not that accessible, but it's surrounded with many nice eateries, like bak gu teh and famous Loy Kee Chicken Rice, there's also an Indian ABC Restaurant opposite the hotel which opens 24hrs.. Commendable to the staffs for their proficiency during check in. Although there was a crowd during check in time, it didn't take me too long to check in to my room. Excellent customer service!

Love the structure of the hotel. It gives off a heritage feeling. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Mornings will have buffet of various varieties. Many restaurants nearby the vicinity. Affordable and quality stay. recommended.

Very relaxing staying here, the staff are very accommodating, foods are delicious.

Nice location very central in Singapore. Small but consider clean and comfortable stay. Over all ok.

Clean rooms with a swimming pool, you can find convenient stores etc down the streets, it may not be near but yet not too far

I went there to have porridge buffet as supper. The variety was not bad. There were chicken curry, braised duck, herbal mutton, steamed prawns and squids. There were 6 different flavours of ice cream. There was a self-service laksa station. There were rice, noodles, plain porridge and sweet potato porridge. Refill of food was done quite promptly. The service crew cleared the empty plates quite fast too. I had a good experience dining there.

I stayed here in the year 2016 and I have very pleasant memories of that time. The location is marvellous and ambience of the hotel is at par with the best in its category . The service is above par n staff is very helpful and courteous. This hotel offers ample photo opportunities due to its architecture in the middle of green areas.

The room was small and old. The bathroom was moldy and dark in the shower area. The blow dryer in my room doesn’t work. The air conditioning was cold but cannot be adjusted. I had to ask for extra blankets at night. Reception and housekeeping service is kind. The breakfast area at the lobby was small. I had to woke up earlier in the morning to avoid the crowd. There isn’t a lot of variety at the breakfast place.

Service is awesome and the staff there are very helpful and considerate. Location is very nice as it is near a lot of good food places. The rooms are well maintained and the equipment we used in the event halls are top notch. The buffet at the restaurant is very good and offers a lot of variety.. Great staff, Great Service Great Hotel.

Location of the hotel is fantastic near to expressway exit. Hotel is also near to many good restaurants and shopping mall. Room is well kept and spacious. Hotel staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Had lunch at the vegetarian restaurant. Buffet selection is wide and service was prompt. Chef kept topping up food at the buffet section. Recommended.

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel.Front desk staff is extremely efficient ,pleasant and helpful.

We stayed there for three days. Complimentary breakfast was great. The room was small but kept neat and clean. They do cleaning daily.Smart key required for  operating the lift  and open room door. When you insert key all light inside room and air conditioner start automatically. When smart key removed all light air conditioner switch off automatically. There is no water dispenser for drinking water. The front office staff doesn't greet or smile.
