We are from india, stayed here for 6 days.Service average, shortage of drinking water. Clean and Location good. Mustafa market, metro nearby.High speed wifi and air conditioned rooms( but not controllable ). Hotel gates are opened for 24 hours, any time you can enter. There is few resturent just beside the hotel, where you can get nice breakfast, lunch and dinner with very low cost. Hotel rooms are comfortable (but small ), beds and toilets are clean. This is a 2 or 3 star hotel, sufficient for few days( Not recommended for very rich people, they can stay park royal hotel just beside this ) City square mall is just opposite of this hotel.

Doesn't have an early check in. This particular place actually caught us into trouble. We had to wait for almost 2hrs to get in and settle for the same. Otherwise, the place is a really good option as per the price range. Good one to consider, situated at a really nice location.

This is the worst hotel I ever have in Singapore. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with terrible experiences. 1. I cannot control the Air Conditioner since it is centrally controlled. As the result, it is so cool in the room. 2. There is no plug in bathtub resulting the water flows away. As the result, we cannot use the bathtub. It is useless. 3. The bed is not made of sponge. The bed is covered with very HARD plastic that will give you MORE pain during bed rest and in the morning. This is very bad amenity. 4. This is the worst service in this hotel. The receptionist is very rude, especially the middle-aged woman receptionist. She talked to me without looking at me with high tune. It s very rude attitude when talking to the customer. Overall, this hotel service is very terribly bad. The only plus point for this hotel is the price that is reasonably cheap (not too cheap). You can get another better hotel with better amenities and service by paying little more money, but it is worthy.

Really small rooms. staff is rude. not helpful at all. Keep your valuables with you when you are out of the room! Faulty washrooms. the water heater wasn’t working most of the time. The air conditioner’s temperature cannot be adjusted. it Doesn’t worth the price we paid for. Use a hostel rather than this hotel. I will not recommend this place, even to an enemy.

The staff were okay. The location is great since it's just across the city square mall where it's connected to the MRT station. There were a lot of hawker food stalls to choose from around. But there are a lot of good hotels around that's worth your money. The facility of this hotel is very very very old. Maintenance is not up to date nor the functions of some things around. The elevator has not been cleaned ever, there were small cockroaches inside the room, wardrobe cabinets that are broken, carpet that has never been clean, bathroom was rusty and there was a leftover soap from a previous guest when we checked in. In short the rooms were filthy (yes rooms because we booked 2). They will give you 'new' set of towels and sheets by simply refolding your current sheets and towels neatly, making it look new. The air-conditioning is also centralized so you don't have any control on the temperature. Oh and people who stay at this motel is either there to do short time with their mistress or foreign workers who made this as their lodging facility. Definitely will not recommend this motel and won't be booking here again. Pictures they posted are far off from the real state of the room.

Great budget hotel, taking into account how expensive Singapore is. If you ever traveled across SEA and stayed in hotels with no windows, that shouldn’t be an issue. Convenient location (1 min walk to Farrer Park station), mall across the road for a fairly cheap breakfast or dinner and Little India district to explore. Rooms are cleaned daily, free drinking water and a bath tub. Overall very positive experience, recommended for budget travelers who’s looking for a place to sleep for a few days.

In Singapore a good (and one of the cheapest) options for a few days. The room and bathroom was very small and didn’t have a window. It was quite dirty, but didn’t smell bad. The AC was centralized, so you couldn’t control it in your room which was a minus point for us. However, a very very good location in little India and the service was good. They made our bed every day, filled up water and were very friendly.

The hotel is near to Mussafa shopping plaza and many food establishments. The place is clean, well-maintained, and well-lit too. The staff are helpful and polite. The price is within our budget and good for a night stay.

To be put in my 'never-go-there-again' list. First I booked it after considering their rates and facilities (room with bathtub). I am fully aware that this hotel is a budget hotel. First time I arrived, met with unfriendly receptionist. Young boy. But that's okay I don't mind at first. Then went to our room at level 5, a non-window room with shower and bathtub. Went straight to the toilet and check, it's a dwarf-size Bathtub, has no sink block, can't fill up the bathtub with hot water (hot only for shower), and weird tasted water. Yeah, still okay. But the last thing that made me give this hotel a big NO was my mattress. It's a damn hard-surface plastic bed, that you can't barely get any good rest. Ended up with me having backache and stiff neck. I got zero information about this fact.

It was my worst experience of staying in this hotel. The some of staff are very rude. Rooms not clean washrooms not maintained. Even taps have leakages. I request for early check-in before do booking. Nd when i reach there they have available room bt still didn't give. Nd ask me to pay for that. Very highly disappointed with this hotel. 👎👎👎👎👎. I'll never recommend anyone to go there
