I don’t know why this one has a lot of positive reviews. Less cleanliness, too small bed(even too shorter for tall people), unfriendly staff and annoying form that you have to fill in when you check in. They provide card keys but they don’t use the door locks. Maybe because the locks make beeping sound so they stopped using it but now anybody can access any rooms even outside people. There are cheaper and nicer hotels everywhere in Singapore so why would I come back here

It was a new & fresh experience of mine to stay at Atlantis Pods. It made me feel like I'm in a spaceship. Everything was automated over there. The interior was just perfect. Even the reception and the washroom area are also decorated likely to a spaceship. It was kind of fantasy. The cost is pretty good. It's better to stay in a pod with full of privacy rather than staying in a bunk bed. The environment there was fantastic.

My favorite place to stay whenever i come to Singapore for vacation. This is the best of the best. The staff was great and friendly as always. There’s a 24 hours coffee machine in the lobby that’s always available. The breakfast was plain but good (can’t expect too much from a free breakfast right?). One of the best hostel in Singapore or should I say probably the best hostel in Singapore. Ever.

This place is quiet, new and clean. The woman bathroom is just opposite to female dorm so it's convenient for ladies. The sharing space looks cozy but quite small. They provide water and coffee for free and you can drink whenever you want. The electrical plug at the bed is universal but not in the sharing space. If you take MRT, take exit D is the nearest. The pod is on 2nd floor and you have to entry at the side of building. You won't see the entry from the front. It's very convenient, close to Bugis Junction and many restaurants.

Location: very good, just a few steps to MRT, bus stop, Bugis Junction. Near many restaurants. Space: bed and room are quite small. I stayed in female dorm room with 8 beds and it was difficult to just go from my bed to the room's door as luggages of others were everywhere. I also couldn't sleep comfortably as the bed was small, although I am just 1.7m height but cannot put my legs straight during my sleep. Staff: average. I didn't interact with them much and I only see some Indian guys. I don't like the fact that these male staff keep coming to female room when they want to show newcomers their beds. I think all instructions can be given at the reception and the male staff should stop at doorstep of female room. Cleanliness: average, they clean the place not careful enough. My bed still had some small stuff from the previous guest.

I really enjoy the interior in the lobby and living room. The breakfast is good. Nice staff. Clean bathroom. The location is very strategic if you are looking for food and near Metro Station. They have 24 hours free coffee machine!

Well located and the host is fast to respond. For the price it’s great value. I was in a pod type comfortable bed with pull down blind thing. It was a room share but everyone was super quiet and so polite. I slept soundly. The showers were great. There were plenty. Lounge was cool. Great coffee machine. Very clean. Location is amazing - a whole street food area with a cool Bar (been there 15 yrs) called beavers. My silky tofu was only $8 . It was huge. Nice friendly eating area . Fri sat sun this street closed to traffic. The accom is on second floor of this building. Air con was excellent. I highly recommend. Secure lock area for yr valuable (under each bed). Well organised . You can do yoga /early morning exercises across the road on the green space . Bonus. Best location !!!

I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were quite small and the top bunks are REALLY hard to climb up. For the price, the amenities were quite nice--I liked the hot water, the electric doors, the safe.. Overall it was a good nights' sleep. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper so the doors didn't bother me. The breakfast was also decent. It wasn't an amazing, mind-blowing experience, but I think they did a great job.

The location is very good 5-7 min walking from a two lines train station and it’s the same line that goes to he airport. The cleanliness is very basic, not to say bad. The mattress is comfortable though the beds are very short, and not a lot of space in the 10 bed room. Hot water, good A/C but not ventilation at all in the bathrooms. The receptionists are not the best hosts.

This hotel was ok, the room was basic, the staff was friendly. On arrival to my room, l found some short curly black hair on my bedding and some other hair on the table! Besides that, the room was OK. Also, the toilet ratio for female to male was uneven: 4 male toilet to 1 female toilet!! Not sure why the hotel got a 8.6 rating?

I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. Inside the dormitory room, it is so quite from the travellers, so you can have a sleep or a nap during the day without interruption from the visitors. You can enjoy sitting in the common room.

The best hostel for backpackers. It is the best, tiniest and cutest ever living place I have been to. And it is much cheaper compared to the other nearby living spaces.

We booked this hostel for new years eve and our reservation was cancelled one hour before arriving. They even didn't allowed to leave our bags for this night or to use the toilet. Thank you guys, your hostel and especially reception woman is amazing. Happy new years!

+ Very good location, only a few metres from Bugis MRT station. Walkable distance to the marina/esplanade. Simple but OK breakfast provided. - Beds are VERY small. I am 165cm tall and I could not lie down straight in the bed. The walkway through the bedroom is just big enough for 1 person to walk down - you cannot unpack etc in this space. There is very little space other than the cupboard under your bed. However, the main problem with our stay was that the hostel was overbooked. The staff then felt it was acceptable to walk into dorm rooms, wake up sleeping customers and demand they move beds between the hours of 2 and 5am. People were then packing up their belongings (staff turned the lights on to allow for this), and another person moved into their bed. Sheets were not changed between each person staying. When we complained at the time, staff stated they did not work here (a BLATANT lie) and laughed in our faces. No one knew what was happening - people were returning to their beds to find someone else sleeping in it. One man got very aggressive and almost started fighting with the stranger in his bed (before he realised he had been out drinking with him previously). The next morning, we complained further and demanded our money back. In 7 years of staying in hostels, I have NEVER felt I had to move out of any hostel immediately. It was unsafe for us to stay here as the staff admitted they did not know the identity of the people staying in our dorm (which incidentally does not have a lock on the door). Staff were very reluctant to refund our money, and insisted we pay for the night in question. We asked to speak to a manager/owner repeatedly but we were met with many excuses (the owner is not in the country, I don't have access to any cash, we cannot do refunds, etc.). Eventually, we got a refund for our remaining nights but we were significantly out of pocket at having to change hostels so last minute. At no point did we receive an apology for our unacceptable stay.

😠 First time in Singapore and the worst experience I’ve ever had in life. We didn’t like the beds and told the front desk we didn’t like it and we want our money back. They didn’t give our money back and we were kinda forced to stay just because our fees were not refundable. Very very congested. They...
