The price of the accomodation was what drew us here. Rooms have 4-6 pods in them. Each room is lock by a keycard. This keycard is also used to unlock your locker as well as power your pod. They provide one locker per person and you fit about as much stuff as you would in your a big carry on bag. The capsules were nice enough with good air conditioning in the room. There are toilets and showers available which are good enough. They werent cleaned that often which was a shame and I would of been happy to pay slightly more to have them cleaned more regulary. The provided breakfast was simple but quite effective. Note that it is only the accomodation rooms that are air conditioned the communal areas are not so can be quite hot and humid.

We stayed here recently and were quite dissatisfied for a number of reasons. The first being, the capsule was extremely hot, we even slept with the curtain open some nights. We ended up having to buy a desk fan from a nearby supermarket just to make it bearable. The capsule was also quite 'squeaky' any time the person above us rolled over we felt it and heard it. The second big one was the security of the hotel. The door down stairs to access the hotel is permanently open, (no fobbing in or unlocking). There were also people sleeping out the front of stores down stairs. The late check in process for other customers added a risk, as the staff left keys to the room on the table for people to 'check themselves in'. Absolutley anyone could have come inside, helped themselves and had access to your room. You have your own small safe in the room that you can lock your valuables in but the capsule itself only has a curtain. Other: The free breakfast is basic (toast & cereal). It is a 5minute walk from the train station and the staff were very friendly.

I super love this place. Price is affordable and it's a good place to stay since we're out the whole day to explore SG and don't really stay in the pods. Place is quiet and good place to sleep because you have your privacy (not your typical double deck beds). I would definitely book in here again. Note: free breakfast!! Saved us a lot.

We can highly recommend to stay at Spacepod. Very good value for price: breakfast and coffee/tea/water/orange juice provided for free the entire day. The cabins are clean and very comfortable with minimum noise to hear from other travellers in the room. As a couple, it was for us the first time to stay in a dormitory room, and we felt like being alone. Also location is unbeatable. 5min walk to Lavender station (MRT and bus), a main station with easy connection to everywhere. Within 10min you’ll be in the heart of the city. Hostel is amazing, nice staff and so quiet at night so i can sleep well till morning. Bed and pillow also comfortable for me, and you got free breakfast from 6 - 11 am. It's also walkable distance to nearest mrt station and there's also food court and store nearby. Overall my stay there is amazing

Extremely bad experience as my Patagonia jacket was stolen during my 4 day stay! And, absolutely no help was provided in terms of finding it. We had an okay stay here. PROS - the staff are lovely and really happy to help, Grace in particular is very sweet and gave us some great recommendations. Cleanliness I give 4 stars out of five. I just don't quite like there is smoking area near resting rooms. The mattress was too soft for me especially after my foot injury. As for breakfast, not for me because I don't prefer bread and jam. Luckily I can find vege food as breakfast nearby walking distance. I booked a bed because I needed somewhere to nap for a few hours and it’s okay. Just a normal hostel like almost any other; there’s nothing special. The curtain can’t be drawn completely so there isn’t complete privacy when you’re in your pod and people can actually see you in it. I had to use the towel to cover the (pretty wide) gap as much as possible. Also the ventilation sucks so good luck if one of your roommates has bad hygiene.
