I booked four nights in a single room. The thought of staying in a single room was not a problem or the shared bathroom. However the single room was the size of a cupboard where you keep mops and brooms and that smells better than what the single room I had booked. The bed was hard and very low to the ground and was damp. I am 170cm but I could not stretch full length on the bed. The broom cupboard stunk of damp and urine. The tv only had two channels available. Open the window and it was noisey. When I saw the room I went back to reception and asked for a upgrade was told all rooms were booked yet they were advertising on various sites for room vacancies. Do not be fooled by the single room it was false advertising and based on lies. The management at said hotel can consider themselves fortunate they are not in Australia as you could report them to consumer affairs for false advertising. Oh yeah forgot to mention I lasted one night. Tried to get a refund for the remaining three nights was told in no uncertain terms they have a no refund policy. So lucky Singapore does not have consumer affairs office. Do not stay there.

staff is really friendly and helpful. the hotel is at a good location, next to so many restaurants and bars, and close to Chinatown. The room looks not so good, but it is very affordable. unfortunately it is located in a very noisy area but I could sleep well. overall I would recommend this place for the price and the location.

Very good location within walking distance to Chinatown and some nice hawker centers as well as the CBD. Good value for money for Singapore. Clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Would come again. Unfortunately no breakfast and no possibility for early checkin (only at 3 pm) but no problem to leave bags at the reception

The location of the hotel was in the city, so if you walk around, just follow the river then you will arrive to merlion park by walk along the way you will pass algin bridge, on the river side you can take the picture of marina bay sand behind. The hotel itself the price really clean, no breakfast service, the staff helpful, seems like fit to budget travellers, the MRT and bus station nearby was clarke quay

I stayed in room 301. In the middle of the night on a Saturday we could hear music from a nearby club. There was no refrigerator, hair dryer , and the bathroom door had no lock and was difficult to open and close. The hotel is close to many attractions. You can walk, take a bus or mrt at the accommodation opposite the hotel.

Best Value for the buck. Would recommend and the staff are friendly and cleans the room even when not asked. (Depends if you like that or not.)

Booked our rooms at Hotel Conforto at last minute because the accommodation we booked earlier was cancelled due to some reasons. It's a day before Singapore Day so almost all hotels were fully-booked. Without much choice, we confirmed our booking. Very small hotel, but the place is ok, clean and orderly. We were supposed to book with an extra bed in one of our 2 rooms, but it was not acknowledged, and therefore we had to pay extra Sg$50 for extra person without extra bed, no beddings or towel. Anyways, since we were only staying overnight in Singapore, we had to bear with it. Other than that minor problem, the place was pleasant, the frontdesk staff were good, and the amenities were basic. It's a few minutes walk from the subway, convenience stores are near the vicinity. The hotel staff helped us book a van for a 10-hour guided tour anywhere around Singapore. Very helpful

Pros: 1. Close to MRT (cross the overhead bridge to Clarke Quay Central and enter station from there) 2. Friendly and helpful staff: they patiently answer questions. One of the housekeeping staff also took the initiative to ask if I needed anything when I was out of my room as I had requested not to have housekeeping enter my room. 3. Fairly clean (apart from some stains on a bedsheet that they immediately changed for me) 4. Decent provision: daily coffee and tea, telephone in room to reach front desk, good wifi connection. 5. Basic room with shared toilet has a window you can open to air your room. 6. Space in a small room is well-managed with a centre that feels spacious. There is a table. Cons: 1. Old: towels and pillowcase were worn out, even with holes. 2. Shared toilet has no hand soap though you can use the shower cream provided. No shampoo and conditioner, either. 3. The view from window is a blank wall. 4. Random black stuff seems to come out of the aircon occasionally. It looks like charcoal as it is powdery and smudges. Might be because the aircon is labelled "antivirus". 5. Your door automatically locks on the day you check out and your card won't work. Don't go to the toilet too near 12pm. (Staff are friendly and will help if this happens to you.) 6. No chair in the room, likely due to space constraints. Overall: I recommend this as a good base for moving around Singapore as it's well-located and fairly comfortable to stay in. It is not suitable if the hotel itself is the main point of your stay as it doesn't have much in the room.

This is a 2 star budget hotel, very suitable for business expats, solos or back packers who didnt mind the less equiped room or barely need to unpack. The location of this hotel is right at the heart of night sight seeing, bars or restaurants. Can walk to Boat Quay, Clarke Quay. Affordable and average.

Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Everything works in the room and it's clean. My room is too small for a long stay, but ok for a few days. No valuables safe, nor a secure place for a cable and lock , which would be useful for a suitcase Safe. imho every hotel room should have this).

Don't expect much service from this hotel. They do not treat longer term guests well at all. I got a room for 5 days, which is next to the lift lobby.

Renovation at home thus booked for 3nites as itโ€™s very near to work. Musky smell in room but all good after airing the room with the small viewless window. Shared bathroom was clean & spacious, room was clean daily. Bedsheets clean, pillow quite soft/flat but got use to it at 2nite. Some noises from the air con but still managed to sleep soundly. Toiletries, instant coffee, kettle provided. Receptionist was friendly, fuss free check in (11pm after work) & check out (8am to catch a flight). $50 damage deposit upon check in & return after. Overall good experience for the price I paid.

booked n checked in the hotel for my parents but the staff keeps repeating if there is another pax staying or guest not leaving by 10 pm, there will be charge of $50/ night without extra bed toileteries etc. Felt so uncomfortable as he seems SUPER SUSPICIOUS of me staying there. Went out and came back to take my staff and overheard the staff saying hokkien to the other staff asking the colleague to keep an eye on us and call him if i havent go by 10 pm. They think we dont know hokkien since we're a tourist haha :))) and also be aware of bringing guest cos the guy staff watching the cctv 24/7 lmao

First of all, the two front desk staff on shift (who exchange shift from 8am-8pm? not sure) were very accommodating with our requests right from the start. They are both friendly and thoughtful. Second, our rooms were just right for the two of us. It was not cramped just as some have described and the bed accommodated both of us nicely. The toilet and toilet area was spacious and clean!!! They also provided at least 6 hangers for our clothes. Water and coffee were provided everyday. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The staff were also very honest! One day my partner left his wallet on the bed when we went out. We arrived at night and found out the whole room was cleaned. The wallet was still in the bed and nothing was taken. Thankful of this hotel and we deffinitely recommend this to everyone. Looking forward to staying here again for our next trip in Singapore! ๐ŸŒป

We had a tiny "chamber" with no windows for 140S$ per night. No warm water, not very clean, hair everywhere in the bathroom, smelly, not very friendly staff. Only good thing: The location

If you are on a budget, this place is perfect and it's very convenient as it's close to the main areas like Chinatown and even business district. Don't expect too much on the room. It's pretty basic.

Value for money. Decent hotel with basic amenities. If you are looking for a place to rest, i would highly recommend this hotel. But, if you are a light sleeper, make sure to request room that is far from lift because you can actually hear the lift every time someone using it. Friendly staff, great location! I would definitely be back here again.

Stayed for 2 nights in a single bed with shared bathroom. Even though the room is small, it's cozy and comfortable. The shared bathroom is clean and spacious! You can get all your amenities from the 7-11 store just a minute walk away! Overall a pleasant experience with a excellent location! Will come back if needed ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

This is a nice hotel next to Clark Quay Station. There are plenty of small resturant shops in the area. The staff here is very helpful.
