Worst Hotel I have come across. I would give them 0 rating. Customer Service - 0 Management - 0. I booked the room for my parents via Agoda, they charged us but would not check us in. Asked to make additional full payment to check in. When we didn’t agree they didn't refund the amount saying the customer was a no show. Made my parents 60+ to wait for 5 hrs. Parents got frustrated and went to another hotel.

It is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It is beyond our imagination that a country like Singapore can have such a bad hotel. The images we've seen on the net doesn't match in reality. Rooms are very congested and the beds are not at all comfortable. Our beds were broken-legged so we had to tie two beds together with our clothes as the authority was not friendly enough to provide a spare bed. Receptionist was very rude as well.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED, even for budget hotel. Room so tiny and always smell moldy, the wall is sticky don't know why 😭luckily the bathroom was quite clean even though it was very small, the floor was always wet (looks like there was a leak from somewhere), no hot water and there was hair from previous guests 😭 Bed is not comfortable, pillow still smells bad from the previous guest, so i guess they don't chance the bed sheet and pillow? i just stayed there because we are so tired to find other place and we already pay in full, but i will NEVER going to this hotel again. The only good thing about this hotel is just the location in front mustafa center

The hotel looks absolutely different from the pictures. The condition of the room was very bad. The room is really tiny. The bed sheets were really dirty. I had to buy a new bed sheet to put it on the bed. The toilet was horrible. There were some cockroaches. There was a lot of noise from the rooms next to me. I couldn't sleep all night. They stayed up until 4 a.m. They were really noisy. I can hear all their conversations and I can even hear them snoring when they sleep. Overall, it was a horrible experience for a few days, and the last night I couldn't stay. I had to go to the airport and spend my last night there, sleeping at the airport.

Worst ever place to stay. Very Expensive. Bogus images on google. The only reason why you should stay at this hotel is its location. If you are an Indian it has indian restaurants within one kilometer. Thats it. I still not say that it is a value for money. It is not fair to term this place as hotel.. as they provide absolutely no service except the rooms which are very tiny and badly orgainzed. Whole hotel and lobby smells bad. No glasses, no option for a morning tea or coffee. Internet will loss connection often. Bathrooms has hot water showers but bathroom hardly has space to stand and take shower. No dental kit, no soaps or shampoo just a liquid soap dispneser installed in your bathroom having poor quality of liquid soap. We stayed there for 6 days and every time we came across to reception there is a new male face on reception but all are rude and mannerless. No exceptions. They behave badly and erogantly. TV is useless in the room as it does not have any channles that can keep you busy. Bathroom water heaters are strage and you can only have shower in lukewarm water. No tourist information available. Nobody will pick your luggage to your room. You have to do it yourself while checking in and checking out. And the guy who comes to clean the hotel rooms and lobby is the worst of all not readly to listen to you. Beds are very small as the rooms. They don't give Water bottles and when we ask for water they tell us to drink from toilet tap or wash basin tape. Isnt it ridiculous ? I will never stay at this place again and advice you also stay away from here. If you are looking for cheap accomodation better stay at hostel than this hotel.

Contrary to the general reviews posted online, our experience of staying in this humble abode was truly enriching. Our family of five (including two kids) had a pleasurable and comfortable stay for 9 days (8 nights). Being a budget hotel and an old structure, one may not expect the kind of amenities which is usually offered by similar new hotels elsewhere; what prompted us to choose this hotel was the location and the value for money. On interacting with the hotel staff, particularly the accounts department and the 24-hour front-office desk, this was an amazing experience where they helped us tide over problems faced in reservations/bookings and also provided valuable insight and wisdom to derive maximum benefit from our stay in Singapore. A special THANKS for the support extended by the teams in getting our bookings done smoothly. Would highly recommend this for those budget travelers who would like to stay close to Mustafa Centre and explore Indian vegetarian food options in the heart of Singapore at a reasonable price. God bless!

This hotel is ok for the price. Room was small but clean. But overall ambient was not that clean. I stayed three days. But the place is near many restaurants and mostafa shopping mall. The hotel also let you keep the luggage at front of reception which is very convenient. I kept it after check out for 3 hours as my flight was at evening. The front of the hotel was not that great. People in the reception was well behaved. I liked it well enough.

Bedroom: Bed had so many hard springs in mattress,so hard to sleep on. Bedsheet had a tear on it (pic below). Bedsheet and blanket had many strings of hair on it (hair). No chair provided at the dressing table. Very small room. Not much space to put stuff. Bed took up more than half the space of the room. Plug kept on coming out when plugged in. No remote for the TV! How to even watch it? Photos in booking hotel apps are fake!! Toilet: So small and the walls were cracked and part to lift up toilet bowl was black(pic below). So disgusting! Toilet was not cleaned well! Lift: Old and did not work well. Closed very fast too. Don't know why there is a "B" button there too. I don't think there's rooms there. Service: Great. Receptionist man was helpful.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Can't believe it is 2 stars. Rooms were very old and tiny. I Had trouble sleeping because the place was not clean and felt really gross. Do not judge the hotel by the pictures! They are very misleading and the actual condition is far worse. There was mold growing in every crack in the room, the air conditioner had visible dust clogging the vents. It was blowing dust on us all night! The room also smelled musty and moldy (no windows). If you are thinking of staying here.... Run away, far far away. Terrible price for the condition.

Please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. There is totally no cleanliness at all, super unhygienic. The photos shown in Agoda are fake. The room is very run down, torn paints that's so horrible that it cannot be accepted at all, dirty floors, dirty toilet, lots of spiderwebs & dusts. TV is not working, the room has a strong pungent moldy smell. The worst nightmare of all is there are a lot of creepy crawlies in clusters all over the wall! We are not sure if they are bedbugs, insects' eggs?, ticks or termites. The pillows were dirty with mold stains on it and everywhere has got mold! It's extremely unpleasant to stay in! The counter staff has really bad manner. We went down to tell him about the condition of the room, however we were taken aback by his "unbothered" attitude & he continued with his phone & snacking away. We had to get a insecticides spray to kill it as there's no cleaner after 4pm? (Is that even possible in the hotel line?) We understood that this is a 2-star "hotel", however, if you want to consider yourself as a "HOTEL", please mind your cleanliness and hygiene, it should always be the top most priority in hospitality line. You can have ZERO AMENITIES & SERVICE since you're only a 2-STAR, (which I do not think you deserve a single star), Please do not spoil Singapore's reputation to our fellow tourists. I have no idea how they even get a single good review in booking platforms or google. There might have some ethical issues with their business (biasness to a certain ethnic group)

The hotel is good not better or best.hotel location is excellent. Their single room is as too small that one can not live there. My suggestion everyone should avoid their single room. But other facilities is good. Moreover it is just opposite of Mustafa center. So location is very prime location.

Old and not well maintained, very budget, and very small rooms. You can meet cockroaches in your room. TV is there, but there is no connection; when asked about that, I have to wait one week. Check in at 3 p.m. and check out at 11 a.m. I'm not going again anyway. and not recommend it.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS AWFUL HOTEL. i STRONGLY URGE you to reconsider booking this hotel from hell. this place is absolutely disgusting. first of all, was how they criminally treated our booking. we booked two 3-bed rooms, and at arrival were greeted with one dirty, rotting 3 bed room and a horrific TWO bed room with another dirty, stinky bed rammed to block the toilet. this place was atrocious. the rude, selfish man at the front desk REFUSED to accommodate our booking since he had something better to do. his dismissive attitude towards us is nothing short of abhorrent. furthermore, the door to our room right from the start was broken. secondly, is the horrific condition of both rooms. thin walls, loud banging, blaring music and not to mention the ecosystem infesting the walls, corners and crannies of our tiny, cupboard sized room. the walls were vandalised with scratches, peeling paint and profanities. the bathroom (if you could even call it that) was fitted with a broken cold shower, a sink with water pressure so high it ruined anybody’s shirt who dared use it. a bathroom with such poor flushing ability only the devil would know what happened that night we stayed over. finally, the manager, or manager stand in, was the rudest, most unprofessional ‘businessman’ ever. talked over us, refused to listen, and tried charging us for checking out 9 minutes after check out time (their doors would not work for half an hour). NEVER GO HERE. such a disappointing disservice to the wonderful city, and singapore as a whole. DO NOT BOOK.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER!!! Worst Experience Ever!!! If we could rate 0 starts we would do that. This hotel has been misleading clients with pictures of clean rooms. We got the worst possible room ever (pictures attached). On 27th of August 2022, my parents walked in this hotel for a reservation we had made online through the booking site Agoda. They were supposed to stay until September 3rd ,we paid a total of $1234.06 Australian Dollars for the hotel. Once they arrived the hotel was under construction and the receptionist walked them into their room which was a nightmare. The room was dusty, smelly with dirty sheets and used toilet paper and there was a broken mirror about to fall over ( hazard). We then advised the receptionist that the room was unlivable due to my Moms asthma condition, the receptionist showed no signs of empathy , and denied any assistance. We then requested for a refund and they have denied any form of partial refund after the worst possible service being provided. This has been a nightmare and then we have decided to book a better hotel due to my Moms health condition which had costed us a couple of hundred of bucks more. We then called the customer service line where a lady named Rachel answered and advised to send them an email and attach 4tos, which we did, we included photos and explained about my moms health condition requesting a refund. Rachel then got back to us saying there was nothing wrong with the room and that this was in perfect condition. I then requested to talk with a manager, and Rachel advice the manager is not in call back tomorrow morning. The following day I called back and Rachel answered , I then asked for a manager and she replies saying the manager is not available. I then was on hold till I got the manager on line and the line cuts off. I then tried calling back several times and she never answered. This has been the worst customer service I ever had. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CALLED A NIGHTMARE !!!

It was okay. Staff is friendly and nice. The bed is comfortable but you can hear all the conversations from other guests through the wall. The bathroom was… interesting… the shower didn’t have it’s own space (as some places in Asia do so it wasn’t a total shock).

NEVER STAY HERE!! I accidentally booked tomorrow instead of today and rather than tell me I would lose my $140 if I cancelled the property encouraged me to do so. If I had known I would have kept the booking. Very devious. They said Agoda decides if I can get my money back but Agoda said it's up to the property. Heard other customers complaining about the hotel whilst I was in reception also. Avoid!!

The location is fantastic! You're surrounded by great Indian restaurants and the famous Mustafa centre is across the road (and always open)! The staff at the hotel are quiet, but helpful if you have any questions or issues. The rooms are a modest size and basic, but comfortable enough for a budget room (just don't expect the Hilton). The rooms now have fantastic new air-conditioning!!! I've actually been cold, which is a huge improvement from my previous stays. The rooms come with a tv, but there's only one channel that has a clear picture. There is daily housekeeping here too. This is my go to place for staying in little India, because of the fantastic location. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall I'm happy enough here that I keep coming back 😊

Firstly, 1 star is given for its location, not for the hotel (hotel earns unanimous 0). In my 11 years of travelling experience, this was the worst place I stayed. Rooms are cramped, dirty, not maintained at all, towels, bedsheets are filthy and very old. Staff does not show any courtesy (except cleaning staff), that you might feel, you are staying there for free. If you whisper in common walkway, all rooms can hear it. Midnights many days, sleep was disturbed due to noise. I saw many people coming out of rooms to checkout noise. At reception couch is always occupied by some outsiders, with loud chats. Except that this location is convenient for food, there is no reason, that one choose this. You may get better options nearby, which are far far better.

Before this we stayed in this hotel felt quite comfortable, only the bed could feel the spring hit the back. The woman in charge of the counter, always calls the guest room at 12 midnight up sometime 3am morning. Sometimes the woman at the counter will go up to the room and knock on the guest door, in a rude style. If you are not good at customer service, you should just stop. If your friend comes to visit even 5 @ 10 minutes he told me to pay $ 10. I think this woman is crazy. Before we started renting, there was no talk like this, visitors could come in even for a moment. But the woman at the counter called my room for a few minutes, is she crazy? pay $ 10 an hour

Would've given 0 stars if I could. The hotel pictures do not reflect their rooms or services. Nothing promised was delivered. 1. No TV in room 2. 1 blanket between 2 people (no more) 3. No iron board 4. No hair dryer 5. Ants in the rooms. So many ants!!!!! 6. No extra pillows 7. No housekeeping (I had to go get my blankets on my own) 8. No extra towels (you get new only if you use the old one) 9. No cooperation All these were services I was promised while booking on MMT. This is the worst experience I have had in my life. After repeated complaints to MMT and the hotel, there is no resolution. I feel stuck after paying for this hotel.

Worst Hotel in Singapore. The government should band this hotel cause the website and actual is far far difference. I paid for 3 nights 2 rooms in advance but could stay for 2 hours and they did not return back my money. Just blackmailing. So never try this hotel.

A budget and old hotel. I choose this hotel because the location and the value for money. It is right across from Mustafa Center - which is a positive reason. and near restaurants, City Square Mall and easy to get to MRT stations... It's Farrer Park Station. The hotel staffs and the 24-hour front-office desk are friendly. Hair dryer is available. You can borrow from them. Would highly recommend this for those budget travelers who would like to stay close to Mustafa Centre and explore Indian vegetarian food options in the heart of Singapore at a reasonable price.

Terrible. Lousy service, dirty rooms, there were no amennities as described on their booking site. A week prior we emailed and followed up multiple times to the hotel and they never responded. Came to check in, staff were rude and didnt seem to understand english. Came to our room, it was dirty and wet, paint on the walls were peeling off, nothing like the pictures. The toilet and shower js just disgusting, and moldy. Not worth the money we paid, or any money to be honest. Overall terrible experience, switched hotels immidiately. Would not recommend to anyone with personal hygiene.

We booked the hotel months prior to the stay and booking was confirmed through Agoda. When we arrived exhausted at 1 AM from the airport the concierge said hotel was already full and they cannot accommodate because the room has "defect". They did not even inform us earlier so we could've booked another hotel. The Indian guy concierge recommended we call them to confirm next day on their availability and stay at the nearby Royal India hotel - a very basic hostel room that costs SGD140 per night which looks like a SGD20 per night hotel. Yes we were not forced to stay there but it's already turning 2 AM, tired and carrying all luggages, ugh, what a pain. Good thing we were able to book another hotel at Southeast Asian hotel which has far better amenities and better location at Bugis Street. So yeah, I don't recommend this hotel at all. Worst service.

Rooms are very small and decorations are dirty and old. Washroom is also very congested. Staffs behavior ( whom I have met) are very ugly and rude, they are not cooperative. But the place of hotel is very suitable who want to access Mustafa center. It's just opposite of the hotel. So you can do shopping very easily. Also suitable for sub continent pupils in the context of food. There are lots of Indian and Bangladeshi restaurants which are operated by Indian and Bangladeshi people.

If there's any rating option lower than 1 star, I'll definitely give it without hesitation. I booked this hotel by 30 March and planned to stay overnight on 26 April. I reached there late as I've left the particular reason on app while booking. However, i was told the room i booked under maintenance and given two choices of either cancel or upgrade to double bed room which costs me around 320SGD, not a small amount tho. The receptionist in sight kinda dismissive by telling me the situation is beyond his responsibility (couldn't do anything regarding it). Should've told me beforehand through e-mail about the maintenance issue before I reach there.

Got diverted here for a scheduling issue at a different hotel. It was good to have a place to stay.... But not much here except four walls and a bed. It is right across from Mustafa Center - which is a positive. Also a great selection of indian cuisine within walking distance. I wouldn't have chosen this place - but it sufficed for the night and had a great dinner for a very reasonable price.

Reception was not accommodating. We booked a room for a friend from overseas, but last minute change of plan our friends was not able to come to Singapore. So we decide to check on ourselves since the room is paid off with no refund. Receptionist did not allow us to check in because the name is not our name. But he can see that we were the one who book the room because our credit card details was in the booking confirmation.

Worst thing that happened to me while I was in Singapore in 2023. Tiny rooms, with broken bathroom faucets, bad smell. They don’t give even any complimentary water bottle. The most important part is the managers are so unprofessional, they literally threaten the visitors.
