The place is smaller than i thought. U have to bring ur own locker and towel. U have to do ur own bedding and need SGD20 deposit. There are piles of trash in front of thr gate. Free self-service breakfast for early birds. There are vending machine for drinks in front of the hostel. And there are shop and pizza store nearby. 500m away from mrt and city square mall.

The room was smelly and had no window. The air conditioning was way to cold and couldn't really be changed much. Lockers don't provide enough security and are very small. Toilets and showers need to be cleaner. Breakfast is simple but ok. Toast, jam, peanut butter and some sugary cereals. Wouldn't recommend.

There are not common areas to relax or meeting people. Breakfast was just slices of sandwich bread butter and jam in a patio like a corridor. Having breakfast there looking to a wall was really depressing. WiFi didn't work properly, to connect it u need to be in the reception if u move u lost the connection and need to go there again to re connect. Just 1 toilet sit and 1 shower for the whole floor (5 rooms with many beds each one). I booked 2 nights and changed to another hostel for My last night.

The darkness and dampness of the dorm made me sick.. The ceiling and wall of my dorm grew mossy and disgusting because of the dampness.. The locker is dirty and there is no padlock rent service, so u have to prepare urself. Overall, I can't see any part of the hostel is clean (at least the mattress didn't have bugs issue) Most of the facilities (ex: light bulb, shower head holder, etc) are spoiled but remains unfixed. Maintenance is much needed! Pictures shown is totally different from we saw.. You can pay the same amount of money but better cleanliness, facilities and comfort in other hostel.

The staff are rude and don't know what they are doing at all, they have to text the boss to do any little thing for you and will not refund you if you booked online. I see that many "local guides" had reviewed this place highly but I suspect that they are all paid to deliver such results. It is also expensive and there's a way cheaper (and by the looks of it, cleaner) place just down the road!

Super tiny place with everything charged in extra. People who stayed here were super impolite! One girl had a skype for 1 hour in our room. Other girl and guy showed up at 1 am and kept talking in the room! The shared bathroom is bad. I wont come back.

On the scale 1 - 10 Location: 7 Place: 6.5 Price: 8.5 Hospitality: 7.5 Took a little bit of walk to Farrer Park MRT station, many mini market around, close with mustafa & 1 crowded dimsum place (forgot the name), real good one.. Free for shower (hot & cold), soap, shampoo, cereal, tap water, milk.. Pay for laundry service (you can't use their washing machine by yourself). The top bed quite nice, 6 person in one room, decent locker size (bring u'r own padlock).. Etc..

Truth to be told, the space is a little cramped, but I'm quite fortunate that I got a room with a window, so my experience here is much better compared to others. Let's just start with the good things:- - The bed. Upon check-in you'll be given a linen where you'll need to put onto your bed. Some might find it troublesome, but for me it gave me confidence that the linen is always clean. The bed are very comfortable so I'll give 5/5 for that. - Free flow breakfast. Mori Hostel are generous enough to provide us with free flow of cereals and toasts, as well as few kinds of spread. - Free WiFi with decent speed. Now here comes the not-so-good things which you might need to take note:- - Toilet is not clean on some occasion. I was informed by the staffs that they will be cleaning the toilet few times a day, but to me, it still gives me a bad impression - For those who dislikes walking might need to reconsider, as the closest MRT is around 5~10 walk away. - Not much of social area where you could mingle around with other tourist, but I also understand the lack of such space are due to limited space available. After that much being said, I had a pretty pleasant stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

Stayed for 4 nights in a private room with my partner. Very comfy bed in a refreshingly air-conditioned room is all you really want after a long day in the heat. The staff were friendly and helped out with general directions and sightseeing ideas. Breakfast was basic with cereals, toast, spreads, tea, and coffee; which made a nice and easy start to the day. Located a short walk from an MRT station, getting around the city was very easy from here.

😠 First time in Singapore and the worst experience I’ve ever had in life. We didn’t like the beds and told the front desk we didn’t like it and we want our money back. They didn’t give our money back and we were kinda forced to stay just because our fees were not refundable. Very very congested. They...
