I
stayed
at
the
CSW
Hostel
in
Singapore,
and
overall,
it
gets
a
solid
4.5
stars
from
me.
The
hostel's
location
in
Chinatown
is
fantastic.
They
offer
free
Wi-Fi,
and
each
room
comes
with
lockers
and
shared
bathroom
facilities.
There
are
also
bars,
restaurants,
tour
desks,
laundry
services
close-by.
CSW
has
luggage
storage
available,
which
adds
convenience
to
the
stay.
However,
the
hostel
lacks
a
social
area,
and
I
noticed
that
people
didn't
really
mingle
with
each
other,
with
no
events
offered
by
the
hostel
to
encourage
interaction.
Sarah,
the
host,
was
super
friendly
and
always
ready
to
help
and
chitchat,
which
was
a
plus.
The
rooms,
though,
had
a
weird
smell
to
them.
A
thorough
cleaning
(curtains,
walls,
just
everything)
or
a
good
air
freshener
might
help
with
this
issue.
Considering
everything,
it's
a
decent
place
to
stay
with
a
great
location,
but
it
could
improve
in
certain
areas.
