Had a room booked and paid for in advance with this Hotel for an upcoming trip to Singapore. Unfortunately had a medical issue and doctors note which meant I could not get on the flight. Messaged the hotel asking if there was any chance of a partial refund or maybe even days they could give me for the future. The answer was no. I know they CAN do that, they are well within their rights. However, it's not good customer service, and when you work in the sector of tourism or customer service then you really do want GOOD customer service. I have a feeling a lot of the competition to this crowd would have either partially refunded the cost or given me discounts for nights in the future as they would have got the money eventually. Treat people well and they're more likely to stay with you in the future I am not likely to stay here for when I get better and do fly to Singapore.

I had a really nice 3 night stay at the cube. the staff are really nice, and the capsules are well equipped. The bed and bedding were also really soft! However, one thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It seems that they are only cleaned once a day (afternoon) as every morning the bathrooms were in a messy condition. However, there were enough bathrooms and they were really modern, so the problem would be fixed with just additional cleaning.

The capsules are larger than some of the pictures shown on their site, even so with the storage/lockers. You can comfortably sit down/kneel in your capsule if you're under 6" or 170cm, and there's enough space for two cabin sized suitcases in the lockers. Comes with the same pros and cons of other capsule hotels but with higher price point. Breakfast is simple but very welcomed, you can make your own omelet. The staff were the star of my visit with my friends, they're very friendly and helpful! Some of the facilities in the toilet/bathrooms are broken, but it's very minor like the soap dispenser cap or the toilet paper roll. I do wish they try to empty the trash bin more often. Will definitely come again.

First time staying at a capsule hotel. Strongly suggest booking early and from its website to get a good deal. Can't beat the location since it is at the heart of Kampong Glam. You can wake up early to take all the Instagram photos without being photobomb by all the tourists; or stay late to enjoy Turkish coffee and people watching. The capsule is good size and comfortable. Temperature in the room is nice and cool. Generally folks are quiet in the sleeping area but an ear plug would give you an even more quiet evening. There are multiple bathrooms and may have to wait during "rush hours". It has all key amenities. You do get one towel. Breakfast area is tight but I rather check out local eatery vs eating toast and cereal at the hotel. This is a great place for solo or budget traveller, in a way better than staying at some of the budget hotel chains.

Near of a MRT station, employees were nice, they offer slippers at arrival and the breakfest is great. The only minus is the intense smell of humidity in the bathrooms since they are not really ventilated. Also, the room are better climatised than the bed so in the night you can get hot.

Room and beds are quite comfortable. Bed was clean and there were several little storage areas. There are 6-7 bathrooms but at evenings it can be hard to find a vacant one. As so many people use bathrooms, they can be messy and dirty. Location was good, on the Arabic street. So many restaurants around and grocery shop.

The staff called "Abah" a bit racist towards guests and a staff lady from Southeast Asia. But so kind to guests from West. The price was not worth of the money. I'll never stay in this hotel anymore or recommend it to my families/friends. The apple maps will guide you to the back of the hotel. The breakfast foods are so-so. One night during my stay, I see a strand of hair on the drinking refill glass. Disgusting! The coriddor smelly too.

This is probably the best capsule hotel in Singapore. What makes it different I think is the facilities and the breakfast. They always provide fried rice, fruit usually sunkist oranges and apples, toast, boiled eggs and you can make your own omelette or scarmbled egg. They provide more than enough for us. Not to mention the helpful reception desk staff members, especially Sadi. Excellent.

My cube is in Muscat room, the cube has little space to put my bag, I can sit there too. I'm on petite size and I feel comfortable in the cube. It also has quite enough space in the corner of the room so I can pray there. For breakfast you can toast your bread and cook fried eggs by yourself. They have a laundry machine, it's a life safer when you spend more than 2 nights and don't want to bring many clothes. The best thing is the location, still in Haji Lane, near to bus stop and MRT (Bugis and Nicoll Highway). Overall I love my stay here. If I'm going to travel alone I'll definitely come back here!!
