Stayed in a private single room, shared bathroom (windowless room). The room is basically half a room where I got the top part of a room and the person next door had the other half. There was no room as such to layout your luggage (I only had a laptop bag and cabin luggage mind you) so I used the hallway, but for the price you don't expect a proper hotel room in pricey Singapore! So yes it is value for money (paid around $60). Toilets could have better amenities, the soap dispensers were broken in all the bathrooms I used and so were the fans (meaning the bathrooms get really humid). Lucky they did provide an amenities kit for us. Common areas are quite limited but they did a free breakfast with basic items like egg, bread and jam. Having said that cheap and cheerful 24 hours Lau Pa Sat is only four minutes walk away! For price, location and as a backpackers I give it 4 stars =) let down by the bathrooms primarily and how the aircon vent created a draft (improvised by covering the vent with a towel. I had no issues with the windowless room (as all I wanted to do was sleep).

I am very grateful for the upgrade to premium single because of my leg condition of not being able to climb up to the upper bunk bed, when the lower bunk was fully occupied. Air-con was extremely cold but after having slept on my office chair since March 2020 because unable to travel home daily to my house in Johor Bahru, makes me appreciate the bedroom like it is heaven. Very good price for a backpacker's hotel that comes with individual locked door bedroom for added security and safety - regardless of how small the room is. It is cute, compact and comfortable. Thank you very much.

Enjoyed my 1-night stay at 18 x 3 Cabins. Thanks for the friendly and helpful check in even though it was rather late at night. The room is cosy, the small size is expected but it needs some minor face lift - there are cracks and smudges on the walls. Public areas are well-maintained to be clean and tidy.

Very friendly staff who was very willing to help carry my heavy luggage into my room. Helpful in recommending local places to eat. Room was as expected.

Funky place located near restaurants and bars. Not ideal if you are disabled, heaps of stairs. About 300-400m to subway, nothing else really close by. Would probably stay here again, set up like a backpackers but smaller and unique. *South Melbourne's #1 Reviewer for Trip Advisor Australia*

Feeling relax for accommodation, everything is good, loving room, good service, comfortable reception space. Everything is good except the restroom, too navy, moist but still acceptable. I will recommend 18 by 3 to my friends who is going to Singapore this year.

Great budget hotel for solo travellers. I stayed in the single room (without window). Location is great, a few mins walk to Telok Ayer MRT. Simple breakfast is provided. However, the single room is not for claustrophobic people. It gets quite troublesome sometimes as you have to keep climbing up and down to and from your bed. Aircon is centralised so you can't control it. It can get very cold sometimes and other times it was just nice.

I was staying there on 14/May for one night! Location is good! Nearby the famous hawkers center and also lots of restaurants! Room is a bit too small for me since I traveled with big luggage but overall is comfy! Hotel staff is wonderful! They are so helpful and kind! Will defo recommend!

It's great located, really close to a nice food market and the Marina area can also be reached by food. My room wasn't as clean as I expected, but the staff was really nice and willing to help with any questions. Showers were nice. Didn't get in contact with other people, because of the Cabins and the people in here probably want to stay on their own. Most of them didn't even say hi... Couldn't understand.

It’s a pod hotel concept but with just the more privacy and luggage space. So do not expect big rooms. Cleanliness of the space and bedding was top notch. Bring long pajamas as it can get cold and air con is not adjustable. Better than warm temperatures so I didn’t mind. Toilet was the only feature which was uncomfortable feature during my stay. There was no proper hanging hooks for clothes and towel. And floors were thoroughly wet. Overall a pleasant space though.

😠 First time in Singapore and the worst experience I’ve ever had in life. We didn’t like the beds and told the front desk we didn’t like it and we want our money back. They didn’t give our money back and we were kinda forced to stay just because our fees were not refundable. Very very congested. They...
