Friendly staff, clean hostel, but the common area is not very appealing, there is not much room in the "kitchen" to sit down for breakfast, breakfast which is, as expected from any hostel at that price, not extraordinary. But the biggest problem was the lack of space in the dorm room for each of us to put our backpacks & suitcases, so they were all over the floor.

Communal areas have less than half the capacity of the number of beds, so there is no point staying there apart from to sleep a few hours (if you can sleep with the noise of other people snoring or having sex in the same room or turning lights on and talking in the middle of the night etc..) it's a cramped hostel, so do not expect too much. Can get much nicer places for similar or slightly more cost on Airbnb etc.

This is a great hostel for you to stay. Its clean and safety. But maybe its a little bit noisy because you share with other people. And when high season a lot people gathering in living room to breakfast for shy people like me maybe its not comfortable. Because too much people gathering make me dizzy

If you like sleeping with bed bugs, this place is very recommendable. 3-day stays but I chose to sleep in the living room. After I’m back to my country , I had to ask a doctor to give me an injection. The boils subsidized after 2 weeks.

Fabulous hostel to stay in. Peaceful and quiet hostel. Shower and washroom cleanliness was well kept. A hostel that is worth to stay. Most importantly the kind, cooperative, friendly and helpful services that I received from the staff and the owner. Thank you very much for the services and comfortable accommodation. I have a tremendous satisfaction with this hostel.

The beds are really flat mattresses. You hear everything from the other 'pods' and it's not really clean. The people at the desk want to help, if they are there. Because if you need something, the chances are big you need to wait for a long time or start looking for them.

This is a great hostel. They have double beds which was great for two people and the place was very clean. Breakfast was extremely basic but we couldn't complain cause it was free and Singapore is pricey. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station and there's a grocery store on the way. My only complaint as a backpacker was that because Singapore is pricey there were all kinds staying her and not mostly backpackers.

Other guests were routinely rude and the hostel rules weren't enforced. The beds were fine, but the curtains let in a lot of light, which wouldn't be a problem if people didn't turn them on at 6 in the morning, leave to eat breakfast, and then come back an hour later. The shower facilities were not well kept and were clogged with old hair and had a coating of mold on the doors.

Back then in Sept 2019 I stayed here, a friend booked this place. Thought it would be a nice bunk bed, but it turned out that there was bedbug I found. Breakfast was ok, staffs were not that friendly.

We was very afraid to stay here, because of the other comments about bed bugs. I had that problem in bali and bad allergic reaction. They told us at first stage are no bed bugs, it was true. Nobody had problems. The double capsule was very comfortable. The single ones very small. It was always clean and the employees very kind. The breakfast was for everyone enough. The rooms are not smelling and a.c. was always on. So I recommend this hostel. Just one comment to the guest's. What's going on? They pooping, laughing, speaking all the time. Is that necessary at the middle of the night? It's a room for (20?) People. So just have a little bit respect to other guys.

A good hostel for a backpacker! Although the receptionist was totally flat and not-like-a-warm-person, she is still beautiful

I was here for a trip back in July. A comfortable place if you're planning for a short trip. Free wifi, free breakfast, free SIM card! Toilets are clean and comfortable. However, the room is very stuffy. The double beds are spacious but once curtains are closed, it is even more stuffy inside. There's almost no ventilation or air circulation in the room or the capsule. There are no windows or fans. We have to hang our used towel or clothes inside the capsule or the room area which makes the perfect condition for bacteria growth as my partner and I both fell sick.

Cheap, breakfast include. But, if somebody besides you has talking too much overnight like I was experienced, you can't sleep well. Better to prepare earphone or anything that can make you feel comfy. So far it's good, and the staff is helpful.

Right off the street, after a single flight of stairs into a building you will find this wonderful hostel. The staff are very friendly, the place is generally clean, and the rooms although packed are more than sufficient. Great place to stay for short stays or people who won't be seeing their rooms very often anyway.

Nice and cozy living spaces! They've got computers available for use, A/C in the sleeping area, and breakfast in the mornings. Had my shampoo stolen though and the washrooms and showers are alright but worth the price! Also close by to the train station.

I recommend you to stay here if you like to share. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilet stalls for all. Also hairdryer! I booked a room with 10 beds for 9 people because we were travelling in group, but the room turned out had narrow common space in the room. But the price was worth it. We also got free breakfast (bread, peanut butter, plain butter, strawberry jam, boiled egg, coffee, and tea as much as we want. There was also mineral water dispenser available, it will be convinient and cheap trip if you bring your own tumbler. The staffs were also nice. My friend hurt her knee during the trip and the staff lend us their first-aid-kit. They also gave us helpful answers for our questions. Another thing to be noted, the enterance using a narrow stair so be careful.

😠 First time in Singapore and the worst experience I’ve ever had in life. We didn’t like the beds and told the front desk we didn’t like it and we want our money back. They didn’t give our money back and we were kinda forced to stay just because our fees were not refundable. Very very congested. They...
